Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that are endemic to malaria with the prevalence of malaria cases in 2010 at 22.9 per 1000 population. A solution to reduce malaria cases in Indonesia is to develop a malaria elimination program. So based on this issue, the aim of this study was to find out an overview of malaria control programs in LubukLinggau City. The malaria control program in LubukLinggau City had not yet a specific goal in the malaria control program but the program has a technical strategy and activities in the malaria control program. The malaria control program activities carried out are treatment using chloroquine, distribution of insecticide, larvacide bed nets, spraying and laboratory tests. The malaria control program had not yet reached the target that can be seen from AMI and API in 2013 but also had not yet reached the target for LubukLinggau City. Then the problems in the malaria control program are the absence of malaria control programs, no malaria cases treated with ACT, as many as 4.2% of malaria cases were laboratory confirmed and program evaluation only referred to outcome indicators.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a viral disease that is transmitted by mosquitoes, so there is the potential for outbreak. The aim of this study are to determine the implementation of DHF’s outbreak response conducted by “Posko DBD Sragen”. The study design is case study using qualitative studies. Variables that are data collection and processing; data presentation and analysis; and conclusions and follow-up. The study was conducted in August - October 2019 with 6 respondents. “Posko DBD Sragen” is 35 units and reporting dengue cases regularly on the same day, the collection is done by Whats App group. Presentation of data using tabulations and combined with graphs to make it easy to do descriptive analysis. Data analysis has been carried out since making weekly tabulations, so that any abnormalities that occur in the work area can be immediately identified precautions. Presentation and analysis of data is done by analyzing people, places and times.

Abstract

PKU Muhammadiyah Cangkringan Primary Clinic serves outpatient and inpatient services. The patient service process was still using microsoft excel, from patient registration to reporting. The problem that occurs was the accumulation of files due to not implemented the medical record file retention process, and the medical record file retention information system does not yet exist. This study aims to design a web based medical record file retention information system. The prototype design method was used as a method for developing web based information systems. The design using visual studio code editorial text and interface design with the help of a bootstrap framework, the system uses the laravel framework, and the database uses mysql. The result, a web based medical record file retention information system that can facilitate officers and doctors in viewing patient forms that have been retained, can save scans of medical record forms before they are destroyed, and can display scan results forms that have been uploaded into the information system. This information system requires patient data to see a list of visits of the last 2 years which is used to determine the medical record file that will be carried out the retention process.

Abstract

Ruang lingkup layanan BPJS sangat luas, tentu saja ada banyak masalah kompleks yang terjadi dalam proses layanan. Permasalahan tersebut antara lain antrian panjang yang timbul karena jumlah pasien yang tinggi, beban kerja petugas yang semakin meningkat karena menjadi entri data lebih dari satu kali, yaitu pada SIMRS dan SEP, sumber daya manusia yang tersedia menjadi kewalahan untuk dapat memberikan layanan cepat untuk semua pasien BPJS sehingga kinerja petugas menurun. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas layanan perawatan, terutama dalam penerimaan rawat jalan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui perbedaan kualitas layanan di Rumah Sakit X sebelum dan sesudah sistem bridging diimplementasikan. Mengetahui perbedaan kualitas layanan sebelum dan sesudah sistem bridging diimplementasikan pada penerimaan pasien rawat jalan Rumah sakit X. Pendekatan kuantitatif analitik komparatif observasional dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Kualitas layanan sebelum sistem bridging 3% petugas menilai sangat baik, 65% baik, 31% tidak baik, 1% tidak terlalu baik. Kualitas layanan setelah sistem bridging menerapkan tingkat petugas 38% itu sangat baik, 57% baik, tidak baik 5%, 0% tidak terlalu baik. Dari uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi -3,727ᵃ maka Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,000. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ρ <0,05 berarti Ho ditolak. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kualitas layanan sebesar -3,727ᵃ dan Asymp. Sig 0,000 antara sebelum dan sesudah sistem bridging diterapkan di Rumah Sakit X.

Abstract

Aedes aegypti mosquito is a vector that causes Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. DHF is one of the top 10 diseases in Indonesia and is also one of the top 10 diseases in the Semarang city. The spread of DHF tends to increase both in the number of events and in the area and sporadically an extraordinary event (KLB) always occurs every year. This study aims to examine epidemiologically DHF events that occur almost every year. This research is a quantitative study, which was conducted in an observational descriptive manner with a retrospective time approach. The incidence of DHF in the Rowosari Community Health Center is mostly found in the male population (56%) and the most age group (65%) is 5-14 years. The sub-district with the highest IR DBD (161.86 / 100000) is the Kramas sub-district. The peak incidence of DHF is April - May in 2019. Based on the DHF epidemiological study, it is recommended that “Eradication Mosquitos Nest” (PSN) continue to carry out its activities in collaboration with Gasurkes. Prevention of mosquito bites is further enhanced by the school age population. PSN activities are not only limited to the indoor environment, but also the external environment such as public places, vacant land and houses. The community service program to clean the surrounding environment needs to be maximized, for example with Clean Friday Activities.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) dengue hemorrhagic fever adalah penyakit virus yang ditularkan oleh nyamuk sehingga berpotensi terjadi Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB). Penanggulangan KLB DBD sudah diatur dalam Pedoman Penyelidikan dan Penanggulangan Kejadian Luar Biasa yang diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Secara nasional, kasus DBD mengalami penurunan. Tahun 2017 dilaporkan 22.000 kasus, menurun pada tahun 2018 menjadi 11.000 kasus. Kasus DBD di Jawa Tengah sejak awal tahun 2019 hingga akhir Januari 2019 tercatat 1.204 kasus. Beberapa kabupaten di wilayah Jawa Tengah yang telah mengalami peningkatan kasus DBD adalah Kabupaten Sragen (200 kasus). Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten (DKK) Sragen mencatat bahwa ratusan kasus DBD tersebut ditemukan di 19 kecamatan dengan 3 kecamatan yang menyumbang angka tertinggi adalah Gemolong 11 kasus, Sumberlawang 15 kasus dan Mondokan 21 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa situasi penanggulangan DBD di Kabupaten Sragen menggunakan pendekatan GAP Analysis Critical Succes Factor (CSF) penelian ini merupakan penelitian Case study dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini akan menggali kesenjangan antara pedoman dan realita pada penanggulangan DBD di Kabupaten Sragen. Penelitian dilakukan di lingkup Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sragen di bagian P2PL. Jumlah kasus DBD di Kabupaten Sragen sejak tahun 2014 sampai Juni 2019 sebanyak 2.462 dengan kasus tertinggi tahun 2016 sebanyak 875. Komponen yang dilakukan dinas kesehatan kabupaten sragen untuk mengatasi KLB DBD adalah komponen input dan komponen proses dan komponen output. The handling of DHF outbreaks has been regulated in the Guidelines for Investigation and Management of Extraordinary Events published by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Nationally, dengue cases have decreased. In 2017 there were 22,000 cases reported, decreasing in 2018 to 11,000 cases. DHF cases in Central Java since the beginning of 2019 until the end of January 2019 recorded 1,204 cases. Some districts in Central Java that have experienced an increase in dengue cases are Sragen District (200 cases). Sragen District Health Office (DKK) noted that hundreds of DHF cases were found in 19 sub-districts with 3 sub-districts contributing the highest number to Gemolong 11 cases, Sumberlawang 15 cases and Mondokan 21 cases. The purpose of this study is to analyze the situation of DHF prevention in Sragen Regency using the GAP Analysis Critical Success Factor (CSF) approach. This research is a case study research using a qualitative approach. This research will explore the gap between guidelines and reality in the handling of DHF in Sragen District. The study was conducted in the scope of the Sragen Regency Health Office in the P2PL section. The number of dengue cases in Sragen District from 2014 to June 2019 was 2,462 with the highest cases in 2016 as many as 875. Components performed by the Sragen District Health Office to deal with DHF outbreaks are input components and process components and output components. Abstract

One indicator of the fulfillment of health services to the community, especially in hospitals, was the calculation of the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR). Factors that caused inefficient BOR need to be analyzed. This study aimed to analyze the factors causing inefficient BOR through fishbone analysis. This study was a qualitative descriptive study conducted at Surakarta City Hospital in February - June 2019. The subjects of this study were medical record officers, inpatient registration, reporting, ward head, doctor providing services. Data is taken by interview method and observation checklist. Data were analyzed using fishbone analysis The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause inefficient BOR values are Method (doctor's visit schedule has not been obeyed and SOP related to CP has not been implemented), Machine (lack of TT availability, system error, and meeting forums are less effective ), Man (human resources) (lack of neurosurgeons, doctors' uncertainty in visiting, part-time doctors), Materials (materials) (recapitulation data is not available LD data items, SHRI only contains a 1 day resume of activities in the form of numbers ), Money (funds) (There is no funding for rewarding), environment (damaged road access and less strategic location). Fishbone diagram inefficient BOR values are caused by the Man factor (human resources) and the Machine factor (machine).

Abstract

ABSTRACTHospital X in Surakarta is a referral hospital BPJS, has a high workload seen from the high number of outpatient and inpatient visits in the medical record unit of the registration section. The melting is quite high in June 2017, so it requires HR planning in the registration section to calculate the needs of medical records officers using WISN (Work Load Indicator Staff Need). This research method using a sample is non random sampling, namely sampling type of research that is descriptive with a qualitative approach while the desired research design is phenomelogy. The instruments used include observation guidelines, interview guidelines, notebooks, stopwatch. the sample taken in this study is the medical records officer registration section selected by total sampling, who worked in the outpatient and inpatient registration and IGD as many as 49 people. Observations are made every 10 minutes and the results are recorded. Furthermore, the observations are used to calculate standard workload and allowance standards. The result, based on the analysis of the needs of personnel in the medical record installation at Hospital X in Surakarta, that the need for personnel in the registration unit was fulfilled  Keywords: HR Planning, Medical Records, WISN ABSTRAKRumah sakit X di Surakarta merupakan rumah sakit rujukan BPJS, mempunyai beban kerja yang tinggi terlihat dari jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat jalan dan rawat inap di unit rekam medis bagian pendaftaran. lebur yang cukup tinggi yaitu sebanyak 32,5 jam pada bulan September 2017. Sehingga membutuhkan perencanaan SDM di bagian pendaftaran, untuk menghitung kebutuhan petugas rekam medis menggunakan WISN (Work Load Indicator Staff Need). Metode penelitian ini  menggunakan sampel yaitu non random sampling. Jenis penelitian yang adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif  sedangkan rancangan penelitian yang diinginkan adalah fenomelogi. Instrumen yang digunakan antara  lain pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, buku catatan, stopwatch. sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas rekam medis bagian pendaftaran yang dipilih secara total sampling seluruh petugas rekam medis yang berkerja di bagian pendaftaran rawat jalan dan rawat inap serta IGD sebanyak 49 orang.  Pengamatan dilakukan setiap 10 menit dan hasilnya di catat. Selanjutnya hasil pengamatan digunakan untuk menghitung standar beban kerja dan standar kelonggaran.  Hasilnya, Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan tenaga di instalasi rekam medis RS X di Surakarta bahwa kebutuhan tenaga di unit pendaftaran sudah memenuhi Kata Kunci: Perencanaan SDM, Rekam Medis, WISN

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pemanfaatan ikan sebagai predator alami larva nyamuk adalah salah satu cara pengendalian secara biologi yang mudah untuk dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Metode pengendalaian secara biologis ini dapat mengurangi kepadatan larva nyamuk serta tidak menimbulkan masalah bagi kesehatan lingkungan Pengendalian DBD secara non kimiawi ini bisa dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan ikan cupang. Metode Penelitian: Design penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan study cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder dari dinas kesehatan dan survey pendahuluan, kemudian data primer berupa Hasil isian kuesioner responden berupa pre test dan post test. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik quota sampling sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan uji Paired T Test. Hasil & Pembahasan: Ada perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan responden sebelum dan sesudah edukasi. Sedangkan dalam pelaksanaan simulasi pencegahan DBD dengan ikan Cupang pada 33 responden, terdapat 29 responden yang berkurang bahkan tidak ada jentik nyamuk setelah diberi Ikan Cupang didalam rumah sedangkan 4 responden lainnya memang dari awal implementasi, tidak ditemukan jentik nyamuk didalam rumah. Kesimpulan: Dalam rangka pencegahan penyakit DBD selain 3M+ yang diantaranya menebar bubuk abate dan ikan cupang, warga juga diimbau untuk menanam tumbuhan seperti bunga lavender dan daun sereh karena mampu mengusir nyamuk dari aroma yang dikeluarkan.
