Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and competence on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Periska Multi Usaha Madiun. This research included a quantitative study using a saturated sample technique of 52 employees of the cathering section of PT Periska Multi Usaha Madiun. The method of data collection is through a questionnaire that is distributed to employees of the cathering department of PT Periska Multi Usaha Madiun. The variables set by the researcher include: independent variables, namely work environment (X1), compensation (X2), and dependent variables, namely Job Satisfaction (Y). Technical analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) model to construct a model that can be assumed when there are several factors. The findings show that the high level of work environment and compensation can increase job satisfaction of employees of PT Periska Multi Usaha Madiun.

Abstract

Change of Status from PTN-Satker to PTN-BLU, then through the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 37 of 2017 dated April 3, 2017, IAIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi officially transformed into UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. This fundamental change certainly has an impact on changing the paradigm and mindset of organizational governance as a Public Service Agency on the one hand and the University on the other. The process of metamorphosis of the Institute into a University has opened up opportunities for the opening of new and general study programs at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, this is a potential in providing quality educational services that are relevant to the needs of the community. Based on the SWOT Analysis, which is analyzed from the aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, it can be formulated so strategy (using strengths to get opportunities, ST strategy (using strengths to overcome threats), WO strategy (correcting or overcoming weaknesses to get opportunities) and WT Strategy (correcting weaknesses to overcome threats. From these four strategies, one main strategy emerged, namely the direct procurement method with a nominal limit of Rp. 500 million with more transparency, accountability and professionalism, so that in turn this direct procurement method becomes more efficient, effective and optimal. Based on the results of the Value For Money analysis of revenue and budget realization of BLU UIN STS Jambi in 2017-2019, from the Economic Ratio the criteria for three economic years, from the Efficiency ratio in 2017-2018 is efficient, 2019 is inefficient, from the Effectiveness ratio in 2017-2018 is effective and 2019 is ineffective. Based on the Pareto Chart analysis, it was found that there were two problems or 25 percent of the root of the problem that caused more than 80 percent of the problems to achieve optimal pareto during 2017-2019 in the direct procurement method below Rp. 200 million, namely first the number of packages was too much, so that it became uneconomical, and the second was an incidentally planned work package, so that the output became less effective. The incidental work package arises because the threshold income is only known to be the amount in September-October (Special income from Student Tuition) every year, so the time is very short to tender.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the interest in using e-wallet by adopting the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The independent variables in this study were Perceived Benefits (X1), Perceptions of Ease (X2) and Security (Y), while the dependent variable was Interest in Use (Y). The population in this study were all e-wallet users in Dago, Bandung with a sample of 190 based on purposive sampling. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis tool with the help of SPSS software for Windows V26. The results of this study indicate that Perception of Benefits (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y), Perception of Ease (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use (Y) and Security (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, explain and analyze the effect of Omnichannel Perceived Value and Omnichannel Integration Quality on Customer Loyalty with a case study on Kredivo application users. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The sample used as many as 384 respondents who are users of the Kredivo application using the Isaac and Michael formula with an error rate of 5% and taken using a probability sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling. The analytical technique used is the scale range analysis technique and path analysis with the help of the Succesive Internal Method (MSI), the Microsoft Excel 2019 program and the SPSS version 26 software application. The results of this study indicate descriptively that the Omnichannel Perceived Value, Omnichannel Integration Quality and Customer Loyalty variables are in the good category. Based on the results of the verification analysis, the correlation coefficient between Omnichannel Perceived Value and Omnichannel Integration Quality obtained a value of 0.793, which means that both have a strong correlation. The partial effect of Omnichannel Perceived Value on Customer Loyalty is 81.6% while Omnichannel Integration Quality on Customer Loyalty is 13.2%. The simultaneous influence of Omnichannel Perceived Value and Omnichannel Integration Quality on Customer Loyalty obtained a value of 74.3% and the remaining 57.9% was influenced by other variables that were not examined.

Abstract

There are problems that are quite important in the Telkomsel company, namely experiencing a decrease in customers, there are various causes for customers to experience a decline such as the form of service quality, prices, promotions. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the influence of service quality, price and promotion either partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction. Sources of data in this study are primary data, data collection method using google form, research data analysis using SPSS 25 assistance program. The tests carried out are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with t test and f test. The sampling method used in this study was a purposive sampling method with a total of 204 people. The results of the study partially show that the conclusion is that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of Telkomsel card users, the price affects the satisfaction of Telkomsel card users, and promotions affect the satisfaction of Telkomsel card users. simultaneously Service quality, price and promotion affect the satisfaction of Telkomsel card users.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of ASN Satpol PP South Sumatra (2) to determine the effect of work discipline on ASN performance (3) to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline together (simultaneously) on performance. The sample in this study was 51 respondents who were Asn Satpol-Pp South Sumatra, the sampling method used by the researcher was the Purposive Cluster random sampling method. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple regression analysis techniques, classical assumption test, validity and reliability testing, hypothesis testing through t test and f test, as well as correlation coefficient analysis and determination,From the results of this study, the effect of work motivation partially has no significant effect on the performance of ASN SATPOL-PP SUMSEL this can be seen from the T test, namely tcount of -0.234 < ttable 2.010 with a significance of 0.816> 0.05. Work discipline partially has a significant effect on ASN performance, this can be seen from the T test, namely tcount of 20.208 > ttable of 2.010 with a significance of 0.00 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect of work discipline on the performance of ASN, the variable of work motivation and work discipline has a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on the performance dependent variable with a value of fcount 339.8 > ftable 3.19 with a significance value of 0, 00 < 0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination R square (R) of 0.934 or 93.4%, it means that the contribution of work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) to (Y) is 93.4% and the rest (100% -93.4 %) 6.6% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The company is an organization consisting of several groups of individuals, where they work together with each other and carry out various activities that have been planned, to achieve the results of the goals that have been planned. In carrying out or completing these various activities, of course human resources will be involved as a means of supporting the completion of the company's activities. The research was conducted at PT. Simone Accesarry Collection Bogor. By taking a sample of 100 respondents as a research sample, which is calculated using the Slovin formula from a total population of 2,000 at a margin of error of 10%. Collecting data using a questionnaire, five measurement scales from strongly disagree to strongly agree, with an ordinal scale. The research was carried out quantitatively, as an analytical tool used Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS version 20 analysis, while hypothesis testing was carried out with t-test and sig 0.05. The study produced ten main findings in accordance with the proposed hypothesis, namely the first path test in the study concluded that the influential and significant impact was between: Leadership Style, Workload, and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction. Leadership Style, Workload, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. Work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The second line of research in the study concludes that job satisfaction can moderate the Leadership Style, Workload, and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Promotion is a marketing way to inform, remind, or persuade consumers to influence their opinion or achieve a response. Companies carry out promotional strategies because the company's goals vary so they use several forms of promotion. Currently, there are several types of promotions that can be used, including Celebrity Endorsements and Brand Image. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image on consumer buying interest in Honda cars in DKI Jakarta Province. The method in this study uses quantitative research and data analysis using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained are Celebrity Endorsements have a positive effect on Interest in Buying Honda Cars in Jakarta, Brand Image has a positive effect on Interest in Buying Honda Cars in Jakarta and Celebrity Endorsements and Brand Image have a positive effect on Interest in Buying Honda Cars in Jakarta..

Abstract

Human resources are an essential asset for the progress of the company. This study aims to determine the Relationship Between Work Motivation and Work Involvement in Sales Marketing in East OKU Regency. The quantitative research method used is a questionnaire to answer the problem formulation. The population in this study was 180 sales marketing people in East Oku Regency. The data analysis method in this study was carried out in two stages, 1) Assumption / Prerequisite Test (normality and linearity test) and 2) Hypothesis Test. The results showed a significant relationship between Work Motivation and Work Involvement in Sales Marketing in OKU Timur. Simple regression results showed acceptance of the proposed hypothesis. The value of the correlation coefficient r = 0.289 or 28.9% with the significant value (P) = 0.001 < 0.01, meaning it shows a very significant relationship between Work Motivation and Work Engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of local revenue (pad) on the local government expenditure of the Balikpapan City Government in 2016-2020. The population of the Balikpapan City Government APBD Realization Report 2016-2020 sourced from the Balikpapan City Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD). This type of research uses descriptive analysis, this research was conducted by testing descriptive hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that Regional Taxes have no significant effect on Regional Expenditures, Regional Retributions have a significant effect on Regional Expenditures, the results of Separated Regional Wealth Management have no significant effect on Regional Expenditures, and Legitimate Regional Original Income has a significant effect on Regional Expenditures in the Balikpapan City Government.
