Abstract

Sofifi's deciding as the capital of North Maluku-Province as to paragraph rule 9 verse 2 Invite Number 49 year 1999 about the Forming of North Maluku-Province, had gave in occupation Sofifi as government center. To to execute it constitutional obligation, the Government of North Maluku-Province must to move it government activity from Ternate to Sofifi. But policy the Government of North Maluku-Province mentioned its appear clapy beside hand because to its statement the Civil Country Employee yet ready and to undergo motivate descendant. The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the Civil Servants Work Motivation North Maluku province tends to decrease after the transfer of the capital from Ternate to Sofifi and efforts to find out what will be done by the North Maluku provincial government in order to increase the motivation of civil servants North Maluku province after the transfer of the capital from Ternate to Sofifi. In this study, the writer used descriptive qualitative approach. The data was collected through interviews and documentation using probability sampling techniques were allotted to civil secretariat North Maluku province. From the results of research and discussion, the authors conclude that there are several factors that cause decreased motivation of civil servants working in North Moluccas province after relocation of the capital from Ternate to Sofifi including transport factors, weather factors, factors shelter and clean water factor. The attempts that will be made by the Provincial Government of North Maluku improve the motivation of civil servants in the province of North Moluccas after the transfer of the capital from Ternate to Sofifi among other allowances, provision of housing facilities, provision of clean water, provision of information and communication technology facilities, provision of rewards and penalties to civil servants North Moluccas province that was not disciplined.

Abstract

Al-quran dan hadits merupakan dua sumber pokok hukum Islam. Keduanya memiliki berbagai konsep ajaran-ajaran Islam. Al-Quran yang diturunkan dalam bahasa seringkali memberi makna baru dalam kosa kata bahasa Arab. penggunaan kosa kata oleh bahasa al-Quran melahirkan konsep yang berbeda dalam sistem dunia al-Quran. Ini merupakan salah satu usaha merubah gagasan lama masyarakat Arab pada gagasan baru masyarakat Islam yang sesuai dengan-ajaran-ajaran Islam. Salah satu kata yang cukup menarik untuk dikaji dalam penggunaan kosa kata al-Quran dan hadits adalah kata "wahn". Kata ini mempunyai makna yang asing dalam penggunaan beberapa hadits. Penelitian ini berusaha meneliti penggunaan kata wahn dalam al-Quran dan hadits dari segi gramatikal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kata wahn dipakai dalam tiga dimensi yaitu fisik, akal, dan hati. Masing-masing dimensi ini berhubungan dengan aspek manusia secara individual sebagai penopang aspek manusia sebagai bagian dari umat khususnya umat Islam. Hal ini sesuai dengan hadits nabi yang berbicara tentang „wahn‟ sebagai sebuah konsep yang menyebabkan lemahnya umat Islam setelah zaman nabi Muhammad.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai makna sayyarah di dalam Alquran. Teori yang peneliti gunakan adalah teori semantik historis. Semantik historis adalah kajian makna ditinjau dari segi sejarah bahasa ataupun kata. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama sayyarah digunakan dalam Alquran di beberapa ayat. Kedua kata sayyarah mengalami pergeseran dan berubah dalam suatu konteks yang berbeda, sesuai kebutuhan penutur bahasa, aspek linguistik baik itu meluas, menyempit atau seimbang.

Abstract

Syari'at adalah nilai-nilai agama yang diungkapkan secara fungsional dan kongkret sebagai jalan yang mengarahkan hidup manusia menuju kebaikan baik di dunia dan akhirat. Pemberlakuan syariat Islam bersifat alamiah (natural) dalam rangka menjadikan hukum Islam sebagai sub sistem hukum nasional. Dalam sejarah Banten dijelaskan bahwa hukum Islam pernah diberlakukan sebagai hukum yang berlaku di kesultanan Banten. Hal ini berdasarkan bukti bahwa pada masa Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, pernah ada pelaksanaan hukum potong tangan untuk pencuri. Potensi religiusitas historis di Banten dan aktualisasinya kini sangat berpotensi untuk terlaksananya syariat Islam secara kaffah; selain itu masyarakat Banten juga masih kuat berpegang teguh pada nilai-nilai Islam yang telah menjadi kultur serta prinsip dalam mengatur kehidupan mereka sebagaimana dibuktikan dalam lembaga legislatifnya yang telah melahirkan perda-perda syariat Islam diKabupaten/Kota dan propinsi Banten. Optimalisasi pemberlakuan syariat Islam di Banten saat ini telah berlangsung melalui penguatan budaya masyarakat yang agamis; lembaga pendidian Islam, dakwah, muamalah dan al-akhwal syakhsiyyah yang jumlahnya signifikan. Tantangan dalam upaya pemberlakuan syariat Islam pada umumnya terletak pada masyarakat yang belum mengetahui rincian dan makna syariat Islam. Sumber daya manusia di Banten dalam arti elite strategic memberikan dukungan terhadap pemberlakuan syariat Islam, baik sebagai kultur, budaya, maupun dari nilai-nilai yang dapat diserap dalam berbagai peraturan dan perundang-undangan.

Abstract

Society 5.0, the basic plan of science in the development of science and technology, the results of the previous 4 phases of reform; (Hunting), (Agricultural), (Industrial), and (Information). Until the fourth phase, the speed of knowledge is fast, but the flow of information is inadequate, social reforms arise, packaged into creative innovations to solve problems in parallel, grand design; IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence), and Big Data. Innovations that ensure the disappearance of regional disparities provide a wide range of service products. However, the problem has penetrated, because of the partial point of view, even though it has multidimensional aims. Islam runs in place, an ecological crisis, spiritual crisis, even moral crisis. This research is aimed at re-awakening that the development of science has existed for a long time. Through Islamic scientists, has been proven factually with worldview. The method used in this research is a qualitative literature method, researching literature data that is in accordance with the theme, both from journals, books, and related articles. By focusing the object of research on Muslim communities who tend to live in a generation of digital development. And from this research, it can be said that if the worldview of Islam is applied consistently, the following implications will be realized; First, changing the world-centered view to God-centered. Second; changing the materialism system into an integral method of thinking. Third; knowledge sourced from revelation is strengthened by reason and intuition. Abstract

Abstract: This research is oriented to analyze the use of Youtube as a learning media of religious tolerance for virtual communities. The focus of the research is on the "jeda nulis" youtube channel with the content "toleran dalam berdakwah, dakwahkan toleransi." This research was conducted based on the reality of the rise of radical Islamic accounts that spread negative content in the form of teachings that are easy to disbelieve and convert to those who have different understandings and traditions. This research is descriptive-qualitative with a literature study approach. To explore the data obtained by watching and analyzing videos on related content. The results of the study found that Youtube can be used as a medium to spread the teachings of religious tolerance. In the youtube content mentioned above, Habib Husein collaborated with Christian and Buddhist religious figures, the three figures succeeded in bringing religious narratives that made virtual communities aware to better understand and apply the teachings of religious tolerance. religion is tolerance, but its people cannot necessarily be tolerant. The three religious leaders agreed that ego, lust, and group fanaticism must be eliminated in humans in order to be tolerant. If someone cannot become a brother in faith, then compete in goodness in the name of humanity. Because the real enemy for someone is itself so that must be clear first. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on many aspects, one of which is the education aspect. Currently, the affective element is the main focus for educators. This study aims to determine the system, approach, and impact of the teacher's strategy. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were research informants, namely teachers, school principals, and ten students—methods of data collection using interviews with interview guide instruments prepared. This study found three crucial points: the system or strategy for planting the character of the teacher's approach and the impact of growing Islamic symbols. The process of Islamic religious education teachers in character building is through three ways, namely exemplary, advice and habituation. The positive impact that occurs is that students at MAN 4 Kebumen have implemented the planting of Islamic characters given by the teacher so that students experience changes in terms of nature such as behavior Changes include students helping each other, doing assignments on time, diligence in worship, accustomed to reading prayers, and eager to learn. Abstract

Technological progress has a significant force in competition in all areas of life. Indonesian human resources achieve a demographic bonus with millennials who are adapting to today's popular digital culture. Increasingly providing real value to every millennial activity, especially in education, will provide more innovative additions. Islamic teachings teach every Muslim to adapt to cultural and educational developments to compete in all fields. Everyday using digital learning and the rigid understanding of Islamic culture's modernization causes Islamic education's quality and competition to be less than optimal. The Covid-19 pandemic creates a learning adaptation gap that prioritizes social distancing guards so that the government needs to formulate policies with 'Merdeka Belajar' that aim to achieve learning effectiveness. This research aims to examine digital learning's role in Muslim culture and school readiness for digital education development. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach with secondary data as the data source. The research results in informal education have become the focus of effective learning supported by modern Islamic culture, where Islamic schools in Indonesia can adapt to current technological advances. Schools and educational institutions are ready with infrastructure in school learning using computers and internet networks and educational technology companies to implement digital education. The implication of 'Merdeka Belajar' of government policy is strengthening strategy through collaboration adaptive of digital learning education and modern Islamic culture with schools readiness and industries supporting to realize a learning system through digital technology.

Abstract

Abstract: Higher education is a forum for the development and integration of unlimited knowledge. Various kinds of experts and researchers as well as great leaders were born from universities. It is different from increasing religious moderation through seminars or other similar things. The role of higher education institutions in shaping religious moderation through the integration of knowledge will differ from moderation through seminars. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the role of universities in increasing religious moderation. This study uses descriptive methods and uses a qualitative approach. After conducting research, it was found that there was an increase in religious moderation in tertiary institutions through the integration of science. This shows that higher education is the right place to guide cadres who carry a modern and open ideology. Because higher education plays a role as a medium for inclusive and moderate education, religious moderation laboratory base, creator of the socio-religious environment in religion and state as well as competency builders and moderation movements. Abstract

Islamic boarding school is one type of Islamic education in Indonesia that is traditional and has unique characteristics, both the education system, learning system, and its goals and functions. This paper examines the creative economy model in Islamic boarding schools in Serang, Banten Province. This research uses a qualitative approach, while the design of this research uses a case study design, which seeks to describe a specific setting, object, or event in detail. Data were collected from 16 Salafi and modern Islamic boarding schools, while the location of this research is in modern and Salafi Islamic boarding schools around Serang. Data collecting is done through the questionnaire filled by the students of the Islamic boarding school. The findings of this study are: First, the entrepreneurial values ​​internalized by Islamic boarding schools in Serang are the values ​​of worship-based entrepreneurship, where all economic activities carried out are intended to worship Allah SWT. Second, the creative economic process was carried out with a strategy of being trained to manage the existing economic institutions in the Islamic boarding school under the supervision and guidance of the Kiai and the board of the Islamic boarding school.
