Abstract

Globally, the number one cause of death each year is cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease is a disease caused by impaired function of the heart and blood vessels, such as coronary heart disease, heart failure or heart failure, hypertension and stroke. The purpose of this study was to measure the performance of accuracy, precision, recall and f-measure of the K-NN and Crossvalidation methods on a dataset of cardiovascular patients. The dataset used was 1000 records consisting of 11 attributes (age, gender, height, etc.) cardiovascular and non cardiovascular patient data, the dataset was obtained from the UCI Machine Learning Repository managed by the Hungarian Institute of Cardiology Budapest: Andras Janosi, MD, University Hospital, Zurich, Switzerland. The steps taken are: dividing the simulation ratio of the dataset to 20:80, 50:50 and 80:20, applying crossvalidation (k-fold = 10) and classification using the K-NN method (k = 2 to K = 900). The research results from the simulation of the dataset ratio 50:50 obtained an accuracy value of 82%, 82% precision, 82% recall and 80% f-measure at a value of K = 13, then the research results from the simulation of the dataset ratio 20:80 obtained an accuracy value of 87%, 87% precision, 97% recall and 92% f-measure at the value of K = 3, and the results of research from the simulation of the dataset ratio 80:20 obtained an accuracy value of 91%, 92% precision, 60% recall and 72% f-measure at the value K = 5.

Abstract

Development of packstack for compute function analysis with IAAS service  Analysis of computational functions by utilizing the IAAS model for private cloud computing services in Packstack is one of the large-scale data storage solutions. Problems that often occur when implementing various applications are server resource requirements, monitoring processes that are less than optimal, offering that is limited in time when building servers, and when upgrading hardware devices will have an impact on server downtime that quite long. The development of private cloud computing technology can be one solution to the problem in question. This study utilizes Openstack and Packstack by applying a single node server controller with 2 compute server nodes. Administration server with IAAS service approach and self-service. The scalability testing is simple and more time-efficient. Change the size of the virtual server (instance) developed in a more optimal running condition for measuring overhead values in private cloud computing with a downtime of 16 seconds.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu memperoleh terobosan terbaru dalam ilmu pengetahuann terutama pada masalah indikator pengembangan kawasan pesisir dan kesejahteraan masyarakat nelayan yang kemudian dapat diimplementasikan dalam aplikasi sistem informasi dengan menggunakan metode AHP-TOPSIS. Dengan menerapkan metode AHP untuk menentukan bobot global dari setiap kriteria, kemudian metode TOPSIS untuk melakukan penilaian pada kondisi kesejahteraan Masyarakat pesisir, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir dengan mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir, dan menerapkan rancangan model ke dalam aplikasi sistem informasi pengukuran kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir. Prediksi dari tingkat kesejahteraan dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari perhitungan yang dilakukan. Penilaian pada tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat menunjukan nilai akhir terbesar dengan 0,8095, sedangkan nilai terendah dengan nilai 0,1113.

Abstract

In helping to develop technology in the field of education as well as bringing about a major change in competitiveness between individuals and groups, to be able to do so requires sufficient information and data to be analyzed further. In this case STT Wastukancana Purwakarta is under the auspices of Bunga Bangsa Foundation, seeing that STT Wastukancana Purwakarta students have several obstacles in their final project, one of which is difficult in determining the topic of the thesis title to be made so that sometimes the topic of the thesis title taken is not in accordance with their abilities each student. This problem can be overcome by applying the clustering method. The analytical method used is Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). The method of grouping students uses the clustering method and the K-Means algorithm as a clustering calculation where the Clustering aims to divide students into clusters based on grades obtained from semester 1 to 7, so as to produce student recommendations in taking thesis topics. The tool used to implement the algorithm is Rapidminer. The results of this study are grouping students according to their expertise, which is obtained based on the cluster that has the highest score and is dominated by the most subjects according to the subjects that have been grouped by each expertise. So, the results of this cluster are used as a reference for students to take the thesis title topic.

Abstract

Increasing customer bandwidth needs to be considered by companies by determining potential customers. Potential determination is needed because previously it was only done randomly. Therefore, first determining the potential is needed by grouping customers who have the same characteristics based on the data and attributes they have. This research will implement data mining technique with clustering method with K-means algorithm on 263 FTTH Broadband customer groups. Then the potency can be determined based on the final centroid point in the grouping. The results obtained are divided into 5 clusters consisting of 34 customers or 12.92% of the total potential customers, 29 customers or 11.02% of the total potential customers, 56 customers or 21.30% of the total potential customers, 54 customers. or 20.53% of the total fewer potential customers and 90 customers or 34.22% of the total non-potential customers. Comparison of the validity of the Davies-Bouldin Index cluster for 5 groups between K-Means and K-Medoids, the value of 0.538 for K-Means and 0.819 for K-Medoids is obtained. This method is used to streamline the distribution of bandwidth.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem penentuan harga Tandan Buah Segar kelapa sawit menggunakan metode Fuzzy Logic. Perkebunan kelapa sawit adalah perkebunan yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan besar, karena digunakan sebagai minyak goreng dan masih banyak lagi. TBS kelapa sawit terdiri dari Crude Palm Oil (CPO) yaitu minyak daging buah dan Palm Kernel (PK) yaitu inti biji sawit. Penelitian ini membuat sistem menggunakan 5 variabel input yaitu harga CPO, harga IKS, Indeks K, Rendemen CPO dan Rendemen IKS, serta satu variabel output yaitu harga TBS kelapa sawit. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Fuzzy Logic karena dalam penelitian ini terdapat suatu fuzzy yang dapat ditentukan, yaitu harga TBS kelapas sawit. Sistem ini menggunakan 100 data untuk diuji menggunakan MAPE sehingga didapatkan  nilai persentase sebesar 85.75%. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata dari selisih antara data aktual dengan data hasil fuzzy mamdani adalah sebesar 17852 dengan rata-rata persentase kesalahan dari fuzzy mamdani adalah sebesar 14.25%. Hasil dari sistem ini adalah variabel output harga TBS kelapa sawit berdasarkan 5 variabel input. Metode Fuzzy Logic Mamdani menentukan hasil dari nilai yang tidak pasti. Proses fuzzy logic dimulai dari pembentukan himpunan fuzzy, kemudian aplikasi fungsi implikasi, lalu tahap komposisi aturan, setelah itu tahap deffuzifikasi.

Abstract

Sound disturbance and bird droppings in buildings are a problem for building managers. Bird droppings are quite difficult to remove and cause damage to the walls and aesthetics, especially the trend in the use of building roofs as a rooftop for productive activities. This study proposes the use of RCWL motion sensors for motion detection and the resulting output is the sound of eagles from speakers and ultrasonic speakers. The tool was developed based on internet of things using an arduino nano ATMega 328 microcontroller, connection and data transmission using SIM800L and GSM modules and power supply using a solar panel power bank. The test results show that the RCWL motion sensor is quite optimal in the detection of more than or equal to 3 birds. Sound output and the resulting waves are able to prevent birds from alighting and nesting.

Abstract

Monitoring and evaluating the performance of  employees of PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia still use microsoft excel application online,   which has some weaknesses, which is an obstacle in monitoring is that  adalah it is unable to give specific job orders    and can not provide due date information,whereas  in determining the provision of salary increase and employee benefits is done randomly and only based on the last education. Tohelp the company succeed in achieving its goals, a system can be needed that can help in making decisions on a large or small scale. The  use of Simple Additive Weighting  (SAW) method can be used to determine pay raises and incentivize precisely and accurately  based on the specified criteria, while hungarian method is used to determine who will do the job at a difficult, easy and moderate level. So the rating for the salary increase for the support team is Andi Ansyah, Hangga Bagus, Chikal Aviv and Ray Awaludin. Determining the next task can be determined that Andi Ansyah can do the job easily and difficultly, Hangga Bagus can do the job easily and moderately, Chikal Aviv can do a medium and difficult job. While Ray Awaludin does not have the highest value for each job, so it is necessary to be given training.

Abstract

The process of finding a boarding house is usually done manually or by visiting the boarding house one by one. Several choices of boarding houses make boarding house seekers have to make choices according to the desired criteria, so it takes quite a long time. A decision support system is a system that can be used to help make decisions based on existing criteria in determining several alternatives to be selected. The method used in this research is the Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Fuzzy Logic method. This study uses several criteria in providing recommendations including distance, price, facilities, security, number of spaces, parking space and comfort. The weighting of these criteria uses the fuzzy logic method based on the priority scale determined by the boarding house finder. This system will provide a recommendation order for boarding houses based on the results of the calculation process using the ANP method and weighting using fuzzy logic. a value of 6.52%.

Abstract

Pengolahan limbah kelapa di gorontalo utara umumnya diolah secara tradisional yang tidak jelas kualitasnya, sehingga menyebabkan keragaman olahan limba kelapa sangat tinggi. Penumpukan Limbah kelapa dan pengelolaan yang tidak memenuhi standar sehingga tidak memiliki nilai ekonomis bagi masyarakat. Pada permasalahan ini maka diperlukan adanya Pembinaan kepada para petani kelapa di gorontalo utara. Oleh karena itu menyajikan pembuatan aplikasi kepada petani kelapa dalam bentuk e-commerce yang mampu memberikan kemudahan menjual untuk para petani kelapa dengan tampilan yang menarik. E-commerce yang terdapat dalam bentuk aplikasi android, fokus penelitian untuk merancang e-commerce penjualan melalui handphone dalam memasarkan produk arang tempurung dari limbah kelapa.  Sehingga pada penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yang menjadi fokus penelitian untuk menangani tentang kesulitan para petani kelapa memasarkan produk arang tempurung dari limbah kelapa dan masih banyak petani yang sulit memaksimalkan pemasaran di internet melalui handphone. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah perancangan e-commerce dengan media internetnya adalah handphone, sehingga permasalahan pada penerapan e-commerce arang tempurung menjadi mudah untuk diimplementasikan. Hasil penelitian ini setelah perancangan e-commerce ini dapat membantu masyarakat untuk mengatasi kesulitan memasarkan produk turunan kelapa atau produk limbah kelapa yang telah memberikan nilai ekonomi dan sebagai sumber alternatif penghasilan ekonomi keluarga atau komunitas masyarakat pada aspek pemasaran digital.
