<![CDATA[The perpetrators of batik SMEs in Solo should have tips to optimize opportunities in achieving their goals, namely by having a business development strategy and understanding the importance of preparing financial statements. The methods used in the implementation of the service are mentoring and training using technical information presentation and simulation methods as well as mentoring with an approach to providing training and lectures for batik craftsmen through online and offline methods. The implementation of the service was carried out on September 25, 2020. From the results of this activity, all participants who were batik SMEs responded very well and understood the material presented related to business development strategies and the preparation of simple financial reports. Positive changes can be seen after carrying out this activity, the participants who are batik SMEs, initially did not have a strategy that was reliable enough in developing their business and also had not prepared financial reports, started trying to be able to have a business development strategy and tried to compile financial reports. This activity is of course expected to create a condition that supports government programs on how people can implement the National Movement for Mental Revolution (GNRM) in the economic field.]]>

<![CDATA[Agroforestry is an alternative form of land use consisting of a mixture of trees with seasonal crops and or livestock in one plot of land. A House yard is one example of an agroforestry system. Yards with agroforestry systems provide significant benefits that are important for the community both from the ecological and environmental, economic, and socio-cultural aspects. The purpose of this devotion is to provide knowledge to Creative KWT members to optimize home gardens with agroforestry systems (combining agricultural crops with crops forestry (timber or fruit). This devotion activity was carried out in collaboration with KKN students group 4 batch 57 Muhammadiyah University Palembang on the 9th of February 2022. The location of this Community Service Activity is the Women Farmers Group (KWT) Creative Tanjung Raman Village, South Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, Sumatra Province South. The method used in implementing the activity is conducting counseling, distributing seeds fruits, and planting and caring for fruit seedlings at KWT Kreatif. The results of this devotion can help women farmer groups to optimize the yard of the house with an agroforestry system to make it more useful for environmental ecology and the community economy. So that it can help in household economic income while at the same time protecting and preserving the environment.]]>

<![CDATA[This service activity aims to provide training to commissioners and employees within the Bawaslu (Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum) Siak Regency. As an election supervisor who has the duty and authority as one of the institutions in supervising of all stages of the election, the human resources in it need good communication skills so that the message conveyed through the supervisory action is effective. Therefore, election supervisors must have communication competence as election supervisors. Activities are carried out in the form of training, starting with the presentation of materials and practices of communication competence for election supervisors. All participants participated in the activity enthusiastically. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, there was an increase in the communication skills of the participants after participating in this communication competency training activity.]]>

<![CDATA[Village funds are given to the village to be managed properly so that the village can provide welfare for the village community and village development. The management of village funds must be carried out gradually and carefully in its use, besides that it must be adjusted to the existing legal rules so that there is no misuse of village funds. Harjowinangun Barat Village is one of the villages in Batang Regency, where the village community still needs village funds to achieve community welfare. The village head and other village officials need to manage village funds properly following the rules and principles of good governance. The problems in this service are: (1) What are the obstacles for Harjowinangun Barat Village, Batang Regency in managing village funds? (2) How is the application of Good Governance principles in the management of Village Fund Allocation in Harjowinangun Barat Village, Batang Regency? Service activities are carried out by analyzing the problems in Harjowinangun Barat Village. After that, the team carried out a service program to realize the management of village funds following the principles of good governance. The team’s final activities were conducting discussions and forums for problem-solving around village fund management. This program aims to help government officials carry out government bureaucracy and provide assistance in managing village funds following the principles of good governance. Assistance in the transparent management of village funds for the development and development of productive economic enterprises. The West Harjowinangun BUMDes business in Batang Regency, which had been pioneered and has failed due to the pandemic, has begun to be rebuilt using village funds. In addition, the Village Fund in West Harwowinangun is planned for the construction of sports facilities.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this activity is to find out the use of yard land for self-reliance in terms of fulfilling family food during the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a broad impact on various sectors, including the agricultural sector which has an impact on food availability and distribution. Strengthening local food productivity at the household or community scale is the key to anticipating food scarcity. This activity uses discussion and socialization methods, field surveys as well as exercises and practices. Selection of activity participants, namely households that use their yards for gardening activities; resides in Ibun Village, Bandung Regency. The results of the inventory of plants in the yard were found that many had grown various kinds of vegetables such as chilies, tomatoes and green onions. Most people think that gardening activities in their yards help them in meeting their food needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. People think that the consumption of vegetables and other foodstuffs from their own gardens is relatively safer and more economical. In addition, there are enthusiastic residents who are actively processing herbal plants in an effort to increase body resistance.]]>

<![CDATA[Test construction and its implementation become an important aspect of assessment that need to be understood for English teachers, especially in teaching reading comprehension. The activity of sharing knowledge with teachers in the Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) community aimed at sharing experiences and knowledge on how to construct and apply assessments, especially on reading comprehension skills according to the characteristics of English subjects and the target skills to be achieved. The mechanism of knowledge sharing activities is carried out with several steps of assistance, including: determining the competencies to be measured, materials, formulating indicators, determining items, cognitive level and form of questions. As an evaluation and reflection step, it ends with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). This activity has a positive impact on the quality of learning, this can be proven by the achievement of outcomes; implementation of HOTS-based test construction. It can also be seen the enthusiasm and motivation of teachers in following each stages of knowledge sharing]]>

<![CDATA[Community service in the form of workshop activities is intended to increase the insight and experience of 26 educators at Cut Nyak Dhien High School Langsa City in writing and publishing scientific papers. The writings made are directed in the form of the results of design-based research (DBR) activities, namely in the form of learning designs made by educators that are tailored to the needs and problems contained in each class. This series of community service activities consists of 3 groups of activities. The first group of activities is the stage of preparation and data mining by conducting interviews and observations. Second, core activities were carried out, namely practical workshops and writing of DBR results. The workshop activity was closed with mentoring activities for writing scientific papers. Judging from the survey responses of participants, this workshop activity received a positive response in terms of implementation, presenters, and the usefulness of the material.]]>

<![CDATA[Akumulasi sampah dalam jangka panjang dapat menimbulkan penurunan sanitasi lingkungan. Akumulasi ini disebabkan oleh mental masyarakat yang semakin kurang baik. Disinilah diperlukan Gerakan Nasional Revolusi Mental (GNRM) yang merupakan gerakan bersama untuk mengubah cara pikir, cara kerja, cara hidup dan sikap serta perilaku bangsa Indonesia yang mengacu pada nilai-nilai integritas, etos kerja, dan gotong royong berdasarkan Pancasila yang berorientasi pada kemajuan dan kemodernan. Perilaku manusia dapat diartikan sebagai suatu aktivitas yang sangat kompleks sifatnya. Faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan perilaku hidup bersih sebagai akibat pemahaman tentang pemanfaatan sampah domestik menarik untuk diteliti. Dengan menggunakan Variabel Independen (bebas) yang akan diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah yang mempengaruhi prilaku (X1), pembentukan prilaku (X2) dan domain prilaku (X3) sedangkan variabel dependen (terikat) yang digunakan adalah perubahan perilaku masyarakat (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis didapatkan nilai siginifikansi F hitung sebesar 0.000 kurang dari 0.05. Artinya semua variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen.]]>

<![CDATA[The incidence of dysmenorrhea in Central Java has reached 56%, this proves that the problem of dysmenorrhea cannot be considered trivial. In Semarang there are 2.11% - 3.1% of the number of women who experience dysmenorrhea who come to the obstetrics department, but there are still many dysmenorrhea patients who do not report. For sufferers of dysmenorrhea can limit women in their daily activities. Many female students are unable to carry out their activities, thus interfering with the Koran and worship activities. This causes the absence of female students to decrease. An understanding of menstruation is needed to be able to encourage adolescents who experience menstrual disorders to know and take the best attitude. Based on these conditions, this Community Service aims to reduce the level of dysmenorrhea pain in female students. The method used is counseling and education (demonstration) stretching to 56 female students. The result of this activity is a decrease in the level of dysmenorrhea pain, an increase in knowledge about the right treatment to reduce dysmenorrhea pain.]]>
