Community empowerment in Rancasari focuses on two villages, namely Cipamokolan and Mekarjaya. This empowerment is intended to give bit of capital for community member in both villages in order to improve their skills by giving the training in making door-mats. By this training, the community is expected to acquire skills, be able to do something useful, and earn extra income. The method used is a community empowerment refers to the concept of "working with people" in order "to help people to help themselves" so that the various activities undertaken should always involve the target group. This community is still modest, so the use of simple technology that is easily understood by those likely to be readily accepted. The results obtained are they can assemble in a simple activity to acquire simple skills, namely making door-mats from textile mill waste materials. In fact, they can follow it, can make simple door-mats which can be useful for marketing and can earn extra income.

One of strategy for improving the development of national education is strengthen the community aspect through active community participation to become engaged with establishing education . The role of society has been given optimally as educational development subject both locally and nationally. Because society has its own local knowledge reinforcing the future of education. However, the society itself still requires the essential elements to elaborate actively the education development through education way, one is the role of educators in intensifying education quality through active participation for all components of society. On the other hand, the education quality needs support, especially increasing awareness, knowledge and skills as social context asset in a society that relies on active participation. Therefore, we need a plan upgrading the education quality so do the quality of its people indirectly.

This article is the result of Community Service Activities (PKM) which has been done by the author on members of Karang Taruna Padu Selaras in Cirapuhan village, Kec. Ciburial, Bandung. PKM activities conducted are about Communication Competency Training for Coral Reef Members Padu Selaras in Cirapuhan village, Kec.Ciburial, Bandung. Community Service Activities has the objective of producing outcomes, namely: 1) Providing concrete knowledge and insight on communication competency training; 2) Provide basic skills on communication competence for members of Karang Taruna Padu Selaras. The method of PKM implementation conducted in this training activity is ice breaking method; lecture method; Group discussion methods; And feedback collection methods. The conclusions of this communication competency training are: (1) As a benchmark for members of Karang Taruna Padu Selaras in understanding the communication competence (2) Increasing their awareness of the importance of having good and right communication competence; (3) Improving the basic capability of members of the Parang Taruna Padu Synchronized in communicating.

With creativity owned public library (TBM) Sudut Baca Soreang, public libraries during this type of rigid and mute seem capable known to the public with a more familiar and friendly. Place refresentatif reading, reading room fresh color, flexible rules have provided flexibility to the public in accessing information in its own way. So it is not strange, if the number of visits in the public library is increasingly rising. This indicates that the library is not a place for those people nerds and stiff but places for all those who want to increase knowledge and insights. These conditions provide an opportunity for the Government to adopt a management model that is made for the purpose of SBS TBM Government in improving the intelligence community can be realized as mandated by Law.

In line with the development of information and communication technology (ICT) can not be separated from the availability of facilities and infrastructure and its utilization. The importance of knowledge and insights on ICT and how to get resources is an obligation of the user to improve the quality of knowledge of the importance of ICT. To improve the ability of these technologies will then need to do their training. Inability and limitations to have facilities in information and communication technology, ignorance on the use of computers and the need for self improvement of the users are behind the implementation of this program community service. The aim is to provide information on the importance of ICT, and providing training in the form of computer practice. The method is to do a survey, data collection, data analysis, planning, implementation, assessment and reporting. The result is a program participant gets to know about ICT, as well as getting computer training practices. The implication is that program participants gain knowledge and insight into the use of ICT as well as practices that computer. The conclusion is that education is the process of providing and delivering information and its utilization in theory, training is the practice of theory is given, improving the quality of teachers is the process of adding insight and knowledge, and the use of ICT, so that the program is expected to be a program on improved its quality for teachers in the district SukasariSumedang district

A new literate person is a member of the newly literate society, is considered problematic if it is less or or unable to use and improve their new abilities. The reason is, they could be re-illiterate so that it replenishes the long list of illiterate population in Indonesia which has no end. Getting over this problem, The Ministry of National Education, Directorate General of PNFI, Directorate of Public Education, launched “Improving Culture of Writing Through Newspapers ‘Ibu“ program. When it applied it was turning out to the increase of writing habit among some new literate persons. The impact, it reduced the number of illiterate population. For optimal results, several contributing factors are considered, they are: the moral support of the local government, the existence of a tutor, the character of participants, giving participants a chance to spread ideas or their writings on newspaper. Obstacles can be solved by growing a conditions and flexible learning situation, conducive and comfortable for all sides.

Dedication to society is done because of the lack of parents knowledge who have early childhood in writing teaching in Gampong Meurandeh Dayah. There are still many children in elementary school who have not been fluent in writing. This dedication aims to provide knowledge about the development stages of writing skills and how to teach writing in early childhood to parents. Problem solved by 3 methods of presentation, demonstration, and practice. Presentation of explaining materials the developmental stages of early childhood writing and distributing the book "smart writting". Demonstration activities are carried out by providing examples of how to train early childhood writing skills. Lastly parents do practice with children in learning to write. The result of this devotion is that parents know how to deal with each stage of development of early childhood writing. As well as the community can utilize the book that has been designed a team of dedication that contains about the various activities that can be done in early childhood to train the ability to write their children. The implications of early childhood in Gampong Meurandeh Dayah can learn to write according to the stage of development and no longer difficult if entering primary school.

The training is intended to the coordinator of Guidance and Counselling (BK) for administering relevant programs in actual high school circumstances. The target training is the coordinator of Guidance and Counselling. The methods which are used such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations/practice.The finding result of this training is the participants transformation, among others: (1) They have an enthusiasm and are capable of creating BK program suitable with the needs and students concern, (2) They feel quite satisfied to join the training and expect other trainings, (3) They capable to uncover the needs and student issues, (4) understand the BK program management system, and (5) Increasing motivation to working out their skills. The final results obtained is how to gain the characteristics of students, manage and create the programs that match the characteristics of BK students so that the BK program could be obtained optimally. Implementing BK management program is recommended and supposed to use these following matters: (1) Adjust to the conditions of their schools, (2) Preparation of BK personnel capabilities is needed, especially in terms of analyzing the needs and students’problem, and (3) Analyse the students needs and problems as references for intensifying other management aspects.

A lack of character education achievement in high school is due to the weakness of school culture climate management. Junior and Senior High School students have potency to develop their character, and the teacher also has a wide opportunity to improve the character education of students.One of them is by improving the conducive school culture climate management. Character education really needs to be improved in school. Therefore, the this training purpose is to work out BK coordinators/counselors so as they can improve school culture climate management,as well asboth characters of junior high and high school students. The methods in this training are: discussion, lecture, and demonstration (or) practice. The training result can improve the teachers’ spirit to understand and implement the school culture climate management and teachers’ willing to follow the next training. The teachers’ spirit itself will support the success of improving character education in schools. This training can develop teachers' skills and motivate students to engage in creating condition that enhance character educationdirectly. School culture climate management in accordance with school condition will facilitate the implementation of character education on both junior and senior high school students.
