Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Job Satisfaction mediated by Work Engagement on dentists at RSGMP FKG Usakti. Data analysis using SEM with smartPLS software. All instruments are tested for validity and realibiity first. Data were collectedby distributing questionnaires which were measured using interval scale, which is likert scale, 200 respondents were found who had filled out the questionnaire. Result of this study shows that Emotional Intelligence has an effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Engagement has an effect on Job Satisfaction and Emotional Intelligence has an effect on Job Satisfaction mediated by Work Engagement. This study is expected to be a reference for further research. The HR Managerial of RSGMP-FKG Usakti needs to pay attention and increase the level of Emotional Intelligence through training or training, providing periodic refreshments and motivation so that dentists have the enthusiasm to start activities. And it is also expected to pay attention to the rewards and salaries of the dentists at the RSGMP FKG Trisakti University in order to create a better performance and work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of green accounting and environmental performance on Return On Asset. This research used a quantitative and the data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study were 6 companies in the Basic and Chemical Industry sector for 5 years with a total of 30 data. The results of this study indicate that the green accounting variable has a significant positive effect on Return On Asset and the environmental performance variable has no effect on the Return On Asset of companies in the Basic and Chemical Industry sector for the period 2016 to 2020. Meanwhile, the green accounting and environmental performance variables have an effect together. positive is not significant on the Return On Asset variable.

Abstract

The banking industry must also continue to innovate in the development of electronic banking products and services to keep up with the rapid development of information technology, which has an impact on people's habits and routines. To further reduce the need for customers to physically visit a bank branch, financial institutions must enhance their offerings to allow for the self-service acquisition of a wide range of banking services (including but not limited to account opening, account maintenance, account transfer, and account closure). The purpose of this research was to examine the impact of technological advancements in electronic banking services, fee-based income, and efficient internal control on the market value of IDX-listed banks in the sub-sector from 2016 to 2020. Sampled from the larger population of IDX-listed financial services firms over the years 2016-2020, this study focuses on the banking industry. The study's population consists of 44 IDX-listed financial services firms. There were a total of 185 observations made for this study. Descriptive research was used for this analysis. Intentional sampling. The study found that the probability value of the innovation of e-banking was 0.005. This is less than the 5% threshold (0.00500.05), so H1 is accepted. According to the results of the second hypothesis (H2) test, banking companies' stock prices rise when they bring in more money from service fees. The study found that a probability value of 0.003 at the FBI level was statistically significant. Compared to the 5% significance level of 0.0030.05, this value is less than the threshold for accepting hypothesis 2. The third hypothesis H3 tests the idea that the efficiency of internal control has a significant positive effect on the value of financial institutions. A probability value of 0.0057 0.05 was assigned to the efficiency of internal control based on the findings of the study. In other words, we accept H3 as true. The purpose of this research was to determine how the introduction of new forms of electronic banking, the growth of fee-based revenue, and the efficiency of internal control affect the market value of financial institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy of Sophos Preschool Indonesia in preventing learning loss. This research uses qualitative approaches and descriptive methods. Data is collected with the interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative analysis as proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The data validity in this study was done by triangulation, namely source triangulation and triangulation methods. This study concludes that the strategy carried out by the Head of Sophos Preschool Indonesia succeeded in preventing learning loss. The strategy consists of three steps as proposed by Fred R. David, namely strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. These three steps succeeded in preventing learning loss in Sophos Preschool Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Review (X1) on Yotube, Brand Image (X2), and Price Perception (X3) on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Oppo Smartphones. This type of research is a quantitative research by taking samples from students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta batch 2019 - 2020, as many as 93 people who have purchased Oppo brand smartphones as research subjects. Sampling used purposive sampling technique, and data collection was carried out by survey method by distributing questionnaires. The data was processed using the SPSS application by conducting data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, t tests and coefficients of determination tests. Based on the test results in this research, it shows that the Online Review variable on YouTube and the price perception have a positive and significant effect on the Oppo Smartphone Purchase Decision. While the Brand Image variable has a positive but not significant effect on the Oppo Smartphone Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Volatility is a response from a portfolio or securities to a phenomenon that occurs. The response can be seen from the price changes of a number of stocks. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the return volatility of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) to the phenomenon of the Russian military invasion of Ukraine. The research method used is the analysis of different returns before and after the military invasion in the form of data 5 days before and 5 days after the invasion by using data sourced from the Indonesian stock exchange in the form of data as many as 17 companies that are members of the MESBUMN index. The results showed a significant value of 0.478, so there was a significant difference in the IDXMESBUMN index returns before and after the Russian military invasion.

Abstract

The telecommunications sector is the most important as a supporter of the economic growth of a city, especially the city of Surabaya. And a city that has a very rapid growth, is a potential market for the telecommunications industry. Both have become a law of reciprocity market. This study aims to identify and analyze differences in perceptions of service quality between Telkomsel providers and Indosat providers. The population used in this study were users of Telkomsel and Indosat service providers in the Surabaya area. The sample required is 50 respondents, namely 50 users who are currently or have used the Telkomsel and Indosat provider services. The sampling method used in this research is quota sampling. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely data collected or obtained directly from the research object. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is comparative analysis. Thus, the results of this study are that there is a significant difference in the results of the assessment of service quality perceptions of Telkomsel Providers and Indosat Providers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is understanding consumer behavior in using Online Food Delivery (OFD) service, considering the lockdown policy that is implemented in several countries have changed consumer behavior. Using the Goal-Directed Behavior (MGB) model, this study investigates what consumers feel while using OFD services. The method used is collecting responses from online food delivery service users throughout May 2022. A total of 271 responses were collected and then analyzed using AMOS. Measurements and structural models are evaluated to ensure that the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is valid. The results show that only Positive Anticipated Emotion (PAE) and Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC) are significantly affecting behavioral intention which is mediated by desire. It also shows that desire is significantly affecting behavioral intention. The results of this study provides information for OFD service providers and experts about what is forcing the urbanites into using OFD services in the midst of a pandemic. It also enables OFD companies to realign their operations to address issues and changes in consumer behavior. The managerial implications of this research provide insights for OFD providers to develop new strategies and approaches on business development and consumer retention post-pandemic

Abstract

PT. Primajaya Multi Technology is a company that was founded in 2006 in the city of Medan with an orientation towards IT products which is equipped with more than 13 years of experience in this field. The research population that will be used in the study is all employees who work at the company as many as 62 employees. With a population of only 62 people, the sample collection technique used a saturated sample.Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of intellectual intelligence and work skills on the work discipline of PT. Primajaya Multi Technology Medan. While partially found intellectual intelligence variables have a significant effect on the work discipline of employees of PT. Primajaya Multi Technology Medan. Partially it was found that the work skills variable had a significant effect on the work discipline of PT. Primajaya Multi Technology Medan. The results of this study indicate that the intellectual intelligence variable has more influence than work skills on the work discipline of PT. Primajaya Multi Technology Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of Communication Marketing and Brand Image on Viral Marketing on Buying Interest of Erigo Store Brand Customers in the New Normal Era among Students in the City of Surabaya. In this study using quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data used in this study is the target population used in this study, namely active students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, veterans of UPN East Java, with a sample of 343 respondents. The tests used are validity and reliability tests to measure data quality, classical assumption test and path analysis. The results of this study can be seen that the results of the structure I: show that there is a positive influence by having a direct influence on the product of the erigo store. brand erigo has carried out its strategy optimally through good communication on social media and providing interesting content, and creating a good image of the brand and customer image so that the strategies and innovations provided provide curiosity for customers or followers on social media. In the results of structure II: the influence of marketing communication on asking to buy erigo products through viral marketing, where customers only admire the content provided by erigo where erigo is still improving its brand image so that it can go even wider to international, and also the lack of product innovation and the latest limited which can increase the customer's sense of belonging because the product is different from the others and results in customer satisfaction, especially among young people, including veterans of the Faculty of Social Sciences, UPN, East Java. The conclusion shows that the test results on the influence of marketing communications have an indirect effect on buying interest in erigo strore customers. From the results of the influence of brand image having a positive and significant influence on buying interest, these results show a good increase in the image of the Erigo store in the minds of customers, especially the students of FISIP UPN East Java, and indirectly lead to satisfaction with the ownership of an Erigo product that it offers. The better the brand image given to the Erigo brand customers, the more customer buying interest will increase. From the results of this viral marketing effect, it has a positive and significant influence on buying interest.
