Abstract

Managerials play an important role in a company in determining the course of the company. The success of the company is measured through managerial performances. High managerial performance makes the success of the company is also getting higher. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the implementation total quality management, performance measurement system, and reward on managerial performance.            The population in this study are the managerial ranks at the Travel Berau of the Semarang City. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 90 respondents using simple random sampling method. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 23th.            The result showed that total quality management, performance measurement system, and reward system had a positive and significant effect on managerial performance.In the study found the regression equation as follows: Y = 0.340 X1 + 0.266 X2 + 0.319 X3. Total quality management has the most significant influence on managerial performance with a coefficient of 0.340. The performance measurement system has the lowest significant influence in this study with a coefficient of 0.266

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peranan kualitas perencanaan pemasaran dan sistem organisasi yang berpengaruh terhadap orientasi pasar, menganalisis pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kualitas layanan, dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Oleh karena itu model penelitian yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari lima variabel, yaitu : peranan kualitas perencanaan pemasaran, sistem organisasi, orientasi pasar, kualitas layanan, dan kinerja perusahaan. Analisis data terhadap 115 responden, karyawan level supervisor di lingkungan PT. ( Persero ) Pelabuhan Indonesia III Cabang Wilayah Jawa Tengah (Tanjung Emas, Terminal Petikemas Semarang, Pelabuhan Tegal, dan Pelabuhan Tanjung Intan Cilacap ) diuji dengan alat analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dalam program AMOS 4.01. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat dibuktikan. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa kualitas perencanaan pemasaran dan sistem organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap orientasi pasar. Hasil analisis data juga menunjukan bahwa orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menghubungkan hasil penelitian dengan implikasi teoritis dan implikasi manajerial. Keterbatasan dan agenda penelitian mendatang dijadikan acuan bagi para peneliti selanjutnya di waktu yang akan datang.   Kata Kunci :perencanaan pemasaran; sistem organisasi; orientasi pasar

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kompleks Perumahan Puri Mediterania Semarang, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 50 penghuni rumah Puri Mediterania dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Pengaruh dari kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,548, sedangkan pengaruh dari kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,381. Kualitas produk adalah variabel paling penting dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen daripada kualitas layanan. Kata kunci : kualitas produk; kualitas layanan; dan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Banking industry has the biggest influence in the economy of a country, that is acceptingfunds from the community in the form of savings and channeling back to the community inthe form of credit. According to Bank Indonesia, Rural Bank industry shows qualitygrowth of lending working capital. Along with the growth in working capital loans madeby Rural Banks, will most likely be followed by an increase in bad loans. The purpose ofthis research is to analyze how to reduce the risk of bad loans, then to know the factorsthat influence the behavior of Semarang Rural Bank in assessment of working capitalloan which were reviewed based on variable profit (net profit margin), leverage, networking capital, the value of the collateral, omzet as a proxy of firm size, and salesgrowth.Object of this study is Account Officer of Rural Banks in Semarang as much as 60Account Officers are taken from 15 Rural Banks. The type of data collected is primarydata and secondary data. The analytical method used was conjoint analysis to determinevalue preferences of each Account Officer Rural Bank in Semarang.Based on the research results for conjoint analysis shows that profit (net profit margin),net working capital, the value of the collateral, omzet as a proxy of firm size, and salesgrowth has positive effect on the behavior of Rural Bank in Semarang in the assessmentof working capital loans, while leverage has negative influential. The rank of preferencevalue according to all respondents are collateral is in first place with importance valuesof 40.883%, sales growth are second at 15.985%, net working capital was third at14.263%, payable on the fourth of 12.584%, profit in fifth at 9.266%, and the last isomzet that is equal to 7.020%.Keywords: Assessment of Working Capital Loan, Rural Bank, Account Officer, ConjointAnalysis

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the capital structure, (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROE) that influence the value of the company (PBV), in real estate companies and properties listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. This study measured by Price to Book Value (PBV) which is used as the dependent variable. Then the independent variables used in this study are capital structure (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Liquidity (CR) with Profitability (ROE) as an intervening variable. The population in this study is all companies in the real estate and property sectors that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling which is obtained samples into 32 real estate and property sector companies. The method used is path analysis which is the development of multiple regression and bivariate analysis using the SPSS program. The result of this study indicate that the capital structure (DER) and liquidity (CR) have a negative influence that is not significant to profitability (ROE), then TATO has a significant positive effect on profitability (ROE). This research also shows the results of a positive and insignificant influence on capital structure (DER) and liquidity (CR) on firm value (PBV). Profitability (ROE) and TATO have a positive and significant effect to firm value (PBV). Then profitability is able to mediate the influence of TATO on firm value (PBV), but profitability can’t mediate the influence of capital structure (DER) and liquidity (CR) on firm value (PBV).

Abstract

Analysis was needed for portfolio investment in capital market to understand rate of return and risk in that investment. Stock price volatility has influence on stock return in capital market. Using public banks in Jakarta Stock Exchange during 1997-2001, this research was conducted to understand impact of CAMEL (CAR, ALR, NPM, ROA, and LDR) on stock price.  Multiple regression analysis result: (a) there is significant and positive impact of CAR, ALR, and NPM on stock return, (b) there is significant and negative impact of LDR on stock return.Key Words : Banking Industries; Invesment; Stock Price; CAMEL

Abstract

Competition in today's business world is getting tougher. this affects particularly kapadaBRI in 2012. BRI bank customers BritAma savings each month fluctuated. AlthoughBritAma already provide product attributes that can compete with other banks, but stillcan not reach the target. This study aims to research how much influence of the qualityproduct, features product, and design product by BritAma to customer loyalty BRIPattimura Semarang.The population in this study are BritAma customer of BRI Pattimura Semarang. Thesample in this study were randomly conducted using non probability sampling techniqueand accidental sampling method. The analysis used in this study is multiple liniearregression analysis, by using the stage of tes validity, test reliability, and classicalassumption tes. And then the hypothesis is evidenced by t test, F test, and coefficient ofdetermination (R²).The result of multiple liniear regression analysis that has been done shows that allindependent variables, the quality product, fitur product, and desaign product have a positiveinfluence on the dependent variable, customer loyalty. The independent variable is the mostinfluential of the dependent variable is the variable fitur product (0,433), followed by qualityproduct (0,306), and then desaign product (0,274). And the coefficient of determination(adjusted R²) is 0,503. This means that 50,3% customer loyalty is affected by variable qualityproduct, fitur product, and desaign product. While the ramaining 49,7% is influenced byother variables that are not addressed in this study.Key Word : customer loyalty, quality product, features product, design product

Abstract

In this globalization era business competition is very tight. It does not only apply globalbusiness, but it is also feel on business competition in Indonesia. This applies to all areasof business, including in the field of banking specifically for syariah banking. BankSyariah Mandiri present, perform, and grow as the bank that combine idealism with thebusiness of islamic values that underlie its operations, and in the field of islamic bankingbank the company sharia to be set hope up to have a good performance and attractpeople to use the services of islamic banking which is managed by bank syariah mandiri.The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of product differentiation, qualityservice, and brand image toward the purchasing decision. This research is descriptiveresearch that describes the related objects to common purchasing decision.Population of this research is the residents all over Semarang who use syariah bankingservice at Bank Syariah Mandiri Semarang. Sample of this research is 100 respondentswho use service at Bank Syariah Mandiri Semarang, taken by accidental sampling. Thedata is collected by spreading questionnaires and interview.The result of the research shows that all of independent variables (productdifferentiation, quality service, and brand image) have positively and significant affectpurchasing decision of Bank Syariah Mandiri as dependent variable. It means thataccording to the consumers, the three independent variables are considered important todecide whether to purchase Bank Syariah Mandiri.Keywords: product differentiation, quality service, brand image, purchasing decision

Abstract

This Research was triggered by the development of the internet and appearance of sites. The advantages of news sites are provide information quickly and accessible than newspaper. Suaramerdeka.com is one of news sites, because intense competition, so the site is less enthused. Suara Medeka promoted the sites by using social media and their newspaper. This research aimed to determine the effect of promotion, website quality, and company reputation on accessing decision on suaramerdeka.com. In this research, the data was collected using such as questionnaires given to 75 respondents, in order to determine respondent’s responses to each variable. The analysis used in this research includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Goodness Of Fit (f-test), t-test and Coefficient Of Determination. From the results ofregressionanalysiscan be known that Promotion, Website Quality, and Company Reputation have positive effect on Accessing Decision at suaramerdeka.com which competitive Website Quality is the most influential variable on purchasing decisions, followed by Promotion and Company Reputation. 51.8 % of accessing decision could be explained by promotion, website quality, and company reputation, while the remaining 48.2% could be explained by other variables. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasingdecisions continuous form printing with using brand trust as mediator variable study onconsumers Jadi Jaya Group, Semarang. The quality of continuous form products is to beconsidered consumers in making a purchase at Jadi Jaya Group. The strategy used byJadi Jaya Group to maintain brand image is new innovations with printed paper-basedSecurity Printing design that makes the company different from competitors and increasebrand trust.This study used non-probability sampling is used for judgmental sampling.Data were collected from 197 respondents selected using criteria that should have madea purchase of continuous form at least twice. The method analysis used in this researchwas Maximum Likelihood test using the program of AMOS version 21.0.The results showthat the product quality and brand image has positive influence on brand trust. But,brand trust did not positive influence on purchasing decisions. Then, product quality andbrand image has positive influence on purchasing decisions continuous form at Jadi JayaGroup, Semarang.Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Brand Trust, Purchasing Decisions.
