Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar permainan sepakbola kelas X melalui strategi pendekatan interaktif untuk di SMA Arinda Palembang. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitin ini dilakukan di SMA Arinda Palembang, dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa Kelas IV tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 22 siswa, yang terdiri dari 14 laki-laki dan 12 perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi mengenai pendekatan pembelajaran interaktif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dengan cara menarik kesimpulan dari berbagai data yang sudah dikumpulkan. Analisis data kuantitatif sederhana juga dilakukan untuk menemukan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa. Pada hasil pra siklus ketuntasan belajar siswa adalah 45%, pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan menjadi 73%, dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan menjadi 91%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran interaktif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PJOK materi perkaalian di kelas X di SMA Arinda Palembang.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) atau classroom action research. Subyek penelitian ini melibatkan partisipasi peserta didik kelas XI Akuntansi A SMK N 1 Singaraja yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik, terdiri dari 5 peserta didik putra dan 31 peserta didik putri. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan siklus dengan model penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus, dengan masing-masing siklus terdiri atas 2 (dua) kali pertemuan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data hasil belajar yang digunakan untuk melakukan observasi hasil belajar yaitu dengan menggunakan penilaian hasil belajar (assesment). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbasis IT dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah pada materi bolavoli untuk peserta didik.

Abstract

PJOK learning motion tasks encourage students to learn to move and learn through movement in fun situations. The absence of game-based shot put material movement assignments for junior high school students prompted this development research to be carried out. Using the ADDIE model, this article focuses on discussing two stages, namely the design stage and the development stage. Game-based shot put material motion tasks are designed at easy, medium and hard difficulty levels. The research instrument consists of validation sheets from content experts and PJOK practitioners. Data analysis was carried out descriptively quantitative-qualitatively. The results of the research showed that the PJOK content expert's validation score reached 71, and the PJOK practitioner's score reached 72 from a maximum score of 75. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was concluded that the game-based shot put material movement assignment for junior high school students was included in the very good category and met the criteria in accordance with curriculum, ensuring adequacy of movement, the presence of internalized character elements and ensuring the security and safety of students. It is recommended that PJOK SMP teachers can implement game-based shot put material motion tasks for SMP students.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the system of building performance on the Porprov futsal team daughter of the year 2021 district of Sidoarjo. The population in this study is the builder, manager, coach and 17 players of the Porprov futsal team daughter Sidoarjo district. The method used in this research is a survey with a type of qualitative research descriptive approach. Data collection methods in this study with interviews, observations and documentation are then analyzed using millies and huberman models in moleong. The results of this study show that the construction system of the porprov futsal team of the daughter of Sidoarjo district can already be categorized well according to the results of the observation indicators already carried out by the researchers. Among them are: 1. The system of implementation of the construction of the Porprov Futsal Team Princess District of Sidoarjo by starting to recruit players as talent scouting to the schools in Siroarjo as well as the girls' futsal clubs in Sinoarjo to see the seeds of athletes. 2. The organizational structure implemented in the Porprov Futsal Team Princess District of Sidoarjo has been formed itself ranging from the head coach, assistant, goal coach, massage, and sponsor manager all have their respective responsibilities and duties. 3. The training program applied in the construction of futsal sports on the Porprov Futsal Team Princess Sidoarjo district according to his headcoach always perform evaluation and more emphasizing physical than each of his players. to improve the mentality and skill of his team more hold tests. Recommendation to the organization's master to improve training in a consistent manner from an early age, advice to the manager of the Porprov futsal daughter team of Sidoarjo district to maintain good cooperative relations with various parties, advice for athletes to better maintain consistency in practice and advice to coaches to improve understanding to the entire player of the team of Porprov Futsal girl Sidoarjo district.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Junior Weight Vest training, Junior Weight Vest training with additional weights, and Junior Weight Vest training with additional weights is more effective than Junior Weight Vest training in increasing crawl style swimming speed. The study used a pseudo-experimental research design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. 40 Denpasar City swimming athletes chose as the research subjects were divided into 3 groups; experimental group 1 with Junior Weight Vest training, experimental group 2 with Junior Weight Vest training with additional weights, and conventional training control group. The data obtained in the form of crawl swimming style speed which was then calculated the gain score value and tested the hypothesis. The results showed that Junior Weight Vest training and Junior Weight Vest training with additional weights increased crawl style swimming speed significantly, and Junior Weight Vest training with additional weights was more effective in increasing the crawl style swimming speed of Denpasar City athletes than Junior Weight Vest training.

Abstract

This study aims to develop digital-based teaching materials on basic freestyle swimming techniques in PJOK learning for class XI students of public higt school 1 Mengwi. The type of research used in this study is a type of development research using the ADDIE model. Development products are validated by learning content/material experts, learning design experts, learning media experts, and field practitioner experts. The product trial subjects of this study were individual trials by 3 students, small group trials by 7 students, and large group trials by 38 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the feasibility test research, the percentage results of the learning content/material expert test was 95.6% very well qualified, the learning design expert test was 92.9% very well qualified, the learning media expert test was 92.2% very well qualified, the field practitioner expert test was 92.5% very well qualified. So that based on the feasibility test, it is very feasible to test the product. Product trials obtained results from individual trials of 85.9% qualified as good, small group trials of 89.0% qualified as good, and large group trials of 90.2% qualified as very good and suitable for use. The product developed in the form of digital-based teaching materials on basic freestyle swimming techniques in PJOK learning is very feasible to use for class XI students as a learning resource. Suggestions to teachers to make innovation as a basis for developing teaching materials that can increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

In university courses, particularly table tennis classes, this digital teaching material is essential to support the optimal execution of the learning process. This study aims to develop Android-based digital teaching materials focused on the push technique in table tennis. The research adopts a development study approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The developed product underwent validation by experts in content, instructional design, educational media, and field practice. The product testing included individual trials with three students, small group trials with six students, and large group trials with twenty-four students. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of the study showed that the content expert validation yielded a score of 98%, categorized as good, the instructional design expert validation scored 96%, categorized as very good, the educational media expert validation scored 90%, categorized as very good, the field practitioner expert validation scored 93%, categorized as very good, the individual trials scored 96%, categorized as good, the small group trials scored 98%, categorized as good, and the large group trials scored 92%, categorized as very good. Therefore, the developed product, an Android-based digital teaching material on the push technique in table tennis, serves as a learning resource that can enhance the quality of learning during the instructional process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Indeks Massa Tubuh dan kemampuan Daya Tahan Kardiovaskular atlet bulutangkis PB.Bullbadm. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survei. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes Multi fitness test (MFT) dan pengukuran berat dan tinggi badan. teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik deskriptif presentase. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Indeks Massa Tubuh atlet bulutangkis PB.Bullbadm yaitu, kurus tingkat berat berjumlah 4 orang (20%), kurus tingkat ringan 7 orang (35%), Normal atau Ideal 5 orang (25%) dan gemuk tingkat ringan 4 orang (20%). Dan untuk daya tahan kardiovaskular, 11 orang atlet laki-laki berada pada kategori kurang sekali (55%), kurang 6 orang (30%) dan cukup 1 orang (5%). Selanjutnya untuk atlet perempuan kategori kurang sekali 1 orang (5%), dan cukup 1 orang (5%). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Indeks Massa Tubuh atlet PB.Bullbadm berada pada kategori kurus tingkat ringan, dan Daya Tahan Kardiovaskular berada pada kategori kurang sekali. Oleh karena itu, pelatih diharapkan mampu menerapkan program latihan yang dapat mengarah pada peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskular dan pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi atlet.

Abstract

Belajar adalah proses interaksi antara individu dengan lingkungannya yang ditunjukkan dari perubahan perilaku dari siswa baik dalam aspek pengetahuan, sikap maupun keterampilan. Salah satu teori yang digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana siswa belajar adalah teori kognitif social Albert Bandura. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana teori kognitif social Bandura serta implementasinya dalam pendidikan jasmani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji dokumen seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian dan artikel terkait teori kognitif sosial. Hasil penelaahan menunjukkan bahwa teori kognitif sosial Albert Bandura memiliki dampak signifikan dalam pendidikan jasmani. Dalam implementasinya, pendidik perlu mengintegrasikan tahapan pembelajaran observasional sepert perhatian, retensi, reproduksi dan motivasi. Guru juga perlu memberikan penguatan (reinforcement) baik postif maupun negative serta memperhatikan dan meningkatkan self-efficacy yang dimiliki siswa. Implementasi teori kognitif sosial dalam pendidikan jasmani bukan hanya meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dan hasil belajar tetapi juga memberikan pengaruh pada aspek sosial dan psikologis siswa.

Abstract

Dalam menunjang teknik maupun taktik dalam cabang olahraga pencak silat maka diperlukannya kondisi fisik yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang diterapkan ialah metode survei dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 atlet pencak silat Bali dan 3 pelatih tim pencak silat Bali. Berdasarkan hasil tes kondisi tahap 1 yang di kategorikan cukup dan kurang sekali sehingga pada tes kondisi fisik tahap 2 terdapat kenaikan grafik yang hasilnya dikatakan sangat baik. Peneliti menganalisis hasil tes tersebut dan dapat disimpulkan dari hasil tes kondisi fisik atlet pencak silat Bali pada PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024 dari lima belas item tes yang diteliti penulis terdapat beberapa tes yang masih belum mendapatkan hasil memuaskan antara lain, Kekuatan Otot Bahu dan Lengan,Keseimbangan dan Daya Tahan Kardiovaskuler (MFT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik atlet pencak silat Bali pada PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024. Sehingga dapat dievaluasi dari hasil tes fisik yang telah dicapai atlet pencak silat Bali pada PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024 hasil tes yang masih belum memuaskan dapat ditingkatkan dengan latihan yang disiplin, konsisten serta intensif sehingga dapat menghasilkan prestasi yang tentunya lebih baik dan dapat meraih prestasi yang lebih tinggi untuk PON Bali kedepannya.
