Abstract

Inconsistencies and differences clothes-folding methods are often a major problem in the military. Everyone has thier method to fold and their method is still traditional. Besides, the neatness of the clothes in the military is emphasized. This method certainly took up their time and energy then the folding was different to each other. To solve this problem, a simulation machine is made to fold the clothes automatically. This system works using Finite State Automa type Non-Deterministic Finite Automata. Finite State Automata are used because they are simple and do not require storage space. The result of this research is a design of an automatic clothes-folding that can be implemented properly and correctly for UNHAN RI’s students. This automatic clothes-folding has succeeded to create consistent folds even though user tried with different clothes.

Abstract

Terapi intravena adalah prosedur medis yang menggunakan jarum untuk menggantikan cairan atau menyuntikkan obat ke dalam pembuluh darah. Namun kenyataan di lapangan, umumnya pemantauan infus dilakukan secara manual, yang seringkali menimbulkan masalah seperti infus habis tanpa sepengetahuan perawat. Dalam penelitian ini, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) untuk pemantauan infus dari jarak jauh dan sejumlah komponen, termasuk sensor load cell, Optocoupler, Webcam, dan Arduino Uno sebagai pengendali utama, serta modul NodeMCU ESP32 yang digunakan untuk menghubungkan sistem ke internet, sehingga data pemantauan dapat diakses melalui server dengan komunikasi serial dan protokol MQTT secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sensor berkinerja baik, dengan tingkat akurasi sekitar 80% dalam pengujian. Data pemantauan infus dan kontrol pasien dapat diakses melalui aplikasi Android, memungkinkan pemantauan yang lebih efisien. Dengan teknologi ini, perawat dapat memantau infus dari jarak jauh, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas perawatan dan keselamatan pasien secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Baru-baru ini, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan merancang sebuah kebijakan, yaitu program MBKM atau yang biasa disebut dengan "merdeka belajar kampus merdeka". Kebijakan ini dinilai relevan dan tepat di era demokrasi saat ini. Banyak manfaat dari program MBKM ini, seperti membantu mahasiswa S1 memiliki kemampuan yang baik dan siap kerja dengan memiliki softskill dan hardskill yang relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman, juga dapat bersaing di dunia internasional dan juga agar mahasiswa yang memiliki kompetensi dengan lulusannya dapat menjadi pemimpin di masa depan dan memiliki kepribadian yang baik, oleh karena itu informasi yang disebarkan harus tersampaikan ke mahasiswa secara detail, oleh karena itu kami melakukan pengembangan dengan membuat sebuah chatbot untuk memberikan informasi yang mendukung, dalam pembuatan chatbot ini kami menggunakan beberapa proses antara lain pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, pengolahan data, pemodelan aplikasi, proses deployment dan proses evaluasi. Kelebihan dari aplikasi yang kami buat yaitu terdapat program kampus mandiri dari beberapa kementerian yaitu Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud), Kementerian Sosial (Kemensos), dan Kementerian BUMN. Selain itu, tampilan website kami sangat user friendly sehingga memudahkan rekan-rekan mahasiswa untuk menggunakannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguraikan implementasi digitalisasi sistem informasi desa menggunakan OpenSID dengan pendekatan metode prototyping. Sistem informasi desa merupakan alat yang penting untuk meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan pelayanan di tingkat pemerintahan desa. Metode prototyping dipilih sebagai pendekatan untuk mengembangkan sistem ini karena memungkinkan pengembang dan pemangku kepentingan untuk berkolaborasi dalam pengembangan sistem yang lebih interaktif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan desa. Penelitian ini mencakup tahap-tahap pengembangan sistem informasi desa, termasuk analisis kebutuhan, perancangan prototipe awal, implementasi, dan evaluasi. OpenSID, sebuah perangkat lunak sumber terbuka yang dirancang khusus untuk keperluan administrasi desa, digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem. Selama tahap analisis kebutuhan, dilakukan survei untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan kunci pemangku kepentingan seperti pemerintah desa, masyarakat, dan lembaga terkait. Pendekatan prototyping memungkinkan pengembang untuk merancang prototipe awal sistem yang dapat diuji oleh pemangku kepentingan untuk mengumpulkan umpan balik. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi sistem informasi desa dengan OpenSID dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas data, mempermudah pelaporan kegiatan desa, dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan administrasi desa. Selain itu, pendekatan prototyping memungkinkan penyesuaian berkelanjutan berdasarkan masukan dari pemangku kepentingan, yang penting untuk menjaga relevansi sistem seiring berjalannya waktu. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana digitalisasi sistem informasi desa dengan metode prototyping dapat meningkatkan pelayanan publik di tingkat desa dan mengatasi tantangan administratif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi pemerintah desa dan pengembang perangkat lunak dalam upaya mereka untuk meningkatkan tata kelola desa dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Companies are required to work more effectively and efficiently due to increasingly tight company competition. If employee performance increases, the quality of the company will also increase. One form of motivation and appreciation from the company is providing performance appraisals for employees. By having employees who excel and have high loyalty to the company, the company can develop and progress rapidly. By selecting the best employees you can improve employee performance. Therefore, standardization or criteria for assessing employee performance. In oil palm plantations there are positions or job positions which are determined based on the age and productivity of the employee, because this work requires a lot of energy. This research is to develop a SPK which is expected to provide an accurate decision, and based on agreed criteria by combining two methods, namely where the AHP calculates the level of importance of the weights for each criterion and sub-criteria. Furthermore, the MOORA method functions to rank by comparing the value of each criterion for each alternative. By assessing employee performance, employee performance can be motivated and appreciated so that it can improve the quality of employee work. This research uses 7 assessment criteria using 25 employee data, so that it gets the largest optimization value, namely 10.2065 with rank 1 aged 53 years and A24 gets the smallest optimization, namely 5.7236 with rank 25 aged 36 years.

Abstract

Operational activities at the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) produce various files or documents or reports or archives every year. The problem facing institutions is that the number of these reports will continue to increase over time. The management of these files has been carried out digitally using various types of information technology. The focus of information technology is not only being able to store files but also being able to find them again, so this research was conducted to optimize the performance of the search feature on file management information systems. This optimization is carried out by applying the Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) Algorithm. The research stage is to design an algorithm for the system, build an application based on the design that has been carried out, prepare the data to be tested, and carry out testing. This research has resulted in a prototype LAZ file search. The results of testing this prototype is that the KMP Algorithm has no significant impact on search than the usual SQL Query on PHP. The test results show that the search time for files in all folders only increases by 0.095%, and the search time for files in one folder increases only by 0.007%.

Abstract

The Klungkung Regency Land Office (Kantah Klungkung) is responsible for fifteen (15) main activities and focuses on tasks related to land services. There are only 23 Functional Officials out of the 127 people needed based on agency workload analysis. Apart from that, data from each section cannot be utilized properly because the system is not yet integrated. As a result, to ensure sustainable IS/IT growth in Kantah Klungkung and support the implementation of the Integrity Zone, a strategic plan for information systems is needed. This study chose Ward and Peppard's framework because they have adequate tools, are flexible, and can be used with existing business process strategic plans. Through the IFAS and EFAS questionnaires, four components of SWOT analysis were found. According to the results of internal SWOT analysis and external analysis of the business environment with Value Chain. As a result, with a SWOT quadrant score on the x-axis of 0.76 and the y-axis of 0.61, the company has the ability to maximize existing strengths and opportunities. This research produces a map of application requirements, recommendations for infrastructure improvements, and the number of workers needed by IS/IT managers over five years.

Abstract

Limited knowledge Diseases and medical conditions are constantly evolving, and sometimes physicians may not update their knowledge of recent changes in ICD-10 (International Statistical Classification of Diseases) code classifications or other coding systems in use. This may lead to errors or discrepancies in code assignment, the aim of which is to provide global standards in the documentation and reporting of health events. The ICD coding system is essential in the healthcare field because it allows medical professionals to effectively record, analyze, analyze patient data, as well as create global epidemiological statistics. Based on research, creating solutions to problems that occur. Therefore, researchers created an information system with the aim of making it easier for medical records officers to record and determine the 5 major diseases which will later be reported to the Head of Medical Records, such as manual searches, increasing officer workload, and entering data into Microsoft Excel to create a list. the top three diseases are still a long process two of the many drawbacks of indexing. The method proposed to overcome this problem is to apply the development method with Agile Software Development by involving key stakeholders. The features that can be implemented in this software include forms for collecting patient data. This system helps in efficient management of medical files by facilitating simple access to patient data and reducing the chances of human error and loss of information.   Keywords: Information system design; medical record reporting; software development using the Agile Software Development method

Abstract

An international conference is an event that involves researchers from around the world. This will certainly provide a broader view of the knowledge gained. Problems with the information system managed by the organizer. This problem will certainly hamper the productivity of the organizers. Therefore, the focus of this development is to provide convenience for organizers in conducting conference management that is being held. The method used in this research is waterfall using 4 stages, namely analysis, design, coding, and testing.  The selection of the waterfall method is because the stages in the waterfall are systematic in sequence. This certainly makes it easy for developers to create information systems. The results of this development resulted in an application entitled International Conference State University of Malang "ICON-UM". Based on the results of black-box testing, it is interpreted that all functions developed run optimally. This system can be a recommendation for international conference organizers.

Abstract

Campus assets are a means of supporting performance to support attracting interest and supporting student teaching and learning activities. The assets of an organization must be well managed so that they can operate effectively and efficiently so that they can deliver high benefits. So far, the asset management system at USN Kolaka Campus B still uses Microsoft Excel to manage assets for asset data collection and special notebooks for borrowing assets, which creates difficulties when controlling assets that are easily moved (means) such as infocus, printers, chairs and others. The use of this facility requires asset tracking and good supervision if a facility is in poor condition or even damaged, so a system is needed that can carry out asset management as well as provide asset lending services. This system uses the CodeIgniter and Boostrap framework so that the use of program code is simple, safe and responsive to various screen sizes. The performance of this system controls assets when the asset location is moved, whether through borrowing, permanent transfer, or a change in physical condition (good or damaged). This can be used as a reference by the Asset Technical Implementer (UPT) so that asset management can run effectively and efficiently. The measure of system feasibility was calculated using a Likert scale obtained from the results in questionnaire with 12 respondents. The calculations are carried out taking into account 3 aspects, namely information quality, system quality and service quality. The measurement results of the three aspects are of a usability value of 87%, so the system that was built obtains the title of very feasible.
