PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya terus melakukan peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dengan melakukan pemasangan baru sesuai dengan waktu yang ditargetkan. Kecepatan pemasangan adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan dan persepsi pelanggan terhadap perusahaan. PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya melayani penyambungan listrik Tegangan Rendah (TR) dan Tegangan Menengah (TM). Berdasarkan identifikasi yang dilakukan ditemukan adanya kendala yang dialami perusahaan sehingga menyebabkan pekerjaan penyambungan menjadi lama. Hal ini ditemukan pada layanan Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari yang dibutuhkan diatas target 100 hari. Lamanya proses pelayanan mengalami kendala dari sisi eksternal maupun internal perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya analisa mendalam dengan metode tertentu agar perusahaan dapat mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan ditahun berikutnya. Penelitian ini meneliti atribut reliability dan responsivness menggunakan metrik Perfect Order Fullfilment (POF) dan Order Fulfilment Cycle Time (OFCT) dimana diperoleh nilai POF 97,52% dan OFCT 27,56 hari. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa faktor perizinan dan ketidaksiapan pelanggan menjadi alasan utama keterlambatan pemasangan listrik Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Test and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City (2) Test and analyze the effect of work involvement on employee performance in the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City.  (3) Test and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on motivation at the Rasanae BaratSub-District Office in Bima City.  (4) Test and analyze the effect of work involvement on motivation at the Rasanae BaratSub-District Office in Bima City.  (5) Test and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City.  This research is a quantitative research.  The population in this study were all employees working in the Rasanae Barat District Office in Bima City as many as 112 people.  Determination of the sample by using the Slovin formula in order to obtain a sample of 88 people.  Sampling method used was a simple random sampling technique and each employee has the same possibility to be selected as a sample.  The instrument reliability test includes a validity test and a reliability test.  The model that used in this research is a model of causality or relationship or influence and to test the proposed hypothesis, the analysis technique used was quantitative analysis with a path analysis approach.  The results of the study show that (1) There is an influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City with a significance value of 0.021 less than 0.05 (significant).  (2) There is an influence of work involvement on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City with a significance value of 0.015 which is less than 0.05 (significant).  (3) There is an influence of work organization commitment to motivation at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City with a significance value of 0.004 which is less than 0.05 (significant).  (4) There is no influence of work involvement on motivation in the Rasanae Barat Sub-DistrictOffice in Bima City with a significance value of 0.331 which is greater than 0.05 (not significant).  (5) There is a motivational effect on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City with a significance value of 0.041 which is less than 0.05 (significant).

Abstract

Sektor ekonomi kreatif diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kontribusi Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) sektor Ekonomi Kreatif (Ekraf), penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor Ekraf, jumlah usaha dan peningkatan ekspor produk atau jasa Ekraf. Ekonomi kreatif memiliki karakteristik yang berkaitan dengan rantai nilai dan nilai tambah yang mengandung kekayaan intelektual (Santoso, 2020). Pengembangan platform untuk pasar dalam negeri dan ekspor. Terdapat keterkaitan antara platform (intermediary side/ linkage) terhadap pelaku ekonomi kreatif (supply side) dan pemenuhan kebutuhan konsumen (demand side). Peningkatan kemampuan ekonomi berbasis ekonomi kreatif dilakukan melalui rekayasa ulang bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penataan ulang dari proses bisnis platform ekspor dibidang subsektor kuliner dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Sistem Inovasi yang merupakan keterkaitan sisi pasokan (supply), kebutuhan (demand) dan linkage (keterkaitan sisi supply dan demand).

Abstract

This research takes the title "Analysis of Efficiency and Added Value of Processed Agroindustry Products of  Cow Crackers (Case Study in Seganteng Mataram City). This research was conducted by taking 6 business units, namely the business of processing cow crackers in Seganteng, Sandubaya Subdistrict, Mataram City, which were determined intentionally. The purpose of this study is to analyze production costs and expenditure levels, cost efficiency and value added or Value Added Ratio (RNT).Overall, of the 6 agro-industry business units for making crackers, while the level of business ratio (R / C Ratio), the average value is above 1 or R / C. The ratio is> 1, which is meant by both the business of processing skin crackers (R / C Ratio = 2.43) means that this business is profitable to be undertaken, with the average income obtained by the leather cracker industry in a single production process of Rp. 7,163,263.The added value of the business of processing leather crackers is IDR 7,663,263 and the added value per kg in the production process is (7,633,263: 141 kg) IDR 58,844.33 which means that every 1 kg of cow leather processed into cow skin crackers can be given an added value of 58,844 , 33. The value added ratio (RNT) of 63% means that the value added is high because the RNT is> 50%. means the agro-industry business Making cowhide crackers has good prospects for development,To further increase the added value of the processing agro-industry business (the business of cowhide crackers) the need to further increase operational costs such as the use of fuel, the use of electricity, the purchase of auxiliary materials. In addition it needs new innovations in creating new products that are more attractive to consumers' purchasing power.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh komptensi terhadap kinreja, pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja  , pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menegah Atas  se Kota Mataram., dengan menggunakan sebanyak80  responden sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal, dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder, alat yang digunakan adalah kusioner, di mana metode pengumpulan data dengan metode angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara jika ada jawaban responden yang belum jelas dan perlu penjelasan yang lebih rinci, sebagai kroscek.               Hasil yang di dapat semua kuisiner yang di gunakan valid dan realibel, dan semua varibel bebas yaitu kompetensi, komunikasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru ,karena r hitung yang di dapat > r tabel,serta semua item pertanyaaan di kuisioner valid serta realibel dan memenuhi syarat uji asumsi klasik yaitu notrmalitas, multikoleneritas dan heterokedisitas..            Saaran yang bisa di ajukan bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan memperhatikan pemberian tugas-tugas yang sesuai dengan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang dimiliki oleh guru-guru, dan memberikan wadahatau media untuk komunikasi yang lebih lanvcar dengan sesama guru agar mereka bisa saling bertukar imformasi tentang tugas-tugas dan peneyelesaian tugas yang guru ampu, memberikan motivasi berupa penghargaan terhadap guru-guru yang berprestasi agar bisa meningkatkan kinerja.

Abstract

This research is to explore the lodging bussiness condition of sembalun community after the erthquake in lombok island exactly in the year of 2018, the effect of natural disaster had been paralyzed the lombok island part of northern including the torist area of sembalun. The rarely visitors who come to sembalun area after the earthquake have caused the lodging bussiness are getting down, many hotels are broken, and it could not be repaired until recently and many other also could not be operated while some of hotel which are able to be used have given the little happyness for the owner,  could enjoy their income even the condition is not fully good therefore is required the right growth strategy to reincrease the  lodging busniss thus the people do not spend the lot of cost in repairing their bussniss  and also do not get the wrong step in determine the next step. This research try to give solution to develop the growth strategy as an alternatif which could be selected by the hotel managers in increasing their bussiness in the next.

Abstract

The Research is conducted to find out  perceived usefilness   and perceived ease of use to use toward the using of GoFood application  at consumers'  in Mataram city. This type of research is an associate study. The population in this research is Mataram city comminity that uses GoFood application, with a sample of 100 responden. Sample technique use Non probability samplig   with Purposive sampling method. The data-collection techniques used, angket and documentation. The data analysis technique which is applied to examine the hypothesis is double   linear regression.  The research result shows that there is a positive influence and significant of perceived usefulness and petceived ease of use toward the using of GoFood application at consumers’ in Mataram city, hence it is recommended to Gojek workers to make more impact on services and security and to continue recovery by promoting technological ease, enabling consumers to interact more easily, conveniently and safely.

Abstract

In the Sasak tribe, the existence of woven cloth has a very important position, however, this craft is currently increasingly difficult to survive amid woven products from outside the region that flood outlets both in tourist and trade areas. On the other hand, tourists or consumers who buy woven fabric products often cannot distinguish between Sasak weaving and woven fabrics from other regions, even between the woven fabrics produced from one village to another. As a result, Sasak weaving becomes difficult to compete. Therefore, Sasak weaving needs to be introduced to its quality and uniqueness compared to weaving from other regions, even the peculiarities of weaving from one village to another. Therefore, scientific study and analysis is needed, so as to provide a more precise solution that aims to map consumer perceptions through Multi Dimensional Scaling Analysis (MDS). This study involved 103 respondents who know about the woven fabrics Sukarara, Sade and Pringgasela. The MDS results show that the Sukarara cloth is considered very different from the Pringgasela, while the Sade woven cloth has similarities with the Sukarara and Pringgasela woven fabrics. There are two attributes that characterize the woven fabrics of the Sasak tribe, namely easy maintenance and bright colors, but they have different perceptions on several other attributes.

Abstract

This study analyzes state-owned Bank liquidity and capital before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of liquidity and capital. The approach used in this research is comparative quantitative research. The data used are banking financial reports before and during the pandemic with a research focus: Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). Before the analysis was carrying out, the Research Instrument Prerequisite Test carrying out using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, and the analysis technique in this study was using paired t-test analysis. The results showed a difference before and during the pandemic regarding state-owned bank liquidity and capital adequacy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah faktor produk,harga, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian coffe shop komunal mataram. Untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan tehnik wawancara, dan angket. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 70 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalam sample survey. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik diolah sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut, Y = 1.380  X1 + 0,141 X2 + 0,595 X3 + 0,175 Hasil model regresi linier berganda mendapatkan bahwa ketiga variable yaitu produk, harga, dan lokasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2 ) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,805. Hal ini berarti 80,5% keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Produk, Harga, dan Lokasi, sedangkan 19,5% keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan dari variabel lain selain ketiga variabel tersebut.

Abstract

The Objectives of this study were to know  the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by traditional retailers in the face of modern minimarket. In line with that to find out the right alternative strategies in dealing with those modern minimarkets.. Type of this research is applied descriptive whereas the population  consist of  entrepreneurs, managers and owners of traditional shops, consumers and communities who lives around shops / minimarkets. Data collection used in this study were sample survey where 30 people as respondents. Data analyzed by Porter's five forces analysis, SWOT analysis, Internal Factor Analysis & External Factor Analysis and SPACE Matrix analysis. The results showed that the analysis of Diamond’s Porter, a traditional market (grocery store) has advantages that are supported by factor conditions, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, the role of government and opportunities. Strategies that can be recommended are 1) S-O Strategy: develop the concept of one stop shopping and keep using traditional systems, not self-service. 2) S-T Strategy: maintain and establish good relationships with customers, maintain store image and standardize services. 3) W-O's strategy maximize  KUR (special credits for small enterprise)  assistance and sales profit to improve shop shortages and expand the network and look for goods in cheap places. 4) W-T Strategy: improve service quality as an effort to retain customers, and make service standards. Meanwhile, based on IFAS, EFAS, and Space matrix analysis, it is found that traditional retail shops / retailers must use aggressive strategies in dealing with modern retail / shops.
