Abstract

Yoghurt is a pro-biotic beverage produced from the fermentation process of milk, namely from vegetable milk (soy milk) or animal milk (goat's milk and cow's milk). During the fermentation process, the chemical reactions that occur will turn milk into yogurt with the help of lactic acid bacteria. In the health sector, yogurt plays a role in increasing the body's immunity, digestive tract health and can prevent osteoporosis. In general, yogurt circulating in the community still has low nutritional content, so a more in-depth study needs to be done. The goal of this research is to examine the quality of yogurt by manipulating certain variables and adding other components to increase the yogurt's quality. Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus were used as starter as much as 12.5 mL each (10% of 500 mL of cream milk). The fixed variables in this study were the volume of goat's milk 500 ml, cream concentration 6%, pasteurization temperature 85°C, pasteurization time 15 minutes and fermentation temperature 45°C, while the independent variables were varying the length of the fermentation process for 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 hours. From this study, it was concluded that yogurt with optimum results was obtained at a fermentation time of 6 hours, the pH value was 3.8, lactic acid content was 1.305%, protein content was 5.54%, fat content was 4.98%, and moisture content was 84.10%.

Abstract

Pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) yang direncanakan ke Pulau Kalimantan akan berdampak pada perpindahan penduduk yang akan meningkatkan permintaan akan tempat tinggal. Maka peran pengembang perumahan di Kota Palangka Raya sangat penting dan juga sangat dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan agar dapat mengetahui faktor-faktor penentu dalam memilih lokasi pembangunan perumahan terkhusus di Kota Palangka Raya dan mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan atau paling menentukan dalam pemilihan lokasi pembangunan perumahan di Kota Palangka Raya. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif mean dan standar deviasi. Hasil dari analisis deskriptif didapatkan faktor penentu sesuai urutan peringkat adalah (1) faktor kebijakan dan hukum dengan mean bernilai 4.516 dan standar deviasi bernilai 0.677 (2) faktor aksesibilitas dengan mean bernilai 4.419 dan standar deviasi bernilai 0.653 (3) faktor harga dengan mean bernilai 4.419 dan standar deviasi bernilai 0.765 (4) faktor type rumah dengan mean bernilai 4.129 dan standar deviasi bernilai 0.885. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini didapatkan faktor-faktor penentu dalam pemilihan lokasi pembangunan perumahan khususnya di Kota Palangka Raya berupa faktor kebijakan dan hukum, faktor aksesibilitas, faktor harga, dan faktor type rumah dengan faktor yang paling dominan adalah faktor kebijakan dan hukum dengan mean bernilai 4,516 dan standar deviasi bernilai 0,677.

Abstract

UD. Teungku Aceh Coffee is a business engaged in coffee production. In the November 2020-October 2021 period, this business has not been able to achieve the predetermined production target, which is 300 kg per day and 7,000 kg per month. The purpose of this study was to measure partial productivity in the production process using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method. The second objective is to provide recommendations for improvement of the ratio that causes a decrease in productivity based on fault tree analysis (FTA). The criteria measured are the use of raw materials, labor hours, production line workers, machine working hours and electrical energy consumption. Based on the results of the OMAX calculation, the lowest ratio score is the ratio 1, which means that it causes a decrease in productivity in the UD production process. Kopi Teungku Aceh is ratio 1. Recommendations for improvement are given to increase productivity in ratio 1, namely, forming an inspection section as a raw material inspection division by making an analysis report (LA) as evidence that raw material inspection has been carried out, making a firewood storage area in the factory yard that is empty, performs a mixed drying process between natural and automatic drying and ensures the availability of suppliers in the timely delivery of raw materials.

Abstract

Medicinal plants is mostly used by tribes in Indonesia, one of them is the Loa Lepu Village community. Excavation of information on the use of medicinal plants can be done by using the ethnopharmaceutical method. This study was conducted to determine the use of plants as anti-inflammatory drugs, how to make them, how to use plants as anti-inflammatory drugs in Loa Lepu Village. Determination of informants in the Loa Lepu Village Community using the Snowball method and purposive sampling of 15 informants, followed by semi-structured interviews. The results obtained 15 types of medicinal plants used for anti-inflammatory by the people of Loa Lepu village which were divided into 10 families. The most widely used plant family was the Zingiberaceae family with 5 plants, namely ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe), laos (Alpinia galangal L. Willd), kencur (Kaempferia galangal L.), temulawak (Curcuma xanthorriza) and turmeric (Curcuma domestica). Abstract

PT. Gresik Mitra Teknik (PT GMT) is a company in the field of contractor services and trading services. In its operational activities, PT. GMT is inevitable from accidents at work. As the K3 team at PT. GMT, in particular, has recorded cases of work accidents that occur specifically in the area of rotary kilns. Based on data on the number of accidents that occurred in several activities at PT GMT, it was concluded that fire brick installation activities dominated the occurrence of accidents in the company. The purpose of this study is to apply the HIRARC method to identify existing occupational accident risks and identify the steps that need to be taken to manage all existing risks. The results of the study found that there were 10 risks with the following details 2 risks including the low level category, 4 risks including the medium level category, 2 risks including the high level category and 2 risks including the very high level category. Risk control measures focus on reducing the level of risk, which is the highest risk category. The measures taken include the new design of the production floor, the provision of PPE earplugs, regular testing of noise levels.

Abstract

PT Ravana Jaya is a company implementing construction services and steel plate fabrication. As for the activities of the steel plate fabrication process, labor makes direct contact with work activities that have a high risk of work accidents and are dangerous. Based on work accident report data from 2019 to 2021, the majority of work accidents occur in grinding activities caused by work conditions, operator experience and human error. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the factors of accidents that occur caused by human error using the CREAM method. The CREAM method is a method of analyzing human constraints that measures cognitive reliability and possible errors. The results showed that the cognitive function with the highest error value was found in the interpretation perspective of diagnosing inaccurate or incomplete data with a CFP value of 0.024 contained in Task 4.2 in the error mode ensuring the quality of the grinding stone in good condition and not cracked, Task 4.3 in the mode of ensuring that the rpm of the grinding stone is greater than the rpm of the grinding machine and Task 5.1 in the mode of checking the work area neatly before activities.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mempengaruhi berbagai sektor pada kehidupan masyarakat indonesia, salah satu nya yaitu sector pada konstruksi. Penyebaran Covid-19 pada proyek konstruksi dapat merugikan pekerja, lingkungan kerja, dan juga terganggunya pelaksanaan proyek. Pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor K3 konstruksi di masa pandemi Covid-19 dan faktor K3 konstruksi yang dominan di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada pembangunan Gedung Kuliah Terpadu Universitas Palangka Raya. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuisioner secara langsung kepada pekerja proyek pembangunan Gedung Kuliah Terpadu Universitas Palangka Raya. Data yang didapatkan dari kuisioner diolah dengan menggunakan cara analisis faktor untuk mendapatkan faktor-faktor K3 konstruksi dan faktor K3 yang dominan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hasil dari penggunaan analisis faktor menunjukkan untuk faktor-faktor K3 konstruksi di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada pembangunan Gedung Kuliah Terpadu Universitas Palangka Raya adalah faktor keterlibatan pekerja, faktor penerapan prosedur K3, dan faktor komunikasi pekerja. Dan yang menjadi faktor K3 konstruksi yang dominan di masa pandemi Covid-19 adalah faktor keterlibatan pekerja yang dimana faktor tersebut menduduki faktor peringkat 1 dalam interpretasi hasil.

Abstract

LCA is a method for evaluating the potential environmental effect of a product or service system at all stages of its life cycle by quantifying resource usage and emissions connected with the system under consideration. This paper intends to give an overview of the numerous Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies that have been implemented in Indonesian industries in order to reduce the negative effects of pollution on the environment, low distribution, and energy and raw material conservation. In the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), there are four system boundaries: (cradle to grave), (cradle to gate), (gate to grave), and (gate to grave) (Gate to gate). The scope of this study is restricted to a review of the literature on the application of Life Cycle Assessment from 2018 to 2021, it was published in peer-reviewed journals. There are 11 research publications on the internet with the keywords Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) regarding Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) in Indonesia, which is used to reduce environmental effect in industry. Waste management products, water management, manufacturing industry, mining, fisheries, and plantations are among the research journals covered.

Abstract

PT Surya Panen Subur 2 adalah perusahaan yan bergerak dibidang pengolahan kelapa sawit menjadi crude palm oil (CPO) dan inti sawit (kernel). Penelitian ini dilakukan distasiun press yaitu proses pengempaan untuk memisahkan minyak dengan ampas. Mesin adalah sarana penting dalam suatu proses produksi dalam perusahaan. Mesin yang rusak secara mendadak dapat mengganggu rencana produksi yang telah ditetapkan. Metode Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) adalah sebuah teknik rekayasa yang digunakan untuk menetapkan, dan untuk menghilangkan kegagalan yang diketahui, permasalahan, eror, dan sejenisnya dari sebuah sistem, desain, proses, dan atau jasa sebelum mencapai konsumen. Hasil dari FMEA ini kebanyakan berbentuk rekomendasi perbaikan yang memang harus dilakukan, agar bisa mengurangi resiko kegagalan, menurunkan angka kegagalan, dan juga meningkatkan kemampuan deteksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada mesin press terdapat 3 komponen kritis yaitu Bearing dengan nilai RPN 24 dan diikuti komponen lainnya seperti Long arm dan short arm nilai RPN 144, Pompa Crude oil tank dengan nilai RPN 105.

Abstract

Abstract The fast advancement of the business makes organizations are expected to keep on being useful with great quality. In this manner, the organization should have the option to keep up with each component connected with creation including machines. As one of the primary parts of creation, machines should be kept up with so their efficiency abilities are kept up with and work runs successfully. This study meant to break down the adequacy of welding machine execution through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at PT. Otson Safety Indonesia. The technique utilized is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) with three estimation pointers, in particular accessibility, execution proficiency, and nature of item. The examination was done in the period June-December 2021 which comprised of information on the quantity of creation, deficient items, margin time, and arranged free time. The outcomes got are the typical OEE worth of 58.07 with a piece of 96.56% accessible rate, 89.27%% execution rate, and 95.65% quality rate. The outcomes show that the OEE esteem is still far beneath the world norm, and from the three OEE pointers just the accessible rate is in the norm, while the exhibition rate and quality rate are underneath the norm. From these outcomes, it is important to make enhancements to expand the viability of the presentation on the welding machine.Keywords: Machinery, Productivity, TPM, Manufacturing, OEE. AbstrakPesatnya kemajuan bisnis membuat organisasi diharapkan untuk terus bermanfaat dengan kualitas yang baik. Dengan cara ini, organisasi harus memiliki pilihan untuk mengikuti setiap komponen yang terkait dengan pembuatan termasuk mesin. Sebagai salah satu bagian utama dari penciptaan, mesin harus dijaga agar kemampuan efisiensinya tetap terjaga dan pekerjaan berjalan dengan sukses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecukupan pengerjaan mesin las melalui Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) di PT. Otson Safety Indonesia. Teknik yang digunakan adalah Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dengan tiga petunjuk estimasi, yaitu aksesibilitas, kemampuan eksekusi, dan sifat item. Pemeriksaan dilakukan pada periode Juni-Desember 2021 yang terdiri dari informasi jumlah pembuatan, kekurangan barang, margin time, dan waktu luang yang diatur. Hasil yang didapat adalah nilai OEE biasa sebesar 58,07 dengan tingkat akses 96,56%, tingkat eksekusi 89,27%%, dan tingkat kualitas 95,65%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai OEE masih jauh di bawah norma dunia, dan dari ketiga petunjuk OEE tersebut hanya tarif yang dapat diakses yang masih dalam batas normal, sedangkan tingkat pameran dan kualitas yang berada di bawah norma. Dari hasil tersebut maka perlu dilakukan penyempurnaan untuk memperluas kelayakan penyajian pada mesin las.Kata Kunci: Mesin, Produktivitas, TPM, Manufaktur, OEE
