Abstract

Mining exercises are exercises that utilization regular resources unbounded so they can straightforwardly influence the environment around offshoots. As a type of hierarchical commitment towards results, partners should unveil the execution of Corporate Social Responsibility as per Law no. 40 of 2007 article 74. With the issuance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will change the general image of grounded members and can oversee execution related cash through benefits for providers and monetary accomplices will likewise be attracted to fair cash, this increment shows that associate worth is additionally developing . increment. Abstract

This study aims to determine how thein fluence of the work environment and apediscip line on the performance of ASN and Non ASN Employee sinthe New Normal Eraat the Tanah Abang District Office, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (Pali) Regency. There search method used in this study is aquantitative method with data collection us ingquestion nairesto test the hypotheses that have been set. The population in this study was all civil servant sandnon-as an employees at the Tanah Abang sub-district office (PALI), which am ounted to 40 employee sand all of them were used as sample sinthis study. The result sobtained in this study, partially the work environment variable has no significant effect on employee performance, partially the work discipline variable has asignificant influence on employee performance and simultane ously the work environment variable and work discipline has appositive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The decision to hold cash in the company is a very important financial decision that a company needs to pay attention to. The level of cash holding of a company not only describes the state of the company's business plan and financial strategy, cash holding is related to the company's internal structure and external environment. Companies that have cash can start well and can prevent all risks, while complementing the needs of daily operations and trading activities. This means that companies can use their cash holdings to identify investment opportunities and at the same time, they can allocate capital efficiently to avoid risks caused by operating cash flows. This study aims to see the effect of cash holding on manufacturing companies. The independent variables in this study are firm size, financial leverage, substitute for non-liquid assets, cash flow, capital expenditures, dividend payments. The dependent variable in this study is cash holding. This study uses panel data analysis and is carried out by collecting data from 31 manufacturing companies in Indonesia in the period 2016 to 2021. This study finds a negative relationship between financial leverage, substitution of liquid assets, cash flow, dividend payments to cash flow. while the size of the company, capital expenditures do not have a significant relationship with cash holding.

Abstract

Changes, especially in the Postpandemic era, can bring new opportunities and problems to businesses and organizations. These changes can trigger Psychological Contract Breach, which if left unsolved can end up with Turnover Intention of employees. The presence of Emotional Exhaustion experienced can also worsen the situation at work. This study aims to analyze the effect of Emotional Exhaustion as an intervening variable on the relationship between Psychological Contract Breach and Turnover Intention on employees of a digital education company in Jakarta. This study used a questionnaire survey to collect data to test research hypotheses. The type of research used is quantitative, with the PLS-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research sample selected using the purposive sampling method was 200 employees of a digital education company in Jakarta. Psychological contract breach on emotional exhaustion; emotional exhaustion on turnover intention; psychological contract breach on turnover intention ; psychological contract breach on turnover intention through emotional exhaustion.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of perception, preference and knowledge on the interest of being a customer in Islamic banks with religiosity as a moderation variable. This research uses a type of field research with a quantitative approach. The data source in this study is primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires with assessments using the likert scale. The population in this study was 100 respondents. In data analysis, the data analysis technique used is regression analysis in moderation. The results showed that perception affects the interest in becoming a customer, but preferences and knowledge have no effect on the interest in becoming a customer. Then religiosity can moderate the perception of interest in being a customer, while religiosity cannot moderate preferences and knowledge of interests in becoming a customer.

Abstract

This reseach was to analyse how the effect of dicipline and compensation on job performance . How to as well as a condition of dicipline, compensation and job performance at the Financial Agency Area of East Tanjung Jabung Regency..The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data.The population become object in this research is job performance at Financial Agency Area of East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The method for analysis is analysis multifly regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and F_tes so t_test. The object of this research is employees at the Financial Agency Area of East Tanjung Jabung Regency. This office is a branch of Financial Agency Area of East Tanjung Jabung Regency. which is the task of collect tax on earth and buildings and other taxes in the east Tanjung Jabung area.Analysis on the research of respondents felt a high work discipline and good compensation in the performance of tasks provided by the superiors. In the statement of respondents the indicator comes and home work on time shows the highest score, which is a score of 252,5 verry high categories. Multiple linear regression equations are Y = 14.439 + 0.049X1 + 0.323X2 + e. Independent variables (discipline and compensation) simultaneously have significant effect on the dependent variables (performance employees). While partial only compensation affects performance employees and variable discipline not affects of the performance employees. Conclusion that the discipline and compensation simultaneously have significant effect on performance employees. Only compensation had effect to performance employees and have a positive relationship.

Abstract

The reason for investors to invest in companies is because the company has good performance and low risk, with the good performance is expected to increase the wealth of investors. This can be done by applying various alternative ways of assessing whether the company, especially the selected insurance company, is a company that will provide benefits in the future through fundamental analysis, technical analysis, investment appraisal, or company performance. Liquidity, Solvency, Dividend Policy, Profitability, and Inflation are one of the investment assessments used to invest in the company. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency, dividend policy, profitability, and inflation on firm value in the insurance sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2021. The population in this study is an insurance sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2016-2021 observation period. The sample selection uses documentation data techniques (desk research). The number of samples obtained from 9 companies. This study uses secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements obtained through the IDX's official website www.idx.co.id which was analyzed by descriptive statistical methods with analytical methods: SEM - Partial Least Square (PLS) with a t statistic of 1.65 and p values 0.10 with a significance level of 10%. The results show that liquidity has a significant effect on profitability, liquidity has a significant effect on the price to book value, solvency has a significant effect on profitability, solvency does not affect the price to book value, dividend policy has no effect on profitability, dividend policy has no effect on the price to book value. , inflation does not affect profitability, inflation has no effect on the price to book value, profitability has no effect on the price to book value, liquidity does not affect the price to book value through profitability, solvency does not affect firm value through profitability, dividend policy does not affect the price to book value. book value through profitability, inflation does not affect the price to book value through profitability.

Abstract

Indonesia has a culinary diversity that stretches from west to east Indonesia and is still embedded in the social life of the local community. Each region has its own unique food because each culture is different from one another. For example, Madurese cuisine is synonymous with spicy salty taste. The development of the Food House business in Bangkalan is progressing very quickly. One example in Bangkalan is Mie whip, Mie endes, and so on. Many things are taken into consideration by consumers to arrive at a decision to choose a particular restaurant or company. The restaurant management must try to meet the criteria that are considered by consumers, both in terms of service quality, price and location so that they can easily attract consumer buying interest. One of them at the Endess Mie Restaurant is a noodle restaurant that is currently popular among young people. Based on the background that arises above, it makes researchers interested in conducting research on "The Effect of Price, Quality and Location on Consumer Interest." This research uses Mie Endes Arosbaya as the object of research. The population in this study was the end of the Arosbaya noodle restaurant and the sample taken was 60 people with questionnaire data as an instrument. The method in this research is quantitative research. This type of research uses associative research. associative research is a type of research that aims to determine the effect of two or more variables. The results showed that price partially had a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest at Arosbaya Endess noodle restaurant, location partially had a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest at Arosbaya Endess noodle restaurant, while service quality partially had no effect on consumer buying interest in Arosbaya Endess noodle restaurant, and simultaneously price, service quality and location have a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest at Arosbaya Endess noodle restaurant.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the human development index, population growth and the open unemployment rate on the poverty rate in Jambi Province. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, while the source of data used in this study is secondary data from BPS Jambi Province. The object of this research is Jambi Province. This study uses time series data for 12 years, starting from 2010 to 2021. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The estimation results show that simultaneously the independent variables, namely the human development index, population growth and the open unemployment rate have a significant influence on the poverty level with a Prob value (F-statistic) of 0.00001. Partially, the independent variable human development index has a positive and significant effect on the poverty level in Jambi Province with a T value of 2.371967 and a probability value of 0.0451 or less than β0 = 0.05 (0.0451 < 0.05) and population growth has a positive and significant effect on the poverty rate in Jambi Province with a T count value of 2.235197 with a probability of 0.0558 or greater than β0 = 0.05 (0.0558 < 0.05), while the open unemployment rate has a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate in Jambi Province, the T count value is -1.541635 with a probability of 0.0356 or less than β0 = 0.05 (0.0356< 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image, and Sales Promotion on Purchase Decisions on Scarlett Whitening products in Surabaya. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. The technique used in determining the sample uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, namely the determination of the sample based on the criteria of Surabaya residents who have used Scarlett Whitening. The method used in collecting data is using a questionnaire in Google Form. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. Respondents in this study amounted to 101 Scarlett Whitening consumers in Surabaya. The results of the study there is a partial effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. This study also shows that the variables Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image, and Sales Promotion Simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions..
