Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Analisis Sistem Pelayanan Rekam Medis di RSUP Dr. Kariadi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, untuk mengetahui gambaran secara jelas mengenai masalah-masalah yang diteliti. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi.            Hasil Penelitian ini Menunjukan bahwa RSUP Dr. Kariadi sudah mempunyai Standar Operasional Pelayanan tertulis tentang pelayanan dan Pengelolaan Rekam Medis berdasarkan surat keputusan Direktur RSUP Dr. Kariadi. Kepatuhan para petugas medis dalam hal ini para dokter penanggung jawab masih kurang dikarenakan kesibukannya, sehingga masih ada yang belum mengisi secara lengkap dokumen rekam medis, masih ada yang terlewat atau terlupa dalam mengisi, misalnya, tanda tangan, tanggal, jam dan diagnose yang lengkap dikarenakan tulisan yang kurang terbaca. Hal tersebut masih harus terus diingatkan oleh petugas rekam medis yang bertugas di ruangan rawat inap, dalam hal ini adalah Penanggung Jawab Rekam Medis (PJRM).            Masih kurangnya komputer bagi PJRM, serta ruangan penyimpanan dokumen yang masih terbatas masih menjadi kendala, PJRM harus menunggu giliran dalam menggunakan computer memasukan data, menganalisa, melakukan koding, di ruang perawatan. Begitu juga tempat menyimpan dokumen yang masih kurang dikarenakan rekam medis masih manual, dan jumlah pasien yang semakin hari bertambah banyak.Kata kunci; Rekam medis, pelayanan bermutu,  dokumen rekam medis

Abstract

Abstract - After 1998 financial crisis, the growth of Indonesian manufactures sector had been dominated bythe technology intensive- tools and machinery sub sector. The development of tools and machinery sub-sectorshould have increased the demand for skilled and specific labors namely vocational high school (VHS)graduates. Nevertheless, the VHS graduates’ roles had relatively been reduced. Despite they have betteropportunities to develop their career in the long term, they are less likely to achieve supervisory or higher careerlevel because the diploma or undergraduates workers most likely occupy the level. One of the main factorsbehind their lower career level prospects is due to rare opportunities to upgrade their skills through further Onthe Job Training in the shop floor. Coincidently, this arguably happened due to the declining position ofIndonesian tools and machinery industry within global value chain from previously export oriented to domesticmarket oriented. Therefore, the existing technology transfer relatively hardly needs sophisticated skills whichconsequently could be delivered by less skilled workers such as general high school (GHS) graduates.

Abstract

Regional General Hospital City X is the only government-owned hospitals of city X, had some visionincluding provide excellent service quality plenary to the whole society. Net Promoter Score (NPS) is atool and concept of customer satisfaction, which through NPS companies can see their performanceaccording to the customer's perspective. This study aimed to obtain consumer profiles and identifystrengths and weaknesses in the service of the Regional General Hospital City X based on the perceptionof consumers. This study used a quantitative approach with survey method. Data captured in one shootmeasurement from August until September 2015. Instruments used in the form of a questionnaire. Theresearch subjects were patients/families undergoing outpatient treatment or hospitalization in sometreatment rooms of the Regional General Hospital City X. The total sample was 442 persons, calculatedusing the Slovin formula with alpha 0.05. The analysis was univariate analysis. The final resultsshowed the profile of patients/families mostly as consumers detractors (45.2%) than consumers promoters(19.7%), where the value indicated by the NPS better perception of inpatients than outpatients.Weakness in outpatient services is a long queue system and the limited facilities, whereas in inpatientfacilities are limited and hygiene problems. City Hospital X strength in providing services is thefriendliness of its officers (doctors, nurses, administration).Keywords: net promoter score, consumer profile, hospital service

Abstract

Sodium-montmorillonite (Na+-MMT) was intercalation modified with octadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (OTAB) in aqueous suspension via an ion exchange mechanism. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) study indicates that OTAB is successfully intercalated into Na+-MMT layers and/or adsorbed on the surface of Na+-MMT. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed that the interlayer spacing of the Na+-MMT was extended with the content of OTAB increasing, and the maximum spacing can reach about 3.80 nm. Results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis reveals the morphologies change from spherical-like particles to high-aspect ratio flakes after modification. Different configurations of OTA+ chains within MMT interlayer are proposed based on the above analysis. The results of contact angle and the dispersion analysis show that the surface wettability of Na+-MMT is converted from hydrophilic to organophilic.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Indonesian agricultural has big potential to developed, but in fact most of our farmers are stillmany who are categorized as poor. Looking at Taiwan 's success in fostering innovation and empoweragricultural resources , much can be learned in a production system . The policy implemented by the Ministry ofagriculture and all stakeholders in Taiwan. For future prospects Indonesia, as applicable steps and futureprospects, which should be applied in the rice production system in Indonesia such as maximizing theproduction of rice, with a maximum cost. Self-sufficiency for rice as staple food is main agenda for government, with expanding farmers rice fields in several potential areas and supported by the principle of conservationprinciples. Distribution of development agriculture particularly rice, should be offset consistent development ofintegrated technologies . Abstract

Media sosial telah menjadi kekuatan baru dalam pembentukan ranah publik dewasa ini. Dibandingkan media konvensional, media sosial memiliki potensi yang lebih besar dalam produksi dan persebaran informasi secara lebih egaliter. Dengan kemampuan demikian, media sosial tentunya dapat berperan dalam penguatan demokratisasi dengan mengemansipasi publik untuk mengakses ranah publik. Melalui analisis terhadap ranah publik yang terbentuk, kita dapat melihat dengan jernih relasi antara media sosial dengan demokratisasi. Untuk keperluan tersebut tulisan ini mengadopsi konsepsi ranah publik Jurgen Habermas dan konsepsi korupsi ranah publik Mark E. Warren. Mengikuti Habermas, dalam menganalisis ranah publik kita harus memperhatikan dimensi komunikasi politik sekaligus ekonomi politik. Dalam hal ini, proses inklusi dan eksklusi di ranah publik juga harus diperhatikan agar kita dapat menilai apakah ranah publik kita koruptif atau tidak. Kata kunci: media sosial, media konvensional, demokratisasi, ranah publik, korupsi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKetepatan waktu pengembalian Berkas Rekam Medis (BRM) di suatu rumah sakit merupakan salah satu unsur yang mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja unit rekam medis. Berdasarkan SPO di RS X Bogor dan Peraturan Pemerintah yang berlaku, standar waktu pengembalian adalah 2x24 jam setelah pasien pulang. Pada periode Desember 2017-Februari 2018 diketahui persentase pengembalian berkas rekam medis dalam jangka waktu >2x24 jam sebesar 65,54%. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap ketidaktepatan waktu pengembalian BRM di unit rawat inap. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data secara wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penggalian informasi yang didapatkan, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan pengembalian BRM di RS X Bogor ialah keterbatasan jumlah petugas pelaksana, jarak antar gedung pelayanan rawat inap dan ruang rekam medis yang cukup jauh, serta belum adanya sosialisasi SPO secara memadai. Agar kegiatan pelayanan unit rekam medis dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien, perlu dilakukan upaya pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap pengembalian BRM secara berkala. Kata kunci: Berkas Rekam Medis, Pengembalian, Unit Rawat Inap ABSTRACTThe timeliness of returning medical record files (MR) in a hospital is an element that influences the quality of medical record unit performance. Based on the SOP at the Bogor X Hospital and the Government Regulation, the standard of MR return time is 2x24 hours after the patient returns. In December 2017-February 2018, the percentage of medical record files returned on > 2x24 hours is 65.54%. So this study aims to determine the factors that influence the timeliness of the MR’s return in the inpatient unit. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in depth interviews, observation and document review. As the results, the factors that influence the delay in returning BRM at the Bogor X Hospital are the limited number of staff, the distance between buildings inpatient services and medical record unit, and the lack of socialization of SOP. In order to increase effectiveness and efficiency of medical record unit services, it is necessary to periodically do monitoring and evaluating MR returns.Keywords: Medical Record, Returning, Inpatient Unit

Abstract

Abstract: As the numbers of Internet users increase, the trend of online transactions also increase. E- marketing is one of a selling strategy using social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Whatsapp, BBM and LinkedIn. The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of E-Marketing to the shopping behavior of respondents. Data were obtained from questionnaires given to 100 student respondents of Indonesian vocational education. The analytical method used in this research is the t test and F test using SPSS 17. Based on results of the study it is found that three factors affected shopping behavior of these respondents through their online transaction via social media, namely accessibility, currency and interactivity. All e-marketing variables influenced the behavior of consumers. However, there are also some e-marketing variables affecting shopping behavior of respondents in different factors. From the cultural factor, shopping behavior is influenced by the accessibility and currency variables, while an effected variable linked to personal factors is accessibility alone. For psychological factors, the only effecting variable is interactivity. But overall e-marketing variables affected the shopping behavior of respondents.Keywords: Consumer behavior, E-marketing, Online shop, Social media, Shopping, Qualification

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berkembang begitu pesat dari tahun ke tahun telah menimbulkan kewajiban perpajakan bagi pelaku usaha tersebut. Untuk membantu Wajib Pajak UMKM pemerintah pada tahun 2013 telah mengeluarkan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) nomor 46. Setelah beberapa tahun dilaksanakan kini pemerintah telah mengeluarkan penyempurnaan dari peraturan tersebut yakni dengan mengeluarkan PP No. 23 Tahun 2018. Peraturan ini dikeluarkan untuk memberikan keringanan tarif bagi para pelaku usaha UMKM. Namun  PP yang disahkan pada pertengahan tahun 2018 ini dirasakan masih kurang sosialisasi kepada para wajib pajak. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemahaman para wajib pajak terkait implementasi aturan tersebut.Kata kunci: Pajak, UMKM, Peraturan Pemerintah, Implementasi dan Sosialisasi

Abstract

Dengan berkembangnya trend masyarakat mengenai kebutuhan akan minimum yang menyehatkan, mendorong produsen minuman menjawab trend tersebut dengan mengeluarkan produk baru, dimana didalam peluncuran produk baru tersebut selain mengenalkan produk baru produsen juga sekaligus ingin menciptakan ekuitas merek yang kuat. Oleh sebab itu, produsen menggunakan perluasan merek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh perluasan merek terhadap citra merek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis eksplanasi dan regresi linier berganda, instrumen yang peneliti gunakan adalah kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa satu dari lima dimensi yaitu : perceived quality, secara signifikan mempengaruhi citra merek, sedangkan keempat dimensi lainnya tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa perluasan merek mempengaruhi citra merek sebesar 59.7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40.3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata kunci : Perluasan merek, Citra merek, regresi berganda
