Abstract

This study examines the effect of role conflict on job satisfaction , ambiguity on job satisfaction , job satisfaction and intentions out and positive affect moderating on the relationship between job satisfaction and intentions out . The purpose of this study was to determine : ( a) examine the effect of role conflict on job satisfaction , ( b ) examine the effect of role ambiguity on job satisfaction , ( c ) examine the effect of job satisfaction on intentions out , ( d ) examine the influence of positive affect moderating on the relationship between job satisfaction and intentions out .Respondents were collected in this study is that the police have a double post and served in North Maluku Police and his staff . Total of 154 respondents were collected from the survey Data analysis was performed using simple regression and hierarchical regression.The results showed that : (a ) role conflict has a negative effect on job satisfaction , ( b ) role ambiguity has a negative effect on job satisfaction , ( c ) job satisfaction has a negative effect on exit intention , ( d ) positive affect did not moderate the relationship between job satisfaction . Conclusion The results showed that the level of work stress ( role conflict and role ambiguity ) Police are at relatively low levels , high levels of job satisfaction and intentions out lower level , as well as positive affective moderating not as a variable in the relationship between job satisfaction and intentions exit

Abstract

Banyaknya persaingan kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan harga dan lain-lain haruslah diikuti dengan peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia (SDM) yang dimiliki. Hal ini disebabkan karena perusahaan memerlukan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan aktifitas usahanya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Account Officer (AO). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa data primer yaitu data yang di peroleh dengan cara survei pada Bank Swasta di Kota Ternate dengan menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian pada responden.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja bernilai positif sebesar3,905 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001 lebih kecil dari a = 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positifmotivasi kerja terhadap account officer, dan kepuasan kerja bernilai positif sebesar3.247 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,003 lebih kecil dari a = 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positifkepuasan kerja terhadap account officer.

Pendidikandan pelatihan merupakan suatu hal yang tidak bias dipisahkan dalam dunia ketenagakerjaan haltersebut erat kaitannya karena pendidikan meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikapseorang karyawanan pelatihan merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan atau proses yang bertujuanuntuk atau pegawai guna melaksanakan tugasnyaPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi sederhana menggunakanbantuan program SPSS 20 for windows. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh variabelpendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) terhadap prestasi kerja Pegawai badan narkotika nasional provinsiMaluku utara.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui secara parsial variable diklat berpengaruh positif terhadapprestasi kerja pegawai. Variabel dependen juga memberikan hasil positif terhadap variabelindependen. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai R2 variabel dependen yang diteliti lebih besar dari nilai R yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Cigarette is one of the unique product (especially the way consumption) because these products give satisfaction to the consumer through the smoke. This result measure on influence of variable X1 teenagers to smoke. By using Multiple Regression Method, the results show that this variable X1 (Friend), X2 (Parents) and X3 (idol Figure) are significant and influential of the variable Y (The Smoking Decision).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work discipline on employee performance in the Office of Industry and Trade of Ternate City. In this study, the independent variables of transformational leadership style have five indicators and work discipline has four indicators, while the dependent variable, employee performance has five indicators. The population in this study included all employees of the Office of Industry and Trade of Ternate City, amounting to 121 people and obtained a sample of 93 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS application. Based on the results of the hypothesis test conducted, it was found that transformational leadership style and work discipline significantly influence employee performance both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The District of south Ibu is one of a large Product center of Sweet Potatoes in West Halmahera. On 2014-2015 years falled down in productivitied about 79 Ha to 53 ha. Tosoa and Tuguaer were included productivity village of sweet patatoes in south ibu district. This researche aimed to (1) To know the environment and profile of sweet patatoes farming in Tosoa and Tuguaer Village of South ibu District (2). To Identify the internal and external factors of sweety potatoes farming in Tosoa and Tuguaer Villages Of South Ibu district (3). To analyzis strategy position of sweety potatoes farming in Tosoa and Tuguaer Villages Of South Ibu district (4) To recomendate developed strategy of sweety potatoes farming in Tosoa and Tuguaer Villages Of South Ibu district. The primer and secunder datas were used in this researche. The Mixed method on this research with cuncurret triangulation approuching. The samples were token on 70 farmers as respondents. The technique of datas collecting were indeepth  interview, Focus Disscusion Group, filling the quesioner, while analyizing the data used qualitative and quantitative. The results concluded that the position of sweety potatoes farming  in Matrix IE to be on cuadrant IV these are Grouth and develop. The intensive and integrated were theright stategy in applicated. Based on analyzis of matrix SWOT there were 14 alternative of strategy which should be applied to develop and increase  sweety potatoes farming.

Abstract

Masalah pokok penelitian adalah bagaimanakah pengaruhwork-familyconflict terhadap stres kerja pada ibu yang bekerja sebagai gurudi Kota Ternate, dengan tujuan jangka panjang dapatmerekomendasikan kepada kepala sekolah di Kota Ternate dalam hal penyusunan kebijakan yangberkaitan dengan guru. Metode analisis yangdigunakan adalahmetoderegresi linier berganda. Analisisdata diketahuibahwa kedua variable yang diteliti yaitu WIF dan FIW secara bersama-sama memengaruhi stresskerja guru searah positif, dan memiliki proporsi naik turunnya stress kerja sebesar R = 24.9% artinyaada variabel lain yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap stress kerja yang tidakdimasukkan dalam model.Akhirnya guru diharapkan dapat bekerja secara professional guna meningkatkan kecerdasan dalamkehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the quality of service the employee division of academic, administrative, financial, library and computer labs at IndraphrastaAcademic Tourism of Yogyakarta. Source of data used are primary and secondary data with a four-month study period. While the methods used are surveys and observations with analysis tools both of SWOT analysis and description. The results of the first, the general implementation of education and training for the employees of each division in the Academic Indraphrasta Tourism Yogyakarta still needs to be improved and developed. Second, the importance of continuing education for employees who have not reached the required standards and the need for recruitment of prospective employees who have the competence, thus meeting the needs of qualified human resources. Third, the need for the activities carried out by the Indraphrasta Academic Tourism of Yogyakarta involving all existing employees. Recomendation that can be given is to transfer power to thepersonnel who have the ability and experience. Secondly, before the candidaterecruitment process should be set in advance the standards of the qualification ofhuman resources required. Third, the need for out bound activities to employees.Fourth, the importance of the leadership role that always keep the employees keepworking optimally in accordance with their competence, for example, share avision. Fifth, the need for periodic meetings with the leaders of two weeks. Sixth,do renewal office equipment. Seventh, the need for promotion and marketingactivities through cooperative relationships with government agencies or private.Recently the need for education and ongoing training for employees in order toimprove performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effects of Employee Motivation on Performance In Ternate City Department of Transportation, to determine the effect of job satisfaction Against Employee Performance In Ternate City Department of Transportation. Model analysis of the data used in this study is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of independent variables consisting of motivation (X1), and job satisfaction (X2), the dependent variable is the performance of an employee (Y). The reason to use this model because the authors wanted to determine how much influence motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the Department of Transportation of Ternate. Based on statistical tests of motivation and job satisfaction affects employee performance, so the hypothesis is built within the framework of this study is acceptable. The results of this study found that both the proposed research variables in this study can enhance the performance of the employees, this can be seen in the results of multiple regression test simultaneously give effect to the performance of employees. Motivation and job satisfaction perceived by the Department of Transportation Employee of Ternate by the leader of an indicator that encourages employees to carry out the duties and functions that have been planned

Abstract

this study aims to determine the “influence of Product Quality Satisfaction Against Consuming Herbalife Health Products In Ternate.” In the 63 respondents, the method of analysis used in The studies are simple line are regression analysis method. Based on statiscal tests showed that the quality of products haved-count equal to 1.053. this value issmaller than the value oft-table (1.053 1.999) this result shows that the variable quality of the product (X) does not have asignificant effect oncustomer satisfaction (Y). It can be seenthat the number of R squares quaredor (0.134) of  0.018. figures R Squaries also known as the coefficient of determination. The magnitude of coefficient of determination 0.018 or 1.8%. The figure of 1.8% means that the quality of Herbalife products may affect customer satisfaction, while the remaining 98.2% (100%-1.8%) affected by other factors such as price and others.
