Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable in mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange, with a research sample of 10 companies.  Methodology: The analytical method used is path analysis. The observation time was 6 years and the research data was secondary data using purposive sampling method. In this study capital structure is measured by DER, DAR, and long term debt, profitability is measured by ROE, and company value is measured by tobins q.Finding: H1, H2, H3, H5 and H6  accepted, but H6 H7 no accepted, and Y1 unable to mediate the relationship between X1, X2, and X3 to Y2 at the 5% 10% confidence level.Conclusion: Results of this study, (1) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive effect on profitability; (2) Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) has a negative effect on profitability; (3) Long term debt has a negative effect on profitability; (4) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive effect on Tobin's Q; (5) Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) has a negative effect on Tobin's Q; (6) Long term debt has no effect on Tobin's Q; (7) Return On Equity (ROE) has a negative effect on Tobin's Q. This means that there is no impact between ROE on firm value. Profitability is not able to mediate the relations of DER, DAR, and long term debt to the firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze: (1)The influence of cultural factors on buying decisions typical ofTernate; (2) The influence of social factors on the purchase decisionof the typical cake of Ternate; (3) The influence of personal factorson buying decisions typical of Ternate; (4) Influence ofpsychological factor to decision of purchasing cake typical ofTernate; and (5) The influence of cultural, social, personal andpsychological factors on the buying decision of Ternate cakessimultaneously.Methodology: The test equipment used is multiple regressionanalysis using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as astatistical test tool. The number of samples of the study were 100consumers.Finding: H1, H2, H3, H5, and H5 are accepted at the 5%confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Cultural factors (X1) havea positive and significant effect partially on the purchase decision oftypical cakes ternate. These results are based on t arithmetic valuesgreater than t table values and smaller significance values thanalpha; (2) Social factors (X2) have a positive and partially significanteffect on buying decision of typical cakes of ternate. This result isbased on a larger F count value and a smaller significance valuethan the alpha value; (3) Personal factors (X3) have a positive andpartially significant effect on buying decision of Ternate typical cake.This result is based on a larger F count value and a smallersignificance value than the alpha value; (4) psychological c factors(X4) have a positive and partially significant effect on buyingdecision of Ternate typical cake. This result is based on a larger Fcount value and a smaller significance value than the alpha value;and (5) Cultural factors, social factors, personality factors, andpsychological factors have a positive and significant influencesimultaneously on the decision to purchase a typical cake Ternate.

Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: The objectives in this study are: 1) Knowing and analyzing the effect of working capital turnover on profitability; 2) Knowing and analyzing the effect of cash turnover on profitability; 3) Knowing and analyzing the influence of accounts receivable turnover on profitability; 4) Knowing and analyzing the effect of inventory turnover on profitability; and 5) Knowing and analyzing the effect of working capital funding on profitability. The object and research are hotel and restaurant companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period. There are 21 hotel and restaurant companies. Based on the results of the sample selection in accordance with certain criteria, 12 companies are eligible for the sample.Methodology: Data analysis techniques were performed using statistical tests using multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21.Finding: H2, H3, H4, and H5 are H1 are rejected, while H1 accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: 1) Capital turnover has a significant positive effect on profitability; 2) Cash turnover does not have a significant effect on profitability; 3) Receivables turnover has a significant effect on profitability; 4) Inventory Turnover does not have a significant effect on profitability. The inventory turnover rate shows the speed of return of funds embedded in inventory; and 5) Working capital funding does not have a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: The purpose of this study are: (1) Knowing and analyzing the influence leadership style on employee performance; (2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of organizational climate on employee performance; and (3) Knowing and analyzing the effect of leadership style and organizational climate on the performance of employees at the of PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate. The number of research samples was 67 employees at the PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate.Methodology: The test equipment used is multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression) using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as a statistical test tool.Finding: H1, H2, and H3 H1 accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance at PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate. The results of this study mean that, a good leadership style, can improve employee performance; (2) Organizational Climate has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance at PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate. The results of this study mean that a good organizational climate can improve employee performance; and (3) leadership style and organizational climate simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate.

It is based on a t value greater than thevalue of t table, and a smaller significant value of alpha (α); (2) Workdiscipline has a positive and significant impact the EmployeePerformance of Ternate City Land Office. It is also based on a tvalue greater than the value of t table, and a significantly smallervalue of alpha (α); and (3) Style Leadership and Work disciplinesimultaneously have a positive and significant influence theEmployee Performance of Ternate City Land Office. It is based onthe F value count greater than the F table value, and the significantvalue smaller than alpha (α).

Methodology: The test equipment used is multiple regression analysis using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as a statistical test tool. The number of samples is 42 employees. Finding: H1, H2, and H3 are accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant impact the Organizational Commitment of Ternate City Land Office. It is based on a t value greater than the value of t table, and a smaller significant value of alpha (α); (2) work motivation has a positive and significant impact the Organizational Commitment of Ternate City Land Office. It is also based on a t-value greater than the value of t table, and a significantly smaller value of alpha (α); and (3) Organizational Culture and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence the Organizational Commitment of Ternate City Land Office. It is based on the F value count greater than the F table value, and the significant value smaller than alpha (α).

The sample in this study was overall ateacherwho hasserved in SMANegeri 1Obi asmanyas39 teachers.The resultsobtained fromthisstudystatedworkdisciplineandmotivation towork in theSMANegeri 1Obi has implementedand applied. Results of the analysisshowed that thevariablesof workdiscipline(X1)hasaninfluence on the performanceof teachers(Y)equal to 4.911.Meanwhile,workmotivation(X2)hasan influenceon theperformanceof teachers(Y)of -2.664.Thus it canbesaid that the influenceof labor disciplineandmotivation toworkhasaweak relationship totheperformanceof teachersinSMANegeri 1 Obi.

Abstract

Each employee works naturally, have a family, both parents, husband / wife or his children. On the one hand an employee must devote attention, thought and energy to the company where she worket. On the other hand, the worker / employee must give the same thing  to his family. This is where there are opportunities for the different conflicts of interest. Its direction can be of two kinds, the quality of family relationships interfere with work or family demands interfere with the quality of work of employees. This research approach is qualitative descriptive case studies (case study). Case subjects were selected based on the justification that working women are experiencing work family conflict with work in the sector characteristics formal / managerial certain working hours, can not easily leave their work at any time, the job demands a lot of time outside working hours or working hours too time-consuming so she worked hard to devote time in balance to work and family. The results found that both of them is something that is very important and complementary, the family is an integral and very important in the life of a career women, a job is also a woman in a wheel career building in the era of globalization. Conclusion : adult economic demands the increasingly high cost of living, education and other needs of the career woman who makes an active role, with a high level of discipline, the seriousness of which is applied in the work to make progress and add to the success mainly on economic factors, environmental impacts that occur in the real family informants seen in the company of fa,ily time is less, but the positive impact that formed the equality in gender justice, application of the theory of work and family conflict by Latihfa (2008) who said that the conflict between work and family occurs when a person must carry out a multi role, namely as an employee, couple (husband and wife) and parents. For that the informants always create a culture of effective communication within the family and always stive to meet the existing role.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of CAR, NPL, LDR, NIM and BOPO on Financial Performance with GCG as a moderating variable in Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the sample selection in accordance with the criteria that have been made, then as many as 16 company samples can be chosen or as many as 45 units of observation within a period of 6 years. There are two analytical methods used in this study, namely multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis            The results of this study indicate that NPL affects financial performance. And CAR, LDR, NIM and BOPO variables have no effect on financial performance and good corporate governance is not able to moderate CAR, NPL, LDR, NIM and BOPO on financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of features and prestige Brand OPPO brand smartphone purchase decisions in Ternate City. Quantitative research type. Population in this study of Ternate people’s, smartphone users brand OPPO,Techniques Sampling using purposive sampling method, because using characteristics and criteria. Characteristics and criteria In question is the longest purchase of brand smartphones, OPPO on 3 months ago and mobile phone price   Rp.3.000.000. Number of samples As many as 62 respondents. Analytical techniques used in the study.This is a multiple linear regression analysis operated through SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that feature variables Have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision Smartphone brand OPPO, brand prestige has a significant and positive influence To the OPPO brand smartphone purchase decision, an influential feature Positive and significant to the brand prestige. This is shown With R square value of 48.5% while the rest 51.7% influenced by Other variables not examined in this study.
