Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development on employee performance in the new normal era at a coffee shop in the city of Palembang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a causal associative level of explanation. The sample used in this study were all coffee shop employees as many as 44 respondents. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to coffee shop employees. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of the determination test in this study were 0.765. Means 76.5%, the distribution of employee performance variables can be explained by the variable of human resource development. The conclusion of this study shows that the development of human resources partially has a positive effect on employee performance at Return Space and Coffee Shop and Luthier Coffee in the new normal era.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an effect of economic growth, minimum wage, education and unemployment on poverty in the province. The type of research is quantitative, the variables in this study are poverty as a dependent variable and economic growth, provincial minimum wage, education, unemployment, as an independent variable.  The sample collection technique in this study used annual data that was measured in a time series from 2007-2021. Which means that the data used is 14 years. In this study the population of Economic Growth, Provincial Minimum Wage, Education, Unemployment and Poverty in Bali Province. The regression analysis used in this study is a multiple linear regression model. The results of the following research economic growth have not been able to become indicators that affect poverty significantly because the impact of economic growth can only be felt directly on rich people, and cannot be directly felt by poor people so that it cannot have a significant effect. minimum based on the cost of living required in a province, in this study UMP was not able to significantly affect Poverty. Education is influential in overcoming poverty. Unemployment in Bali cannot significantly affect poverty.

Abstract

Brand Loyalty is a benchmark of whether or not a consumer is loyal to a brand. Factors that can affect brand loyalty include brand image, brand trust, and brand satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, brand trust, and brand satisfaction simultaneously on the brand loyalty of OVO e-wallet users on UPN Veteran Jawa Timur, to partially analyze the influence of brand image on the brand loyalty of OVO e-wallet users in UPN Veteran Jawa Timur students, to analyze the influence of brand trust partially on the brand loyalty of OVO e-wallet users on UPN Veteran Jawa Timur students and partially analyze brand satisfaction on the brand loyalty of OVO e-wallet users in UPN Veteran Jawa Timur students. This type of research is associative research using quantitative methods. The population in this study was UPN Veteran Jawa Timur students who used OVO e-wallets and the sample in this study was 100 respondents. The source of the data used is the answers from the respondents. The data collection technique used is to use a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, the results of namely Brand Image, brand trust and brand satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on the brand loyalty of the OVO e-wallet, this is based on the results of the F test, which is 35,196. Then based on the results of the t test, it is known that brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty with a significance value of 0.004, Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty with a significance value of 0.000 and brand satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty with a significance value of 0.013.

Abstract

Marketing is the spearhead in building a business so that it can be continue recognised, so as to achieve the sales target of a product. Brand loyalty is an important concept in marketing strategy. Brand loyalty can be influenced by several factors such as Brand Communication, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, and Brand Satisfaction. The aims of thus research are to determine and analyze the effect of Brand Communication, Btand Awareness, Brand Image, and Brand Satisfaction simultaneously and partiallt on the formation of Brand Loyalty for Teh Pucuk Harum products. The population in this study were college students of the National Development Unversity "Veteran" East Java who had consumed Pucuk Harum Tea. The sample in this study used 100 respondents. With purposive sampling technique. Research data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research resulted in simultaneous and significant Brand Satisfaction, Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Brand Communication influencing the Formation of Brand Loyalty. But partially there is no significant effect between brand communication on brand loyalty. While partially and significantly for brand satisfaction, brand image, and brand awareness have an effect on the formation of brand loyalty.

Abstract

Scoop & Skoops was established to be the first Ice Cream Shop in Indonesia that carries the Industrial Café concept. The efforts made by the company in advertising and different product quality are aimed at increasing consumer buying interest. Basically consumer buying is interested in determining or choosing a product. A person's desire to buy something requires a stimulus and stimulation that arises from both external and internal. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. This research model uses a quantitative approach that is descriptive in nature and tested by IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study are that simultaneously advertising and product quality have an effect on purchase interest. Partially, advertising and product quality have a positive effect on purchase interest.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic occurred in early 2020 which caused global, regional and national economic conditions to experience setbacks during the pandemic. The weakening of purchasing power causes a decrease in regional original income so that it has an impact on the development of a region. This research focuses on knowing and analyzing how the effectiveness and contribution of motorized vehicle taxes was to regional original income before the Covid 19 pandemic occurred in Jambi province and what was the trend of regional original income in Jambi province. Quantitative analysis methods are used in solving research problems with development and contribution analysis tools. This study uses secondary data obtained from publications on the official website. The results of the study show that the development of Motorized Vehicle Tax (PKB) in Jambi Province prior to the Covid-19 pandemic was 9.04% with an effectiveness rate of 109.55%. Furthermore, the contribution of motorized vehicle tax to Jambi Province's Original Revenue before the COVID-19 pandemic was 26.29%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of education spending, health spending, education level, health degree, unemployment and poverty severity index in regencies/cities in Jambi Province during 2017-2021, secondly to analyze the influence of education spending, health spending, education level, degree health, and unemployment on the poverty severity index in districts/cities in Jambi Province during 2017-2021, and thirdly to analyze policy implications related to the poverty severity index in districts/cities in Jambi Province during 2017-2021. The data used in this study is secondary data with a combined panel data type between Cross sections 11 Regencies/Cities in Jambi Province with Time series data for 2017-2021, research data originating from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Finance. This study uses panel data regression analysis and uses the eviews 12 analysis tool. Based on the results of a descriptive analysis of the variables Education Spending, Health Spending, Education Level, Health Degree, Unemployment and Poverty Severity Index, it was concluded that developments during the 2017-2021 period have fluctuated from year to year. Based on individual quantitative analysis, the variables of education level, health degree, and unemployment have a significant effect on the poverty severity index, while the education expenditure and health expenditure variables do not have a significant effect on the poverty severity index. Based on the quantitative analysis carried out, it was found that together the independent variables in the study had a significant effect on the independent variables, namely the poverty severity index with a probability of 0.0000 and R2 of 0.871104, which means that the poverty severity index can be explained by the model of 87.11 % while 12.89% is influenced by variables outside the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and explain the effect of leverage, liquidity and profitability on systematic risks in food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in the 2018-2021 period. The population of this study is 72 companies manufacturing in the food and beverage subsector for the 2018-2021 period. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique, namely sampling with certain criteria and obtained as many as 46 companies for 4 years, so that 184 observations were obtained. This study used the multiple regression analysis method with the help of the spss program version 20. The independent variables in this study are leverage, liquidity and profitability, as well as dependent variables, namely systematic risk. The results of this study show that the partial influence of leverage and liquidity variables has a positive and insignificant impact on systematic risk, while the profitability variable has a negative and significant impact on systematic risk. Meanwhile, variable leverage, liquidity, and profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on systematic risk.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the impact of globalization on knowledge of international trade. This study is a normative study by examining various literatures. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis and quality descriptions in the form of data, sentences and statements so that the data is easier to read and understand. The results of the analysis show that the factors influencing international trade are production (potential factors of production owned by a company), diversity of conditions (availability and quality of resources), and production (amount of goods a country can produce). Countries trade with each other for goods that these countries cannot produce themselves.

Abstract

Human activities on the environment are inseparable from the by-products in the form of waste, for example paper, plastic, metal, glass or glass are by-products of human activities on the environment. Solid waste control does not only cover the environment in urban areas but rural areas on the coast is a global issue that has not been resolved. One way that can be taken in dealing with solid waste in the environment is through a cultural approach and local community knowledge. This study aims to identify the local wisdom of the community called "Meresik" in the coastal environment of Tapak Kuda Village by measuring the level of community participation in solid waste management. the research conducted was descriptive interpretative in nature, the results of questionnaires and interviews were interpreted through data triangulation, samples were taken by random sampling of 60 people and 10 key figures interviewed, data were analyzed descriptively by presenting quantitative and descriptive data on waste control activities in the coastal village environment Tapak Kuda is called "Meresik", the abstinence value against the prohibition of throwing garbage in the sea area and mangrove forests is a form of violation of customary norms in the environment, the habit of using natural materials as containers is a written regulation carried out by the village head, the concentration of disposal sites is carried out in one place with sorting Types of garbage and village clean-up rituals on Friday (resik) are traditional village rituals in maintaining sanitation and soil fertility. The level of community participation is 75% in the high category. the local community of the Village realizes that the culture of resik has an important role in maintaining an environmental condition, environmental cleanliness and good sanitation are heavily influenced by Islamic religious views, as well as prevailing norms and values regarding local wisdom in solid waste management, the level of participation is in the high category this is done with the village working group scheme in the process of collecting, sorting, reducing and educating local wisdom in Tapak Kuda Village.
