Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan model only posttest group desaign. Tempat penelitian ini di SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada. Populasi penelitian yaitu jumlah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada sebanyak 42 orang. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 21 orang terdiri dari 13 laki-laki dan 8 perempuan pada kelas eksperimen dan 21 orang terdiri dari 13 laki-laki dan 8 perempuan pada kelas kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain: observasi, tes, kuesioner, wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan antara lain: deskriptif dan inferensial. Analisis deskriptif  dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan data dengan memberi pemaknaan terhadap data yang diperoleh. Analisis inferensial digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian.Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh maka menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan penerapan model pembelajaran Self-Directed Learning terhadap aktivitas dan prestasi belajar pendidikan Agama Hindu antara kelas eksperimen (X2) dan kelas kelas kontrol (X1) SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada.

Abstract

Book of the Upanishads is a book that can guide students to improve Sradha and Bhakti presented to Ida Sang Hyang Wasa Widhi. Upanishad is taken from the word "Upa" (near), "Ni" (Under), "Sad" (sit), so Upanishads means sitting under nearby. A group of students sitting near the teacher to learn the teachings of the Upanishads, reviewing the most essential issues and convey to students near them. This Upanishad it is a philosophical review of the Vedas, because every part of the review by the Upanishads Vedas, Upanishads thus derived contents and refer to the Vedas. education antiquity held in pesraman-pesraman or solitary place away from the crowds unlike now where the different methods and systems already using the system class. Along with the development of science and technology education pattern began to develop it, but it would be nice if such technological progress offset by an increase in human resources to the development of technology is not abused and still refers to the teachings of the religion, so it is important for the teacher to inculcate patterns of previous education contained in the Upanishads directed to students so that lessons and more easily understood by students. It is also important for a teacher to instill confidence in the Lord to the students, because the trust and of understanding the existence of Ida Sang Hyang Widi Wasa will give rise to positive thinking finally able to be applied by the students into a concrete action in accordance with the rules of religion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap makna yang terkandung pada simbol-simbol uparengga pada upacara makala-kalan dalam perkawinan umat Hindu etnis Bali sehingga semua umat Hindu dapat memahami makna sarana upakara pada upacara mekala-kalan dan selanjutnya umat memiliki keyakinan terhadap proses upacara mekala-kalan untuk membentuk rumah tangga yang sukhinah. Adapun pertanyaan yang ingin dijawab pada penelitian ini adalah “Apakah Makna Simbol-simbol Uparengga pada Upacara Mekala-kalan dalam Perkawinan Umat Hindu etnis Bali?”. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: a) uparengga yang digunakan dalam upacara makala-kalan antara lain: (1) Sanggah Surya, (2) tetimpug, (3) tikeh dadakan, (4) benang putih, (5) tegen-tegenan, (6) suhun-suhunan, (7) sapu lidi 3 katih (batang), (8) sambuk (serabut) kupakan (dibuka), dan (9) dagangan; dan b) makna yang terkandung dalam simbol-simbol uparengga tersebut antara lain: (1) Sanggah Surya merupakan simbol (nyasa) sthana manifestasi Sang Hyang Widhi (Tuhan), dalam hal ini adalah merupakan sthananya Dewa Surya, untuk memberikan pencerahan dan kehidupan kepada kedua mempelai, (2) Tetimpug memiliki makna sebagai alat komunikasi secara niskala (alam gaib) kepada Bhūta Kala dan secara sakala (alam nyata) kepada umat sekitar bahwa upacara makala-kalaan atau upacara perkawinan segera dimulai, (3) Tikeh dadakan (tikar kecil), memiliki makna kesucian prakrti sebagai alas untuk Purusa melakukan aktivitas, (4) Benang Putih sebagai simbol pembatas waktu dan jarak; (5) Tegen-Tegenan merupakan simbol dari pengambil alihan tanggung jawab yang bersifat sekala-niskala, (6) Suhun-Suhunan adalah simbol keinginan untuk mendirikan rumah tangga yang sukhinah dengan memantapkan keinginan kedua mempelai, (7) Sapu Lidi 3 katih (batang) memiliki makna kerja keras dan makna lahir, hidup dan mati, (8) Sambuk (serabut) kupakan (dibuka) mengandung makna penyatuan keluarga untuk membentuk rumah tangga yang suhkinah dan setiap rumah tangga akan mengalami masalah, oleh karena itu harus dipecahkan dengan akal sehat, dan (9)  dagangan mengandung makna adanya masalah yang harus didiskusikan atau disepakati sebelum mengambil suatu keputusan.

Abstract

Preservation of the legacy of literary works in the form of text is one of the efforts to preserve Indonesian culture to remain steady and maintain the noble values contained in it. The text of Bhagawan Dhomya in the book Ādi Parwa is a prose-shaped literary work with many values of character education as proclaimed by the government. Therefore, this research aims to determine the value of character education contained in the text of Bhagawan Dhomya. This research is a type of qualitative research with data analysis using descriptive - qualitative which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The method of collecting data uses library research and documentation. The presentation technique of the results of data analysis in this study is to use a description that is clear and directed. From the results of the research, there are 18 values of character education contained in the text of Bhagawan Dhomya which is an ancient educational art but still relevant throughout the period, including: religious character, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity the spirit of nationalism, love of the country, respect for achievement, friendship, peace of mind, love to read, care for the environment, caring for the social and the character of responsibility.

Abstract

Bali has many classic manuscripts that are the heritage of ancestors in the past. The various works of classical literature have the values of Hindu religious education that can be used as an educational medium to guide and guide mankind in achieving happiness and inner harmony. One of the literary texts is the geguritan Pati Jlamit. Geguritan Pati Jlamit is a literary work of Ida Bagus Ketut Sudiasa who was examined to become a priest, later titled Ida Pedanda Ketut Sidemen. This poem is made in the form of a song tied by the lingsa with six types of pupuh, namely pupuh sinom, pupuh pucung, pupuh ginada, pupuh semarandana, pupuh dangdang, and pupuh pucung. The specialty of Geguritan Pati Jlamit which is interesting to study is in its content which is a text loaded with religious values that need to be disseminated to the community in order to increase the sense of devotion to God. One of the values that will be discussed in this study is the value of ethics or morality.

Karena masalah terkini yang berkaitan antara kemajuan teknologi dan kecanduan pada teknologi tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the planning program, implementation, evaluation, weakness and effort in Hindu religious learning based local culture bali.Data collecting techniques performed through observation, An interview and study documentation with case studies on three pasturages of local culture-based learning programs back in the lamphouse.The problem was reviewed from a theory angle, concept, The foundation of education management and the management of Hindu religious education education. The results of research and data analysis showed the pasraman third in fact planning programs ranging from, the program of instruction and monitoring and evaluation.Planning programs based learning the local culture bali applied is learning through sedhana dharma, dharmatula, dharma discourse, dharmagita, the religious and making upakara facilities.The implementation of effective program of instruction in whose model, a method, tools and source of learning, type the right judgments to support the learning, through the exploration, konfermasi and elaboration. A thorough assessment that includes all aspects of competence that encompass cognitive abilities, psychomotorics, and affective. The pastrade seeks to optimize the execution of unoptimized learning and judgment.

Abstract

Children are the younger generation of Hindus who are aware of their obligations as shoots, the forerunner to successors, keepers, builders and developers of dharma teachings. This means that every child or youth has the same duties and responsibilities in carrying out the teachings of dharma. No need on a large scale, just enough in simple things first. One of them is proud to be a Hindu child and still Hindu. Thus this thesis discusses the Role of Guru Rupaka in Strengthening Sradha and Bakti To Strengthen the Existence of Hinduism Through Informal Education in East Jakarta Region. The purpose of this study is why it is necessary to strengthen sradha and devotion to strengthen the existence of Hinduism through Informal Education in East Jakarta and how the efforts made by Guru Rupaka in Strengthening Sradha and Bakti In order to strengthen Hinduism through Informal Education in East Jakarta. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive design.Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. The author conducted interviews with informants consisting of people of the Ummah, and one key informant to obtain in-depth information. The author collected data approximately 4 months in the Field. The results of the study prove that every parent in carrying out a married life certainly has a very important task and role, there are also tasks and roles of parents towards their children can be stated as follows: giving birth, caring, raising, leading to maturity and instilling norms and applicable values. Besides that, it must also be able to develop the potential that exists in children, set an example and be able to develop personal growth with full responsibility and compassion.

Abstract

Slametan munggah molo is part of a series of ritual slametan adheg omah carried out by the Javanese community. However, in modern times slametan is rarely found in people's lives in Java, people argue that times have advanced. The discussion in this study includes (1) the Slametan Adheg Omah Munggah Molo procession, (2) public understanding of Slametan Adheg Omah (3) changes that occur in the Slametan Adheg Omah tradition. The benefits of this research are expected to be useful as a science of tradition in a Javanese ritual, as well as add insight, especially for the community. The method used is a qualitative. The results of the research and discussion about the slametan munggah molo procession in the Sumberarum community is carried out in the morning or afternoon by enacting laws to neighbors and closest relatives. The materials and tools used during the slametan are offerings and ubo rampe, offerings and ubo rampe are offered to ancestors or sing mbahurekso earth known as Sang Hyang Ismoyo Jati. Slametan is carried out with the aim of asking for safety when carrying out an activity. In the process of building a house, it is also related to the teachings of Tri Hita Karana, because is a source of happiness for humans and the universe. Slametan munggah molo also experienced a shift caused by several factors, namely the influence of culture, customary holders, the mass media which is getting stronger in social life, and socio-economic life.
