Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Return on asset (ROA), Debt to equity ratio (DER), Earning per share (EPS), Beta Saham dan DPR terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 19 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan persamaan kuadrat terkecil dan uji hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik untuk menguji koefisien regresi parsial serta f-statistik untuk menguji keberartian pengaruh secara bersama-sama dengan level of significance 5%. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa data EPS dan DER secara parsial signifikan berpengaruh terhadap PBV pada level of significance kurang dari 5%, namun ROA, Beta Saham dan DPR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV dengan signifikansi lebih besar dari 5%. Kemampuan prediksi dari kelima variabel tersebut terhadap DER sebesar 25,8% sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh besarnya R square sebesar 25,8% sedangkan sisanya 74,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian. Abstract

The Issues that form the basis of this analysis is the number of new members in OryzaGym Fitness Center is fluctuating every month. Several months have increased thenumber of new members, but there are some months which decreased from the previousmonth.Some promotions have been done by Oryza Gym Fitness Center to be known to thepublic, among others, by spreading leaflets, putting up banners and billboards, and alsoput up signposts Oryza Gym locations.The aims of this research are to determine the effects of motivation, location, and servicequality toward the selection decision of Oryza Gym Fitness Center as a fitness exercise.The data of this research is collected from 100 customers who are members of the OryzaGym Fitness Center.The sampling technique of this research is non probability sampling with the method ofaccidental sampling. The analysis techniques used in the research are validity test,reliability test, classic assumptions test, multiple linear regression analysis andhypothesis test including the t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2).The result of analysis using multiple linear regression can be seen that the variablemotivation, location, and service quality has positive influence on the selection decisionOryza Gym Fitness Center. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this studyare valid and variables are reliable. In the classical assumption test, the regressionmodel is free multicollonierity, the heteroscedasticity does not occur, and normaldistribution. Individual sequence of each of the most influential variable is the variableservice quality and then location, while the less influential is the variable of motivation.The result of analysis using coefficient of determination is known that 56,7% of selectiondecision variable explained by the variation from motivation variable, location variable,and service quality variable, while 43,3% explained by others variable that excluded inthis research.Keywords: Selection Decision, Motivation, Location, Service Quality

Abstract

The development of indonesia’s economy can not be separated from the roles of industries and UMKMs in various regions spread throughout Indonesia. Kendal Regency is one of the potential and developing regions of the industrial sector and UMKM supported by the tourism sector in the area. One of them is the culinary UMKM. However, as in other business fields, even in the culinary sector UMKM have various problems faced such as increasingly fierce competition, difficulty in obtaining access to capital, inadequate marketing, lack of superior resources, lack of access to suppliers, emergence of new competitors , do not have a plan to deal with unexpected things. These problems are included in supply chain management. The purpose of this study is to address the influence of long-term relationship, information sharing, agile, and process integration on the performance of the UMKM supply chain in the culinary field in Kendal Regency.The population in this study culinary UMKM entrepreneurs in Kendal Regency amounted to 925. This study used a sample of 100 respondents through questionnaires, where the data obtained will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.The results of this study indicate that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The variable that has the greatest influence is agile with the value (0.482), then the process integration variable with the value (0.462), then the information sharing variable with the value (0.342), and the last is the long-term relationship variable with the value (0.218). This result shows that all independent variables in this study have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely the performance of the UMKM supply chain in the culinary field in Kendal Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Peningkatan jumlah tenaga kerja wanita yang terjadi saat ini haruslah disikapi oleh setiap perusahaan dengan memperhatikan dan menciptakan kepuasan kerja bagi karyawannya. Kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan, khususnya karyawan wanita dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Faktor-faktor tersebut diduga adalah faktor konflik keluarga-pekerjaan, keterlibatan pekerjaan, serta tekanan pekerjaan. Konflik kepentingan antara karir dan keluarga yang pada umumnya dialami oleh wanita yang bekerja haruslah dikelola dengan baik agar kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita tersebut dapat tercipta. Dilibatkannya karyawan dalam pekerjaannya akan meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan rasa memiliki terhadap perusahaan, sehingga karyawan merasa puas terhadap pekerjaannya. Selain itu bila tekanan pekerjaan yang dirasakan karyawan juga dapat dikelola dengan baik, maka kepuasan kerja akan tercipta. Pada akhirnya, perusahaan bukan hanya akan unggul dalam persaingan, namun juga mampu memperhatikan Sumber Daya Manusia yang dimilikinya, yang merupakan faktor penting dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di NUSANTARA Tour & Travel Kantor Cabang dan Kantor Pusat Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan jumlah responden sebesar 118 orang dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh konflik keluarga-pekerjaan, keterlibatan pekerjaan, dan tekanan pekerjaan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis dengan analisis regresi berganda. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda dapat disimpulkan bahwa konflik keluarga - pekerjaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita dengan nilai P value 0,000 < 0,05 dan t-hitung sebesar –4,143. Keterlibatan pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita dengan nilai P value 0,000 < 0,05 dan t-hitung sebesar 3,743. Sedangkan tekanan pekerjaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita dengan nilai P value 0,002 < 0,05 dan t-hitung sebesar –3,246. Abstract

The background of this research is the accumulation of passengers at ticket counter atdeparture station that indicates a lack of interest in using online reservation ticketservice. This research aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influenceof the four variables of quality electronic services are efficiency (X1), fulfillment (X2),system availability (X3), dan privacy (X4) to customer satisfaction users onlinereservation ticket of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 4 Semarang.Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Thepopulation in this study was the passengers that uses the online reservation ticket in thePT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 4 Semarang. The amount of sampels are 100 respondensand the sampling method is purposive sampling. The data was collected usingquestionnaires.The t test result show that only variables efficiency, fulfillment, and system availabilityhave a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction .while privacy variable notpositive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The multiple linier regressionresult show that efficiency variable are independent variables that most influence on thecustomer satisfaction.Keywords: quality of service, efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, privacy, customersatisfaction

Abstract

Problems related to banking in Indonesia today is the problem of liquidity. It is shownfrom a commercial bank credit grew 23.03% but not matched by growth in depositswhich only reached 16.56% in 2012 (Report of Banking Supervision, 2012). Therefore,this study aims to determine the liquidity creation in Indonesia as well as to analyze theinfluence of bank capital, credit risk and income instability towards liquidity creation.The samples includes 10 major banks in Indonesia with total assets of more thanRp120billion in 2013. The reason for choosing this sample because of the 10 largestbanks reflects the state of the banks in Indonesia which accounted for 65.2% of totalassets, 65.6% of total loans, and 66% of total deposits or deposits in the banking industry(PEFINDO, 2014). The results of this research note that the bank's capital and earningsvolatility is significant negative effect on liquidity creation. While the credit risk of anegative but insignificant effect on liquidity creation. In the determination coefficient testshowed that 43.6% dependent variable is the liquidity creation can be explained by theindependent variable is the capital of banks, credit risk and earnings volatility. Abstract

Small and medium industry have important role in developing manufacture industries in West Sumatra especially in food sector. Food processing industry in Padang, is potential industry to be developed. Product competitiveness is still lacking in small and medium food processing industry in Padang. The product  distribution is still difficult, this matter need to be considered for the company through the increasing performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of supply chain management toward company performance. The population in this research is small and medium industry in Padang city that operating in food processing in Padang. The sample that used is 100 small and medium industry from the entire population of 736 small and medium industry, that taken by simple random sampling and the collected data is using questionnaire. Technique analysis used  is multiple linear regression that operated by SPSS programe. Variable information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation and process integration have positive and significant influence toward supply chain management performance on company. Process integration has the biggest significant value, and then information sharing then long term relationship and cooperation. All hypothesis was accepted because the  significant value is lower than 0,05. The result of coefficient determinant is 0,318, it shows that the ability of independent variable in explaining dependent variable is 31,8%. Abstract

Organization Culture is need to be developed and adapted with the developments andchanges of the organization. Nowadays, many companies do not understand theimportance of organization culture as a fundamental factor in the company. Faculty ofEconomics and Business Universitas Diponegoro have the vision, mission, values, andgoals to be achieved. With the mapping of cultural profile of current and futureexpectations may be one input for an institution to prepare for the change and understandwhether the vision, mission, and values that have been defined it is understood andpreserved as the organization's culture.This research was conducted by survey method using OCAI (Organizational CultureAssessment Instrument). The survey conducted on alumni, students, staff, and faculty witha sample size of each stratum 25 people. So great the entire sample was 100 people. Thisresearch uses descriptive quantitative approach so as to reveal and analyze the culturalprofile FEB Undip current and expected in the next few years.The results obtained from this study showed a difference between the perception of thecurrent culture of alumni, students, staff, and faculty. Alumni, staff, and faculty feel thatthe dominant culture of the company is the culture clan. Meanwhile, students feel thecurrent dominant culture is a culture of hierarchy. There are cultural similaritiesexpected by all stakeholders ie culture clan. There seems to be a trend toward morepowerful clan culture as a type of culture is expected. Abstract

ABSTRACT Experiential marketing represent the alternative from excellence competition had by company as asset able to improve the marketing performance. Experiential marketing had by company can assist the company to peep out the new idea in each planning compilation, peculiarly in compiling marketing strategy.  That way also by improving experiential marketing strategy continously, company quickly can anticipate the change that happened around company through the strategy which application. Abstract

Every bank has their eternal risk, which is maturity mismatch. Those risk caused by bank’s business core. The maturity mismatch can cause the bank failure and also can trigger the contagion effect. This study focus on interbank contagion effect problem and potential of systemic risk phenomenon in Indonesia’s banking industry in period 2002-2012. In this case in order to understand the contagion effect and systemic risk potential there are a few analysis’ to test the contagion existence, there are tracking on interbank contagion pattern, measuring the impact of interbank contagion effect on banking industry, measuring respond period of interbank contagion effect. Vector Autoregression are the method that selected in this study to analyze the contagion effect on sample that consist of bank that had 8,9 trillion rupiah minimum total asset in 2011(Indonesian top ten biggest bank on asset). The reason why those ten are being chosen is those ten held 63% of total banking industry asset in Indonesia. In order to describe the interbank contagion effect, financial distress contagion index being used. The index being composed by three variable which are current account in other bank divided by third-party funds ,the difference between fair value of financial asset divided by total asset, difference between foreign exchange transaction divided by total asset. In this VAR Analysis model there are three methods that had selected which are: Granger causality test, VAR analysis, impulse respond function (IRF). Conclusion form this Interbank Contagion: Systemic Market Risk in Indonesian banking Industry 2002-2012 study, there is systemic risk and also contagion risk in Indonesian Banking Industry. This is showed by the provement of all of the hipothesis in data analysis. From the data analysis result, the pattern of contagion effect, size of contagion impact, and quickness of the responses can be showed. However, the impact of systemic crises that may happen is not significant enough to collapsing the whole Indonesia’s banking industry.Keyword: contagion effect, systemic risk, Vector Autoregression (VAR), financial distress contagion
