Penerbitan BBM dimaksudkan sebagai media penuangan karya ilmiah baik berupa kajian ilmiah maupun hasil penelitian di bidang bisnis dan manajemen. BBM terbit dua kali dalam setahun, bulan Pebruari dan Agustus. Setiap naskah yang dikirimkan ke BBM akan di telaah oleh Mitra Bestari yang sesuai bidangnya. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variable profitability (ROA), dividend policy (DPR), solvency (DER), and company size (SIZE) on firm value (Prince to Book Value). This study uses data obtained from the annual financial statements of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The population in this research is all manufacturing companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 as many as 99 companies. In the purposive sampling stage, the number of samples that were suitable for use were 28 Manufacturing Companies. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses t-tests to partially test variables, and F-tests. The analysis shows that profitability (ROA), dividend policy (DPR), solvency (DER) and company size (PBV) affect the firm value (PBV). Then the results of the regression analysis detected profitability (ROA), dividend policy (DPR), solvency (DER) and company size (PBV) showed an effect on firm value (PBV) of 54.8%, the remaining 45.2% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) which emerged in 2020 has an impact on many countries including Indonesia. Pakpahan (2020) stated that the sectors implicated in Indonesiaare tourism, trade and investment. The business sector in Indonesia is dominated by Micro, Smalland Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of this research is to study internal factors andexternal factors that support the competitiveness of processed fish MSMEs in Rembang Regencyin the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The research methodology uses SWOT analysis. Theresults of the SWOT analysis show that internal factors have a score of 5.80 while externalfactors have a score of 6.42.

Abstract

PT. Jasa Raharja is in charge of providing compensation for road traffic accident victims. Thus, people who have an accident will feel helped by the existence of PT. Jasa Raharja. The research objective was to test and analyze the effect of PRIME PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bojonegoro Representative Office on company image in the eyes of beneficiary claimants. This research is a survey research. The sampling technique used was Proportionate Random Sampling. Data collection by questionnaire to 50 claiment PT Jasa Raharja in Bojonegoro Regency. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of data analysis show that the value of Proactive, Friendly, and Easy partially has a significant and positive effect on company image, while the values of sincerity and empathy partially do not have a significant effect on the corporate image of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bojonegoro Representative Office. Meanwhile, the five PRIME values (proactive, friendly, sincere, easy, and empathetic) together have a significant effect on the company's image in the eyes of PT Jasa Raharja's claimants, Bojonegoro Representative Office.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to prove motivation effect, education level and workdiscipline on the performance of village officials in Kaliori District. The sampling method usedthe saturated sample method. The data collection technique used a survey method bydistributing questionnaires to 184 respondents of village officials in Kaliori District. The dataanalysis technique in this research used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of theresearch prove that motivation, education level and work discipline have a significant positiveeffect on the performance of village officials in Kaliori District. The ability of the motivationalvariable, education level and work discipline explain the variation in the performance of villageofficials in Kaliori District is 30.8%, while the remaining 69.2% is influenced by other factorsoutside the research model.

Abstract

Nurses have a big role in patient care and the sustainability of a hospital. The lack of nurses affects public health services. Adequacy in the number and quality of nurses must be considered. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction and Perceived Ease of Movement on Turnover Intentions. This research was conducted at a Class D hospital. The population was 55 nurses. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. Data collection through questionnaires and data analysis in hypothesis testing using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Technique. The analysis shows that the Perceived Ease of Movement and Job Satisfaction affect nurses' turnover intentions. The results of this study are expected to provide input for hospital management in improving nurse Job Satisfaction in an effort to reduce nurse turnover intentions.

Abstract

The research aims to prove and analyze the influence of current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity and earning per share towards share prices in textile and garment company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The population of the research is textile and garment factories listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 – 2017 periods. Technique selection sample used is purposive sample. Data analyzes method used is multiple linier regression analyzes. The research result shows that current ratio has insignificant negative effect towards share price. Return to asset ratio has insignificant positive effect towards share price. Debt to equity ratio has significant negative effect towards share price.  Earning per share has significant positive effect towards share price. Determination test result shows that variable current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity and earning to share are able to explain of 63,1% share price, while 36,9%  of the remaining is explained by other factors that are not included  in this research model.

Abstract

The problem that forms the basis of this research is where the production employees of PT.Kartika Polaswasti Mahardhika is not able to reach the target that has been charged so that theperformance of the employees experienced a decline in employee performance and this studyaimed to analyze leadership factors, compensation and work environment on the performance ofemployees. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Kartika Polaswasti Mahardhikawhich amounted to 437 employees while the sampling technique used was a non probabilitysampling technique with the type of accidental sampling and the analysis tool used in this studymultiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership variables, compensation and workenvironment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT.Polaswasti Mahardhika Kartika and the results of the adjusted R square value in the regressionmodel were obtained at 0.571 which means that 57.1 percent of employee performance variablescan be explained by leadership variables, compensation and work environment while theremaining 42.9 percent is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Kertasemaya District Office of Indramayu Regency. The data in this study were obtained by observation, interviews, and using statement questionnaires distributed to 42 respondents and all of them were employees at the Kertasemaya District Office in Indramayu Regency.This study uses an associative descriptive method, the independent variable of this study is Work Discipline and Work Motivation, while Performance becomes the dependent variable. Work Discipline has a direct and positive effect on Performance included in the Medium category, Work Motivation has a direct and positive effect on Performance including the Very Low category, Work Discipline has a direct and positive influence on Work Motivation included in the Medium category, Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a positive and direct effect on Performance is included in the Medium category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Organizational Employee Relationship onOrganizational Resilience Hotel X in facing a crisis. Every crisis creates a lot of uncertainty for allmembers of the organization, including employees. The focus of this research is to see thedynamics of the relationship between employees and their organizations in dealing with crisesbetter in order to remain resilient during and after the crisis. The sample in this study was n = 48employees of hotel X which were selected by simple random sampling. The results obtained showthat there is an influence of Organizational Employee Resilience on Organizational Resilience.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of liquidity, capital intensity, inventory intensity and firm size on tax aggressiveness. The variables used in this study are liquidity, capital intensity, inventory intensity and company size. while the dependent variable in this study is tax aggressiveness measured using ETR. The population taken as the object of this study amounted to 19 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2014-2018 period. The observation period is carried out for 5 years. Determination of the study sample using a purposive sampling method and obtaining a sample of 40 based on certain criteria. Data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression analysis model using SPSS 22. The results of the study show that the size of the company influences tax aggressiveness. While Liquidity, capital intensity, inventory intensity does not affect the tax aggressiveness.
