Abstract

In the present time, the development of information technology, especially in Indonesia, is growing. With the existence of information and communication technology can make it easier for us to learn and get information that we need from anywhere, anytime, and from anyone. In the education world, the development of information technology has begun to have a positive impact because the development of information technology in the education world has begun to show significant changes. Nowadays distance and time are not significant problems to gain knowledge, various applications are created to facilitate them. Information technology is a technology used to process data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, manipulating data in various ways to produce quality information that is relevant, accurate, and timely information, which is used for personal, business, and government and is strategic information for decision making.

Abstract

Abstract— Linear program is an optimization model of linear equations concerning problems of linear inequality, linear program problem means the problem of the optimum value (makium or minimum) a linear function on a system of linear inequality that must meet the optimization of objective function. GeoGebra is a dynamic, free, and multi-platform mathematical software that combines geometry, algebra, tables, graphics, statistics and calculus in one package that is easy and can be used for all levels of education. The GeoGebra app can help solve problems with linear programming. Keywords— Linear Program, GeoGebra Abstrak— Program linear merupakan model optimasi persamaan linear yang berkenaan dengan masalah-masalah pertidaksamaan linear, Masalah program linear berarti masalah nilai optimum (maksium atau minimum) sebuah fungsi linear pada suatu sistem pertidaksamaan linear yang harus memenuhi optimasi fungsi objektif. Abstract

Abstract— Teachers have a strategic role in the field of education, even other adequate educational resources are often insignificant if not supported by the performance of qualified teachers. This study aims to determine the efforts of schools in improving teacher performance through a quality control approach. The research site was conducted at Betung 5 Elementary School. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, focus group discussions, documents and assessment sheets, and analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive techniques. The results show that the qultity control approach enhances teacher performance in order that the quality of education can be improved through improving the system and quality of teacher resources. The implementation of quality control implemented by SD Negeri 5 Betung is: 1) lesson plan, 2) consultation, 3) observation, and 4) feedback.Keywords— Teacher Performance, Quality ControlAbstrak— Guru memiliki peran strategis dalam bidang pendidikan, bahkan sumber daya pendidikan lain yang memadai sering kali kurang berarti apabila tidak didukung oleh kinerja guru yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui pendekatan quality control. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 5 Betung. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, diskusi kelompok terfokus, dokumen, dan lembar penilaian, dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan qultity control meningktkan kinerja guru bertujuan agar kualitas pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan melalui perbaikan sistem dan sumber daya guru yang berkualitas. Penerapan quality control yang dilaksanakan oleh SD Negeri 5 Betung adalah: 1) lesson plan, 2) konsultasi, 3) observasi, dan 4) umpan balik.Kata Kunci—Kinerja Guru, Quality Control

Abstract

This article discusses the role of youth in preventing the idea of radicalism in Indonesia. The data in this article were collected through references such as books, journals, newspapers, and the internet. This study found that radicalism is a common phenomenon that can occur in a society with various motives; social, political, cultural and religious that were characterized by violent, extreme and anarchic actions as a form of rejection the symptoms. Youth as the next generation is the main target of radical adherents. This is possible because youth are easily instigated with the wrong view and mind associated with radicalism. Therefore, with its diverse roles, youth can prevent this radicalism in various ways. First through the increase of education knowledge and understanding the religion. Second, read a lot of references. Third, always want to improve themselves, and the last set the goal of life.

Abstract

Educational technology is designed to help solve educational problems, so as to be able to provide benefits in an effort to improve the quality of learning. Various forms of learning experiences, both those that can be achieved in the classroom and outside the classroom and learning messages, can be packaged by taking into account the principles and principles of educational technology. Abstract

Challenges in the industrial era 4.0 were identified as 1) improvement of information technology security; 2) increasing the reliability and stability of the production machine; 3) improvement of skills; 4) the reluctance of stakeholders to change; and 5) loss of many jobs due to automation. Disruptive changes overthrow the prevailing system until a fundamental change does not have to be ignored. This means that universities are not free from the threat of being disrupted if they do not immediately make changes and adjust their role in the world of education. These challenges and changes, asked college continue to carry out various roles, such education and teaching, development, and dissemination, as a storehouse of knowledge for the community. The Challenge of Higher Education in Indonesia in the era of the Industry refers to the hope of having world-class universities and can survive and develop according to demands in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Abstract

Cooperative School was established in school enviroment which were the students as member. It can be established in many levels according to the level of education, such as cooperative of elementary school, cooperative of junior high school, cooperative of senior high school, and etc. Analysis of financial report was aplication of tool and technique analysis for financial report of general aims then the data related to generate estimates and the conclusion can be used for business analysis. Analysis of financial report this research used ratio analysis method, that was liquidity ratio, solvency, activity, and profitability. The researcher used quantitative method. This method was the method of research which was gronded on philosophy of positivism, it was used to research specific population and sample. The sampling technique is done randomly, data retrieval used reseach instrument, and data analysis was quantitative statistics to test the hypothesis which had been set. The sample: Cooperative of Senior High School 1 Tanah Abang. The result of reseacrh that cooperative in Senior High School 1 Tanah Abang was liquid. It was caused the cooperative had not made a loan to outsiders and have not implemented the sale and purchase of school supplies but it was only saving and loan cooperative side, it was still pretty sulvable because it only involve the saving and loan, not profit yet because it was still many funds in the members and pretty good activity because the funds rotated from members to members. The researcher hope cooperatives school can envolve their work so it can prosper the members. Keywords— Financial Performance Cooperative School

Abstract

The era is increasingly sophisticated and modern so that every teacher must be innovative and creative in choosing a learning model to improve students 'abilities, especially students' mathematical problem solving abilities so that. This research is an experimental study with Posttest-Only Control Design. The study was conducted in class X TO 4 and X TO 6 SMK PGRI 2 Palembang in the academic year 2018-2019 with a test at the end of the meeting as a tool to measure students' mathematical problem solving abilities with results of tcount 2,693 thus it can be concluded that there was a significant effect of Realistic Matematic learning model Education (RME) on mathematical problem solving skills of students of SMK PGRI 2 Palembang.

Abstract

This study is to describe (1) the role of school principals in improving the professional competence of elementary school teachers (2) the implementation of improvement in elementary teacher professional competencies and (3) efforts made by principals to improve the professionalism of elementary school teachers. This type of research is qualitative research. The data collection techniqueuses observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) The role of school principals in improving teacher professional competencies in elementary schools is: a. Principal as educator b. Principal as manager c. Principal as supervisor (2) Implementation of teacher professional competency improvement in elementary school includes: a. master the material, structure, concepts, and scientific mindset that supports subjects b. master competency standards c. develop the learning material taught d. develop professionalism on an ongoing basis e. utilizing information and communication technology. (3) Efforts made by the principal in increasing the professionalism of teachers in elementary school through: a. By participating in the Teacher Working Group, b. Clinical supervision, c. Increased teacher work motivation and d. Fostering teacher performance.
