Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an effort to maintain the company's position in the competition to maintain harmony with consumers. Not only CSR, the company must also strengthen the company's internals by implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG). CSR and GCG are able to increase the company's profitability. This underlies the purpose of the study, namely to determine the ability of CSR and GCG in influencing the profitability of mining companies listed on the IDX. One of the advantages of this thesis is that this research was carried out by observation to find out the financial statements of mining companies listed on the IDX and included in statistical analysis calculations (using the R Program) using the Panel Data Regression analysis method and tested in each variable to find out whether there is an influence between Variables. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data on IDX financial statements as data collection. The sample in this study is a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2010-2020 with 34 mining companies annually in accordance with the established criteria. The data analysis method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach using panel data regression. The results of the analysis show that csr and GCG variables do not have a significant influence on ROA. In addition, the p-value has a value of (0.97) with a value higher than the significance value of 0.05. The event proved that regression modeling was incapable of explaining the ROA data. This happens because the financial performance of a company is influenced by various factors. One of the factors is that during 2019 the stock index of mining companies experienced a decline due to a decrease in coal prices. In other words, if CSR and GCG get better, the company's profitability will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of leadership style and competence on motivation and its impact on employee performance at the BNN office in East Tanjung Jabung Regency, in this study using descriptive and verification research methods. The sample in this study used the census method, namely all employees who were in the BNN office environment, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, with the help of the SPSS version 25 software program. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely leadership style and competence, have a positive and significant impact on motivation and a positive and significant impact on performance..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the perspective of convenience, trust, and website quality on the loyalty of shopee users. Research data were obtained from answers to questionnaires on 110 respondents who were randomly distributed in the cities of Jakarta, Bogor and Malang. The research was conducted using random sampling method with an error rate of 5%. The research was conducted quantitatively using the SPSS version 22 application. The results indicated that: 1) Partial trust has a significant and very strong effect on the loyalty of the shopee application users (2) The convenience and quality of the website does not have a significant effect on the loyalty of the shopee users (3) The variable of trust partially has the strongest influence among other variables on the loyalty of the shopee users (4 ) The simultaneous effect of convenience and trust variables is the strongest compared to the simultaneous effect of the other two simultaneous variables (5) The simultaneous effect of convenience, trust and website quality variables is simultaneously the strongest compared to all other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how job discipline, health and safety work affects employees' performance on CV. Heaven Sentosa. For the method used in the study is by using a quantitative method using the survey method through the questionnaires handed out to employees. Especially those on CV. Heaven Sentosa by involving 31 employees. The data analysis techniques used in this study are valiance and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classic assumptions test, linear regression tests, and hypothetical tests. Data analysis is done with the help of the SPSS 25 (Stastistic Product And Service Solution) application program. Research shows that discipline (x rays) and occupational safety and health (k3) (x files) have significantly and positively affected the performance of employees (y) CV. Heaven Sentosa. This suggests that the higher the level of employee discipline in the work, as well as the more secure and comfortable workers feel during the work, the better the performance by employees can be.

Abstract

Today's motorbikes can say a lot of meaningful things to society. Motorcycle manufacturers are required to introduce new technology every year to boost sales. With increasingly stringent business regulations due to competition, companies are forced to meet consumer needs in addition to being able to sell their products. Word of mouth, brand image, and lifestyle are some of the variables that might influence consumer decisions to buy. The method used in this research is quantitative. The results of this study are the influence of word of mouth (X1) on the purchase decision of Honda motorcycle products in Jakarta (Y), namely the calculated f value is greater than f table, f count 13.449> 2.47 from f table. The influence of brand image (X2) on the purchase decision of Honda motorcycle products in Jakarta (Y), namely the value of f count is greater than f table, f count is 61,601 > 2.47 from f table. The influence of lifestyle (X3) on the purchase decision of Honda motorcycle products in Jakarta (Y), namely the value of f count is greater than f table, f count is 53,769 > 2.69 from f table. The influence of word of mouth, brand image and lifestyle on the purchase decision of Honda motorcycle products in Jakarta (Y), namely the calculated f value is greater than f table.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal audit on fraud prevention and to determine how much influence internal audit has on fraud prevention. The method used in this research is an empirical study. The population in this study are staff or employees of PT. LEN Industri (Persero) with a total of 25 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so that a sample of 25 respondents was obtained. The results of the study show that the tcount value of the implementation of internal audits on fraud prevention is 3.740. By using a significance number or Sig (5%), and N = 14, t = 2.0595 is obtained. The provisions say that if tcount > ttable, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the hypothesis that internal audit has an effect on fraud prevention is accepted.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has become a difficult time for several aspects, including the world of marketing. This is also felt by MSME business actors. The use of online media can help the defense and life journey of MSMEs. Loyalty is a strong commitment to encourage customers to visit again (Oliver, 1999). Consumer loyalty (Rauyruen & Miller, 2007; Selnes, 1998) is a manifestation and continuation of customer satisfaction in using the facilities and services provided by the company, as well as to remain a customer of a company. In this study, loyalty was measured using the variables Corporate Image, Trust, Consumer Satisfaction Central By - By Khas Kerinci was chosen as the object of research because of the decline in sales during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was conducted on 100 consumers of the Center by Khas Kerinci with purposive sampling method, and analyzed using the SPSS 22 program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of welfare, overtime pay, and work motivation on employee performance (Study on Employees of CV. Bina Makmur Plantation SUM-SEL). The population in this study included all 50 employees of CV Bina Makmur Plantation. While the sample specified as many as 50 employees. The sampling technique in this study was a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling "The technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as samples" and its distribution using simple random sampling. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the level of Welfare, Overtime Pay, and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the implementation of work motivation, work discipline and employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, as well as to find out how the influence of motivation and work discipline simultaneously and partially on employee performance within the Regional Secretariat of Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. Research methods used are qualitative descriptive analysis methods and quantitative descriptive analysis methods, the type of data used is primary data with questionnaire questionnaires. The analysis method used linear regression analysis is simple. This study used a population of 62 respondents. Hypothesis testing was performed using a t-test, with a significant (α) 5%. Data analysis using statistical data management software namely SPSS 22.00 for windows.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size, profitability on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. This study uses a type of quantitative research with sampling using a purposive sampling method, which is a sample selection method with certain predetermined criteria. So that in this study obtained as many as 25 data from 72 companies that meet the criteria. The method used in this study is linear regression analysis with SPSS version 20. The results of this study found that (1) company size has a positive effect on capital structure (2) profitability has a significant negative effect on capital structure (3) company size has a positive and no effect significant to firm value (4) profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value (5) capital structure is able to mediate the effect of firm size on firm value (6) capital structure is unable to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value.
