<![CDATA[Abstrak - Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh traksi manual cervical pada nyeri leherakibat disc migration. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel pasien rawat jalan di RumahSakit Pondok Indah. Pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai dari bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Agustus2013. Metode penelitian bersifat Quasi eksperimental untuk mengetahui efek suatu intervensi atauperlakuan pada objek penelitian, Dengan kata lain ada intervensi terhadap suatu variabel dan adamonitoring perubahan efek. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Wilcoxon dan ujiMann-Whytney menggunakan program Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS 10.0) untukmelihat efek perlakuan terhadap objek penelitian. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa traksi manualcervical berpengaruh pada penurunan intensitas nyeri leher akibat disc migration. Dengan demikianteknik ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu metode fisioterapi dalam pengobatan disc migration.Berdasarkan kesimpulan di atas diharapkan agar fisioterapis khususnya yang bertugas di RumahSakit atau Klinik untuk selalu berusaha membuka wawasan berfikir dalam mempelajari danmengembangkan metode - metode pengobatan yang efektif dan efisien seperti penerapan traksimanual cervical pada nyeri leher akibat disc migration.Kata Kunci: Traksi Manual, Nyeri Leher, Disc Migration]]>

<![CDATA[Park and ride merupakan sarana parkir yang menunjang bus Transjakarta dan dibuat untuk tujuan menarik minat pengguna kendaraan pribadi agar beralih ke transportasi masal sehingga dapat mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi di dalam kota. Kepuasan para pengguna merupakan ukuran dari kelayakan dan keberhasilan park and ride yang dibuat serta dijalankan oleh pemerintah DKI Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan kepuasan konsumen terhadap fasilitas park and ride yang disediakan oleh pemerintah DKI Jakarta sebagai penunjang sarana transportasi umum di Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner ke pengguna park and ride dan wawancara singkat. <![CDATA[Good accounting information system is information system that can generate accurate, on time and reliable information for management decision making. The use of database to keep the financial transaction and operasional transaction data must be integrated. Integrated database will avoid redundant data and keep the currency of data. Single database in each division will be time consuming, expensive and will cause inconsistency of data. This will be the disadvantage for the company to compete. PT SIG is the company operating in freight forwarding industry. One of the main responsibility is to manage the delivery of package from one place to another place all over the world and to manage all documents related to the shipping. The management of documents in this industry is very complex, therefore the need to handle the documents in the efficient, complete, fast and zero errror is the prime need of the management. The documents distributed in this industry are complex. The shipment of the package can be performed if the whole documents are complete. Unfortunatelly, the company can not manage its documents efficiently and effectively. Documents are manually generated and also manually distributed. The analysis in this research is the modelling process analyis that will become the basis for the designing of the system. Modelling process used in this research is Data Flow Diagram. The analysis of Information System of PT SIG is capable of giving some recomendation to solve the company problem in getting data accuratelly,on time and also to give the best service to the customer The reliable accounting information system is the system that can generate accurate, on time and reliable information for management decision making and to serve customer in a better way.Keyword : analysis information system, proces modelling, data flow diagram]]>

<![CDATA[a lot of students have difficulty in Math. Every semester there are always students who get D or E for Math. It makes low average score and the students who get E or IP<2,00 are dropped out. The lecturer must have many methods to help them. The Derive Program of Window software can help the students to increase their motivation. The functions of Derive Program are like a calculator. The subjects depend on the needs of the Department. For Civil Engineering needs the subject of Matrix, Determinant, Equation, Graphs, Derivative, and Integral. The result of average Math score of Derive Program is better than the Theory. The motivation of students has increased and students have enjoyed, have fun and spirit, and are more interested to solve problems in Math.Keywords: learning; motivation; derive program]]>

Therefore the role of physiotherapy is very important in optimizing the motion and function in patients with post op reconstruction Anterior Cruciate Ligament sinistra Grade III due to Rupture. Physiotherapy may begin on the first day after reconstruction, the exercises being performed depending on the phases based on the day after reconstruction of the Anterior Cruciate Ligament rupture are performed.Based on the above explanation, the authors raised cases after reconstruction of Anterior Cruciate Ligament rupture as the final task implementation. <![CDATA[AbstractThis research has been prepared for the purpose of reviewing the impact of the quality ofservices provided by ATM on one of the largest private bank in Indonesia on customer loyalty. Inthis case the quality of the service will be tested at one of the ATM Bank the largest private bank inIndonesia which consists of quality information and quality on customer loyalty ATM system onone of the largest private bank in Indonesia which is mediated by customer satisfaction. T-countvalue obtained from Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) for all variables showed that all thequestions are included in all variables statistically significant. The coefficient of Goodness of Fitmeets the requirements of the suitability of a model, it can be concluded that in general, the modelobtained has a good level of compatibility. ATM service quality has a statistically significantpositive relationship with customer loyalty. Satisfaction with the quality of the information contentof ATM and satisfaction with the performance of the ATM system did in fact have a positiverelationship with customer satisfaction. Variable satisfaction statistically significant influenced bytwo independent variables, namely variable quality and Quality Information System. Satisfactionwill impact on the confidence of customers to use ATMs that will appear on the ATM customerloyalty to the Bank. <![CDATA[Enterotoxin Escherichia coli resistant to antibiotics on broiler. The used of antibiotics should be re-evaluated, as well as over Escherichia coli enterotoxin. Plants meniran (Phyllanthus niruri Linn) is a plant that can be used as an alternative prevention and treatment of diseases caused by Escherichia coli enterotoxin. In this research, broilers at the age of 23 days were divided into six groups. Two groups are positive control was infected by Escherichia coli and negative control was not infected by Escherichia coli. Three groups are extract of Phyllanthus niruri Linn. plant that variety in three dosage: 20%, 25%, 30% and antibiotic. After five days treatment the broiler was to take the sample of blood tissue. The data were tested with Annova and continued by Duncan multiple range test. There was a significant difference of immunomodulation activity between treatment group doses 30% has been able to decrease lymphocyte on blood.
