The digital economic transformation in Indonesia has brought significant changes in the dynamics of the labor market. Technological developments, such as automation, artificial intelligence, and digital platforms, create new opportunities as well as challenges for the workforce. On the one hand, the digital economy opens up new jobs in the information technology, e-commerce, and platform-based services sectors. On the other hand, this shift also has the potential to reduce the demand for labor in traditional sectors that have not been digitized. This study analyzes the impact of the digital economy on employment in Indonesia by highlighting changes in skill needs, new job opportunities, and the risk of digital inequality. The results of the study show that adaptation to digital technology and improving the quality of human resources are the main keys to utilizing the potential of the digital economy. Therefore, collaboration between the government, industry players, and educational institutions is needed in developing training programs and policies that support the transformation of a competitive workforce in the digital era.

This research aims to know the mediating role of human resource (HR) strategy in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance at the Balai Monitor SFR Kelas I Surabaya. Amid the shift in human resource management from individual operational efficiency to overall organizational effectiveness, this study evaluates how strategic HR practices influence organizational outcomes. Using a quantitative approach and the population in this study was all employees of the Class I Surabaya Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center, totaling 128 people. Determination of the number of samples was carried out using Isaac's sample determination table and obtained 97 employees. The study employs Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to test hypotheses regarding the direct and indirect relationships between organizational culture, HR strategy, and performance. The findings show that HR strategy significantly mediates the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, underscoring the importance of aligning HR functions with organizational goals. This study provides insights for public sector organizations seeking to improve performance through strategic HR initiatives and highlights the importance of building an adaptive organizational culture. These findings reinforce that organizations that can build a strong, participatory, and results-oriented work culture will create an environment conducive to the development of adaptive and quality HR strategies.

One of the objectives of establishing a School Cooperative is to foster and encourage the growth of awareness and spirit of cooperation and student entrepreneurship. School cooperatives, if run according to their functions and objectives, will clearly have an impact on the growth of students' entrepreneurial spirit, including students of SMAN Depok, Cirebon Regency. This study aims to determine the role of school cooperatives in forming an entrepreneurial spirit in students at SMA Negeri Depok, Cirebon Regency. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The research data sources consist of two sources, namely (1) Primary data sources, and (2) Secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study consist of three types, namely (1) Observation (2) Interviews, and (3) Documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis method used in descriptive qualitative research conducted by researchers is by means of (1) Data reduction (2) Data presentation, and (3) Drawing conclusions. The results of the study obtained are that the role of school cooperative activities in forming an entrepreneurial spirit in students of SMA Negeri Depok, Cirebon Regency is good.

This study aims to determine the extent to which changes in the selling price of oil palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) affect the level of community prosperity in Muara Lingsing Village, Lahat Regency. The background of this research is based on the high dependence of the community on oil palm commodities as the main source of income. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques through surveys, interviews, and documentation. Respondents in this study are oil palm farmers who own at least one hectare of land. Community prosperity is measured through five indicators set by the Central Bureau of Statistics, namely health, education, consumption, housing, and social conditions. The results show that changes in the selling price of FFB have a real influence on community welfare. When prices rise, welfare increases, and conversely when prices fall, welfare decreases. Therefore, local governments are expected to maintain price stability and encourage farmers to have alternative sources of income to reduce economic risk. This study also contributes to understanding the economic dynamics of households in agricultural areas.

This study aims to analyze the impact of team collaboration, training, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Indonesian Aviation Academy (API) Banyuwangi. A quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis was used to examine the relationships between variables through data collection using a questionnaire involving all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at API Banyuwangi as respondents. The results show that job satisfaction and training have a significant impact on employee performance, with relevant training positively enhancing performance. However, the relationship between team collaboration and job satisfaction, as well as between team collaboration and employee performance, did not show significant results. These findings suggest that, although team collaboration plays an important role, other factors such as organizational culture or leadership style might have a greater influence on team outcomes. Based on these results, the recommendation for the organization is to focus on developing training programs that align with employees' needs and to periodically evaluate their effectiveness. Future research is expected to explore other factors that may influence employee performance, particularly related to team collaboration dynamics.

This study is based on the increasing popularity of environmental problems and equal treatment for women, as well as the importance of non-financial information disclosure in improving corporate value. This study will look at the impact of green accounting, environmental performance, and women on boards on firm value in the energy industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2021 and 2023, 84 research data samples were obtained. Multiple linear regression was used to examine the impact of the variables green accounting, environmental performance, and women on board on the value of the company. The findings indicated that while green accounting and having women on board had no discernible impact on firm value, environmental performance did. Although the adoption of green accounting and the presence of women on the board of directors have had a significant impact on raising company value, this research suggests that investors and the general public have greater trust in businesses that perform well in terms of the environment. This study has significant ramifications for businesses looking to improve inclusive governance and increase environmental transparency.

The phenomenon of exchange rate fluctuations and inflation that have continued to occur in the last decade has affected Indonesia's economic stability, especially in the foreign trade sector. This problem is important to study in order to find out how these two variables affect Indonesia's trade balance. This study aims to determine the effect of the rupiah exchange rate and inflation on Indonesia's trade balance for the period 2014–2024. The research method used is quantitative with multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the t-test and F-test. Secondary data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Bank Indonesia, and the Ministry of Trade. The results of the analysis show that partially the rupiah exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on the trade balance, which means that the higher the exchange rate leads to a trade surplus. Meanwhile, inflation does not have a significant effect on the trade balance partially. Simultaneously, the rupiah exchange rate and inflation have a significant effect on the trade balance, which shows that both variables are together relevant in influencing prices and competitiveness in international trade. Therefore, simultaneous analysis of both is very important to understand the economic health of a country.

The Rembang Regency Culture and Tourism Office refers to the government entity that has responsibility for managing administrative affairs in the culture and tourism sector. The main objective of carrying out this study is to examine the impact the impact of employee work discipline, motivational drivers, and the environmental conditions within the workplace on the overall performance of personnel in this agency. The main issue raised focuses regarding the degree to which the three variables collectively indicate a contribution to employee performance. This research framework is structured in a quantitative approach, where the procedure of gathering and compiling information utilizes observation, written questionnaires, and documentation. The analytical methods applied include simple linear regression, calculating the correlation coefficient, t testing, multiple linear regression, determining the coefficient of determination, and F test analysis. Grounded in the context of results of the through examination, it was discovered that both work discipline and motivational factors within the workplace did not show a significant impact regarding Performance, while the Work Environment shows a significant impact. These results illustrate that the quality of the work the surrounding conditions exert a significant influence in supporting the way employees carry out their tasks, which ultimately influences their overall performance outcomes.

Higher education in the contemporary era faces increasingly complex challenges in preparing students to confront a constanly canging world. Higher education is not only demanded to develop academic competence, but is also expected to be capable of building students' social compassion as an integral part of learning. Furthermore, the rapid development of information and communication technology has become a challenge for universities to design comprehensive and student-centered learning innovations. This research aims to analyze implementation flipped learning based on the Paradigm of Reflective Pedagogy (PPR) to improve students’ competence and compassion. This research was a quasi-experiment research. The subject of this research were students participants of Introduction Microeconomics subject in Economics Education study program, Sanata Dharma University of Yogyakarta. Data collected for competence aspect was obtained by using pretest and postest score, and for compassion aspect was using questionnaires. Results of this research show that the implementation flipped learning based on the paradigm of Reflective Pedagogy can improve students’ competence and student’s compassion. This research does not integrated artificial intelligence and has only examined two aspects of PPR (competence and compassion); other aspects such as conscience and commitment have not been studied in this research. Based on these research findings, the Study Program can encourage the integration of flipped learning based on the Paradigm of Reflective Pedagogy (RPP) into the Study Program curriculum, particularly for courses that require comprehensive and holistic competency development, especially in enhancing students' competence and compassion.

Student engagement is a very important component in the teaching and learning process, because this can influence the level of participation, attention and effort made by students in learning activities. With student engagement, the learning process in the classroom can be effective, active and fun. There are several factors that influence student engagement, including the social environment (peer support) and achievement motivation. This research aims to 1) analyze the influence of peer support on student engagement, 2) analyze the influence of achievement motivation on student engagement. This research uses quantitative methods and is classified as a correlational type of research. The number of students used as samples for this research was 222 people, namely all class X students at Al-Islam Krian High School who were used as research subjects. Questionnaires given to respondents directly were used to collect data for this research. With the help of SPSS software, the data was then examined using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The findings of this research show that although achievement motivation has a big impact on student engagement, peer support also has a significant effect on student engagement. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test ( ), it shows that the independent variable simultaneously has a contribution of 55.3% which influences the dependent variable, then the remaining 45.7% is influenced by other factors outside this research so that efforts are needed to increase student engagement.
