Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this study was to reveal the efforts of the Muhammadiyah Elementary School (ES) of Pajangan 2 in realizing child friendly schools (CFS) in the era of industrial revolution menuju 5.0. This study took place at Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Pajangan 2, Berbah, Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research that uses a phenomenological approach. In collecting data, researchers used the trianggulation method (in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation) and read related books. This study found that to realize child-friendly schools in the industrial revolution era menuju 5.0, SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Prabumulih applied. 6M, namely: 1) Cultivating 5S (greetings, smiles, greetings, courtesy and courtesy), 2) instilling the values of Muhammadiyah pledges, 3) increasing habituation (Riyadhoh), 4) improving infrastructure, 5) improving the quality of educators, and 6) stop the school canteen. Keywords— Era of Industrial Revolution menuju 5.0, Elementary School, Child Friendly Schools. Abstrak— Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan upaya Sekolah Menengah (SMP) Muhammadiyah Kota Prabumulih dalam mewujudkan Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) dalam era revolusi industri menuju 5.0. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Prabumulih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan metode triangulasi (wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi) dan membaca buku-buku terkait. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa untuk mewujudkan sekolah ramah anak era revolusi industri menuju 5.0, SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Prabumulih menerapkan. 6M, yaitu: 1) Membudayakan 5S (salam, senyum, sapa, sopan dan santun), 2) menanamkan nilai-nilai ikrar Muhammadiyah, 3) meningkatkan pembiasaan (Riyadhoh), 4) meningkatkan sarana prasarana, 5) meningkatkan mutu pendidik, dan 6) meniadakan kantin sekolah. Kata Kunci— Era Revolusi Industri menuju 5.0, Sekolah Menengah, Sekolah Ramah Anak

Abstract

The problem in this research was the less learning to train students' science process skills. This study aimed at determining the positive influence of contextual teaching and learning approach based on inquiry to the skills of science process students of grade XI SMA Unggul N 4 Palembang. The research method used was quasi experimental design. Population in this research were all class XI MIPA SMA Unggul N 4 Palembang. Technique of collecting data was using observation. Based on the results obtained average score of the overall skills of the students' science process of 2.53 with high category (in the range 1-4). So it can be concluded that the contextual teaching and learning approach based on inquiry have a positive effect on students' science process skill.

Abstract

The technology development has been affecting all sectors in life, especially education. Most of all the countries in this world are empowering the use of high-technology tools in education, including Indonesia. There are sorts of policies made by the government to support the digitalization of education. Those are conducted to make Indonesia can compete to other countries in the  Industry 4.0 Revolution era. While the goverment is trying to maxime the use of technology in education, we are faced by one big challege: the readiness of teacher to use the technology as a catalyst for the suceed of teaching and learning process. However, it is not an easy thing to do. There is a generation gap among today’s teachers as ‘digital immigrants’ and students as ‘digital natives’. This gap affects to their preception and process of adaptation to the technology. When the students can access all of the information they need to know without teacher, and teachers are having lack of digital literacy skills, those will cause sort of new problems in education, especially the obstruction of digitalization of education. So, as eduators, the today’s teacher should understand that their students have to master the technology, so do they.

Abstract

Keberadaan laboratorium IPS terutama laboratorium sejarah mampu menunjang proses pembelajaran sejarah di sekolah maupun di perguruan tinggi. Salah satu peranan tersebut adalah dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran.  Peranan Laboratorium sejarah bagi pembelajaran sejarah sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran sehingga pada akhirnya hasil belajar sejarah yang akan optimal. Dengan demikian, media laboratorium merupakan salah satu media yang tidak dapat terpisahkan dari proses belajar mengajar demi tercapainya tujuan pendidikan pada umumnya dan tujuan pembelajaran pada khususnya. Kehadiran media laboratorium dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar sangat penting, karena sebagai alat bantu dalam pembelajaran. Artinya, penggunaan laboratorium sejarah memberikan kontribusi bagi tenaga pengajar (dosen) menjadi lebih kreatif dalam mengajar karena dilengkapi dengan media pembelajaran dan mampu membuat suasana pembelajaran yang berbeda dari pembelajaran yang biasa dilakukan di kelas. Kata Kunci— Pemanfaatan Penggunaan Laboratorium IPS, Media Pembelajaran sejarah

Abstract

Abstract— Indonesian Learning Innovation through Process Approach. Today there are many teachers who use the technique theoretically and rote learning, so learning activities tend to berigid, monotonous, and boring. Especially in the Indonesian language teaching, the materialpresented in fact they could not rub off on students as rational, cognitive, and affective. The use ofconventional learning methods still that which impact on the level of mastery of the subject matterIndonesian students still low. Furthermore, the condition of this kind of learning is a form offailure of students in developing knowledge and language skills, and positive attitudes toward theuse of the Indonesian language is good and true. Conditions like these can be addressed byimplementing learning innovations that can be used by teachers in implementing the Indonesian language learning through a process approach, embodied in four aspects of Indonesian language skills, ie skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing.Keywords— Learn Indonesian, the learning process. Abstrak— Inovasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia melalui Pendekatan Proses. Dewasa ini masih banyak guru yang menggunakan teknik pembelajaran secara teoretis dan hafalan, sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran cenderung berlangsung kaku, monoton, dan membosankan. Terkhusus pada pelajaran bahasa Indonesia, materi yang disampaikan nyatanya masih belum mampu melekat pada diri siswa sebagai sesuatu yang rasional, kognitif, dan afektif. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang masih konvensional itulah yang berimbas pada tingkat penguasaan materi pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa yang masih rendah. Lebih jauh, kondisi pembelajaran semacam ini merupakan bentuk kegagalan siswa dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kebahasaan, serta sikap positif terhadap penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar. Kondisi seperti ini dapat diatasi dengan menerapkan inovasi pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia melalui pendekatan proses, yang tertuang ke dalam empat aspek keterampilan berbahasa Indonesia, yakni keterampilan menyimak, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis.Kata Kunci— Inovasi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia, pendekatan proses.

Abstract

Information Technology today has become a fundamental need for educational institutions. Through the utilization of information technology as a medium of learning, school institutions are expected to be able to improve the quality of learning through access to information technology to develop learning media. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 26 Rimau Island. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman models. The results of this study is the use of learning media using Information Technology to develop curriculum in schools that direction toward improving the quality of education. The use of this media requires preparations such as human resources such as the readiness of teachers, students and parents. The use of learning media is expected to improve teaching and learning process in teachers and students, can be more effective, efficient, and encourage student creativity. Another advantage is the cost savings of operational learning and facilitate the preparation of teachers in teaching. In addition, it will facilitate the assessment, overcome the limitations of learning media that are not available, and hope to improve student knowledge. Keyword: Information technology, Learning Media, Quality Improvement

Abstract

The low quality of education in Indonesia requires efforts to improve teacher performance as one of the factors that influence teaching efficiency. The importance of the role of teachers in learning, efforts are needed to improve teacher performance through a provision of guidance and also encouragement from the principal. Guidance for principals on teachers regarding learning activities is known as academic supervision. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of academic supervision on teacher performance. This research is an ex post facto study. Data processing begins with testing the validity and reliability of research instruments using the Cronbach's Alpha test. Furthermore, the analysis prerequisite test included normality tests and linearity tests. In order for teacher performance to increase, academic supervision must be carried out optimally. Recommendations based on the results of the study include the implementation of academic supervision, principals must pay more attention to aspects of supervision, while in terms of teacher teaching performance, teachers must further improve their performance, especially in aspects of learning evaluation and follow-up of student assessment result.

Abstract

The leader is the person who leads. While the leader is his position. In another sense, etymologically the term leadership comes from the basic word "lead" which means guidance or guidance. Brodjonegoro (2018) workers in all fields in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 are required to have digital skills, both technical and managerial workforce. In addition to the demand for appropriate skills, it turns out that social skills are also very much needed in working in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The results of studies in several developed countries indicate that there is an increasing need for analytical non-routine skills and interactive non-routine skills. While the need for routine cognitive skills, non-routine manuals, and manual routines has decreased. Ideal leadership is leadership that follows the demands of the 4.0 industrial revolution. leaders who follow technological developments leaders must have skills in influencing, encouraging, guiding, directing, and mobilizing others who have to do with the implementation and development of education and teaching in the industrial revolution era 4.0.

Abstract

Abstract—Information communication and technology is developing rapidly and is used in various fields of human life, including in education. The successful use of information and communication technology for learning needs is influenced by the ability of teachers to use it, the readiness of students to learn with the help of the technology, and the attitude of society and the environment towards the technology. the purpose of this study is to find broadly and deeply about the use of information and communication technology (ICT), especially computers with devices for learning in schools. The school that was the target of the research was Sekayu 6 Public Middle School. This research is a qualitative research, using the case study method through data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study indicate the use of ICT in learning, inhibiting factors for the use of ICT in learning, supporting factors for the use of ICT in learning, and efforts to optimize the use of ICT in learningKeywords—Innovation Utilization of ICT, Creative Education Learning, SMP Negeri 6 Unggul Sekayu Abstrak— Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berkembang pesat dan dipergunakan diberbagai bidang kehidupan manusia termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Keberhasilan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk keperluan pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan guru menggunakannya, kesiapan siswa belajar dengan bantuan teknologi itu, serta sikap masyarakat dan lingkungan terhadap teknologi tersebut. tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan secara luas dan mendalam mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), khususnya komputer dengan perangkatnya untuk pembelajaran di sekolah. Sekolah yang menjadi target penelitian adalah SMP Negeri 6 Unggul Sekayu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran, faktor penghambat pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran, faktor pendukung pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran, dan upaya optimalisasi pemanfaatan tik dalam pembelajaran.Kata Kunci— Inovasi Pemanfaatan TIK, Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kreatif, SMP Negeri 6 Unggul Sekayu

Abstract

The title of this research is "Business Leaders in Improving Employee Discipline at PT Sentosa Agri Prima Palembang. The purpose of this study is to find out the application of company regulations in the form of employee work and efforts to improve employee work discipline at PT Sentosa Agri Prima Palembang. This data was collected through a questionnaire with 93 respondents. Based on the primary data processed there are 2 indicators that have been applied in the company and 6 indicators that have not been implemented in the company and the company has made strict rules and sanctions / punishments to achieve company goals and efforts to improve employee work discipline which consists of a negative approach between other disciplinary sanctions, moderate disciplinary sanctions, and severe disciplinary sanctions, then a positive approach includes giving advice, reducing working hours and employee work schedules, and reducing disciplinary action by giving sanctions and disciplining oneself. PT Sentosa Agri Prima should improve the system of implementing discipline in accordance with the Law on work discipline that has not been implemented such as making rules/disciplinary probation periods instead of dismissal, implementing training programs and retraining, holding formal orientations with employees in a relaxed manner and asking for participation in drafting regulations and its application.
