Abstract

The problem in this study was how to use slang in the campus environment at the University of PGRI Palembang, the purpose of this study was to describe the use of slang in the campus environment at the University of PGRI Palembang. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data source of this research is the students of the Faculty of Engineering Semester II, University of PGRI Palembang. The data collection technique used in this study is the skillful listening technique and note taking technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is the intralingual equivalent technique. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that in the use of slang language for students of the Faculty of Engineering Semester II at the University of PGRI Palembang there were 26 slang words used by the students in their conversation. The use of slang is more dominantly carried out in order to create a relaxed atmosphere and a familiar impression in their association.

Abstract

The background of this research originated from the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0 that all human labor can be replaced with digital machines, so one question arises where do SMK graduates who are ready to work. Transformation efforts to improve efficiency in each value chain by integrating digital capabilities and production lines in the industry which refers to increased automation, machine to machine and human to machine communication, artificial intelligence, and the development of sustainable technology in the industry. In this study we used qualitative methods to collect data on observation, analysis, and documentation of activities. Research focus on class XII (twelve) with 12 an accredited expertise packages for all majors. The results obtained indicate that the creation of skilled students with industry-based competencies, the demands of the industrial world in the industrial revolution era 4.0 are SMK graduates who have the character of discipline, hard work, creative, independent, responsibility, and competency based on the industrial world. Strategies for implementing industry-based education include 1) curriculum links and actives with the industrial world; 2) teaching factoring programs; 3) internships in the industrial world; 4) Expertise Competency Test entirely by Industrial World which has the applicable conditions; 5) professional staff from Industrial World as guest teachers at SMK; and 6) the relevance of vocational facilities and infrastructure to the industrial world. In 2017, the fulfillment of the workforce at PT. Bukit Asam Tbk Tanjung Enim accepts graduates of SMK Negeri 2 Muara Enim as permanent employees of 23 people out of 139 people. This success is a form of collaboration between schools and the Industrial World in creating workers who are ready to work according to the competencies needed by the demands of the industrial world in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose in this discussion is to know the concept of humanities education towards cultured beings. Cultivated beings are known to be human beings are expected to be able to make humanities education as an effort to become human more human. This humanity presents the educational material depicting human wholeness which means putting human beings in the midst of the educational process which includes three things as follows (1) menyatrazapkan development of mind and (ratios) with the heart (taste) (2) introduce to students the values of humanity universal and eternal. (3) to prioritize cooperation between the concept of education and students and between the theories taught, then practiced in life. The sample of this discussion is the human being who is regarded as the most cultured and intellectual creature, which is essentially intellect and mind are two possessions possessed by the human soul and is expected with the human mind and mind to utilize the wealth for the essential needs of life. Abstract

Abstract—Freedom of learning that is currently booming at the moment, is essentially an effort to understand the entire acquisition and implementation of education policies to see the value or results of learning that enhance one's competency abilities. Accreditation is also not a benchmark for an institution's ability to assess quality outcomes. As a result, there needs to be an appropriate policy to measure the capabilities gathered. Indeed, of course this is not spared from the lack of agreement of the majority of people on this policy which considers that the compilation of policies takes place many students are too easy to learn while no longer following the National Examination (UN) which is actually a benchmark according to the questions in accordance with a curriculum that applies to every era. This of course coincides with "The Emergence of Society 5.0 which is the implication of the development of the industrial revolution 4.0 which transformed conventional industries to digital exponentially. The field of education will be in accordance with its coils. Alhasil, perlu ada kebijakan yang tepat untuk mengukur kapabilitas lulusan. Memang, tentu saja hal ini tidak luput  dari kekurangsetujuan sebagian masyarakat atas kebijakan ini yang beranggapan bahwa nantinya ketika kebijakan itu berlangsung banyak siswa yang terlalu santai dalam belajar karena tidak lagi memikirkan Ujian Nasional (UN) yang sebetulnya itu adalah sebagai tolak ukur kemampuan kompetensi secara nasional yang materi soal-soalnya bersesuaian dengan kurikulum yang berlaku pada tiap-tiap zamannya. Hal ini tentu beriring dengan "Kemunculan Masyarakat 5.0 yang  merupakan implikasi dari perkembangan pesat revolusi industri 4.0 yang mengubah tatanan industri konvensional ke digital secara eksponensial. Abstract

This study describes the exemplary teacher who is very influential on the learning process of students of SDN 4 Pulau Rimau in Pulau Rimau sub-district, Banyuasin Regency, in: (1) exemplary teachers, (2) understanding of teachers (3) understanding of exemplary teachers and, (4) types kind of exemplary teacher. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of case study at Rimau SDN 4 school. The research subjects were the Principal, Teachers, Education Personnel, and parents of students (school committees). The technique of collecting data uses observation and interview techniques, then the principal is oriented to supportive behavior, teacher behavior that has willingness, sincerity / sincerity, and seriousness in carrying out the task because the teacher is a figure who is cared for and imitated, disciplined education personnel, all of that make students at SDN 4 Rimau Island follow the example.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of educators in PAUD TAMAN SARI. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. Subjects in this study were principals, and educators. Data were obtained by interview, observation and document observation. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis technique of interactive model, while data validity by using source and method triangulation. The result of the research shows that the management of educator in PAUD Taman Sari has been running well, through the planning stage, division of task, and the development of competence of educator. The development of the competence of educators PAUD Taman Sari done by attending seminars, workshops, training, tiered training that carried out regularly. Evaluation of the program conducted by PAUD Taman Sari is internally between the principal and the educator, the method used is by way of discussion and also question and answer. Aspects evaluated include the performance of educators. Performance evaluation is done at the end of the school year prior to the new school year

Abstract

Abstract— The development of technology and information attract various products to the community. Fintech or Financial Technology is one of the brave services that currently helps many people. This technology is engaged in the financial and economic industries. Various types of Fintech exist to help financial and entrepreneurial problems in society. Systems and services that are easy and fast, make Fintech increasingly in demand. This research and scientific study aims to analyze and understand the role of Fintech in assisting the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. It cannot be denied that capital and financial problems are the main problems in entrepreneurial activities. Capital lending system that is done through banks is fairly difficult, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises issued generally do not have business completeness such as financial statements. Therefore, Fintech tries to offer a capital loan system that is easier and faster. Interestingly, this Fintech system continues to increase in terms of demand. Related, it is interesting to discuss in order to understand the role and successful thinking in order to improve Fintech to support Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises efforts. Keywords— Fintech, Entrepreneurship, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), Capital Abstrak— Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi menghadirkan berbagai produk layanan untuk masyarakat. Fintech atau Financial Technology menjadi salah satu layanan daring yang saat ini banyak membantu masyarakat. Teknologi ini bergerak dalam industri keuangan dan ekonomi. Berbagai jenis Fintech hadir untuk membantu masalah keuangan dan kewirausahaan masyarakat. Sistem dan layanan yang mudah dan cepat, membuat Fintech semakin diminati. Penelitian dan kajian ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menganlisis dan mengetahui peran Fintech dalam membantu perkembangan wirausaha Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa masalah permodalan dan keuangan menjadi masalah utama dalam kegiatan wirausaha. Sistem peminjaman modal yang dilakukan melalui bank terbilang sulit, apalagi UMKM yang pada umumnya tidak memiliki kelengkapan usaha seperti laporan keuangan. Karena itu, Fintech mencoba untuk menawarkan sistem peminjaman modal yang lebih mudah dan cepat. Menariknya, sistem Fintech ini terus mengalami peningkatan dari segi permintaan. Abstract

It stands to reason that character education should be integrated into all subjects. The reasons are that improving the noble character of the students is the responsibility of all teachers, all teachers must be a commanding example. The formation of a strong human resource character is necessary to face the tougher global challenges. Human resource character is formed through the process of formal education, non formal, and informal that all three must bersinergis. Character education means making a genuine, systematic and sustained effort to awaken and strengthen the awareness and confidence of all Indonesians that there will be no better future without building and strengthening the character of the Indonesian people. In other words, there is no better future that can be realized without honesty, without improving self-discipline, without persistence, without high learning spirit, without developing a sense of responsibility, without cultivating unity in the midst of diversity, without the spirit to contribute progress together, and without confidence and optimism.

Abstract

Learning with scientific approach, programed by procedure to make students active to construct a concept, law, or principle became a scientist, by means of observed/searched background, problem, formulated problem, formulated hypothesis, collected data with various technique, analyzed data, drawer the conclusion, and shared the result. Furthermore, this research used experiment as a scientific research, it’s mean that the researcher was manipulated and controlled one or more variables, free and observed the related variables to find out the variation that appear simultaneously with manipulated free variables and that variables are influenced and related to the research. Moreover, the research objectives from experiment research, the researcher want to known motive and consequence with used one or more controlled groups without simulation. While, the technic collected data was used observation, test, interview, and documentation. Evaluation stage and scoring a part of students able to accepted the subjects perfectly, such as in cognitive area, the students able to answer ten questions, in psychometric and religious area, the students can be responsible, discipline, and in competent area the students most competent seem from process and representation result.

Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to Identify the ethnomatematics contained in the proverb of the community of Bengkulu "Fish sejerek, Bere secupak". This research is a qualitative research using ethnography method. The results of the research show that the proverb of Bengkulu community "Fish sejerek, Bere secupak" has an ethnomatematics related to the concept of mathematics such as the concept of linear equation system, and the concept of function limit. Keywords— Ethnomatematics, proverb, mathematical concepts Abstrak— Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengidentifikasi etnomatematika yang terdapat dalam pepatah masyarakat Bengkulu “Ikan sejerek, Bere secupak”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode etnografi. Hasil dari Penelitian menunjukan bahwa pepatah masyarakat Bengkulu “Ikan sejerek, Bere secupak” memiliki etnomatematika yang berkaitan dengan konsep matematika diantaranya konsep sistem persamaan linier, dan konsep limit fungsi.  Kata Kunci— Etnomatematika, pepatah, konsep matematika
