Abstract

Abstrack. This study aims to analyze students' perceptions about the Kahoot application as a learning evaluation medium. The approach to this research is descriptive quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were students of the 5th semester of the Social Studies education program who took the Monetary Economic Theory course involving 83 students. The results showed that the use of Kahoot as a learning evaluation media received a positive response from students. This is because Kahoot is easy to use, has an attractive appearance, and is transparent in displaying scores. Thus, students are increasingly motivated to learn in order to achieve the highest score Keywords: Kahoot, Motivation, Learning Evaluation Media Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa mengenai aplikasi Kahoot sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini   adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa prodi pendidikan IPS semester 5 yang mengikuti mata kuliah Teori Ekonomi Moneter dengan melibatkan 83 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Kahoot sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran mendapatkan respon yang positif dari mahasiswa. Hal ini disebabkan karena Kahoot mudah digunakan, memiliki tampilan yang menarik, serta transparan dalam menampilkan skor. Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan pembelajaran tingkat pendidikan SMA dilaksanakan dari rumah atau pembelajaran jarak jauh. Berdasarkan analisis survei yang telah dilakukan pada kelompok guru MGMP Ekonomi SMA Kabupaten Bangkalan dapat ditemukan fakta bahwa kurangnya keahlian guru dalam menggunakan teknologi terutama mengembangkan bahan ajar jarak jauh yang dapat membuat suasana belajar menyenangkan dan dapat dipahami oleh peserta didik. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu  dengan mengadakan pelatihan penggunaan AnyFlip untuk penyusunan e-book dalam rangka optimalisasi pembelajaran jarak jauh di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang dilakukan dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan yaitu persiapan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan pelatihan serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Dari hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan didapatkan bahwa penyusunan e-book berbasis AnyFlip sangat mudah diaplikasikan oleh guru MGMP Ekonomi Kabupaten Bangkalan dengan peserta rata-rata berusia 44 tahun dan rata-rata mengajar selama 17 tahun. Sehingga sebanyak 57,1% menyatakan sangat setuju dan 42,9% menyatakan setuju bahwa pelatihan penyusunan e-book AnyFlip dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan para guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar berbasis teknologi agar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Peserta pelatihan yaitu guru MGMP Ekonomi Bangkalan mengharapkan adanya pelatihan lanjutan yang berkesinambungan seperti pelatihan media pembelajaran interaktif agar dapat meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Based on the survey analysis that has been conducted on the MGMP Economics teacher at Bangkalan High School, it can be found that there is a lack of teacher expertise in using technology, especially developing distance teaching materials that can make the learning atmosphere fun and understandable by students. The solution that can be offered to overcome these problems is by holding training on the use of AnyFlip for the preparation of e-books in the context of optimizing distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method is carried out in several stages, namely preparation, socialization, implementation of training as well as evaluation and monitoring. From the results of the training, it was found that the preparation of the AnyFlip-based e-book was very easy to apply by the MGMP Economics teacher at Bangkalan High School with an average participant of 44 years old and an average of 17 years of teaching. So as many as 57.1% strongly agree and 42.9% agree that the AnyFlip e-book preparation training can improve the knowledge and skills of participants in compiling technology-based teaching materials which are later expected to improve student learning outcomes. The training participants, namely the Bangkalan Economics MGMP teacher, hoped that there would be continuous follow-up training such as interactive learning media training to increase students' interest in learning. Abstract

An indicator of learning process run well can be measured through student’ academic achievement. Self-regulated learning is assumed has a connection with student academic achievement. It is known that every students has self regulatory to control their learning activities. The research used quantitative approach and to examine the effect of student’ self-regulated learning skills on academic achievement. This study involved 162 students. The results showed that self-regulated learning skills influence academic achievement. The higher self-regulated learning skill, the higher academic achievement is achieved. Abstract

One dominant determinant of teacher psychological well-being is the problem of student discipline. This study seeks to describe how the process of student disciplin (seen of student misbehavior) may affect teacher psychological well-being (seen of enthusiasm and emotional exhaustion) by including a mediator variable, namely teacher-student relation. This study was conducted on 159 economics teachers of senior high schools in Malang (Malang City and Malang Regency) using a total population sampling. We used structural equation modeling (SEM) for data analysis, followed by a sobel test the mediating role of variable in teacher-student relationship. The results showed that student misbehavior had a negative effect on work enthusiasm but a positive effect on students' emotional exhaustion. This study also found that teacher-student relation mediate the relationship between student misbehavior and teacher psychological well-being. The results of this study explain the process of student misbehavior in establishing teacher-student relations which ultimately influences teacher work enthusiasm and emotional well-being.

Abstract

Pembelajaran di era abad ke 21 berpusat pada peserta didik (student center learning). Pembelajaran diupayakan untuk membiasakan mahasiswa agar menjadi pebelajar sepanjang hayat (lifelong learning). Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan ice breaking dan model Problem Based Learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar serta keaktifan mahasiswa dalam prose pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan metode eksperimen. Dalam penelitian ini, ada dua kelas yang dibandingkan, yaitu: kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen dimana masing-masing kelas mendapatkan perlakuan (treatment) yang berbeda. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi keaktifan belajar, angket mahasiswa, serta soal pre test dan post test. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar antara kelas control dengan kelas eksperimen. Selain itu, kenaikan hasil belajar di kelas eksperimen lebih besar dibandingkan kelas kontrol.

Abstract

UPGRADING TEACHERS’ ABILITY IN DEVELOPING IT-BASED EVALUATION MEDIA WITH LECTORA INSPIRE-ASSISTED SOFTWARE. Learning assesment take the main role in learning process. Thus, teachers should be able to design a good assessment. However, most of teachers in Magetan have limited knowledge about development learning assessment. Moreover, they need accompaniment to help them to develop learning assessment. This community service aims to (1) give knowledge about learning media, (2) give knowledge about learning assessment, (3) accompany teachers to develop learning assessment using software lectora inspire. The subject for this community service are Economics teachers and Accountant teachers in Magetan. In general, there are two main activities in this community service, namely: seminar (focused on explanation about learning media and assessment theory), and practice to design learning assessment using software lectora inspire. The result of this activity require that most of participant can create their assessment through lectora inspire software.

Abstract

WORKSHOP MODEL BASED ONLINE LEARNING AS AN ALTERNATIVE OF ECONOMICS LEARNING IN COVID-19 ERA. The Covid-19 pandemic spread rapidly since March 2020; it impacts in a change in the learning mode from face-to-face learning to online learning. It led various problems felt by teachers and students. Online learning that has been carried out is dominated by assignments and minimal interaction between teachers and students. One of the factors causing the ineffectiveness of online learning is that teachers are not accustomed to arranging online learning. The purpose of this service community activity is to provide training for Economics teachers in developing online learning models as an alternative of Economics learning. The subject of this service community activity are Economics teachers in East Java. These activities are divided into two stages, namely (1) seminars, where participants get material related to the essence of online learning; and (2) assistance in developing online learning models. The results of this service community activity concluded that most of the participants gave a positive response to the training that had been implemented and they were able to arrange online classes well.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of Wordwall learning media in increase economics learning outcomes for students in class XI IPS 1 MAN 1 Lamongan. The subjects of this study were 24 students of class XI IPS 1 MAN 1 Lamongan. This research was an experimental study with one-group pre-test post-test design.The analytical technique used reliability test, normality test, homogenity test, N-Gain test, and also Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test analysis on the pre-test and post-test data of the experimental group showed a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 < 0, 05, which means that there is a significant difference between before and after treatment. It can be concluded that Wordwall learning media (X) has a significant effect on student learning outcomes of XI IPS 1MAN 1 Lamongan (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media pembelajaran Wordwall dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas XI IPS 1 MAN 1 Lamongan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 24 siswa kelas XI IPS 1 MAN 1 Lamongan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one group pre-test post-test design. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji N-Gain, dan juga uji Wilcoxon. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji Wilcoxon pada data pre-test dan post-test kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Wordwall (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS 1 MAN 1 Lamongan (Y). Abstract

Learning process in the 21st century requires innovative and creative learning. Learning process requires teachers to provide learning media that attract student motivation. Learning media innovation improves student’s learning motivation. However, if the learning media tends to be boring, student’s learning motivation will decrease and have an impact on their learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of economic comics as a learning media for economic subjects. The research design was quasi-experimental approach with non equivalent group design method. There are two types of classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. Each class is treated differently. In experimental class, student use economic comics as a learning media, while the control class does not use comics. In this study’s, data collection method used primary data in the form of pre-test and post-test. Data analysis techniques used T-test to compare the pre-test and post-test scores of the two classes. The results of this study are: 1) there was a difference in the gain score between the control class and the experimental class; 2) the post test value of students from the experimental class is higher than the control class. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that economic comics are effectively used as learning media.
