Abstract

Inventory turnover serves to determine the company's inventory that is sold and replaced within a certain time. Inventory turnover measures how well a company markets its inventory and will be compared to a balanced industrial company. Low inventory turnover indicates weak sales while high inventory turnover indicates influential sales. This study aims to examine and evaluate the effect of inventory turnover (at cost) and inventory turnover (at market) on profitability (ROA) of pharmaceutical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. This research is a quantitative research. The participants in this study were all manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The sample size of this research is 8 companies. The results of the study concluded that inventory turnover (at cost) had a positive and significant effect on profitability. However, inventory turnover (at market) has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, inventory turnover (at cost) and inventory turnover (at market) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA).

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or disappointment experienced by a consumer both before making a purchase at the company, when these feelings arise after comparing the performance of the product he gets against his expectations so far for the product. Brand image is also a consumer's assessment of the brand offered in a market whose creation can be formed based on personal experiences obtained by consumers either through hearing the product's reputation or experiencing direct post-purchase on the product. The purchase decision is a stage in the decision-making process through a consideration where the individual carries out an evaluation of the various available options and decides on the best choice of a product from only a few. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The study used multiple linear regression analysis. The research scale used is a Likert scale. Partially, it was found that the variable of customer satisfaction had a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of PT. Alfa Scorpio, Bilal Medan Branch. Partially, the brand image variable has a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of PT. Alfa Scorpio, Bilal Medan Branch. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of consumer satisfaction and brand image on purchasing decisions of employees of PT. Alfa Scorpio, Bilal Medan Branch.

Abstract

In a world that gradually promotes inclusive workplace and business practice, Sunyi Coffee and Difabis Coffee have become businesses which employ People with Disability (PwD) as their core employees. Aside from embodying both coffee shops’ benevolent missions, this strategy also serves as a part of a marketing strategy to maneuver in a highly competitive, almost saturated coffee shop industry in Greater Jakarta. This research was conducted to explore how both coffee shops tailor different strategies and offerings around the theme of disability employment. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach through a variety of data collection, such as interviews with customers, direct observation, online interviews with the founders, websites, social media, and relevant academic literature. Using Porter’s Five Forces Model, this study reveals that the coffee shop industry in Indonesia is highly competitive, with a high level of substitutes, new entrants, and buyers’ bargaining power. An analysis of the 7p marketing mix also shows people and place as the two most essential aspects for Sunyi Coffee and Difabis Coffee. Therefore, to establish a less contested market for themselves, both coffee shops create four action strategies (Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create) around these aspects, with Sunyi Coffee pursuing a differentiation strategy and Difabis Coffee focusing more on cost leadership.

Abstract

In the current era of business development, which is increasingly developing, it has an impact on brand image. Where the quality of the products produced can help consumers in making the right product purchase decisions. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of the quality of its products and its brand image on the decision to purchase its products at PT Trimas Mitra Perkasa. The consumers who are the population in this study are 150 consumers who have used and bought Lesso PPR and Rucika PVC at PT Trimas Mitra Perkasa. This research used a saturated sampling technique because the population was 150 respondents. Data collection was carried out by sharing the questionnaire online through a google form measured on a likert scale and then processed with the SPSS version 26 program. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the T test, the quality of its products and its brand image positively influenced the purchasing decision of its products with the acquisition of T the calculation smaller than the t table of 6.157 > 1.976 and the acquisition of significance of 0.000 > α 0.05 and 5.893 > 1.976 and the significance of 0.000 > α 0.05. Simultaneously the quality of its products and its brand image influence its purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Financial management in government agencies is very important as it has a "specific" concept of performance, namely responsibility, synergy, transparency and innovation. The financial information system is one of the tools used to record various information system transactions that affect the operation and management of business support activity. The financial management process in the work unit of the Class I, Non-TPI Immigration Office in Karawang can be considered less effective and efficient as it goes through multiple stages with different applications, which underlie changes in the use of financial information. This article is to explain the implementation of changes in the financial information system in the Immigration Service Class I No TPI Karawang The method of writing this article is to combine descriptive qualitative research methods with observations, use of survey techniques, analysis, interpretation of data. and triangle. The results obtained are (1) Changes in the application system in the work unit of the Immigration Office Class 1 Non TPI Karawang generally facilitate tasks and work for users. (2) Comparing time effectiveness is not very important, but using an application to be able to perform different types of financial operations can minimize the occurrence of errors or non-response on a PC during the recording work. (3) The effectiveness of the work summary occurs in the reconciliation phase, where with the latest system the E-Recon reconciliation process between the work units and the PCPN is automated (it is not necessary to use CDA (Computer Data Archive). ) of ABAS (Accrual Based Accounting System) in E-Commerce.econ). (4) The SAKTI application can replace the 6 previous applications used in the Karawang Class 1 Immigration Office. (5) Changes in the financial information system do not reduce the existing existing tasks and functions as financial documents.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of work motivation and employee performance at the Jambi provincial education office in the field of special education. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and carried out on 53 employees. The aspects studied are 5 dimensions of work motivation, namely physiological needs, security needs, love needs, self-esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. As well as the performance aspects studied include quantity, quality, punctuality, attendance, and ability to work together. Testing the data using statistical analysis such as validation and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, statistical hypothesis testing t test and coefficient of determination test from the results of the analysis with SPSS version 20 program, it can be seen that the regression equation formed The linear regression equation formed is Y 20.966+0.388X. The equation shows that the employee's performance is  0 then work motivation will increase by 0.388. From the results of the analysis obtained, it is known that the results of R square indicate that there is an influence of work motivation of 21.3% on employee performance, thus in the study of work motivation which has an influence on performance, the average number of effects of work motivation on employee performance as a whole is 21. ,3 and the remaining 78,7 are influenced by variables not examined in this study. Overall, from the 5 dimensions of work motivation variable, it has an average score of 221.8 which is categorized as good. Where the description of work motivation used by employees in the field of extraordinary education at the Jambi provincial education office is obtained, which is good for motivating work on the basis of consideration and good for work motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the Jambi provincial education office employees.

Abstract

Work performance is the result of carrying out the work achieved by an employee in carrying out the tasks assigned to him. The work performance of teachers at the Pasir Turtle State 1 Vocational High School, Indragiri Hulu Regency is suspected to have not been maximized. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of Interpersonal Communication and Competence on the work performance of teachers at the State Vocational High School 1 Pasir Turtle, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The method used to analyze the data is quantitative method, namely path analysis, correlation coefficient and determination, F test and t test. The results of Interpersonal Communication research affect teacher work performance and competence affect teacher work performance at the State Vocational High School 1 Pasir Turtle, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Optimal teacher interpersonal communication can make it easier for teachers to carry out their duties, both individual work and work that requires teamwork. Competence is a basic characteristic possessed by a person that has a direct effect on, or can predict, excellent work performance.

Abstract

A stock split is a corporate action aimed at increasing trading liquidity. Where is carried out when the stock price is overvalued and reduces the ability of investors to buy the stock. The announcement of the stock split contains information that will be responded positively by investors. Company size and market to book ratio are company characteristics that can have an impact on investor response. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the difference in abnormal returns before and after the stock split by considering the size of the company and the market to book ratio. The research sample is a company that did a stock split in 2005-2019 with a total sample of 117 stocks. The results show that there is no difference in abnormal returns before and after the announcement of the stock split in companies with large and small sizes. However, there are differences in abnormal returns in medium-sized companies. Meanwhile, based on the market to book ratio, both companies with high and low market to book ratios have differences in abnormal returns before and after the announcement of the stock split.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of the application of accounting information systems, internal control systems, and human resource competencies on the quality of financial statements with good governance as a coding variable. The type of research in this study is quantitative. The population used in this study was 60 employees at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of East Java Province who were involved in financial management. The sampling technique uses a simple random sampling method. Based on the criteria or considerations that have been set, 52 respondents were obtained as a research sample. All tests in this study used the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 software analysis tool to test the relationship between the variables in it. The subject of the study or what is often referred to as the respondents used in this study is the staff of the finance department who are actively involved in the budget preparation team who are responsible for the results of the achievement of budget realization at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of East Java Province. The results of this study show that the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, the internal control system has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, the competence of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, good governance does not moderate the relationship between the information system and the quality of reports, good governance does not moderate the hub of the internal control system to the quality of financial statements. Good governance moderates the relationship between human resource competence and the quality of financial statements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use on interest in using the LINKAJA digital wallet application, to determine the effect of trust on interest in using the LINKAJA digital wallet application. And to find out together the effect of perceived ease of use and trust on interest in using the LINKAJA digital wallet application. The research method uses descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. With a sample of 384. The data analysis technique used is using path analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing.The results of this study are that there is a significant correlation between the perceived ease of use and trust variables of 0.540. The perceived ease of use variable has a positive and partially significant effect on interest in using the LinkAja digital wallet application by 12.9%. The variable of perception of trust has a positive and partially significant effect on interest in using the LinkAja digital wallet application by 12.6%. Taken together, the perceived ease of use and trust variables have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on interest in using the LinkAja digital wallet application by 74.6%..
