Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the media hegemony in reporting the ratification of the Indonesian Criminal Code to foreign media. This research uses a qualitative research method in the form of a critical discourse analysis method. The research results of the four media that are the object of research have formed different discourses regarding the reporting of the Indonesian Criminal Code regarding sex before marriage according to each media ideology. In reporting, each media provides different points of view, reinforced by scientific arguments obtained from experts and critics. The conclusion of the research is that many foreign media have exercised hegemony in reporting on the ratification of the Indonesian Criminal Code Act as a mass media that opens meaning for readers to have opinions and views that agree with the government. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an influence of perceptions of tolerance, national insight on radicalism among students in Indonesia. This research method uses quantitative methods with data analysis techniques using the classical assumption test. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires, while the population in this study were active students with a sample of 100 students spread across several cities, namely Padang, Purwokerto, Bali and Majalengka. The results of this study indicate that the data of multiple linear regression analysis on the F test which shows a significance value for the effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y is 0.00 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 13.594 > 3.09 so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted means that there is an effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y. And the results of the coefficient of determination show that perceptions of tolerance, nationalism have an influence of 21% on radicalism. Abstract

This study aims to determine the background, development, and existence of WetuTelu Islam in Bengkaung Hamlet, Danger Village, Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency. The research method using historical research is based on four activity steps: heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The data sources used are written, spoken and artifact data sources. The results of the study show that the background to the emergence of Wetu Telu Islam is the existence of traditional social life which is still reflected in the Wetu Telu Islamic community in the region, where it is quite difficult to accept new things with modern identities even though this community is already under pressure and almost marginalized. The development of WetuTelu Islam in the region is only 2% which still survives, because many others have been enlightened to Islam which is Kaffah. The existence of WetuTelu Islam in modern times has begun to erode because many da'wah studies have been carried out by religious leaders, Kyai and Tuan Guru who teach Islam according to the guidance of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. The conclusion of this paper is that the emergence of WetuTelu Islam was motivated by a tradition that is still strong. The development of WetuTelu Islam is almost extinct, and the existence of Islam has begun to have a few adherents. Keywords: Islam, Wetu Telu

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the family in strengthening religious moderation for strengthening the four pillars of nationality. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing theories that are relevant to the variables studied. The results of the study show that religious moderation needs to be taught to children from an early age so that they understand how to deal with differences between religious communities, radicalism, Pancasila values, so that in the end the children will grow into individuals who respect each other, tolerate, and do not impose their will because they have been framed with noble character (Akhlakul Karimah). The conclusion of the research that starting from a small family is the first madrasah for children which is a candidate for the next generation of the nation who loves peace and harmony to realize Islam rahmatan lil'alamin, always teaches and implements exemplary which is reflected in good behavior, noble and civilized, as well as teaching Islamic values which highly uphold human dignity and worth, respecting differences, mutual affection, mutual help and other noble morals. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the archipelago module course on social interaction in the independent student exchange activity program. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were all students in the independent student exchange program at the University of Mataram. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the archipelago module has a positive impact on social interaction, namely increasing understanding and appreciation of Indonesia's cultural diversity. Improve communication skills, open job opportunities and increase self-confidence. Obstacles faced during implementation include; lack of qualified teaching staff, limited facilities and infrastructure, difficulties in accessing resources, differences in student backgrounds, lack of support and attention from the campus. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the Merdeka Student Exchange Program has a positive impact on social interaction between students, as well as increasing understanding and appreciation of Indonesia's cultural diversity. Meanwhile, in overcoming the obstacles encountered during the implementation of the Nusantara Module course, cooperation is needed between all parties involved in this program, be it the campus, teaching staff, or students. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the adaptation pattern of farmers in managing agricultural land. This study uses a qualitative approach method with a choice of case study methods. The results of this study indicate that because of the Nagari Ketaping farming community's land being made for the construction of the airport, they made several changes such as changes from a cultural to socio-economic perspective. Most of them can read business opportunities and can take advantage of this phenomenon well, but of course there are some unscrupulous people who take advantage of this phenomenon in bad ways, such as violating the norms that have developed in society. All these actions are based on the rational attitude of farmers in thinking. The farmers want a decent life and want to get ahead, but the problem so far is they don't have access to the market. The conclusion of the research is that the Minangkabau International Airport provides several good benefits for the community. although at first the affected farmers experienced confusion in managing agricultural land after the construction of the Minangkabau International Airport, slowly the farming community began to be able to find adaptation patterns so that they could continue to survive and earn a decent income. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the existence of history, educational value, and semiotic meaning of Lawas Unru by Lalu Manca. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study, namely the existence of history and educational values in Lawas Unru are: 1) The contents and message events in Lawas Unru contain resistance and contain messages to always hold on to honesty and trust, because in the end fate will show the truth. 2) The description of the contents of Lawas Unru explains the intended message so that the reader can empathize, 3) The choice of words contains educational values, namely wisdom, honesty, empathy, courage, and humility. The conclusion of the research is that the existence of Lawas Unru still maintains the use of words used in the imperial environment. while its educational value is to help readers gain knowledge and understand the world better, also being able to develop analysis and empathy in life. The real meaning in Lawas Unru is a picture of injustice, resulting in oppression which eventually gave birth to a resistance from the Sumbawa kingdom against the Dutch colonizers. Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the influence of the trainer's motivation and performance on the self-confidence of theater extracurricular members. This research is quantitative research using the Ex-Post-Facto method. The sample in this research was all members of the theater extracurricular, totaling 20 students from grades VII, VIII and IX. The instrument used is a questionnaire sheet. Measurement using a Likert scale. The result of the research is that the trainer's motivation cannot affect the self-confidence of theater extracurricular members. The trainer's performance does not have a direct influence on the self-confidence of theater extracurricular members. The self-confidence of theater extracurricular members cannot be influenced by the motivation and performance of theater extracurricular trainers. This shows that a member's self-confidence which includes independence, confidence in abilities, a sense of courage to argue, and a normal attitude, as well as not being awkward in interactions cannot be influenced by the trainer's own motivation and performance. This conclusion is that the trainer's motivation influences the trainer's performance; The trainer's motivation has no effect on the self-confidence of theater extracurricular members; the trainer's performance has no effect on the confidence of the theater extracurricular members. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the learning contract method on learning outcomes of Indonesian history. This research method is quasi-experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class X IPS with a total of 86 students. The sampling technique is cluster sampling. The results of the study conducted t-test. Based on the results of the sample class normality test, the sample class has L0 0.00706 < Lt 0.173 with a significant level (α=0.05), which means that the sample classes are normally distributed. To find out whether the two groups of data have a homogeneous variant or not, an F test is carried out, so the sample class has Fcount 1.16 < Ftable 1.88, meaning that the two sample classes have homogeneous variants. The results of the hypothesis test obtained tcount: 3.91 while ttable at a significant level (α = 0.05) is 1.68 meaning tcount > ttable so that H1 is accepted, and Ho is rejected. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive effect of the application of the learning contract method on the results of learning Indonesian history in class X IPS at SMAN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban which makes students active in learning so that the learning process becomes more meaningful.
