This research aims to describe students' understanding of the concept of the Pythagorean theorem in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Banawa in terms of mathematical ability. The method used in this research is triangulation, data was collected through written tests and interviews. The results of this study showed that ST subjects were able to explain the third indicator given by the researcher. Subject SS could not explain the second indicator because the subject did not understand the cardinal directions so that it affected the third indicator, subject SS could not complete it. SR subjects could not explain the three indicators. In conclusion, students with high mathematical abilities can fulfill the indicators in restating concepts and presenting concepts in the form of mathematical representations (images), and some fulfill the indicators in using certain operating procedures in solving Pythagorean theorem problems. Students with moderate mathematical abilities only partially meet the indicators for restating and presenting concepts in the form of mathematical representations, but have not yet met the indicators for using certain operating procedures. Meanwhile, students with low mathematical abilities only partially fulfill the indicators in restating concepts, but do not meet the indicators in presenting concepts in the form of mathematical representations or in using certain operating procedures. This research aims to determine the extent to which there are significant differences in learning outcomes and learning processes with students' mathematical creative thinking abilities when viewed based on gender in students in class XI IPA MAS Muhammadiyah 01 Medan. The method used is a detailed descriptive method with instruments in the form of tests, a semi-structured interview process and supporting documents. Based on the results of the analysis of students' creative thinking abilities in mathematics based on gender, the researchers concluded that the results of students' creative thinking abilities were carried out using tests and interviews. Male students still do not develop the ability to think creatively with very creative interpretations, because there is one indicator of creative thinking ability that is not met, namely flexibility. Meanwhile, female students have developed creative thinking skills with very creative interpretations and meet all the indicators. Overall, male students in class XI Science at MAS Muhammadiyah 01 Medan tend to have lower mathematical creative thinking abilities than female students. This research aims to describe the problem solving abilities of students at SMP Negeri 12 Palu in algebraic material in terms of learning interest. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The results of this research show that; (1) At the stage of understanding the problem, all subjects were able to understand the problem, but subjects with moderate interest in learning did not write down their understanding. (2) In the stage of making a problem solving plan (MS), all subjects are able to make a problem solving plan. (3) The stage of implementing the problem solving plan, all subjects are able to carry out the problem solving plan (4) The stage of re-examining subjects with high learning interest (MT), and subjects with moderate learning interest (MS) re-examining their work. Meanwhile, subjects with low interest in learning (MR) did not re-examine the results of their work. The conclusion of this research is that MT subjects have high abilities in problem solving because they are able to fulfill all stages well. The MS subject is at a medium level of ability because even though he is able to complete each stage, he is not yet optimal. The MR subject is included in low ability because it is only able to complete several stages of problem solving without completing everything. This research aims to determine cases of dengue fever using the Bayesian Hurdle Poisson regression method, and the variables that have a significant influence on dengue cases in Medan City in 2022. The method used the Bayesian Hurdle Poisson regression. Research data was analyzed using the SPSS 25 software application and Rstudio 4.4.1 software. Yhe research result show that Bayesian Hurdle Poisson regression in the logit model has the most significant influecne on the number of casses of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Medan City in 2022, namely population density (X1), area height (X2), and health facilities (X4). A one unit increase in this variable is equivalent to doubling the number of cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) above the initial average, assuming other variables remain constant. Conclusion, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) using Bayesian Hurdle Poisson regression shows yhat the population density variable, the height of area and the number of health facilities play an important in the development of public health in the city of Medan in 2022. Optimization can be defined as the process of finding the best value of a condition that will produce a maximum or minimum value. This research was conducted with the aim of applying the Greedy Algorithm to the optimization of the primary pipe network located in Bilah Hilir District, Labuhanbatu Regency. In the research conducted, the primary pipe will be formed into a weighted graph so that there are 58 edges and 57 points (vertex) with a total length of all pipes of 9,945 meters. In the results of the research conducted, there are two edges that can be removed so as to optimize 850 meters of primary pipes and can optimize costs of 31,450,000. It can be concluded that the pipe reduction is 850 meters from the length of the entire initial pipe, namely 9,945 meters. So, it will automatically reduce the cost of purchasing pipes where the pipe per meter is IDR. 37,000. The aim of this research is to examine the optimization of transportation costs for sending packages on the Nugraha Ekakurir route in North Sumatra using the Russell Approximation Method (RAM). This research is quantitative research conducted at This research was conducted at the JNE Company, Medan Main Branch. Based on the research results, to optimize transportation costs for sending JNE packages in North Sumatra using the Russell Approximation Method, the overall cost allocation is much lower. Based on the test results, the initial solution obtained using the Russell Approximation Method achieved optimal solution results. The conclusion from the results of this research was that transportation costs decreased by 13.4%. The resulting optimal cost is Rp. 9,262,700 and initial costs of Rp. 10,700,000. This study aims to describe the problem solving of the formation and review series of adversity quotient. The subjects of this study were 3 students of class XII of SMA Negeri 1 Ampibabo, namely AQ climbing type students, AQ campers type students and AQ quitters type students. The subjects in this study were selected based on the results of the adversity response profile (ARP) test and recommendations from mathematics teachers. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by written tests and interviews. The results of the study are explained based on the stages of Bransford & Stein's problem solving, namely identifying problems, determining goals, exploring possible strategies, anticipating outcomes and acting, and looking back and learning. The results of this study indicate that AQ Climbers type students are able to meet all stages of problem solving. AQ campers type students are able to meet 4 stages of problem solving. AQ quitters type students are only able to meet 2 stages of problem solving. Conclusion, Every student has different abilities in solving mathematical problems, As a teacher, it is important to pay more attention to Campers and Quitters students in helping them develop skills to check the correctness of problem solving and improve more appropriate problem solving strategies. This study aims to analyze the understanding of eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Jeumpa regarding the material on linear equations with two variables. The research subjects consisted of 13 students, and the primary instrument used was a test as the main data and interviews as supporting data. The results showed that 40% of the students had a low level of understanding, indicating significant difficulties in comprehending and applying basic concepts. The study concludes that more interactive and supportive teaching methods are needed to enhance students' understanding of linear equations with two variables. This research aims to determine the effect of the fish pond game on class II students' numeracy skills in multiplication material. This research uses a quasi-experimental design method with a non-equivalent control group whose population is class II students at SDN accredited A in Cimalaka sub-district. The samples from this research were class II students at SDN Citimun II and SDN Cimalaka III, each with a sample of 37 people. The instruments used are arithmetic skills tests, observation sheets, and documentation. Based on the research results, it shows that counting skills are positively and significantly influenced by the fish pond game. The results of the Independent Sample Test in the intervention group obtained a difference in the average pre-test and post-test scores with a ρ value of 0.012 < α 0.05, and the test results obtained an N-gain score of 0.56 and an N-gain percent of 56.17%. with moderate and quite effective categories, while learning using conventional media obtained an N-gain score of 0.44 and an N-gain percent of 43.65%. In conclusion, learning using fish pond games is more influential than using conventional media. Keywords: Counting Skills, Fish Pond Game, Multiplication Material

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between the utilization of internet information technology on the understanding of mathematical concepts of students of SMP Negeri 9 Palu City class VIII. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 60 people consisting of two classes and from 246 total population from eight classes. The sampling technique used Random Sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire of internet information technology utilization and mathematical concept understanding test. The findings of the results of this study that there is a significant influence between the utilization of internet information technology on the understanding of mathematical concepts of students of SMP Negeri 9 Palu City class VIII where theR2 value is 0.420 or that the utilization of internet information technology contributes 42% to the understanding of students' mathematical concepts while 58% of students' understanding of mathematical concepts is influenced by other factors. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive effect of the utilization of internet information technology on students' understanding of mathematical concepts.
