Abstract

This study aims to examine the GCG and ownership structure of company performance in the property and real estate sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample of this research used purposive sampling technique so that the samples obtained were 14 companies. analysis used classic assumptions, multiple regression, multiple correlations, coefficient terminated, t test, F test. the results showed that the audit committee affected the company's performance both ROA and EPS, the independent board of commissioners did not affect the company's performance both ROA and EPS, ownership inatitusioanal does not affect the performance of companies with ROA proxies, but with EPS Proxies institutional ownership affects company performance and managerial ownership does not affect company performance both ROA and EPS.keywords: Good Corporate Governance (GCG), ownership structure, company performance, institutional ownership, managerial ownership.

Abstract

The development of internet technology is also adopted by state and private banks to develop services. Internet banking is a revolutionary and strategic weapon for bank operations, product delivery, and to face competition between banks. The security and convenience of conducting transactions is a key driver for mobile banking growth. The presence of smartphones supports more types of online banking services. This study was conducted to predict the acceptance and adoption of information technology, especially mobile banking to bank customers. The approach of this research is quantitative research approach. The type of research used is survey research. Samples were taken using simple random sampling. The sample size was determined by 53 people, using the Machin and Chambel formula. The population in this research is KCU BCA Malang customer. Empirical data were collected through survey methodology. The data will be analyzed through the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Research findings indicate that there are positive outcomes of all relationships measured.Keywords: UTAUT, Mobile Banking, Behavioral Intention, Use Behavior.

Abstract

Pesantren Luhur Al-Husna is a boarding school that accepts students as a santri. The pesantren, which was established in 2003, is located at Jemur Wonosari Gang Masjid No.42, Jemur Wonosari, Wonocolo District, Surabaya, East Java. Pesantren Luhur Al-Husna has a students around 200. In this pesantren there are often problems in operational management. One of the problems that often occur in this pesantren is the frequent occurrence of loss of goods and damage to existing facilities in the cottage. So this study has the aim of recommending risk management at the Pesantren Luhur Al-Husna Wonocolo Surabaya. In this study using qualitative methods by conducting interviews and observations. Therefore as a basis for this research using ISO 31000 becomes the basis for the application of risk management. In risk management which consists of identifying risks, analyzing risks, evaluating risks and treating risks. In this study 9 risks were identified such as administrative risk, loss of goods, and data management. Abstract

This study examined the influence of e-commerce application, social media instagram and digital marketing to online purchases of millennial generation consumers. Respondents of this study were 152 university students who have already shopped online at e-commerce applications, have ever seen e-commerce advertisements on electronic media and have used social media instagram for online shopping participated in this reseach. There are several findings in this study. First, e-commerce application has positive influence to online purchases of millennial generation consumers. Second, social media instagram has postive effect to online purchases of millennial generation consumers. Abstract

PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk, branch office Madiun is a private company engaged in banking. The purpose of this study are to determine the effect of person job-fit and job stress on job satisfaction in outsourced employees of Bank BCA KCU Madiun. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to employees. Sampling of this study using a questionnaire. With a population of 50 outsourced employees. The collected data is then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the test found that: (1) There is a significant influence between job-fit person on job satisfaction; (2) There is a significant negative effect between job stress on job satisfaction on Outsourced Bank BCA KCU Madiun employees.Keywords: Person Job-Fit, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Total Quality Management is not the only tool to be able to advance a company to be better. Innovation is a way that can also be used as a tool to develop a company to be more developed and more innovative to improve the quality of company performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management and Innovation Capability on Performance Quality on pottery craftsmen in Kasongan Bantul, Yogyakarta. More competitors are entering the craft world, so the craftsmen are required to have a strategy to keep maintaining Kasongan Pottery. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data was collected from questionnaires distributed to 135 craftsmen in Kasongan Pottery Crafts. The variables of this study were measured using statement items/questions with a 1-5 Likert Scale, starting from 1 = strongly disagree to 5 = strongly agree. The data analysis method in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the hypothesis with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that Total Quality Management has a positive and significant influence on Innovation Capability. Abstract

This research aims to identify changes in people's consumptive behavior, especially the millennial generation during the Covid-19 pandemic and digital investment as a solution to reduce consumptive behavior. This research is qualitative research using a narrative review writing technique. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation from secondary data sources. Researchers download secondary data from the internet in the form of journals, research articles, government agency reports, survey results, and books. The collected data were then analyzed using an interactive analysis model with the stages of analysis including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, or data verification. The results of this study indicate that changes in consumptive behavior in the Covid-19 pandemic can be seen based on four things, namely: consumptive purposes, differences  in factors that affect consumptive behavior, media, and transaction tools. Meanwhile, solutions to reduce consumptive behavior based on factors owned by investment and consumptive behavior create millennials.

Abstract

Memiliki penampilan yang menarik, bukan lagi idaman para wanita semata, kaum lelaki juga menginginkan penampilan yang menarik dan bergaya trendy. tak heran jika di era sekarang ini, anda menemukan kaum pria yang gemar mendatangi salon kecantikan dan salon potong rambut seperti barbershop. tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Experiantial marketing dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Laki Lucky Barbershop. ini merupakan penelitian Asosiatif dengan jumlah populasi pada yang tidak diketahui, dan sampel sejumlah 96 orang. analisis dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali,karena item ke 15 dari kepuasan konsumen, dinyatakan tidak valid, sehingga uji selanjutnya, peneliti menggunakan 14 item instrumen saja. Hasiltemuannya adalah :experiential marketing dan promosi pada Laki lucky barbershop secara positif dan signifikan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik parsial maupun bersama-sama.Kata kunci : Experiantial Marketing, Promosi, Dan Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

Currently, real sector business activities are facing severe challenges. The development of ICT and theemergence of the covid-19 pandemic have led to changes in the business environment. Changes in thebusiness environment require businesses to adjust by developing new business strategies, so that theirbusiness activities are in line with market demands. This study examines various determinants ofreadiness to change and their effect on the continuity of MSME activities in the covid-19 affected areas.The results of the study revealed that the new values and attitudes of micro business operators did notsupport the readiness to change, so they faced the problem of the sustainability of business activities. Newvalues and attitudes are the main factors that shape readiness to change. While the readiness to change isan important factor that determines the sustainability of business activities. In addition, this studyrevealed that the business environment also as a factor forming change readiness and businesscontinuity. This research recommends the importance of strengthening new values and attitudes for,especially for micro business people; so that they are better prepared to face a change. Future studiesneed to examine the effect of sudden environmental changes on the sustainability of business activities.

Abstract

Data Badan Pusat Statistik for August 2020 recorded that 138.22 million Indonesians are in the workforce, the unemployment rate reached 7.07%. The high number of unemployed hinders economic growth. So Indonesia must increase the number of entrepreneurs. This problem encourages the government to cooperate with Kementerian Riset dan Perguruan Tinggi to apply entrepreneurship courses in education curriculum. The program and its mechanisms are expected to encourage economic growth in Indonesia and create many jobs. The research objective was to determine the entrepreneurial perceptions of sixth semester management students of Universitas PGRI Madiun. This research is supported by various factors such as motivators, challenges and government support to start and maintain new businesses. This study also tries to see whether there are differences between gender, educational background, parents, and work experience as demographic factors with one's entrepreneurial intentions. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection using google form link questionnaire which was distributed to 337 students through class leaders. The data analysis used was descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that students of Universitas PGRI Madiun have a high enough intention to become entrepreneurs. Their greatest motivation is to increase income opportunities. Meanwhile, what is considered the biggest challenge in becoming an entrepreneur is funding. So, government support that is deemed urgently needed is to provide financial assistance.
