Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this research is any type of educational technology lecturer at STAIN Padangsidimpuan utilized, how the role of faculty utilize educational technology in improving the quality of learning and motivation in Padangsidimpuan STAIN. The purpose of the study to determine the types of educational technology that is used to determine the role of faculty and faculty use. The research methodology was qualitative descriptive in describing a systematic, data collection tools interviews and observation. The analysis consists of domain analysis taxonomy, kompensial and cultural theme. The results of this study indicate that the role of faculty utilize educational technology in improving the quality of learning and motivation in STAIN Padangsidimpuan high enough, this can be proved by the standard of competence held by students after participating in learning activities more effectively, as well as meticulous and thorough mastery of the course and the learning outcomes increased .Kata Kunci : Dosen, Teknologi, Motivasi, Pembelajaran.

Abstract

AbstractIn Padangsidimpuan has evolved Cultural Islamic religious thought. Therefore the majority of scholars and muslim communities in Padangsidimpuan more likely to Cultural Islamic religious thought, namely that bring the Islam with culture, and perform religious traditions that do not exist at the time of the Holy Apostles; such as the Great Feast Days of Islam, Dhikr Akbar, Perwiridan, and others. Then in the last few years has grown to a group of scholars and muslim religious community sensible of Islam Fundamental, which preach a return to the Qur'an and Hadith are pure and intact, and leave the religious traditions that do not exist at the time of the Holy Apostles, as it is a heresy is heresy. This has led to mutual blame and confuse some people lay. For that, need to be investigated responses scholars and muslim intellectuals on the issue.Key Word: Islamic, Cultural, Fundamental, scholars, intellectuals.

Abstract

When the state is the only party entitled to determine which is called the violation and what is not, then the position of state law and law enforcement officials is higher than the individual and the directly harmed perpetrator inflicted. This type of research in this thesis is a normative  legal research. This study aims to examine  the legal arrangements concering the legal protection by the state  against sexualy victimized. To assess the state legal protection for victims of sexual abuse. To examine the legal protection policy for victims of sexual. Legal arrangement  reganding legal protection bythe state against sexualy victimized. Law No.23 Year 2002 on Child Protection, set up the law for victims of abuse any person knowingly to violence or threats of violence, force, deceit,a series of lies, or persuading a child to commit or tolerate obscene acts, shall be punished with imprisonment minimum of 3 years and maximum fine  of Rp. At Least 300 milillion and Rp.60 milion. Law No 13 of 2006 on the Protection of Witnesses and Victims in preamble this law was born because thet one valid evidence in a court proceeding is whitness and/or victim who hear, see, or experience the occurrence of a crime in an effort to seek and find clarity about criminal offenses commetted by criminals. Legal protection by the state against sexually victimized. The issue of protection against minors who are victims of abuse or sexual assault is not an easy mather for us to practice in reality in everyday life. Particularly in the case of fedofilia or sexual abuse of children under the age where a child should not get the wrong treatment, because every child has a right contained in Law No.23 of 2002 on Child Protection Article 81 paragraph (1) and (2). The rights of children who are victims  of crime are : 1) Getting physical assistance (medical first aid, cloting, shelter and so on). 2) Got a problem resolution support (reporting, legal counsel, and defense). 3) Got back his property. 4) Obtain guidance and rehabilitation. Obtaining compensation (restitution, compensation) of the perpetrator (according to ability) or other parties concered for justice and welfare are concered. Penal sanctions set out clearly the Child Protection Act. Non Penal sanctions against sexual victims, especially children are abstract, meaning is less clear how much compensation

Abstract

AbstractThis research aim to know how big influence of applying of science of communications and psychology in course of mission of either through separate and also by simultan to deed of society religion. Counted 120 society people of taken as sampel by using technique of Cluster Sampling. Data collecting done to pass the kuesioner. Hereinafter data gathered to be analysed by using statistical and descriptive statistical analysis of inferensial. From the analysis result known by that applying of its influence communications science is very strong to religion deed that is 0.929. So also with the its influence psychology applying is very strong to religion deed that is 0.880, is hereinafter seen from both the variable by simultan have an effect on the strength to religion deed of equal to 0,939. From data analysis obtained by result of applying of communications science have an effect on positive and signifikan to deed of society religion in District of Padangsidimpuan South that is 27,339 > 1,659. So also psychology applying have an effect on positive and signifikan to religion deed that is 20,114 > 1,659. Hereinafter by simultan both the variable of positive influence and signifikan to religion deed that is 437,897 > 3, 08.Kata-kata Kunci: penerapan, ilmu komunikasi, psikologi, pengamalan agama.

Abstract

AbstractThis Collective research is descriptive research qualitative aim to see to near from applying of teaching of tasawuf-tarekat in The Maisonette of Persulukan (Ponsluk) Darussoufiyah Countryside of Huta Lombang District of Padangsidimpuan South-East as one of the institute education of religious nonformal continual in guiding all " Salikin", both for have old man age and also relatively young. As for instrument gathering of data in this research are observation, interview deef and follow as participant. Besides meeting khalifah and some of its pupil which looked into can give clarification and information.The Maisonette of Persulukan (Ponsluk) Darussoufiyah Countryside of Huta Lombang District of Padangsidimpuan South-East teaching of tasawuf-tarekat taught and applied with science about tasawuf-tarekat like practicing or maqomat to implentation, elementary teaching and indepth way of sufism to the seasonal and mandah with interest ahead give study about bases of faith of God, fiqh, behavior, tasawuf step by step and transformasiExcellence of maisonette of Persulukan (Ponsluk), on personality, science and seriousness of Sheikh H. Muhammad Fauzi Siregar, where character, demeanour and his compatible characteristic very as counsellor (Mursyid). That thing are supported by its ability explain indepth coherent ketarekatan everyday way of living with simple life concept. Socialization conducted by Sheikh H. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang cara meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata siswa melalui teka-teki silang di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Padangsidimpuan. Sebagian besar siswa merasa bosan dalam mempelajari kosa kata bahasa Inggris dengan teknik konvensional yang diberikan oleh guru bahasa Inggris kelas VI, yaitu tekhnik buka kamus. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, peneliti melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan menerapkan teknik teka-teki silang. Peneliti menerapkan empat tes dan dua siklus dalam penelitian ini. Peserta penelitian ini adalah satu kelas terdiri dari 28 siswa. Peneliti menggunakan tes kosakata sebagai instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data, lembar observasi dan wawancara, d an dilakukan analisis secara deskriptif dan menggunakan statistik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan kosakata siswa rata-rata skor siswa berada di siklus pertama dua tes; dalam tes pertama adalah 61,42 dan tes kedua adalah 62,14. Kemudian, siklus kedua adalah dua tes; di tes ketiga adalah 84.28 dan tes terakhir adalah 91,78. Oleh karena itu, nilai rata-rata pada siklus kedua lebih tinggi dari siklus pertama. Pada siklus pertama dikategorikan ke dalam kategori cukup dan pada siklus kedua dikategorikan ke dalam kategori sangat baik. Data dari lembar observasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa mendapat peningkatan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik teka-teki silang meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata siswa

Abstract

AbstractThis research represent research of field with aim to see communications pattern [relation/link] of interpersonal in social interaction and family [of] adolescent group with mischief of student of SMA Private sector [in] Town of Padangsidimpuan. This Research pertained quantitative research, with approach of correlational, namely research trying to connect or look for [relation/link] [among/between] one variable with other variable This Research population [is] entire/all SMA Private sector exist in Town of Padangsidimpuan. From the population above, taken five schools of Private SMA sector by using technique of Simple Random Sampling, [is] so that made [by] sample in this research. As for five the school [is] SMA Nurul Ilmi, SMA Perguruan Rakyat, SMA Abdi Negara, SMA Karya Baru and SMA Panca Dharma. Data obtained analyzed by using SPSS. The result use statistic and analysis of correlational moment product stemming from Karl Pearson. Result of Examination of hypothesis indicate that communications pattern of interpersonal in family have [relation/link] which [is] significant with mis-behaviour of student.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Keluarga, Remaja

Abstract

The problem of this research is the number of banking institutions that operate in sharia, creating competition among banking institutions in collecting funds from the community. Evidently, the decision to become a customer of Savings Marhamah at PT. Bank SUMUT of the Sharia Branch of Padangsdimpuan which declines in 2016. Therefore, the bank can offer its products with a better strategy and expand the range and the promotional media. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. With data source that is primary data. With a population of 8119 customers, with sampling technique using random sampling technique as much as 99 customers. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. And tested the validity and reliability. Descriptive test and linearity test. Prerequisite test includes normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. And multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study show partially (t test) states that, Product has tcount ttabel (1.667 1.660) and significance level α (0.099 0.1) means Product significantly influence to Customer's Decision. Promotion has t count ttable (2.100 1.660) and significance level α (0,038 0,1) means that Promotion has significant effect to Customer's Decision. The result of simultaneous research (F test) states that Product and Promotion have Fcount Ftable (5.371 2.36) and significance level obtained (0.006 0,1) means Product and Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect to Customer's Decision. While R Square equal to 0.216, it means Customer Decision influenced by Product and Promotion equal to 21.6%, while the other 78.4% is explained by other variable not included in this research.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with services at STAIN Padangsidimpuan education, the quality of service provided by the staff and faculty, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of educational services in Padangsidimpuan STAIN. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. A total of 250 students were used as a sample by using three sampling techniques, namely stratified cluster random sampling. Data collected through questionnaires and intervieu. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using inferential statistical analysis with the formula Importance Performance Analysis. From the analysis it is known that the level of student satisfaction with services at STAIN Padangsidimpuan education has reached a category that is equal to 69.72% satisfied. Overall, the quality of service at STAIN Padangsidimpuan is "C" with the performance of services "Not Good". Excellence lies in the aspect of building services, scientific insights lecturer, skill and mastery of science, reliability employee. While there are weaknesses in the cleanliness, discipline, punctuality and attendance of employees as well as the presence of teaching faculty.Kata-kata kunci: Kepuasan mahasiswa, kualitas pelayanan pendidikan.

Abstract

AbstractMethod taklim conducted through religious sermons, congregational worship activities, events wird, remembrance and prayer, the gathering / million-million cooperation and activities to help each other. Overall this method is very effective in building a happy family on the Muslim community in Padangsidimpuan. In other words, the methods applied in Padangsidimpuan taklim is significant in the lives of Muslim families to build Vegas, mawaddah wa Rahmah. Construction sankinah Family members taklim, measured by indicators of adherence to family members in their ritual daily prayers, polite attitude of family members, the ability to meet the material needs of the family members, the creation of good communication among family members and active members of the family in terms of religious and social groups in society, both positively and significantly improve the condition of happy family on the Muslim community in Padangsidimpuan. Based on statistical Product moment correlation was obtained between the two variables point at 0.764. This means that the relationship between the two variables is strong. Koefien point correlation also showed a positive direction. That is, when the assembly gathering in building harmonious family, the increased stress exercise, it would positively impact on the quality of the construction of harmonious family in the community in PadangsidimpuanKata Kunci : Majelis taklim, keluarga sakinah.
