Abstract

The Cimahi City has experienced a decrease in the quality of raw water caused by flooding in several places, especially during the rainy season, therefore it is necessary to anticipate this by constructing infiltration wells, ponds, or lakes. Cimahi City has 5 lakes, one of which is the Ciseupan Lake. This lake can be one of the options for raw water sources in Cimahi City. Based on this, it is necessary to identify the water quality and trophic status of the lake so that it can be utilized optimally by local residents. This research aims to describe the status of water quality and trophic status of the Ciseupan Lake by analyzing the parameters of pollutant sources. The method for determining the status of water quality is the Pollution Index based on Decree of the Ministry of Environment Number 115 of 2002 concerning “Pedoman Penentuan Status Mutu Air”. Quality status can be determined according to the pollutant index classification, the greater the value, then the worse the water quality. The method for determining trophic status uses the UNEP-ILEC method. Based on the results of calculating the water quality status, the pollutant index value at the Ciseupan Embung in 2021 is 9.5 while in 2022 it is 8.9 which according to Minister of Environment Decree Number 115 of 2003, in both years the water quality status of the lake was included in the moderately polluted category. The trophic status of the Ciseupan Lake is classified as hypertrophic, this indicates that the lake water has been heavily polluted by nutrients.

Abstract

Abstract The condition of the manufacturing industry that continues to grow makes every company compete for customer loyalty. One that the company should focus on is the quality of the products it produces because quality is an important factor in gaining customer loyalty. This research is aimed at controlling and reducing the defect rate of no cutting part JK6000 at PT. XYZ. The amount of production and the number of defective products are the data used in the research, namely in the period January-October 2022. The data analysis used is the Quaility Control Circle (QCC) method through eight improvement steps. From the results obtained in the fishbone diagram, it is known that the main factor causing the defect is the engine which has uneven air circulation problems. improvements made by adding air tubes to distribute air more thoroughly to all parts of the engine. In the November-December period after the repairs were carried out, it was noted that there was a decrease in the defect rate to 0.03% from the previous condition which was above 0.10%. Follow-up proposals include making SOPs, counseling employees, and forming a QCC team for continuous quality control.Keywords: Manufacture, Quality, Product, Defect, QCC AbstrakKondisi industri manufaktur yang terus berkembang membuat setiap perusahaan bersaing untuk mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Salah satu yang harue menjadi fokus perusahaan adalah kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan karena kualitas menjadi faktor penting untuk mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengendalikan dan menurunkan tingkat cacat no cutting part JK6000 di PT. XYZ. Jummlah produksi serta banyaknya produk cacat menjadi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu pada rentang waktu Januari-Oktober 2022. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode Quaility Control Circle (QCC) melalui delapan langkah perbaikan. Hasil yang didapatkan pada diagram fishbone diketahui faktor utama penyebab cacat adalah pada mesin yang memiliki masalah sirkulasi udara yang kurang merata. perbaikan yang dilakukan dengan menambah tabung udara untuk mendistribusikan udara agar lebih menyeluruh ke semua bagian mesin. Pada periode November-Desember setelah dilakukan perbaikan, diketahui terjadi penurunan tingkat cacat menjadi 0,03% dari kondisi sebelumnya berada diatas 0,10%. Usulan tindak lanjut yaitu pembuatan SOP, penyuluhan karyawan, dan pembuatan tim QCC untuk pengendalian kualitas secara berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: Manufaktur, Kualitas, Produk, Cacat, QCC

Abstract

Banjir merupakan permasalahan drainase yang disebabkan oleh alih fungsi lahan untuk menunjang aktivitas masyarakat. Kecamatan Cianjur memiliki 11 Desa. Berdasarkan hasil observasi 4 dari 11 Desa di Kecamatan Cianjur sering terjadi banjir.  Banjir tersebut terjadi di Desa Bojong herang Jalan Dr. Muwardi (depan Islamic Center Kabupaten Cianjur), Desa Nagrak Jalan Raya Sukabumi (Depan Taman Makam Pahlawan), Desa Sayang di Jalan Aria Cikondang (depan Lembaga Permasyarakatan Kabupaten Cianjur), Desa Sawah Gede di Jalan Syariah Kavling B’elka. Permasalahan yang terjadi disebabkan oleh tertutupnya saluran inlet oleh pasir jalan raya yang menyebabkan air limpasan hujan tidak masuk ke dalam saluran drainase, saluran drainase tidak sesuai dengan debit limpasan sehingga air dalam saluran drainase meluap dan menyebabkan terjadinya genangan dan banjir. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan penilaian skala prioritas yang terdapat pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat No.12 Tahun 2014 tentang Penyelenggaraan Sistem Drainase Perkotaan, penanganan banjir prioritas pertama harus dilakukan di Desa Bojong Herang, kedua di Desa Nagrak, ketiga di Desa Sayang, dan Ke empat di Desa Sawah Gede

Abstract

Persediaan merupakan bahan yang ditempatkan pada suatu tempat penyimpanan yang ditujuan untuk beberapa kepentingan. PT XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang packaging. Dalam penentuan stok persediaan, perusahaan masih memakai dugaan yang terkadang tidak tepat sehingga menyebabkan kurang atau lebihnya bahan untuk produksi. Terdapat 3 metode dalam inventory control yang biasa digunakan yaitu metode safety stock, reorder point, dan analisis ABC. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat prioritas barang, lebih tepatnya bahan penunjang yang digunakan dalam proses produksi PT XYZ berdasarkan analisis ABC, serta membuat saran dan usulan nilai safety stock dan reorder point yang efisien dan optimal pada inventory dalam pengadaan bahan penunjang. Hasil yang didapatkan setelah melakukan pengolahan data adalah dengan analisis ABC dapat mengkategorikan material bahan penunjang terdapat total 12 jenis insert terbagi ke dalam 3 kelas klasifikasi. Pada kelas A terdapat 4 insert, pada kelas B terdapat 4 insert, pada kelas C terdapat 4 insert. Hasil perhitungan safety stock yang telah dilakukan, Label KPL Yupo 70/80 memerlukan persediaan pengaman paling banyak yaitu sebesar 6.869 pcs. Reorder point terbesar pada material Bahan Penunjang yaitu insert jenis Label KPL Yupo 70/80 yaitu sebesar 12.161 pcs.

Abstract

Junior High School 14 Bandung is a place of learning that is situated on Lapangan Supratman Street and is frequently passed by motorized vehicles that are highly crowded. Public transportation and buses halting at bus stops frequently cause vehicle slowdowns. This state may be subject to noise exposure and a drop in the PM2.5 measure of the ambient air quality. The purpose of this study is to assess PM2.5 levels and noise levels, as well as to examine how the school community perceives its exposure to noise and PM2.5. The field observation method was employed in this study. Measurements of PM2.5 are performed using a pocket PM2.5 sensor, an outside air quality detector, and a sound level meter (indoor). The findings of the noise measurements at 23 of the 24 tested places were louder than the threshold value, which was 55 dBa for the Education Area. The outdoor PM2.5 measurement findings are higher above the 3 g/m3 permitted quality standard. According to the survey's findings, 75% of respondents said noise interferes with learning and teaching, 56% said outdoor PM2.5 had no impact on health, and 99% said interior PM2.5 had no impact on health.

Abstract

Abstract CV. XYZ is a service company engaged in the repair of fuel tanker trucks. There are several types of services provided by CV. XYZ includes Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance. From the results of observations made in the field, there were several CV XYZ Warehouse units found that the 5S culture was minimally implemented so there was a need for evaluation and improvement for better working environment conditions. In this study the aim was to provide solutions and suggestions, direct examples and evaluations to the working environment conditions at CV XYZ so that it becomes an effective and efficient work environment, especially in the maintenance section. The application of the 5S culture or concept can be used on an ongoing basis. evaluate the failures that arise in the company. 5S is a method of implementing a work attitude that emphasizes managing the physical conditions of an organized workplace. The 5S process is one of the fundamental components with a broader form of application but in its implementation it has not taken place optimally.AbstrakCV. XYZ merupakan perusahaan jasa yang bergerak di bidang perbaikan truk tangki bahan bakar minyak. Terdapat beberapa jenis pelayanan yang disediakan oleh CV. Dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan di lapangan maka terdapat beberapa pada unit Gudang CV XYZ ditemukan bahwa budaya 5S sangat minim diterapkan sehingga perlu adanya evaluasi dan peningkatan untuk kondisi lingkungan kerja lebih baik, Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan solusi dan saran, contoh langsung serta evaluasi terhadap kondisi lingkungan kerja di CV XYZ agar menjadi lingkungan kerja yang efektif dan efisien terlebih pada bagian maintenance. Penerapan budaya atau konsep 5S ini dapat dipergunakan secara berkelanjutan. mengevaluasi kegagalan yang timbul di perusahaan. 5S merupakan suatu metode penerapan sikap kerja yang menekankan pada pengelolaan kondisi fisik tempat kerja yang terorganisir. Abstract

Abstract The current condition of industrial competition is not only competing with local companies, but also with foreign companies. Therefore, companies must have the ability to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction, one of which is by maintaining product quality. This study aims to analyze the rate of occurrence of defects in combed 30s yarns and to propose improvements to reduce the occurrence of defects. Data analysis was carried out to achieve the goal, namely by using the Statistical Process Control method with data in the form of the amount of production, defective products, to the work processes that occur. The data was obtained from the results of documentation, interviews, and also observations of the research object. From the analysis carried out, the results are that there are still data that are out of control limits and the dominant defect is tangled with 43.53%. The causes of these defects consist of human, machine, method, and material factors. The suggestions given in this study in an effort to suppress defective products are adjustments to product quality standards, thread sorting procedures, machine cleaning schedules, SOP adjustments and increased employee knowledge regarding work procedures.Keywords: Combed 30s, Defect, Product, Quality, SPC AbstrakKondisi persaingan industri saat ini tidak hanya bersaing dengan perusahaan lokal, namun juga dengan perusahaan asing. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus memiliki kemampuan dalam menjaga kesetiaan dan kepuasan konsumen salah satunya dengan menjaga kualitas produk. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis tingkat terjadinya produk cacat pada benang combed 30s serta memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk menekan terjadinya cacat. Analisis data yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan yaitu dengan metode Statistical Process Control dengan data berupa jumlah produksi, produk cacat, hingga proses kerja yang terjadi. Data tersebut didapatkan dari hasil dokumentasi, wawancara, dan juga observasi pada objek penelitian. Dari analisis yang dilakukan didapatka hasil yaitu masih terdapat data yang keluar batas kendali dan cacat dominan yaitu kusut dengan 43,53%. Penyebab cacat tersebut terdiri dari faktor manusia, mesin, metode, dan material. Usulan yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini dalam upaya menekan produk cacat yaitu adanya penyesuaian standar kualitas produk, adanya prosedur penyortiran benang, adanya jadwal pembersihan mesin, serta penyesuaian SOP dan peningkatan pengetahuan karyawan terkait prosedur pekerjaan.Kata Kunci: Combed 30s, Cacat, Produk, Kualitas, SPC

Abstract

Untuk memaksimalkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dari proses produksi, perusahaan harus menguasai seni pengelolaan dan penggunaan sumber daya. Ketika perusahaan dapat memaksimalkan sumber daya, maka keuntungan juga dimaksimalkan. Oleh karena itu, untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan, sangat penting untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya yang tersedia. Dengan menggunakan program linier dengan pendekatan simpleks, penelitian ini berupaya memaksimalkan keuntungan di Pabrik Tahu XYZ dengan cara memproduksi sebanyak mungkin kombinasi tahu dengan sumber daya yang dialokasikan. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini meliputi wawancara dan observasi langsung. Data yang digunakan seperti bahan baku, bahan pendukung produksi, volume produksi, jumlah karyawan, dan keuntungan harian dari pembuatan tahu. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode manual dan bantuan perangkat lunak (aplikasi) untuk melakukan perhitungan yaitu aplikasi POM-QM. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa agar Pabrik Tahu XYZ memperoleh keuntungan harian maksimum (Zmax) sebesar Rp 26.400.000, maka harus memproduksi tahu putih (X1) sebanyak 120 kali produksi dan tahu kuning (X2) sebanyak 120 kali produksi.

Abstract

Nurul Islam Vocational School is a school that runs a business in the field of vocational education, namely Mechanical Engineering (TPM), Electrical Power Installation Engineering (TITL), Office Management Automation (OTKP). led to a decrease in the number of students in the SMK. The purpose of this study is to analyze existing internal and external resources and determine the appropriate method to be used to improve school quality so that it can attract public interest in using the SWOT method to survive and compete with other schools. In this research, different research methods, both quantitative and qualitative, are used to describe the realities of the area. The results obtained from the results of the SWOT analysis give an IFE value of 3.43, while an EFE value of 3.56. Therefore, the IE matrix of Nurul Islam Vocational School, several development strategies and solutions show that the SWOT matrix of Nurul Islam Vocational School is located in quadrant I. Vocational High School entrance fees are affordable is the second-choice alternative for parents if their child is not accepted at public high school as an effort to make it easier for student parents to choose a school.

Abstract

In competition in the industrial world, making quality products is mandatory for companies. The quality of the goods produced must be able to meet consumer desires. The company must also ensure that the production process runs well to produce quality products with an efficient process. This company is a subsidiary of Olympic Grub which is engaged in the manufacture of household furniture with the olymplast brand. the quality control implemented by the company is still not optimal, this is evidenced by the existence of product defects during the production process. Therefore, an analysis was carried out using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method with the aim of knowing the priority of disability problems for further repairs and the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method to get to the root causes that influence the occurrence of defects. From the results of the study it was found that there were types of defects including short, shinkmark, flowmark, and bending with a total of 415 defects. Based on the results of the calculation of the RPN value, the highest value was found for the type of shinemark defect so that it became a top priority in carrying out repairs. Based on this analysis, a search for the root of the problem was carried out using the FTA method, where it was found that there were 3 basic events including operators who did not understand SOPs, machine technology that had not been optimized and various raw materials for making tables where each was classified into 2 root causes for Next, a draft improvement proposal is carried out. Among them are providing machine setting training activities to all production employees, making written SOP, conducting trial errors, checking materials and completeness of tools before the production process.
