Abstract

University as an educational institution plays an important role in producing graduates. In addition, institutions such as universitas ichsan Gorontalo save the data set. These Data include about student academic data.In the academic field, every semester, increasing the amount of data recorded with data from academic activities. It is like there is a Tsunami of data which indicate that these data are very abundant but do not give any knowledge that is not beneficial to the university, especially the faculty except the knowledge administrative. Universitas ichsan Gorontalo with the number of students reached 9000 people which is accompanied by the number of graduates is still less than ideal any period graduate, it is necessary to apply the pattern determination grade concentration courses effective for the achievement ability of students, academic Data will be used namely the data of the students 2016-2017 who has taken class subjects concentration. The application of K-Means algorithm and K-Means KNN where K=2 result in a cluster for grouping of a Class Focus on the students semester end and each cluster has a predictive value for the second klustering such, the Value of the resulting Accuracy of Algorithms KNN, namely the AUC (Area Under The Curve) =1, the Value of CA=1, the value of F1=1, the value of the precision=1 and recall=1, and the value of accuracy as the best value.

Abstract

Payment transactions developed along with technological developments, now days technology supports digital payment, each type of digital transaction has its own security services,  this study focus on the analysis of security services (confidentiality, integrity and availability) using the Penetration Testing method on magnetic stripe cards as a payment transaction playground facility, then comparing security services to the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) electronic transaction tool. The results of this study are RFID electronic transaction cards that provide a more complete security service as an electronic payment transaction.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is the Holy Book which is the main and first source in Islamic teachings. It is important for us as Muslims to learn about how to read the Qur'an properly. This research  uses two method approach namely Multimedia System Development method and learning method used is to use Tartil method. By using this two-method approach it is hoped that it will be more interesting for students to read and be able to accelerate how to read the Qur'an properly. The results of this research are in the form of an android-based application that can help to learn and read the Al-Qur?an properly. This application is tested using the Black Box method that shows all functions are running properly 100% according to what is expected.. The results show 85% progressed after using the application and only 15% did not progress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui penggunaan media Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi peserta didik, Untuk mengetahui tingkat penguasaan media Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi para pendidik dalam memotivasi Peserta didik dan Untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan media Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri I Dekai Kabupaten Yahukimo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Bahwa penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi (TIK) Peserta didik berada pada kategori tinggi.  (66,67%). Artinya bahwa penggunaan TIK memiliki manfaat yang sangat besar terhadap peningkatan penguasaan media internet para pendidik dalam memotivasi Peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri I Dekai Kabupaten Yahukimo. Bahwa tingkat prestasi belajar bahasa inggris Peserta didik berada pada kategori tinggi. (53,34%) artinya bahwa selama ini peningkatan penguasaan media internet para pendidik dalam memotivasi Peserta didik kelas X SMA  Negeri I Dekai Kabupaten Yahukimo adalah dengan gairah, semangat, dan keinginan untuk mempelajari media Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi tersebut. Penggunaan TIK mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dengan peningkatan penguasaan media internet para pendidik dalam memotivasi Peserta didik.  Hal ini ditandai dengan nilai koefisien korelasi R = 0,861 (mendekati nilai angka 1). Artinya semakin diterpa penggunaan TIK pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris maka semakin kuat peningkatan penguasaan media internet para pendidik dalam memotivasi Peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri I Dekai Kabupaten Yahukimo tersebut.

Abstract

The information system is faced with a significant development, it needs to have not only the policy changes but also the features as an effort update, according to necessity both internal and external business rule systems. This research aims to form a microservice infrastructure for updating changes in flow of business process to the development of information systems. This Research methods come under both field studies and literature to the subject matter related with the development of Information Systems in managing data of program kreativitas mahasiswa (PKM), Web services and Microservice Architecture. The design is using Prototype model to represent graphically the workflow of the system Model which is using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) tool, Managing the Data Base Management System (DBMS) application using GORM, Go Validator as a data validation tool, and Gorilla Mux as the REST rooter. The application runs by utilizing the Advanced Message Queuing protocol. In conclusion, the implementation of webservice-based university internal information system development with microservice architecture for PKM is reporting activities in where the relationship between units in data transactions (publish, send automatically) is carried out with a duration of time 0,00 / sec.

Abstract

Cryptography is a method of securing data using algorithms that have been developed continuously until now. Cryptography offers security in the form of data confidentiality, for example the confidentiality of data generated through encryption algorithms that scrambles personal information so that it cannot be read or solved by unauthorized parties. One of them is the substitution algorithm and the vigenere cipher is a classic method used for data security. The combination of these algorithm methods becomes a solution for double security as file protection. By using a cryptographic application for data security, the combination of the two method algorithms produces a data file that provides more security to the text file so that it is not easy and difficult to solve.

Abstract

Web applications that used to run on a desktop in recent years have received huge demand for this area to be more sophisticated and complex, not only that, but users also want web applications to run on mobile devices. Web appearance that is only designed for computer devices will make users difficult when opening a web page display on a different device. By using the CSS framework library, web developers will be greatly helped in making the program more responsive and can also be run on a variety of Open Source both Windows, iOS, and Android. Decision-making system that can determine the best front-end Framework can be an alternative solution for web developers to determine which front-end framework is easier and more convenient to use. Simple Additive Weighting is used to analyze and decide which the best alternative with calculations that take five main criteria in this research that is Preprocessor, Responsive, Browser Support, Easy to Use, and Template. In this study the highest prefects were obtained by Bootstrap 1,000 while for foundation and bulma get a large prefensie s 0.868 and 0.820.

Abstract

A message is a form of conveying information. Various ways are used to secure the information conveyed in the form of messages either in encrypted form or in the form of applying a password in the message. Messages can also be encrypted and embedded in other media such as images (steganography). This research aimed to insert a message into the form of an image by combining the Modified Least Significant Bit (MLSB) method in encrypting messages and reshape modification technique to determine at which position the message encryption will be embedded in the image. Tests were carried out to obtain the quality of the encryption process using the parameters of Fidelity, mean square error, peak signal to noise ratio, testing on file type, robustness, and comparison of message contents. The results of the tests showed that the files that can be used are files with the image file type in the lossless compression category, the rotation can be done is 90,180,270 without destroying the message in it, and changing the pixel in the image file will destroy the message inside.

Abstract

Marker Augmented Reality 3D pada Aplikasi Pengenalan Organ Tubuh Manusia adalah untuk membuat model belajar menggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality guna menyampaikan informasi tentang Pengenalan Organ Tubuh Manusia yang lebih interaktif dan inovatif dengan Teknologi Augmented Reality ke dalam satu aplikasi Android. Dalam mendukung penelitian ini digunakan Aplikasi Blender untuk pembuatan 3D Modelling dan aplikasi unity untuk pembuatan sistem yang di dukung dengan Bahasa Pemrograman C#, Vuforia SDK dalam implementasi Augmented Reality.  Hasil pengujian deteksi 3D marker oleh kamera dapat di simpulkan bahwa tiap objek 3D memiliki jarak deteksi yang berbeda-beda. Hasil pengujian Virtual reality menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi yang di ujikan dapat berjalan sesuai keinginan.

Abstract

Damerau Levenshtein Distance (DLD) adalah algoritma untuk koreksi kesalahan penulisan. Kesalahan terjadi karena penyisipan, penghapusan, pertukaran, dan penggantian alfabet dalam sebuah kata. Ini mungkin terjadi karena hilangnya spasi di antara dua kata. DLD tidak dapat mengatasi masalah kehilangan spasi. Karenanya, makalah ini bertujuan untuk menggabungkan DLD dengan Metode Empiris untuk memperbaiki kesalahan ini. Alhasil, algoritma kombinasi dapat mengungguli DLD asli dalam memeriksa kesalahan ejaan Teks Bahasa Indonesia dengan akurasi 97%.
