Abstract

The development of curricula and courses for entrepreneurship education has occurred since the early 80s. Academic institutions have worked hard in developing appropriate entrepreneurship education programs and small businesses. Although its history is relatively short, entrepreneurship education has become a teaching area that is widely recognized and recognized at universities and business schools. However, questions about the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education programs and how strategies are designed to maximize their effectiveness remain unanswered. The content and context of entrepreneurship education programs in various institutions, regions and countries can be different. This research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University with the student population of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University. The sampling technique used a systematic random sampling method, with a sample of 50 people. The data obtained was analyzed using the GSCA analysis tool. The results showed that Entrepreneurship Education and Business Motivation would provide a large stimulus to students in relation to Entrepreneurship Intention.Keyword : Entrepreneurship Education, Business Motivation, Entrepreneurship Intention

Abstract

One of CSR PT INKA (Persero) programme is partnership that increase small business in order to be a resilient and independent business. PT INKA (Persero) is one of BUMN that bounded with obligation to implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme as an actualization company’s activity. In its implementation, the CSR partnership programme has not effective yet by its planning, implementation or restraint. The human resources’s problem, nothing assistancing and monitoring its implementation, can be reduced if implemented by other support including a university. The aim of this research are: 1) Understanding the implementation of CSR partnership programme had done by PT INKA (Persero); 2) Understanding an obstacle in CSR partnership programme; 3) Understanding the effectivity of implementation CSR partnership programme. The respondent is a micro enterpreneur that guidanced by PT INKA (Persero). The population are 424 partners that spread out in Bakorwil Madiun and samples are 88 partners that taken by Cluster Convenience Sampling. Data was collected by interview, questionnaire and documentation. Using Wilcoxon Match Pairs test to know output’s effectivity with comparing before and after receiving funds’s programme of CSR. The results, there are significant differences between before and after receiving revolving funds as CSR’s programme. It shows that CSR partnership’s programme are effective for strengthening economic community especially partner of PT INKA (Persero).Keywords: small and medium enterprises, CSR, partnership’s programme, empowerment’s economic

Abstract

This study aims to explore further information about the background, the profile of the informal sectors sector in east java. The identification results can be utilized in various matters : policy formulation, identify problems informal sectormapping of a strategy to build competitive advantage for informal sectors. This study used quantitative approach and the data collection techniques used are survey methods using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques is descriptive statistic test. The sample used is mostly informal sectors in east java by the number of samples used by 250 respondents. This study shows that the profile of informal sector business actors in East Java can be seen that based on the aspect of gender differences, informal sectors were dominated by respondents with female genitalia. Based on the aspect of marital status, informal sectoris dominated by married respondents with a percentage of 81.6%, based on the aspect of age distribution, informal sectors are dominated by respondents aged 40-49 years, with a percentage of 37.6%. Based on the aspect of education level, East Java informal sectorwas dominated by respondents with high school level education with a percentage of 62.8%. Based on the aspect of ownership of expertise before entrepreneurship, informal sectorwith the same percentage, the respondents already have expertise in entrepreneurship and some do not have expertise before trying. Based on the aspect of the number of full time workers in their business, East Java informal sectoronly has one worker in their business operations, with a percentage of 40.8%.Keyword : Informal Sector, East Java, Bussiness.

Abstract

U.D Mayong Sari Kabupaten Probolinggo is a business engaged in the manufacture of food especially bread which has existed for 25 years was established on augst 18 1991 by Mr. Mayong Efendi. UD. Mayong Sari previously not using the ABC method in classifying thu use of raw materias. ABC method of inventory control is a technique by observing groups of goods according to the level of importance of each group of goods. Group items in ABC Analisis based on the total value of sales in a year. The purpose of this study was to determine the classification or types of raw materials what is included in group A, B, C in the ABC analysis. with ABC method can be known raw materials with the highest invesment, medium, and low turnover of the raw marerial based on usage. Type of row material product umit is made up of nine types of components. Based on the results if the data then these components can be categorized in three catagories: category A, category B, and category C. Of the nin types of componentse calculated, based on Table 3, then those in category A are 2 types of components ie flour and butter because the cumulative percentage of absorption of funds is less than or equal to 80%, whereas the cumulative percentage item items of goods less than or more than 20%, category B amounts to 2 types of components ie sugar and beans Both types of components because the cumulative percentage item type of goods less than or more than 30%,and 5 types of components included in category C, namely Stem Milk, Chocolate bar, Egg, Strawbery Jam and Banana, the five components are classified C class which has a cumulative percentage item type of goods more than 50%.. Wherein category A class is the most importand raw material in the production process, the control needs to be looked at more.Keywords: control supplies, ABC method, Inventory

Abstract

One of the objectives of credit is to move the wheels of the regional economy. Especially for the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) trade and micro sector, which is now booming because it can improve the household economy. Various financial institutions offer various types of loans with attractive facilities and according to the needs of the target market. Therefore, today's society is demanded to be smart in accessing credit at bank financial institutions. Including the People's Credit Bank (BPR) Kota Kediri which also competes in offering loans that are in accordance with the wishes of the people in the Kediri region and its surroundings. The sample used in this study amounted to 97 customers. This study uses a quantitative approach with factor analysis techniques using principal component analysis (PCA). The result is that there are six groups of factors that influence customers in taking credit with a cumulative diversity value of 59,671. Factor I consists of variations in time period, loan nominal and service has an eigenvalue of 2.935 and total diversity value of 18.343%. Factor II consisted of reasons for interest rates, repayment deductions and requirements having an eigenvalue of 1.590 and a total diversity of 9.936%. Factor III consisted of variations in interest rates and flexible time periods having eigenvalues of 1.552 and total diversity of 9.701%. Factor IV consists of a credit process and the service schedule has an eigenvalue of 1.2282 and a total diversity of 8.014. Factor V consists of loans as needed and flexible guarantees have an eigen value of 1.165 and a total diversity of 7.284. Factor VI is a lack of requirements following with an eigen value of 1.023 and a total diversity of 6.394.Key words : Decision on taking credit, Factor Analysis, BPR in Kediri City

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujan untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh persepsi kemudahan dan referensi kelompok dalam niat menggunakan M payment dengan gender sebagai variabel moderasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) pada 186 responden. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa niat menggunakan M paymen di pengaruhi oleh persepsi kemudahan dan referensi kelompok. Hasil penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi dua model yang berbeda dalam penggunaan M payment. Yang mana pria lebih ddidominasi oleh kemudahan didalam penggunaan layanan dibandingkan wanita, sedangkan pada wanita didominasi oleh referensi kelompok dalam penggunaan M paymentKata Kunci: Kata Kunci : Mobile Payment, Gender, TAM

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the satisfaction of taxi passengers, analyze the internal and external factors in PT A and formulate the competitive strategy with conventional taxi competitor and online taxi companies. The scope og this research is specifically focused on the competitive staretgy at strategic business unit level. This study is uses quantitative and quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques used are porter five score model, IFE, EFE, IE and QSPM. The results of this study on the analysis of IFE, PT A shows that the highest strength is on a strong, strategic distribution network of taxi in big cities. Meanwhile, the highest threat is standardization of tariff, number of taxi, and minimum identify of online taxi. Furthermore, IE matrix analysis shows that PT A is in quadrant I (grow and build strategy). The decision making stage with QSPM matrix has the order of strategic prority as follows: forward integration, backward integration, horizontal integration, product development, market penetration, and market development.Keywords: EFE, IFE, IPA, QSPM, competitive strategy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan kontribusi Bank Indonesia terhadap kelangsungan usaha pengrajin Batik Tegalan “Canting Emas”. Peran dan kontribusi tersebut dalam mempertahankan sustainability tersebut meliputi bidang pemasarandan sumber daya manusia. Pengembangan dan pemberdayaan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) akan selalu melibatkan peran pemerintah, Bank Indonesia dan lembaga-lembaga lainnya yang peduli terhadap kelangsungan usaha UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah indepth interview yaitu wawancara langsung kepada narasumber yang dalam hal ini adalah pendiri usaha batik “Canting Emas”. Hasil penelitian ini menjukkan bahwa Bank Indonesia memberikan berperan dalam bidang pemasaran kepada pengrajin batik “Canting Emas” dengan seringnya memberikan informasi mengenai penyelenggaraan pameran UMKM khususnya batik. Selain informasi pihak Bank Indonesia juga memfasilitasi biaya akomodasi pada saat mengikuti pameran baik di dalam kota maupun luar kota. Pada bidang sumber daya manusia, Bank Indonesia juga memberikan pelatihan membatik dengan mengundang narasumber selaku pembatik Pekalongan berpengalaman bernama Mustar Sidik. Adanya informasi dan pelatihan diharapakan dapat memperkuat pengrajin batik “Canting Mas” dalam menghadapi persaingan UMKM yang lain. Peran lainnya adalah berupaq bantuan teknis yang diberikan oleh Bank Indonesia berupa kain mori dan lilin berkualitas tinggi. Adanya kontribusi tersebut pada pengrajin “ Canting Mas” menciptakan rasa optimis karena usahanya diberi dukungan oleh pemerintah, dengan demikian mampu mempertahankan kelangsungan usaha batik “Canting Mas”Kata Kunci: sustainability, pemasaran, pelatihan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio and corporate governance on financial performance in pharmaceutical sub-manufacturing manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 10 companies, while the sample for this study amounted to 8 Pharmaceutical Companies. The data collection technique in this study is to use documentation and literature study techniques. The results show, 1) debt to asset ratio does not significantly influence financial performance, 2) debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on financial performance, 3) corporate governance has a significant effect on financial performance, 4) debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio and corporate governance simultaneously have a significant effect on financial performance. the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.637, meaning that the ability of the independent variable to describe the dependent variable is 63.7%, while the rest (100% - 63.7% = 36.3%). 36.3% are described by other factors outside the variables in the regression equation.Keywords: Leverage Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Corporate Governance, Financial Performance

Abstract

The success of the organization in achieving its goals is supported by internal and external factors. To realize employee career development, the internal side must first receive attention. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work placement and performance on the career development of employees of the National Land Agency (BPN) of Madiun City.The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The data used are primary data through questionnaires and secondary data. The population in this study were all permanent employees of 40 people. The research variable consists of independent variables, namely competence, work placement and performance, and the dependent variable is employee career development. Variables measured by Likert scale and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses t test and F test. The results of the study concluded that: 1) Competence affects employee career development; 2) Job placement does not affect employee career development; 3) Performance affects the career development of BPN employees in Kota Madiun.Keywords: competence, work placement, work performance, career development
