Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menyelidiki pengaruh kualitas restoran terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan perilaku Word of Mouth pada Restoran Ajib Kitchen di Kota Bandar Lampung. Kualitas restoran diukur dengan skala DinEx yang terdiri dari mutu layanan, suasana lingkungan, interaksi sosial, kesehatan makanan, dan mutu makanan. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi peran Word of Mouth sebagai variabel mediasi hubungan kualitas restoran dan kepuasan konsumen. Analisis dua tahap metode PLS-SEM diterapkan pada penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner online Googleform dengan jumlah total responden sejumlah 110 orang pengunjung Restoran Ajib Kitchen. Hasil kami mengungkapkan bahwa hanya mutu layanan dan suasana lingkungan memiliki pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Selanjutnya ditemukan bukti bahwa seluruh indikator kualitas restoran secara statistik berpengaruh terhadap Word of Mouth. Hasil pengujian hubungan tidak langsung mengungkapkan bahwa Word of Mouth mampu memediasi hubungan suasana lingkungan, interaksi sosial, kesehatan makanan, dan mutu makanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan temuan ini maka disimpulkan bahwa perilaku Word of Mouth memiliki peran terhadap rasa puas konsumen.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengeksplorasi efek literasi keuangan, overconfidence, dan herding bias pada keputusan investasi. Metode penelitian ialah kausal kuantitatif. Populasi adalah anggota Ciputra Entrepreneur Club Bali. Sampel penelitian dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 61 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis menggunakan SPSS Versi 26, yaitu analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis, termasuk analisis regresi linier berganda, uji statistik t, uji statistik F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki efek positif dan signifikan pada keputusan investasi, sementara overconfidence dan herding bias memiliki efek negatif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, literasi keuangan, overconfidence, dan herding bias memiliki efek signifikan pada keputusan investasi. Hasil ini mencerminkan kecenderungan investor untuk membuat keputusan investasi yang dipengaruhi oleh tingkat literasi keuangan, overconfidence, dan herding bias.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and motivation on job satisfaction of the Satpol PP and Wilayatul Hisbah East Aceh units. The samples in this research were 81 employees in the Satpol PP and Wilayatul Hisbah East Aceh units. Data were analyzed using multiple liner regression tests, t tests, F tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that work discipline had a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, motivation had a positive and insignificant influence on job satisfaction. And the results of the F test show that work discipline and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. From the results of the coefficient of determination test, it was found that 43% of the work discipline and motivation variables could explain the job satisfaction variable, while the remaining 57% could be explained by other variables that were not included in this research such as work environment, compensation, etc.

Abstract

Abstract:This study sought to ascertain how incentives, job training, and work discipline affected the performance of PERUMDA Water Drinking Tirta Tamiang staff. 43 PERUMDA Water Drinking Tirta Tamiang permanent employees form the saturated sample for this study. Multiple linear regression analysis and the traditional assumption test were utilized in the data analysis approach. The coefficient of determination test, t test, and F test were then employed as a proof of hypothesis. According to the results of the coefficient of determination test, 59.2% of the performance factors of the PERUMDA Air Drinking Tirta Tamiang employees may be explained by work discipline, job training, and incentives, while 40.8% can be impacted by other variables not included in this study. The outcomes of the The t-test results demonstrate that work discipline, job training, and incentives all significantly affect how well PERUMDA Water Drinking Tirta Tamiang personnel perform. The f test results show that incentives, job training, and work discipline all have a major impact on how well employees perform at PERUMDA Water Drinking Tirta Tamiang.Keywords: Work Discipline, Job Training, Incentives and Performance

Abstract

PT INKA (Persero) has experienced significant product development but faces issues with delivery delays. One of the causes is waste in the transportation process related to the factory layout. Re-layout is needed to improve efficiency. This study uses the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method to identify and analyze company data and create the best layout alternatives. The results show that alternative layout 1 with rail is the most suitable for painted passenger/engine cars, unpainted passenger/engine cars, and freight wagons. Alternative layout 1 provides high efficiency in material handling costs and re-layout costs. Optimizing process time and organizing work areas are also crucial to achieving production capacity targets. This is expected to address production delays and improve responsiveness to changes in the production environment.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of influencer credibility, immersion, and involvement on purchase decisions through TikTok Live. Employing a quantitative method, the research collected data from 250 active TikTok users participating in Live sessions. The findings indicate that influencer credibility, immersion, and involvement significantly influence purchase decisions, with influencer credibility being the most dominant factor. The study recommends strategies to enhance engagement and immersion during Live sessions to strengthen the impact of influencer credibility. These insights provide digital marketers with guidance on optimizing influencer marketing strategies on TikTok.

Abstract

Abstract : The aim of this research is to determine the influence of variables from the Dupont analysis system on share prices in startup issuers. This research method is to use a panel data regression model. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Next, the model selection test was first carried out using the Chow, Hausman and LM tests. Descriptive statistical analysis is used to describe the variables in this research, namely Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on investment (ROI) and share value. Meanwhile, quantitative statistical analysis is used when testing hypotheses, namely partial testing (t test). From the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is no significant influence on either net profit margin, total asset turnover or return on investment on share prices in startup issuers. Apart from that, it was also found that there was very little relationship between the variables used in the du pont system analysis and the share prices of start-up issuers.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) communication strategy on consumers' purchase decisions in online stores. The rapid development of the internet in Indonesia has changed the way people conduct transactions, with the emergence of various online shopping sites. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 100 consumers. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that all AIDA variables significantly influence purchase decisions, with t-values of each variable being greater than the t-table value and a significance level of less than 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that the AIDA communication strategy is effective in increasing consumers' purchase decisions in online stores. Pelayanan Pelanggan that can provide clear, engaging, and consistent information with advertisements plays a crucial role in this. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of Pelayanan Pelanggan training in communication strategies to enhance consumer purchase decision.

Abstract

Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa adalah rencana keuangan tahunan pemerintah desa untuk desa dalam memajukan desa.  Dengan diberikannya kewenangan pengelolaan keuangan desa dan adanya dana desa, seharusnya desa semakin terbuka dan responsibilitas terhadap proses pengelolaan keuangan. Upaya pengelolaan dana desa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat seringkali mengalami berbagai kendala yang mengakibatkan buruknya kinerja pengelolaan desa. Alokasi Dana Desa adalah dana yang bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah yang dialokasikan dengan tujuan pemerataan kemampuan keuangan antar desa untuk mendanai kebutuhan desa dalam rangka penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pelaksanaan pembangunan serta pelayanan masyarakat, yang disalurkan dari Kabupaten melalui Kas Desa. Berdasarkan laporan keuangan desa Temuireng tahun 2022, penerimaan dana dari desa dinilai cukup besar, yaitu persentase pemberdayaan masyarakat desa adalah sekitar Rp. 206.361.800,- atau sebesar 1,4% dari total dana desa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menganalisis bentuk akuntabilitas penggunaan anggaran dana desa berupa pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di desa Temuireng Kecamatan Dawarblandong Kabupaten Mojokerto. Sebagai alat ukur atas pelaksanaan Anggaran Dana Desa adalah Penatausahaan, Pembangunan Desa dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan konsep triangulasi yang di sebut juga gabungan dari observasi partsipatif, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif.
