Abstract

Increasing standards in the employee selection process by the Company's Human Resources Division has encouraged employees to continue improving their abilities. To evaluate employee performance effectively, a system is needed that can provide an objective assessment of their performance. This aims to ensure that the assessment carried out by the company on the competence and quality of employees is in accordance with existing needs. Therefore, developing a Decision Support System is very important to provide solutions and assistance to Human Resources Managers in selecting the best employees at PT. Sam Kyung Jaya Garments. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was chosen as the approach used in this system. The SAW method is a method that calculates the total weight of the performance assessment for each alternative for all relevant attributes. It is hoped that the results of this system can provide useful options for the Human Resources Division in determining the best employees in the company.

Abstract

Tetx mining is a process to utilize the ocean of data in the Industrial Age 4.0. The rapid growth in the use of social media has generated a lot of data in the form of text analysis, one of which is sentiment analysis. This research uses social media X in analyzing the sentiment of opinions about the 2024 election. This analysis was taken from X social media user comments as much as 300 review data divided into 2 categories, namely 100 training data and 200 test data, then tested using the naïve bayes method. The text mining method with the naïve bayes algorithm can be applied to analyze public opinion and sentiment towards the 2024 election on the X social media platform. The results of data testing with the naïve bayes method obtained results with the acquisition of 103 positive sentiments, 47 negative sentiments and 50 neutral sentiments.

Abstract

The development and growth of society according to research on the website dataindonesia.id as of December 31, 2022, the number was 126.99 million units by the end of last year. Increasing transportation density has become a serious problem in Indonesia. The relationship between speed and traffic flow (volume) can be used as a guide in determining the mathematical value of road capacity under ideal conditions. The proposed system requires CCTV to run properly. In each input frame, the system will perform data preprocessing to determine the vehicle object that will be segmented in the image. When the frame enters and preprocessing is done, the data will be rezoned to adjust to the system's compatibility. Then the data will go through the image processing stage. Image processing uses RGB color and is converted to grayscale in order to distinguish blobs in the frame. When the blob is detected, the number of objects will be counted and calculated to output the number of vehicles. The results of the number of vehicles will be used for datasets in vehicle density optimization. Motion detection that can be applied to measure highway density with CCTV using YOLO.

Abstract

PT Cheger Motor is an authorized dealer that provides engine maintenance and spare part sales for Honda motorcycle, located in South Tangerang. Sales is the main focus of business process in this company, that being the case, there are two types of sales methods, regular and indent. Indent method were used should the motorcycle ordered by the customer is not readily available, therefore the customer should order in advance. In practice, the existing information system doesn’t have the feature to manage and store SPK (Surat Pemesanan Kendaraan - Vehicle Order Letter). The process of generating an indent inquiries are done manually with physical ledger, and those orders are followed up manually, one by one via WhatsApp. This issue increases the occurrence of booking delays, damage, loss, and redundancy of indent data. In addition, a feature is needed to set up an indent queue to reduce delays in the delivery of purchased vehicles to reduce the rate of order cancellation. This research aims to develop an integrated information system to store, manage and calculate the priority value of the indent queue in carrying out the indent process. To get the result of the priority value, there are few steps needed, first we should collect sales and indent data, then determine the weight of each criterion, and apply an appropriate calculation methods. Therefore, the Graphic Rating Scale method was chosen to assess the priority point for each transaction, to properly arrange the order priority based on the related criterion. Abstract

The development of information technology, have a positive impact on education by providing flexible learning support. The design and presentation of the learning tool significantly affect students' interest in learning. In the current technological era, students and teachers must consider the accessibility and mobility of learning media. The purpose of this research is to develop the SERLI Application, an android-based Natural Science learning module that can be accessed anywhere by students and teachers. The application development model used is the Hannafin & Peck Model, which consists of  needs analysis,  design  stages, and  implementation & development. The method for evaluating user satisfaction uses the End User Computing Satisfaction method. This method considers variables such as content, accuracy, display format, ease of use, and timeliness. The experts tested the SERLI Application, gave a 86.58% success rate. Student users and teachers also evaluated the application and achieved a 85% success rate. These results are very good. The implementation result of this research is an android-based learning application product that contains a science lesson module. In this application, there is an initial display, namely registration into the application, then the main display of the application which contains modules and practice questions, then the display for the teacher.

Abstract

Psychometric tests are a crucial step in obtaining a Driver's License (SIM) that requires effective cooperation between the Traffic Unit (SATLANTAS), psychological institutions, and applicants. However, the psychometric test service often faces challenges due to lack of accuracy and difficulties in manual verification of test results by psychological facilities. To address this challenge, this research develops a web application to facilitate registration, conduct of psychological tests, and access to test results for applicants. This application also assists administrators in managing psychological test information and providing confirmation to applicants. The development process uses the waterfall SDLC method. In its development, testing uses 2 methods: blackbox and the Delone & Mclean method with a qualitative approach involving 47 respondents. Through this research, a SIM psychometric test service system is produced, consisting of account registration, admin and user login, and psychometric test execution pages. The resulting system, named SINAR-SIMPOLRI, can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of psychometric test services in Palu City, providing more efficient support for test participants and psychological facilities in conducting easier checks.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop an Educational 3D Adventure Game as an informative tool for organic and non-organic waste. The development method employed is MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle), encompassing Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution stages. The game was successfully created for the Android platform using Unity3D.The testing results, involving 22 respondents from Gedang Rowo Village, demonstrate a positive response with an approval rate of 90%. Media experts' evaluation reached 68%, while content experts provided a 100% approval rate. These findings indicate that "TrashHero" has effectively become an engaging and interactive information medium regarding organic and non-organic waste.Utilizing the Likert scale, the conclusion drawn from the testing affirms that "TrashHero" has achieved a remarkably high level of success. Therefore, this game is considered an effective educational tool for conveying information about waste while providing an interactive experience for users.

Abstract

BCG immunization is the first step in preventing tuberculosis (TB) caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This disease is potentially fatal and requires vigilance from parents because babies are susceptible to TB infection. This study aims to evaluate the factors that influence BCG immunization and the incidence of TB in children aged 1-4 years at the Batauga Community Health Center, South Buton Regency, during January to June 2023. Conducted in July 2023, this research involved 209 children as a population, with 68 of them being the sample. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between knowledge, attitudes and anxiety with BCG immunization status and the incidence of TB in children under five, indicated by relevant statistical significance (ρ < α=0.05). These findings highlight the importance of education and attitude change in increasing BCG immunization and reducing the risk of TB in children under five. In this context, preventive efforts that focus on health education and public understanding of the importance of BCG immunization can play a vital role in controlling the spread of TB in the community.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education, it is important to build a culture of quality in schools through the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) as ordered by the government. This research focuses on the implementation of SPMI at SMP Lab School FIP UMJ Cirendeu Ciputat Tangerang Banten. The aim is to analyze how the implementation of SPMI improves the quality of educational services at the school. Data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed to draw conclusions. The research results show several aspects: 1) quality mapping instruments that are not fully in accordance with the quality indicators of the 8 National Education Standards (SNP), 2) quality fulfillment targets that are not yet optimal, 3) fulfillment of the 8 SNP fulfillment targets, 4) improving the quality of the learning process and school management, 5) improving the quality of learning outcomes, establishing a quality culture, and continuing quality improvement. Thus, the implementation of SPMI at SMP Lab School FIP UMJ Cirendeu Ciputat Tangerang Banten has a positive impact in improving the quality of educational services.

Abstract

The global market has experienced a significant transformation along with the development of digital business technology, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are faced with new challenges in utilizing the digital era to increase product growth. This research aims to investigate effective marketing strategies in accelerating business growth in the digital era. MSMEs often face difficulties in adapting to these changes and exploiting them optimally for their growth. Despite the enormous opportunities offered by digital technology, many MSMEs have still not adopted the right marketing strategies to achieve success in the digital era. This causes many MSMEs to be trapped in intense competition or even lose their market share. This research aims to explore effective marketing strategies in increasing business growth in the digital era and to provide practical guidance for MSMEs in implementing these strategies. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting case studies of several MSMEs that have successfully implemented digital marketing strategies. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation analysis. The research results show that an effective digital marketing strategy includes the use of social media, relevant and interesting content, search engine optimization (SEO), and data analysis for better decision making. Implementing the right digital marketing strategy can significantly increase MSME business growth in the digital era. It is important for MSMEs to continue to develop knowledge and skills in this regard to remain relevant and competitive in this increasingly changing market.
