Abstract

ABSTRACT: The issues raised in this study are weaking teacher’s personalitycompetence is seen from the phenomenon that many teachers are not optimal in implementing the standards process, just do the job from leadership. And there are many students who are not disciplined in learning. This research was conducted at MA Darul Huda Mandalawangi – Pandeglang. With the object of the research arestudents in the madrasah. This research used survey research method by the primary data collection that used the questionnaire. Selection of samples tested in this research 78 respondents as the sample of MA. Hypothesis testing usedSPSS V.16 for windows.Hypothesis test done / conducted by using themultiple regression coefficient. Result of the research were: First, a significant positive influence from teacher’s personality withlearning result have influence of 42,8%; Second, a significant influence from student learningdiscpiline with learning result have influence of 41,3%; Third, a significant influence from teacher’s personality and student learningdiscipline with learning result both have influence of 51,5% to learning result. Based on the result of this research is expected to be good contribution for the implementation of learning aqidah akhlak up to the goal.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas XI MA Nurul Ikhlas Ambon dan bagaimana motivasi belajar peserta didik di MA Nurul Ikhlas Ambon. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 18 Februari sampai tanggal 18 Maret 2019 di MA Nurul Ikhlas Ambon. Subjek penelitian adalah guru PAI kelas XI, kepala sekolah dan tiga orang peserta didik kelas XI. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas XI MA Nurul Ikhlas Ambon yaitu: (a) memberikan pemahaman dalam pembelajaran, (b) membuat silabus dirinci dalam rancangan pembelajaran, (c) membuat RPP agar materi yang disampaikan terarah, (d) melaksanakan pembelajaran berpusat pada tiga arah, (e) menggunakan teknologi agar peserta didik lebih mudah memahami materi, (f) melakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui kemampuan peserta didik, (g) mengembangkan potensi peserta didik dengan latihan berceramah, (h) memberikan bimbingan mengingatkan peserta didik agar lebih disiplin dan bertanggung jawab. 2) Motivasi belajar peserta didik di kelas MA Nurul Ikhlas Ambon yaitu guru PAI komunikasi, interaksi dan menyampaikan materi dengan sangat baik sehingga peserta didik termotivasi dalam belajar.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted in September - December 2020, located at MTS-Al-Hidayah Liang. This type of research is classroom action research which involves repeated self-reflection, namely planning, action, observation / observation, reflection and re-planning. The results of the research that have been done, show that the highest score obtained by the VII grade students of MTS Al-Hidayah Liang, who took Arabic learning through the demonstration learning method and the guided group in the first cycle was 9.3; the lowest value is 2.8; and an average value of 5.91. In addition, the results of this study also show that the highest score obtained by MTS Al-Hidayah Liang class VII students who took Arabic learning through demonstration learning methods and guided groups in cycle II was 9.1; the lowest value is 6.0; and the average value is 7,11. Keywords: arabic language learning, classroom action research, liang village Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September – Desember 2020 yang berlokasi di MTS-Al-Hidayah Liang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang melibatkan refleksi diri yang berulang yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan/observasi, refleksi dan perencanaan ulang. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, memperlihatkan bahwa nilai tertinggi yang diperoleh siswa kelas VII MTS Al-Hidayah Liang, yang mengikuti pembelajaran Bahasa arab melalui metode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan kelompok terbimbing pada siklus I adalah 9,3; nilai terendah 2,8; dan nilai rata-rata 5,91. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan bahwa nilai tertinggi yang diperoleh siswa kelas VII MTS Al-Hidayah Liang yang mengikuti pembelajaran Bahasa arab melalui metode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan kelompok terbimbing pada siklus II adalah 9,1; nilai terendah 6,0; dan nilai rata-rata 7,11. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to obtain information regarding the salafiyah learning system in the Shuffah Hizbullah Islamic boarding school along with the basic problems that resulted in the community of Oli hamlet not involving their children in the system. This type of research is ex post facto with a qualitative approach. In this study, the data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The data is then reduced according to the focus of the study, after which it is presented in a narrative form and ends with drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the salafiyah learning system in Dusun Oli, Hitu Village, Leihitu District still uses classical models and methods that have not been touched by modern things. However, the evaluation to measure the success of the objectives has not been carried out properly. In addition, the people of Dusun Oli generally like learning salafiyah, but what is a factor in the participation of students from Hamlet Oli in learning salafiyah is due to 5 things, namely 1) Parents' lack of understanding about salafiyah subjects and the benefits of learning them. This is because there is no clear socialization from the pesantren, 2) The opportunity to become the TNI that was promised by the pesantren to ordinary students other than boarding students causes parents to feel sufficient if their child only studies at the madrasa in the morning, 3) Parents' busyness causes the child participate in helping their work, 4) There is no obligation given to all students in the Islamic Boarding School to take part in salafiyah lessons, 5) Lack of parental trust to allow children to study in the pesantren in the afternoon and evening. Keywords: Salafiyah learning system, view of Dusun Oli community Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi terkait sistem pembelajaran salafiyah di pondok pesantren Shuffah Hizbullah beserta masalah dasar yang mengakibatkan masyarakat dusun Oli tidak melibatkan anak mereka dalam sistem tersebut.Tipe penlitian ini adalah ex post facto dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data kemudian direduksi sesuai fokus penelitian, setelah itu disajikan dalam bentuk narasi dan berakhir dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa sistem pembelajaran salafiyah di Dusun Oli Desa Hitu Kecamatan Leihitu masih menggunakan model dan metode klasik yang belum tersentuh oleh hal-hal yang modern. Namun evaluasi untuk mengukur keberhasilan tujuan belum terlaksana sebagaimana meskinya. Selain itu yang masyarakat Dusun Oli pada umumnya menyukai pembelajaran salafiyah, namun yang menjadi faktor ketidakikutsertaan siswa dusun Oli dalam pembelajaran salafiyah diakibatkan karena 5 hal, yakni 1) Ketidak pahaman orang tua tentang mata pelajaran salafiyah dan manfaat mempelajarinya karena tidak ada sosialisasi yang jelas dari pihak pesantren, 2) Peluang menjadi TNI yang diberikan pihak pesantren kepada siswa biasa selain santri mondok menyebabkan orang tua merasa cukup belajar di madrasah di pagi hari, 3) Kesibukan orang tua yang menyebabkan turut serta bantuan anak dalam pekerjaan, 4) Tidak adanya kewajiban yang diberikan Pondok Pesantren kepada semua siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran salafiyah 5) Kurangnya kepercayaan orang tua untuk mengizinkan anak pulang pergi belajar di pesantren sore dan malam. Abstract

Abstract: This article describes the culture of the Assalam Islamic Boarding School in Manado, which exists to this day, while standing in the center of a Muslim-majority area. Islamic boarding schools Islamic boarding schools do not cause problems for non-Muslim communities in boarding schools. This study found that non-Muslim communities around the pesantren were very good and harmonious. This paper discusses two important things, first, about the needs and challenges of the Assalam Islamic Boarding School in Manado to continue to exist amid its interests in the area of Muslim freedom. Second, Culture and Success in developing Islamic Education among Muslims. Keyword: Muslim minority, Pondok Pesantren Assalam, Manado City Abstrack Artikel ini menjelaskan mengenai kultur Pondok Pesantren Assalam Kota Manado yang eksis sampai sekarang ini, walaupun berdiri tegak di tengah wilayah minoritas muslim. Realitasnyamenjelaskan bahwa eksistensi Pondok pesantren tersebut tidak menjadi masalah bagi masayarakat non muslim yang berada di sekitar pesantren. Studi ini menemukan bahwa relasi masyarakat non muslim sekitar pesantren sangat baik dan harmonis. Tulisan ini menegaskan dua hal penting, pertama, tentang kebutuhan dan tantangan Pondok Pesantren Assalam Kota Manado untuk tetap eksis ditengah keberadaannya di wilayah minoritas muslim. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of teachers pamong on teaching skills of students PPL Department of Islamic Education Faculty of Sciences Tarbiyah and Teacher Training IAIN Ambon On Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Ambon. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted from November 4 to December 4, 2019 with the location taken in this study in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Ambon. The informant in this research consists of 1 teacher Akidah Akhlak, 1 people teachers Fiqih and 1 teacher Al-Qur’an hadits. To analyze the data obtained through observations and interviews, as well as documentation, then the data obtained is analyzed using the data reduction stage (data reducation), data assessment (data display) and data conclusions (verification). The results of the research are related to the perception of pamong teachers on the teaching skills of PPL students of the Department of Islamic Education Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training IAIN Ambon MTs Negeri Ambon Years 2018, it is concluded that PPL students have been able to plan their learning well in accordance with the standards of the process, both the components and the principles of its preparation have been met. This is seen from the initial / preliminary activities, students in opening lessons are fairly good, but the most important aspect in the initial activity, namely conveying the objectives of learning, has been carried out well. In the core activities, students can already apply questioning skills, strengthening skills, and classroom management skills to core activities during the learning. And at the end/closing activities, PPL students have been able to close the lesson by preparing a summary of the material together, summarizing, and doing follow-up to the students. Abstract

Indonesia masih mengalami krisis moralitas yang ditandai dengan maraknya pembunuhan, perampokan, korupsi, kolusi, nepotisme. Begitupula masalah di dunia pendidikan masih banyak terjadi tawuran anak sekolah, pergaulan bebas, penyalahgunaan narkoba dll. Kerusakan sosial atau moral yang terjadi menunjukan perlunya pembenahan dari sisi pendidikan karakter sejak dini melalui pendidikan. Peran Pondok Pesantren khususnya Pondok Pesantren Hamzanwadi NW Pancor sangat diperlukan dalam pembenahan moralitas Bangsa melalui Pendidikan Karakter dengan kekuatan religiusitas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus di Pondok Pesantren Hamzanwadi NW Pancor melalui wawancara, diskusi mendalam, dan observasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sumber nilai, jenis-jenis nilai dan indikator pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren akan terwujud dengan adanya sinergisitas. Sinergisitas yang harus dilakuakn adalah adanya peran Tuan Guru, ustad, orang tua dan masyarakat dalam membangun dan mengembangkan pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Hamzanwadi NW Pancor. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai rujukan, acuan, atau perbandingan dalam Pendidikan karakater dan bisa berkontribusi dalam pengembangan literasi Pendidikan karakter di Indonesia.

Abstract

Education is the most important factor in order to increase the people's intelligence which is in accordance to the value of Pancasila, the basis of the Indonesian state, since character is the most important aspect in the nation's social life. Unfortunately, some parts (provinces) of Indonesia - especially Merauke for the example - doesn't receive quite education for the character-building and enrichment to happen. This is fatal enough considering good character equals good standards of living. This research aims to persuade all layers of society and the local government in order to initiate a great character-building education in Merauke, meanwhile it is also testing how much the government's intelligent character policy has been applied in Merauke. This research uses a qualitative and descriptive approach, along with the constructivist's paradigm. The results of the research have been concluded that the Merauke is still experiencing a crisis character in terms of education. It's about time that the local government, all layers of society, and all of those who are involved to assist one another to resolve the issue of character-building education - especially in Merauke. The conclusion of the research is that a strategic communication and social interactions in the form of awareness-raising can be the bridge for implementing a great character-building policy in Merauke. Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to evaluate the implementation of classroom assessment on: (1) aspects of classroom assessment, 2) classroom assessment techniques, and (3) classroom assessment procedures. This research is a survey study, using a formative evaluation model from Michael Scriven.Sampling techniques are purposive samples. The research location is MTs DDI Seppange. Data collection is obtained through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) classroom assessment techniques carried out by MTS DDI Seppange teachers include written tests, observations, practical tests, assignment assessments, and oral tests, portfolios, journals, peer-to-peer assessment and self-assessment (2) aspects of classroom assessment that have been carried out by teachers covering cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects, (3) Classroom assessment procedures that have been carried out by teachers include making question grids, grain analysis , remedial implementation, and follow-up assessment results. The evaluation of aspects, techniques, and class assessment procedures, teachers at MTS DDI Seppange were carried out properly. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei, dengan menggunakan model evaluasi formatif dari Michael Scriven.Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sample. Lokasi penelitian adalah MTs DDI Seppange. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) teknik classroom assessment yang dilaksanakan guru MTS DDI Seppange meliputi tes tertulis, observasi, tes praktik, penilaian tugas, dan tes lisan, portofolio, jurnal, penilaian antar teman dan penilaian diri (2) aspek-aspek classroom assessment yang telah dilaksanakan guru meliputi aspek kognitif, psikomotorik, dan aspek afektif, (3) Prosedur classroom assessment yang telah dilaksanakan guru meliputi pembuatan kisi-kisi soal, analisis butir soal, pelaksanaan remedial, dan tindak lanjut hasil penilaian. Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of achievement of the activities of the MGMP subjects of Islamic religious education at junior high school level (SMP) in Masohi regency of Maluku Tengah. The study uses evaluative research methods on the MGMP activities of these PAI subjects using goal-oriented evaluation models developed by Ralph Winfred Tyler. Where the focus is on research into the level of goal achievement. Data collection In this study, conducted using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Subjects in the study were principals, PAI teachers, and MGMP-PAI administrators of Masohi. Results showed that the result of input evaluation related to MGMP-level capacity of Junior High School includes activity activities MGMP PAI has an average score, 85.78%, performance management MGMP PAI has an average score of 90.04%, facilities and infrastructure MGMP has an average score of 75.25%, KTSP availability in school member MGMP has a score of 92.75%. The implementation of learning has an average score of 88.02%, and the learning results assessment has an average score of 84.17%. Overall evaluation of inputs related to MGMP capacity of PAI at SMP level in Masohi is in good category. While for the output aspect related to the competency of teachers in school member MGMP, has an average value of 90.47% or the competency of the teacher is in good category.
