Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (i) identify and analyze the effect of the dimensions of service quality that consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to the satisfaction of the guests who come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri and (ii) to identify and analyze Dimensions in service quality the most dominant effect on guest satisfaction satisfaction that come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri. The research was conducted at Hotel Borobudur Asri, with a population of 100 with a total sampling technique sampling, which means that all members of the population sampled as many as 100 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive research to explain the data and a description of the study, while for analyzing quantitative data using a multiple linear regression analysis.The research proves that the simultaneous results of this study prove the conjecture H0 is rejected and H1 accepted that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously significantly positive effect on the satisfaction of the guests who come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri. Partially tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has been implemented well in achieving guest satisfaction that come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri. Based on the results of the study found that the dimensions of service quality based on the reliability of the dominant influence on the satisfaction of the guests who come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri. This means that guests have been able to understand that the perceived satisfaction is determined by all employees in providing services to work quickly in the service process and provide service with no favoritism (fair and do not discriminate) to give confidence to the guests a quality service.

Abstract

World was shocked by the October 12, 2001 bombing of terrorist to the world trade center of New York of the United States of America the date in which could be considered as the beginning of intense war of world news on terrorism. Analyses made about the responsible actors, motives for the tragic bombing are all political in character, almost forgetting that the act of bombing basically is a criminal act. Political actors are more intensively interviewed for  the analyses than criminologist or lawyers or other relevant experts which ironically the other experts s comments but political actors s are used as a mere supportive political justification, such a political ccommunication was and has intensively been applied in the situation. The concern rises why the criminal act is analysed/or the first place by its political character not by its criminal character?  The political terminologies or concepts are pronounced where criminal concepts are marginalized er are probably not available to use and must be used in relation to the political concepts? So why do not we blend the concepts together to have a new formula of criminal communication? where we can come with the construction of criminal communication with its political dimension, not political communication with its criminal dimension. The first firstly puts an act of crime, and followed by its political character, whereas the second comes with its political character followed by its criminal dimension.

Abstract

Keinginan menulis tentang  figure Moestopo  muncul ketika terjadi polemik masalah Undang-Undang   Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, yang diantaranya memuat hak peserta didik untuk  memperoleh  pendidikan Agama  sesuai dengan agamanya masing-masing  dan diajar oleh pengajar yang seagama dengan peserta didik, Yang nota bene di lingkungan  Universitas Prof.  Moestopo  (Beragama) sudah menjadi tradisi kehidupan kampus.  Sisi lain adalah kondisi internal  Ys. UPDM dan UPDM(B) yang sedang dilanda  berbagai permasalahan  terutama  masalah pembangunan dan keuangan  serta harmoni  hubungan  antara yayasan,  Universitas  dan lembaga-lembaga  di lingkungan Ys. Abstract

Keberadaan informasi publik yang terbuka dan pemenuhan hak masyarakat untuk mengakses informasi pemerin-tah yang diperuntukkan untuk publik merupakan ciri penting pemerintahan demokratis yang menjunjung tinggi kedaulatan rakyat. Pelibatan dan tanggung jawab kepada rakyat sebagai pemegang mandat hanya bisa dilakukan melalui keterbukaan yang ditandai salah satunya melalui penyediaan akses informasi pemerintah.Undang-Undang No 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik (UU KIP) menjamin hak masyarakat untuk mendapatkan akses informasi dan mendorong keterbukaan pada badan publik atau pemerintah. Seluruh informasi tentang aktivitas badan publik, selain yang dikecualikan Undang-Undang, sejak UU tersebut disahkan, wajib dibuka kepada masyarakat. Masyarakat pun kini bisa mengawasi dan memantau aktivitas badan publik. Melalui keterbukaan informasi, masyarakat diharapkan dapat mendorong transparansi dan akuntabilitas badan publik, dan lebih jauh lagi berpartisipasi aktif dalam perumusan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan kepentingan publik (Mendel,2004)Sesuai dengan amanat UU KIP, setelah dua tahun ditetapkan, maka badan publik di seluruh Indonesia wajib melaksanakan pengelolaan dan pelayanan informasi agar masyarakat dapat mendapatkan akses seluas-luasnya dengan cara yang mudah dan terjangkau. Namun, implementasi UU KIP dalam keseharian kegiatan layanan pub-lik lembaga pemerintah bukan hal yang mudah. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk meneliti sejauh mana implementasi atau penerapan UU KIP. Tahun 2014 ini adalah tepat enam tahun sejak UU Keterbukaan Informasi Publik disahkan. Harapannya tentu kota dan kabupaten khususnya di Jawa Timur sudah mampu mengimplementasikan UU ini dengan sebaik-baiknya.Sehingga perwu-judan masyarakat yang mendambakan good governance bisa terpenuhi haknya untuk memperoleh informasi dari badan publik yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini akan mengambil dua kota sebagai subyek penelitian yaitu implemen-tasi UU KIP di Pemerintah Kota Malang dan di Kota Kediri. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing kota baik Kediri maupun Malang, masing-masing me-miliki best practices dalam mengimplementasikan UU KIP no 14/2008. Best practices yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pemahaman holistik terhadap UU KIP 14/2008. Selain itu juga mengupayakan optimalisasi imple-mentasi transparansi, akuntabilitas dan partisipasi publik dengan baik. Adapun hambatan yang sering menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan meliputi keterbatasan kuantitas dan kualitas SDM, tidak ada standar informasi publik yang jelas, gangguan kestabilan jaringan dan masih lemahnya koordinasi antara satuan kerja.

Abstract

Communication is a basic context for the human to human to know one another. In an agency or company requireda good cooperation between management and employees in order to achieve an organization’s goals are good.The method used was a survey, using a quantitative approach, using test analysis correlation data to obtain thevalue of the relationship and was followed by a statement in the form of questionnaires distributed to the selectedrespondents using sampling techniques as much as 31 respondents.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar33 orang dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 orang. Based on the research that has beendone, it can be seen that there is a very strong relationship between the two variables, and the correlation valueof the relationship between the leadership style of communication - with the employee for 0814, this show is apositive relationship going. It means that the better the communication style of leadership - employees are interwovenwith the employee, the performance is also better. Value of 0.814 for the relationship if interpreted in theinterpretation of the correlation coefficient table is in the interval from 0.80 to 1.000,Is at a very strong level.
