Abstract

Mathematics is one of the important lessons so that students can later apply it in solving problems in everyday life. Unfortunately mathematics is often regarded as a difficult and frightening subject. However, this is not very visible for students at SD Negeri 6 Mas. This is suspected because the teacher uses concrete media objects in the process of learning mathematics to increase students' interest in learning. Students seem happy and enthusiastic during learning activities. Interest in learning greatly determines the success of the teaching and learning process in the classroom. This study aims to: 1) describe the use of concrete object media in an effort to increase students' interest in learning mathematics, and 2) describe the impact of the use of concrete object media. The theory used to analyze this problem is the theory of classical conditioning and behavioristic theory. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that: 1) the use of concrete object media in mathematics learning is applied to certain materials, most of the material in the lower class can use concrete object media as teaching media, and only a few materials in the high class can use concrete object media as teaching media; 2) the media of concrete objects has an impact on increasing students' interest in learning as indicated by the attitude of not getting bored easily, feeling happy and excited to take part in learning, enthusiastic and concentrating, so it is easy to remember what they have learned.

Abstract

Youth organizations have a position and an important role for the sustainability of social life of people's culture.The current media development of communication is a good opportunity at improving youth productivity and creativity within the organization. This writing aims to describe how media optimization of whatapp groups in improving sradha bhakti members of the organization. By using a qualitative descriptive approach, Data gathering is done with observation, An interview, and documentation.The research shows communication of the organization truna-truni (STT) gold literature in increasing sradha and bhakti through five stages: research, planning, execution, evaluation, and reporting. Communication using media organization whatapps group to develop effective communication among members and member of the organization in running of a wheel. That has not communication were caused by several obstacles which includes technical obstacles, the semantic relation, human and obstacles. Necessary engineering communication that the dynamic can move, sustainable, and moving according to prinsip-prinsip organization.Engineering communication covering 1. interaction and personal communications among members of intensive and solid, 2. establishes the identity of the organization and common aims in the structure, 3. minimize potential difference or disagreement, 4. visionary leadership, 5. developed a style of personal relationships among members effectively, and 6. run principle leadership the relevant organisations, openness, honesty, accountability, and cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Sad Dharma method, which is most widely used in Hinduism counseling at the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency, to find out the obstacles faced by Hindu Religion extension workers in the field at the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency, to find out the supporting facilities used by religious instructors Hindus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study whose population consists of 55 people consisting of civil servant and non-PNS extension workers at the office of the Ministry of Religion, Buleleng Regency. The technique of determining informants and collecting data is by using quota sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by interviews, library research and document recording methods. And the method of data analysis uses descriptive qualitative techniques accompanied by quantitative data as a reinforcement of the results statement. Based on the results of the research, the following results were obtained: a) an effective method widely used by extension agents of the Ministry of Religion was the dharmawacana method, b) several obstacles were encountered in counseling, namely: a) heterogeneous audiences, b) unfavorable weather, c) facilities and infrastructure such as a sound system is inadequate, d) little space for religious activities to be carried out, e) most of the instructors who are still young lack confidence, f) senior audiences are sometimes selfish and testful, g) training programs are still minimal, h) coaching funds limited number of people have not even been budgeted for, c) Supporting facilities in counseling include religious books and other supporting books and a sound system.
