Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of writing this article is to discuss learning innovations through the application of learning models in an effort to improve student learning outcomes. Based on the results of field research shows that the creativity of teachers in innovating in the learning process gives good results on student learning outcomes. Models, methods, approaches or specific ways are very good impact in improving student learning outcomes that are creative. The target is not only students, but teachers who have explored their creative potential. Because in reality a creative teacher who plays a role in efforts to improve the quality of his education has a significant impact, one of which is to hone his hidden creative potential in the teacher. So that all elements of education have a high dedication to the development of the expected quality and quality of education.Keywords— creativity, learning models, education. Abstrak— Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah membahas tentang inovasi pembelajaran melalui penerapan model pembelajaran sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian lapangan menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas guru dalam berinovasi pada proses pembelajaran memberikan hasil yang baik terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Model, metode, pendekatan atau cara-cara khusus sangat berdampak baik dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang kreatif. Target yang dituju tidak hanya siswa, tetapi guru-guru yang dieksplorasi potensi kreatifnya. Karena pada kenyataannya seorang guru kreatif yang berperan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikannya mempunyai dampak yang signifikan, salah satunya adalah dengan mengasah potensi kreatifnya yang tersembunyi dalam diri guru. Agar semua elemen-elemen pendidikan mempunyai dedikasi tinggi terhadap pengembangan kualitas dan kualitas pendidikan yang diharapkan.Kata Kunci— kreativitas, model pembelajaran, pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract— In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 new technologies emerged  that resulted in extraordinary changes in all fields including edukation. The increasing tecnological sophistication, the hearvier the demands of teacher into the realm of mastery of the IT system so that they become competent teachers for technological development. For the time being, teachers need the best teachers who understand class dinamics and utilize tecnologi will make teachers more confident and easier to tech their students so that they can transform classrooms into creative, inovative and fun learning spaces. This paper aims to reveal the role or teacher inthe era of education 4.0. the method used is literature study with descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) The problem of educations in Indonesia today is the low quality of education compared to onther countries, (2) Education 4.0 is the answer from the era of the industrial revoluition 4.0 in the world of education. (3) The role teachers is irreplaceable in the industrial revolutions 4.0 era.   Keywords— Teacher competency, Quality of Education, Abstrak— Di era revolusi industry 4.0 muncul teknologi baru sehingga mengakibatkan perubahan luar biasa di semua bidang, termasuk pendidikan. Semakin meningkatnya kecanggihan teknologi, maka semakin berat pula tuntutan guru ke dalam ranah penguasaan system IT sehingga menjadi guru  yang kompetensi terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Untuk saat ini dibutuhkan guru-guru terbaik yang memahami dinamika kelas dan memanfaatkan teknologi guna mengedukasi siswa. Teknologi akan membuat guru lebih percaya diri dan lebih mudah dalam mengajar siswanya sehingga mampu mengubah ruang kelas menjadi ruang belajar yang kreatif, inovatif dan menyenangkan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan peran guru di era pendidikan 4.0. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan teknik deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Persoalan pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini adalah rendahnya mutu pendidikan dibandingkan dengan negara lain, (2) Pendidikan 4.0 merupakan jawaban dari era revolusi industry 4.0 di dunia pendidikan, (3) Peran guru tak tergantikan di era revolusi industri 4.0 Kata Kunci— kompetensi Guru, Mutu Pendidikan

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an in-depth understanding of ideology in the Pepsodent community service ad text in Kompas Newspaper. The research approach is qualitative with critical discourse analysis techniques using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis theory method that combines three dimensions in communication events, namely texts, discourse practices, and socio-cultural practices. Data sources were public service advertisements made by Pepsodent and published in Kompas 2016 Newspaper. The findings of the study showed that there was an attempt to hide the ideology behind the discourse so that the reader did not feel that through the advertisement there was an ideology that was tried to be conveyed by the advertiser through the discourse text. Ideology in the practice of discourse describes factors that influence the production of text, namely, loading or not loading, routine media, and urgency, choosing, and sorting and influencing the views of readers; and the ideology in the consumption of text is the influence of consumption, which is consuming outside information, integrating digital media, following the media agenda, consuming media content according to needs, and relying on mass media information. Ideology in socio-cultural practices illustrates how public service advertisements about dental health are so close to health conditions in Indonesia. In fact, actually the ideology of the company that produces Pepsodent, Unilever is for business purposes.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide an explanation for using digital books to increase students’ reading interest. As the background of this writing because of the low interest in reading students in textbooks and other books that are still in the form of ordinar y books. Digital books are one of altenative for students to increase reading interest. Because it can not be denied, now students hold more handphone than their books. The nature of digital books is practical and easy to carry everywhere making it easy for students to read whenever and wherever they want. So that it is expected that the use of digital books in increasing students interest in reading will be more efektif and efficient.

Abstract

Abstract— Teachers are still teaching conventionally, explaining the subject matter, giving examples of problems, and then assigning tasks or exercises. This can make learners less enjoying math lessons. Therefore disruption in learning is very necessary. The digital era can be utilized for disruption of math learning. The online media available today can be used to clarify the subject matter. Learners can describe a histogram with the help of a computer using Excel and paint applications, or those in online. One of the web that can be used is An Internet Mathematics Assessment System (IMathAs). Learners are trained to solve a problem from simple to difficult. Issues related to the day-to-day life of learners up to the problems presented in the form of data tables. Excel apps can be used to create grouped data. Then the histogram display created from ImathAs can be edited using paint, arranged and colored. So learning difficult and scary math is fun. Keywords— Discruption, online media Abstrak— Guru masih ada mengajar secara konvensional, menjelaskan materi pelajaran, memberi contoh soal, dan kemudian memberi tugas atau latihan soal. Hal ini dapat membuat peserta didik kurang menyenangi pelajaran matematika. Oleh karena itu disruption dalam pembelajaran sangat perlu dilakukan. Era digital dapat dimanfaatkan untuk disruption pembelajaran matematika. Media online yang ada saat ini dapat digunakan untuk memperjelas materi pelajaran. Peserta didik dapat menggambarkan histogram dengan bantuan komputer menggunakan aplikasi Excel  dan paint, atau yang ada di online. Salah satu web yang dapat digunakan adalah  An Internet Mathematics Assesment System (IMathAs). Peserta didik dilatih untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah dari yang sederhana sampai dengan yang sulit. Masalah yang terkait dengan kehidupan sehari-hari peserta didik sampai dengan masalah yang disajikan dalam bentuk data tabel. Aplikasi Excel dapat digunakan untuk membuat data berkelompok. Kemudian tampilan histogram yang dibuat dari ImathAs dapat diedit menggunakan paint, diatur penulisannya dan diwarnai. Sehingga belajar matematika yang sulit dan menakutkan menjadi menyenangkan. Kata Kunci— Discruption, media online

Abstract

Abstract— At present we have entered the fourth generation industrial era. The hallmark of this generation's revolution is the amount of human power that has been replaced by robots that have been controlled by computers. The education world certainly has its own challenges in responding to this change. Therefore, reformulation of the learning process is needed both at school and outside of school. Utilization of technology certainly can not be avoided because it is already in its time. The teacher is always required to update about these changes in order to be able to prepare students to face these changes. One important thing is that HOTS-based learning has become a necessity so that students are accustomed to thinking critically so that they can develop their creativity. Learning is an important tool in growing HOTS thinking. Learning generally leads to higher-order thinking processes. During the learning process the teacher should design a process that is able to foster high creativity. Therefore teachers and students must understand the characteristics of learning correctly. Keywords— Disruptive Era Learning Abstrak—Saat ini kita telah memasuki era industri generasi ke empat. Ciri khas revolusi generasi ini adalah banyaknya tenaga manusia yang sudah digantikan oleh robot yang telah dikendalikan oleh komputer. Dunia pendidikan tentunya mempunyai tantangan tersendiri dalam menyikapi perubahan ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan reformulasi proses pembelajaran baik di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Pemanfaatan teknologi tentunya tidak bisa dihindari karena memang sudah zamannya. Guru senantiasa dituntut untuk update tentang perubahan ini agar mampu menyiapkan siswa menghadapi perubahan ini. Salah satu hal penting adalah pembelajaran berbasis HOTS sudah menjadi keharusan agar siswa terbiasa berpikir kritis sehingga mampu mengembangkan kreatifitasnya. Pembelajaran merupakan sarana penting dalam menumbuhkan berpikir yang HOTS. Belajar secara umum mengarah kepada proses berpikir tingkat tinggi. Selama proses pembelajaran guru seyogyanya merancang proses yang mampu menumbuhkan kreatifitas yang tinggi. Abstract

In Indonesia, some school-aged children have violated the culture of the Indonesian nation, the lack of application of character education at home or at school causes them to do illicit acts or do not reflect school-aged children such as brawling among students, free sex, using drugs. Education value of the characters in order to form the successor of the nation of Indonesia who believe and piety to God Almighty and morals, knowledgeable, and become a democratic citizens and responsible is needed in order to form the successor of the Indonesian nation. Implementation of character education among school students is very helpful in establishing good character and praised by using strategies through learning, through extracurricular, through the development of school culture. Not only themselves and parents, the school also plays an important role in helping the implementation of character education to unform the character of students who are praised and obey Indonesian culture.

Abstract

In this all-creative era, we must be able to take advantage of all opportunities to become a source of livelihood if we cannot comply with the rules of other people's business work. Making PAUD Education as an entrepreneurial potential is not a new thing, but this field is not done by many people because other fields of business such as fashion and culinary look more promising. Even though the education sector can provide many benefits for both the manager, and for the local community. Children of PAUD age need to be educated from childhood because at this time the growth of the age of gold (gold ege) is increasing. Parents will provide the best education for children from an early age, especially in the midst of their busy work. Therefore PAUD entrepreneurs are currently mushrooming and even new players have emerged that are increasingly tightening competition. The challenge in entrepreneurial competition is how so that PAUD Institutions can continue to exist, survive, and improve, one of the factors that influences them is the management of learning. If the management is good, it will produce a good output that is producing children who are cheerful, cheerful, and balanced with IQ, EQ and SQ. PAUD units can be established by a) district / city government; b) village government; c) individuals; d) groups of people; e) legal entity.

Abstract

Abstract—This study aims to describe and explain the value of local wisdom contained in Lagu Batanghari nine. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with content analysis method. The data in this study is the Batanghari nine song. The results of this study indicate that the value of local wisdom contained in the BatangHari Sembilan song and in this song illustrates the life of the atmosphere in the author's song area and the meaning implied in the song contains entertaining elements because the selection of words (diction) is interesting to be heard. Keywords - Batanghari Sembilan, regional songs, local wisdom values Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan nilai kearifan lokal yang terkandung dalam Lagu batanghari sembilan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode content analysis. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah lagu Batanghari sembilan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya nilai kearifan lokal yang terkandung dalam lagu BatangHari Sembilan dan dalam lagu ini menggambarkan kehidupan suasana di daerah sang pengarang lagu serta makna yang tersirat di dalam lagu tersebut mengandung unsur menghibur karena pemilihan kata ( diksi )  menarik umtuk didengar. Kata Kunci— Batanghari Sembilan, Lagu daerah, Nilai kearifan local

Abstract

Abstrak- The principal has a strong role in coordinating, mobilizing and harmonizing all available educational resources at school. Principal's leadership is one of the factors that can encourage schools to be able to realize the vision, mission, goals and objectives of their school. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the headmaster in achieving the quality standard of management towards the community 5.0. The method used in this research is literature study. The results of this study are that there are four steps taken by the principal as a manager in order to achieve management standards, namely, (1) the principal conducts planning, (2) the principal organizes, (3) the principal supervises and (3) the principal controls. In addition, in order to reach community 5.0, at least there should be an increase in skills related to ICT for teachers, students and staff. Keywords-Managerial Role, Principal of Madrasah, Quality. Abstract- Kepala sekolah memiliki peranan yang kuat dalam mengkoordinasikan, menggerakkan dan menyerasikan semua sumber daya pendidikan yang tersedia disekolah. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mendorong sekolah untuk dapat mewujudkan visi, misi, tujuan, dan sasaran sekolahnya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kepala madrasah dalam rangka mencapai standar mutu pengelolaan menuju masyarakat 5.0. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka (literature study). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat empat langkah yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai manajer dalam rangka mencapai standar pengelolaan, yakni, (1) kepala sekolah melakukan perencanaan, (2) kepala sekolah melakukan pengorganisasian, (3) kepala sekolah melakukan pengawasan dan (3) kepala sekolah melakukan pengendalian. Selain itu, dalam rangka menuju masyarakat 5.0 maka setidaknya dilakukan peningkatan kemampuan terkait TIK baik untuk guru, siswa dan staff. Kata Kunci- Peran Manajerial, Kepala Madrasah, Mutu.
