PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya terus melakukan peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dengan melakukan pemasangan baru sesuai dengan waktu yang ditargetkan. Kecepatan pemasangan adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan dan persepsi pelanggan terhadap perusahaan. PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya melayani penyambungan listrik Tegangan Rendah (TR) dan Tegangan Menengah (TM). Berdasarkan identifikasi yang dilakukan ditemukan adanya kendala yang dialami perusahaan sehingga menyebabkan pekerjaan penyambungan menjadi lama. Hal ini ditemukan pada layanan Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari yang dibutuhkan diatas target 100 hari. Lamanya proses pelayanan mengalami kendala dari sisi eksternal maupun internal perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya analisa mendalam dengan metode tertentu agar perusahaan dapat mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan ditahun berikutnya. Penelitian ini meneliti atribut reliability dan responsivness menggunakan metrik Perfect Order Fullfilment (POF) dan Order Fulfilment Cycle Time (OFCT) dimana diperoleh nilai POF 97,52% dan OFCT 27,56 hari. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa faktor perizinan dan ketidaksiapan pelanggan menjadi alasan utama keterlambatan pemasangan listrik Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari.

Abstract

Development innovation is now an instrument that continues to be driven by the central government towards local governments in Indonesia. With innovation, the limitations of development can work even with a limited budget. This study describes the development and innovation constraints of triple helix based in Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Data related to all innovations was obtained from the interview process with the Sumbawa Regency Bappeda and several other sources. From each innovation will be selected that contains the triple helix element from each of these innovations. O'Samawa is an innovation model in the form of a community formed based on an MoU between the Sumbawa Bappeda, UTS (Sumbawa Technology University) and business people. The goal of O'Samawa is to facilitate businesses to increase product and packaging capacity, facilitate access to capital and market networks. Activities that have been carried out in O`Samawa are training, product exhibitions, seminars, building a joint store (shop) and building an online market website.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trust of the millennial generation in Islamic financial institutions. The trust of the millennial generation refers to the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which consists of transparancy, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness and sharia compliance. The data collection method used was the sample survey. The number of samples in this study was 150 samples. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. The analytical tool used is descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the millennial generation's trust in Islamic financial institutions is high. This proves that the millennial generation in West Nusa Tenggara Province basically already has good trust in the operation of Islamic financial institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship between service quality, product quality, customer satisfaction, and re-visit intention. This research was conducted in the conditions of the Covid 19 pandemic and was carried out at a coastal tourist destination in Sampang Regency, Madura. Respondents in this study were 187 local tourists who were willing to complete this research. Analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to analyze relationships. The results showed that service quality had a significant influence to tourist satisfaction, but the product quality did not have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, and satisfaction have a significant effect on re-visit intention to tourist destinations in Long Malang beach of the Sampang Regency, Madura.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of reference groups on the visit decision to the Kolo beach culinary tourism area. The type of research used is associative, the research location is in the City of Bima. The population in this study were all consumers who had visited the Kolo beach culinary tourism area, the sample in this study amounted to 100 people with purposive sampling technique. The research instrument uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data with research data sources, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires/questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results showed that the Reference Group had an effect on the visit decision to the Kolo beach culinary tourism area

Abstract

Abripraya has implemented Business Continuity Management (BCM) as an effort to keep business processes running well under any risk conditions, including when the Covid-19 virus pandemic occurs. However, in Abipraya, there are still business risks that need to be resolved, namely violations of SOPs related to preventing Covid-19. This study aims to determine which risk groups are at high risk for applying Business Continuity Management in Abipraya during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection methods are used through field observations, documentation of activities, and interviews related to the object in the study. The results found six risks with a very high level, one chance with a high level, and a medium level due to violations of BCM implementation by Abipraya's external parties. The majority of breaches of the implementation of BCM by period-specific project workers such as vendors and subcontractors, visiting visitors, and online motorcycle taxi drivers. In conclusion, about 75% of the risk group with a very high-risk category for the BCM Abipraya during the Covid-19 pandemic. The managerial implication is to disseminate regulations, especially to external parties, and implement periodic mitigation plans to reduce high risk.

Abstract

The bank is a financial service provider whose primary choice is for the community's financial-related needs. However, with increased mobility and the people's need for ease financial transactions, various technology-based innovations have emerged to safely, comfortably, and quickly fulfill community activities. One of the methods of financial service that has become the choice of Indonesians is finance technology (fintech). Fintech is a merger of the financial system various aspects of financial services. Go-Pay is a fintech in Indonesia that is a mobile payment service on the Go-Jek platform. Go-Pay provides to provide convenience and comfort for the transaction process carried out in Go-Jek. For banks not to be less competitive with Fintech, there is a need for adjustments and cooperation to strengthen business potential. PT. XXX (XXX) collaborates with Go-Pay in the Go-Pay cash withdrawal mechanism through XXX ATMs with the Cardless Cash Withdrawal mechanism as a form of banking synergy with fintech to facilitate transactions for Indonesians. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure satisfaction compared to performance on educational services for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram, using the servqual model from Parasuraman et.al. which consists of fives dimensions, namely Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty. Respondents consisted of 135 students who were selected by purposive sampling from 3 majors which were evenly divided 45 students for each department. Data were analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).From the analysis it was found that: the average level of satisfaction in education services got a score of 15.5 with the IKM = 72.48% which was at the level of "Satisfactory" with service quality in the category of "Good". There is no wide gap between the level of satisfaction and the level of importance (expectation) in the three research majors.To increase student satisfaction, leaders need to pay attention to the dimensions that get the lowest satisfaction, such as the tangible dimension, which includes toilets, religious facilities, physical facilities, provision of a canteen, and other complementary facilities. Besides, it is necessary to increase the sensitivity of lecturers and staff to facilitate student affairs, especially in the thesis guidance process.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the factors that affect financial performance between Manchester United Plc and the similar industries by examinating financial ratios trends before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The object under study was the Manchester United football club, while the industry average used the six biggest football clubs in the English Premier League, such as Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Tottenham Hotspur. This study used a literature study method by collecting relevant data and information according to the topics discussed through various literatures. In addition, this study also using financial ratio indicators that were applied to the football industry to measure the financial performance of a football club. The data used were secondary data in the form of company financial statements from 2018 to 2020 from the company's official website. The results of this study conclude that Manchester United's financial performance tends to decrease,, especially in profitability due to the postponement of the competition during the Covid-19 pandemic. On the other hand, Manchester United's financial performance was stated to be good in terms of efficient management of employee payroll expenses and sponsorship contract revenues. Therefore, investors need to review the condition of football clubs based on financial ratios before making investment decisions on football clubs.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to analyze and empirically test the impact of capital adequacy (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio on profitability in IDX banking companies, analyze and empirically test the impact of capital adequacy (CAR) and the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio on stock return in IDX banking companies, and analyze and empirically test the impact of profitability on stock return in IDX banking companies with observation period from 2015-2019 in 43 companies. The number of samples gathered by 42 companies utilizing the purposive sampling technique. The method employed in this study is path analysis, which was preceded by data normality tests and classical assumption tests. The results showed that capital adequacy proved to have a positive effect on stock returns, the Loan to Deposit Ratio had a negative effect on stock returns, and profitability was shown to have a positive impact on stock returns, giving the sense that the higher the company's profitability, it reflects the bank's ability to generate profits high by utilizing the total assets it owns, so that it will increase the rate of return on company’s stock (stock return).

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menilai kinerja portofolio dengan menggunakan dua metode, yaitu metode time weighted return dan dollar weighted return. Portofolio dibentuk pada indeks BUMN 20 yang menunjukkan indikasi dapat diperolehnya imbal hasil yang maksimum, Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membentuk portofolio berdasarkan data factsheet IDX BUMN 20, dari 10 konstituen yang masuk dalam IDX BUMN 20. Selanjutnya kalkulasi TWR dilakukan menggunakan rata-rata arithmatic dan kalkulasi DWR menggunakan formulasi XIRR pada ms. excel. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji signifikansi perbedaan kalkulasi kinerja adalah independent t-test yang dijalankan dengan menggunakan Minitab 14. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja portofolio dengan menggunakan kalkulasi TWR nampak lebih tinggi dibanding dengan kalkulasi DWR. Kalkulasi TWR mengabaikan kemungkinan penambahan dana pada investasi, berbeda dengan kalkulasi DWR yang menghitung kemungkinan adanya penambahan investasi kembali. TWR didasarkan pada asumsi  buy and hold saja. Oleh karena itu, mengacu pada hasil uji tersebut dapat disarankan bahwa investasi yang sebaiknya dilakukan oleh investor adalah mengikuti mekanisme buy and hold walaupun demikian penelitian ini mengabaikan faktor lain seperti preferensi investor dalam berinvestasi, sehingga dapat menjadi pengembangan untuk penelitian selanjutnya.
