Abstract

Objective: The research aims to identity the influence of Brand Image, Celebrity Endorser, andElectronic Word of Mouth towards Consumer’s Buying Decision on Blibli.com. Population in this study are consumers who know and use the Blibli.com application as transaction in DKI Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 200 respondents. The sampling technique using a purposive sampling.Methodology: This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS.Finding: H1, H2, and H3 are accepted at a confidence level of 5% and t calculated is greater than t table.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that brand image has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity Endorsers do not have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, but celebrity Endorsers should be considered in product sales. In addition, Electronic Word of Mouth has a significant and positive influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to know and analyze: (1) The influence of organizational culture positively and significantly on the Performance of Employees; (2) The positive and significant influence of organizational culture on knowledge sharing; (3) The effect of knowledge sharing positively and significantly on Employee Performance; and (4) The influence of organizational culture on Employee Performance through knowledge sharing at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Province of North Maluku. The number of research samples were 92 employees.Methodology: The test instrument used was a structural equation model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) as a statistical test tool.Finding: Ha1, Ha2, and Ha3 are rejected, at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, North Maluku Province; (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Province of North Maluku; (3) Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Province of North Maluku; (4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee knowledge sharing at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Province of North Maluku

Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on customers' decisions to switch brands, considering the mediating role of customer dissatisfaction.Methodology: This research employs a quantitative approach involving a population of 110 employees from the city of Ternate. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly using a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis techniques utilized include Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software.Findings: The results indicate that the effect of product quality on customer dissatisfaction has a T-statistic value of 2.026 and a P-value of 0.043, indicating a positive and significant influence. Additionally, customer dissatisfaction positively and significantly affects the decision to switch brands. However, the direct effect of product quality on the decision to switch brands is negative and not significant.Conclusion: The results of this research show that: (1) product quality has a negative and insignificant influence on brand switching; (2) product quality has a significant effect on customer dissatisfaction; (3) customer dissatisfaction has a significant effect on brand switching; (4) product quality has a significant effect on brand switching through customer dissatisfaction.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and psychological characteristics on entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurial attitudes. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the students of the faculty of economics and business. The number of research samples is 91 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3 as a statistical test tool.Methodology: The analytical model used are Structural Equation Modeling with SMART PLS as tools for the statistical test. Data collection tools used are questionnaires and interviews, and the number of respondents was 91 employee.Finding: H1, H5, H6, and H7 are rejected, while H2, H3, and H4 are accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that: (1) Entrepreneurship Education has a positive but not significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes; (2) Psychological characteristics have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes; (3) Entrepreneurship Education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions; (4) Psychological characteristics have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions; (5) Entrepreneurial attitude does not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions (6) Entrepreneurial attitude does not mediate the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions; (7) Entrepreneurial attitude does not mediate the influence of psychological characteristics on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions mediated by word of mouth in the case of the Puta Dino Tidore weaving house.Methodology: The population in this research is students from the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Khairun University class 2019-2021, totaling 547 people. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling, with a simple random sampling method so that the sample is 231 students.Findings: Partial hypotheses and simultaneous and partial hypotheses are accepted, because the alpha value is smaller than 5%.Conclusion: The results of the research show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurship interest of students in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Khairun University, Ternate, which means that the higher the self-efficacy; and Tolerance for risk has a positive and significant influence on students' interest in entrepreneurship in the Management Departement, Faculty of Economics and Business, Khairun University, Ternate, which means that with tolerance for risk

Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: The purpose of this study are: (1) Analyzing the influence of Organizational Culture on the Organizational Commitment of Ternate City Land Office; (2) Analyzing the influence of Work Motivation on the Organizational Commitment of Ternate City Land Office; and (3) Analyzing the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the Organizational Commitment of Ternate City Land Office. Methodology: The test equipment used is multiple regression analysis using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as a statistical test tool. The number of samples is 42 employees. Finding: H1, H2, and H3 are accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant impact the Organizational Commitment of Ternate City Land Office. It is based on a t value greater than the value of t table, and a smaller significant value of alpha (α); (2) work motivation has a positive and significant impact the Organizational Commitment of Ternate City Land Office. It is also based on a t-value greater than the value of t table, and a significantly smaller value of alpha (α); and (3) Organizational Culture and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence the Organizational Commitment of Ternate City Land Office. It is based on the F value count greater than the F table value, and the significant value smaller than alpha (α).

Abstract

Objective: Comparison of Abnormal Stock Returns Before and After Stock Split on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study used a purposive method. Based on the sample selection in accordance with the specified criteria, the number of samples in this study were 40 companies or as many as 200 units of observation within a period of 5 years.Methodology: The analytical method used in this study is the Test Difference method.Finding: Hypothesis accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that abnormal returns had a positive and significant effect before and after the stock split. Because an increase in abnormal stock returns before and after the stock split.

Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: The purpose of the study is to discover and analyse the relationship between compensation and employee emotional weariness on employee job satisfaction at South Halmahera Regency Bank. The study's population consisted of bank personnel from South Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province, including Muamalat Bank, BRI, BSI, Mandiri Bank, Maluku Bank, BNI, and Saruma Bank. The banking sector has a total of 86 employees.Methodology: The design of this research is to use a survey method, because the research approach is quantitative. To investigate the influence of the independent and dependent variables, multiple regression is employed with the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) tool. Findings: Compensation for job satisfaction results show t count - t table 1.664 and sig. 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected; emotional exhaustion on satisfaction results show that t count t table 1.664, and the significant value 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.Conclusion: Remuneration has a negative and large impact on job satisfaction among South Halmahera Regency Bank employees. Emotional exhaustion has a negative and significant effect on the job satisfaction of South Halmahera district bank employees, which means that if employees are emotionally exhausted, their job satisfaction decreases, and if they are not emotionally exhausted, their job satisfaction rises.

Abstract

bjective: The goal of this investigation to understand and analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and commitment and business performance, as well as the function of entrepreneurial commitment as a mediator in that relationship. A total of 250 independent coffee shops are thought to make up the research population. Due to the usage of the Krejcie and Morgan 1970 table, a total of 108 Coffee Shop MSMEs in South Tangerang were included in the research sample.Methodology: The PLS-SEM approach is utilized to analyze the data, and SmartPLS software is employed as tool for statistical testing.Findings: At a 5% level of confidence, the hypotheses H1, H2, and H3 are accepted, and the path coefficient values are positive.Conclusion: The study's findings indicate that: (1) Business Performance is positively and significantly impacted by entrepreneurial self-efficacy. That is to say, self-efficacy Coffee business owners in South Tangerang have faith in their capacity to manage a company and generate financial performance. (2) The performance of a company benefits from entrepreneurial commitment. Inferring that business actors still have a strong desire (commitment) to manage a firm and earn profits, UMKM South Tangerang Coffee Shops' current actions are demonstrably substantiation on respect (3) Business performance is also significantly impacted by entrepreneurial self-efficacy. entrepreneurship dedication. (4) The study's findings also point to the importance of entrepreneurial commitment as a mediator in the relationship between self-efficacy and business performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze: (1)The influence of cultural factors on buying decisions typical ofTernate; (2) The influence of social factors on the purchase decisionof the typical cake of Ternate; (3) The influence of personal factorson buying decisions typical of Ternate; (4) Influence ofpsychological factor to decision of purchasing cake typical ofTernate; and (5) The influence of cultural, social, personal andpsychological factors on the buying decision of Ternate cakessimultaneously.Methodology: The test equipment used is multiple regressionanalysis using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as astatistical test tool. The number of samples of the study were 100consumers.Finding: H1, H2, H3, H5, and H5 are accepted at the 5%confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Cultural factors (X1) havea positive and significant effect partially on the purchase decision oftypical cakes ternate. These results are based on t arithmetic valuesgreater than t table values and smaller significance values thanalpha; (2) Social factors (X2) have a positive and partially significanteffect on buying decision of typical cakes of ternate. This result isbased on a larger F count value and a smaller significance valuethan the alpha value; (3) Personal factors (X3) have a positive andpartially significant effect on buying decision of Ternate typical cake.This result is based on a larger F count value and a smallersignificance value than the alpha value; (4) psychological c factors(X4) have a positive and partially significant effect on buyingdecision of Ternate typical cake. This result is based on a larger Fcount value and a smaller significance value than the alpha value;and (5) Cultural factors, social factors, personality factors, andpsychological factors have a positive and significant influencesimultaneously on the decision to purchase a typical cake Ternate.
