Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh financial leverage,operating leverage, likuiditas,ukuran perusahaan, dan struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur yangterdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahanmanufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode 2010-2013. Dengan menggunakanmetode purpose sampling, diambil sampel perusahan manufaktur pada periode 2010-2013sebanyak 37 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara simultan variabel independen financial leverage(DFL),operating leverage(DOL), likuiditas (CR),ukuran perusahaan (SIZE) dan struktur modal (DAR)secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadapprofitabilitas (ROE). Sedangkansecara parsial ditemukan variabel independenoperating leverage(DOL) berpengaruh terhadapprofitabilitas.

The initial public offering is an activity made by the company in event of the public offering of stock sales. The shares listed on the primary market aregenerally enthused by the investors because they give a high initial return. Thisreturn indicates the occurence of underpricing in the primary market.Underpricing is a condition in which the share price at the time of offering isrelatively too cheap compared to price in the secondary market. The aim of thisresearch is to examine the effect of assymetric information on underpricing.This research used a sample of 63 companies that make initial public offering onthe Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2005-2010. The data analysis isusing multiple linear regression, which is testing the proxy of asymmetricinformation which consists of the firm size, the firm age, the proportion of sharesoffered to the public, underwriter reputation and auditor reputation onunderpricing.This research indicates that underwriter reputation and auditor reputation have asignificant effect on underpricing. Meanwhile, the firm size, the firm age and theproportion of shares offered to the public have no significant effect onunderpricing.

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is all employees at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of Maluku Utara Province in Ternate which amounts to 36 people This study is a population study. Data collection techniques used were to spread questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis in this research is using (multiple regression analysis). The results of this study indicate that the organizational culture variable (X1), and work motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of North Moluccas Province in Ternate either partially or simultaneously meaning that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected by So the hypothesis proposed can be verified so that the hypothesis is accepted.

the aim of research to examine the effect of in-store atmosphere toward consumer purchasing interest (Study of KFC) fast-food in Ternate. Teknique to sample removal which using is convenience sampling, adobt as many as 120 respondents. Resorted Linier regression analysus. Outcome of this research indicate that in-store atmosphere has significant influence toward consumer purchasing interest at KFC (fast-food) in Ternate.

This study aims to test whether Personal Selling, Sales Promotion has an effect on Increasing Sales Volume at Cv. Lion City of Ternate. The population in this study is all sales reports for 2013-2017 on CV. Lion Honda Ternate City. The sampling method uses saturated samples or sampling census where all members of the population are sampled. So that the sample in this study amounted to 60. The technique of collecting data used was by means of documentation observation techniques by collecting lists of increasing sales volumes. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.0 Software. The results of this study found that the Personal Selling variable had an effect on Sales Volume, and the Sales Promotion variable had no effect on Sales Volume.

This study examine whether growth and mature firms in the manufacturing sectorof Indonesia follow the pecking order theory.Furthermore, the company researchedwhether thestrongergrowthtendsto followthe pecking ordertheorythanmature. The sampleswerecompaniesin themanufacturing industry2007-2011.Hypothesis testingusing multiple regression analysisandaugmentedmodels.Based on classification, classification companies growth tends to more thanmature. The result analysis shows company growth experienced deficiency cash greater than thatmature. Analysis of the results also indicated that group of the company which follows pecking ordertheory is a company growth. It is shown from a correlation between deficiency cash with additionaldebt new issue. These results indicated by a coefficient deficit squared is negative and deficit ispositive. While based on analysis to the company mature exhibit no pecking order theory becausethe result of testing no significant. Based on the findings, it isconcluded that group of the companyeconomic growth experienced a shortage of cash greater than that of mature. The Group ofcompanies that follow the pecking order theory is the company growth. Group of the company growthalso tend more strong follow pecking order theory than mature.

bjectives: The objectives of this study were: (1) To determine the effect of work stress on the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie Ternate; (2) To determine the effect of the work environment on performance; (3) To determine the effect of the work environment on job satisfaction; (4) To determine the effect of job stress on job satisfaction; (5) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance; (6) To determine the effect of work stress on nurse performance mediated by job satisfaction; and (7) to determine the effect of the work environment on nurse performance mediated by job satisfaction. The number of research samples was 83 nurses.Methodology: The test tool used is SmartPLS 3.0 as a statistical test tool.Findings: The second, third, fifth, and seventh hypotheses are accepted because the statistical t value is greater than t table, and the p value is smaller than alpha 0.05. While the first, fourth and sixth hypotheses were rejected because the p-value was greater than 0.05.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that: (1) Job stress has no effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie Ternate; (2) work environment has a significant effect on performance; (3) work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction; (4) Job stress has no effect on job satisfaction; (5) Job satisfaction affects performance; (6) Job stress has no effect on nurse performance mediated by job satisfaction; and (7) work environment influences nurse performance mediated by job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of ability, work environment and work discipline partially or simultaneously to the productivity of employees. The type of research used is quantitative method with total population of employees at the Regional Population Control Board (BPKKBD) Ternate City as many as 118 employees. Sampling technique using proportional random sampling method. 54 employees are designated as research samples. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect the morale of the publicinterest which occurred in the Office of Archives and Library area of Ternate,carried out using quantitative research methods. In particular the implementation of the Library experiencing empty or decrease in public interest.Based on the research results, public interest is affected by this employee morale can be folded on the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r) of 0.224, this figure shows that employee morale can influence society's interest in readingis 22.4%, and the remaining 77.6% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. hypothesis test results are known t of 7.128 at sig t of 0.002 at significance level alpha (α = 0.05). it is stated that morale has significant influence on society reading interest, meaning that the hypothesis is proven and accepted. Based on research results is expected that the leadership of the Regional Office of Archives and Library of Ternate, should motivate employees about the importance of the information available at the Regional Library.
