Abstract

This study examines the effect of product quality, perceived price, and brand image on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted in the city of Semarang. The sampling method used purposive sampling and data collection using a questionnaire totaling 99 respondents. Relationships and influences between variables are explained using multiple regression analysis methods. The results showed that product quality, price perceptions and brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The performance of a company is very dependent on good or bad corporate governance. Good corporate governance will be able to influence the company's financial performance, especially in state-owned enterprises (BUMN). This study examines the effect of institutional ownership, board of directors, independent commissioners and audit committees on the financial performance of state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2021 period. This study used a total of 20 companies as research samples with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study show that institutional ownership, board of directors, independent commissioners and audit committees partially have an influence on Tobins-Q.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interest in using E-wallet using the TAM approach in West Jakarta. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a model to test and predict how technology users behave based on perceived usefulness and convenience. This study uses two independent variables, namely perceived usefulness and perceived convenience. The variables of attitude and interest in using technology are also used as mediating variables and dependent variables. The independent variable in this study. Primary data was collected through the distribution of online questionnaires. The researcher used google form to make a questionnaire. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale: a scale of 5 values, namely strongly disagree (STS) with a value of 1, disagree (ST) with a value of 2, Neutral (N) with a value of 3, agree (S) with a value of 4 and Strongly agree (SS) with a value of 5. The sampling technique used the convenience sampling method and processed SPSS. Criteria Samples are taken from consumers who have used e-wallet. The number of samples obtained reached 162 during April-May 2022. The results showed that the perception of usability and perceived convenience influenced the interest of e-wallet users in West Jakarta. In addition, the attitude variable mediates the perception of usefulness and ease of interest in using technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Gramedia Jambi. The samples taken in this study were employees of Gramedia Jambi, totaling 38 respondents, drawn from 38 employees who have direct contact with consumers. The data collection techniques in this study used several techniques, namely library research and field studies consisting of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of work discipline and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, while partially work discipline had no significant effect on employee performance. Where the work motivation variable has a dominant influence on employee performance. Therefore, companies should maintain work motivation.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that also produces coffee and exports coffee beans on a world scale. The tropical climate and geographical conditions as well as favorable temperatures make Indonesia has excellent potential for coffee cultivation. Therefore, due to the abundance of coffee production in Indonesia, there are many kinds of processed coffee beans, one of which is coffee drinks. The habit of consuming coffee drinks for some people in Indonesia, especially in big cities like Surabaya, has become a lifestyle that continues to grow. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of brand image and online promotion on purchasing decisions at Starbucks coffee outlets. The population in this study is consumers who are interested and reside in Surabaya. This study uses a non-probability sampling method and also uses accidental sampling for sampling. With 99 respondents and analyzed using PLS. From the results obtained for this study, it is found that there is a positive influence between brand image, online promotion and purchasing decisions at Starbucks coffee outlets.

Abstract

Iphone is well-known as a high-end cellphone in Indonesia, but because of this there are many fake iphone products or iphone units whose components have been replaced (reconditioned/refurbished) and are sold at low prices. In addition, most iPhone users buy only to fulfill their lifestyle, not because of their needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and lifestyle on iphone purchasing decisions for Bina Darma University students. The population in this study were Bina Darma University students who purchased iphones, the sample size in this study was 100 Bina Darma University students. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires and the analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determination. The results of this study indicate that brand image and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on iphone purchasing decisions at Bina Darma University students with the results of the F-count test of (59,671) > F table (3.09) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The reform of civil servant bureaucracy today is expected to be able to produce good civil servant performance in supporting a good public service system to the community. The implementation of integrity as a moral value and honesty in carrying out the work of civil servants can support their performance and organizational support is expected to always be given to employees so that the ability to manage their performance can be achieved. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational integrity and support on employee performance at the Suka Mbayak Village Head Office located in Suka Mbayak Village, Karo Regency with a total of 37 employees. By using SPSS, the results of the study found the direction coefficient of multiple regression found a positive direction of integrity and organizational support for employee performance. The hypothetical results found a positive and significant influence of integrity on employee performance and a positive and significant influence of organizational support on employee performance. With the high integrity of employees and good organizational support for employees, it will directly or indirectly produce good performance as well.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the job satisfaction of contract employees at Perum Peruri Karawang. This study involved contract employees from various work units. Research using descriptive qualitative research. There are five dimensions of Afandi's theory which are the focus of research, namely the dimensions of Work, Wages/Salary, Promotion, Colleagues, Supervision. The collection technique was carried out through three stages, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that contract employees were satisfied with the work indicators, salary indicators, supervisor indicators, and co-workers indicators. However, employees are dissatisfied with the promotion indicators, because the company has not given contract employees another chance to become permanent employees at Perum Peruri for the last five years or so. For promotion indicators, it is suggested that the company make regulations for the period of time for the transfer of work status that are clearly applicable in the company.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine: the effect of brand image and price on customer loyalty of indomie goreng with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with primary data obtained through a questionnaire (questionnaire). The sample of this study was 100 respondents with purposive random sampling technique which was then processed using the spss 21.0 data processing application and analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The results of the study indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Price has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Brand image and price simultaneously have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Turnover intention is the tendency or intention of employees to stop working from their jobs. "Factors that influence turnover intention are the work environment, work motivation and workload. The superiors of PT Colamas Indah Sejati are still not paying enough attention to the work environment, both in the office and in the operational section. beyond the responsibility of the employee. In this study the population used 110 samples with the variables being work environment (X1) motivation (X2), workload (X3) and turnover intention (Y). "In this study the analytical method used was linear regression analysis, to test the truth of the final hypothesis which has been determined by the researchers."
