Abstract

The use of System Application Products at PT Asuransi XYZ is more intense in the Corporate Business Department. This research was conducted to measure the level of satisfaction of SAP users and to see the actual use and use at PT Asuransi XYZ, by combining the implementation of the information system with the UTAUT model and the DeLone-McLean model. This study uses a questionnaire method with the research sample being employees who work using SAP in the Commercial Business section at PT Asuransi XYZ with a total of 72 respondents. Where the data collected is then analyzed by the Structural Equation Model method which is processed by the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the level of satisfaction of using SAP at PT Asuransi XYZ is determined by the quality of information and work expectations. user goals may impact SAP's reuse intentions. Likewise, the intention to use can have an impact on the actual use of SAP

Abstract

The success of a company can be achieved if it has good financial performance. Financial reports are most needed to measure the company's business results and development from time to time, so that it is known to what extent the company has achieved its goals. This study aims to find out and explain the performance of the company PT Cikarang Listrindo, Tbk based on liquidity ratio analysis in the 2018-2020 period. This research method is descriptive quantitative with liquidity ratio measuring tools (quick ratio, current ratio, cash ratio and inventory to NWC). The type of data used in this study is a type of secondary data in the form of the financial reports of PT Cikarang Listrindo, Tbk for the 2018-2020 period published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the analysis show that: the company's current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio during the period 2018 to 2020 are in a liquid state; company performance based on inventory to net working capital in 2018 to 2019 in a liquid state, but in 2020 it will be in an ill liquid condition because its value does not meet industry standards

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memutuskan dampak dari pengalaman kerja, beban kerja dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Werdhi Yasa. Prosedur pemeriksaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, t-test, analisis determinasi dan uji f-test. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Werdhi Yasa. Dari hasil pengujian dengan uji T menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja berpengaruh sig terhadap kinerja pegawai. Beban kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Werdhi Yasa. Dari hasil pengujian dengan uji T menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Pengawasan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai di Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Werdhi Yasa. Dari hasil pengujian dengan uji T menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Dilihat dari uji-f, diperoleh bahwa F-hitung > F-tabel adalah 48,458 > 3,27, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja, beban kerja dan pengawasan pada dasarnya mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat sig. besar. 0,000 < 0,050.

Abstract

The prosperity of shareholders depends on the firm value. The fluctuations in firm value are inseparable from management's performance in managing company. This research aims to examine effect of Good Corporate Governance is measured by institusional ownership and independent commissioners, and profitability on firm value and the effect of Good Corporate Governance on firm value with profitability as the moderating variable. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling judgment method. The sample used in this study amounted 43 companies from a total population of 62 Food and Beverage Subsector Companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. This research performed with assosiative quantitative method. The data analysis technique in this study is the moderation regression analysis. The results shows that Good Corporate Governance and profitability have no significant effect on firm value. Profitability is able to moderate the relationship between Good Corporate Governance on firm value.

Abstract

The role of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in improving the welfare of members is not only by distributing credit assistance or loans to members with low interest but can also be in the form of assistance in buying and selling products, assistance in plant care and procurement of seeds. This study aims to narrate and describe the role of the Harapan Jaya Village Unit Cooperative in Dak Jaya Village and the factors that influence this role. Qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study concluded that the role of the Harapan Jaya Village Unit Cooperative in Dak Jaya Village in helping to improve the economy of its members was quite organized, systematized and fair which was stated in the agreement decided at the Annual Member Meeting (RAT) of the cooperative members. Technically the assistance is tailored to the needs of members, namely, marketing the harvest and providing business capital (performing assistance or training and conducting evaluations)

Abstract

The School Operational Assistance Program is a government policy to support the 9-year compulsory education program. The BOS program funding assistance is intended for school operational costs with the aim of freeing education costs for underprivileged students and easing the burden of students in the future. This study aims to determine the accountability of BOS program fund management at SDN 2 Galungan. The focus of this research is on managing the school operational assistance budget for school financial reporting based on the principles of fairness and efficiency because these two principles are closely related to the stages in school financial management in the planning and budget realization stages. In this study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Research informants consisting of: principal, committee chairman, teachers, and school treasurer. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the accountability of BOS fund management at SDN 2 Galungan in principle has been implemented quite well, although technical problems are still constrained

Abstract

Employee performance is crucial to the company's ability to survive in the economic climate of tshe COVID-19 pandemic. This motivates PT Kwarsa Indah Murni's Glass Table Ware Industry to continue to enhance its performance. The purpose of this analysis is to gain a deeper understanding of how organizational culture and a transformational leadership style can inspire the 380 employees of PT Kwarsa Indah Murni to give their best work. Researchers used quantitative descriptive statistics. The study population was 380 employees of the PT Kwarsa Indah Murni. For data obtained using a questionnaire. In this analysis, 100 respondents took part, and 80 datasets totaled and eligible for analysis. The data was analyzed utilizing the Smart 3.0 Partial Least Squares (PLS) model. According to the analysis's results, organizational culture has an effect on employee motivation. Motivation at work is unaffected by a transformational leadership style. Employee performance is impacted by work motivation. Organizational culture has an impact on employee performance. Transformational leadership has an impact on employee performance as well

Abstract

Banking as one of the economic sub-systems that supports the progress of the nation. As financial institutions, banks are authorized to manage money by accepting deposits, providing loans and investments. In order to avoid liquidity problems and even the possibility of business bankruptcy at a bank that can be detected from the start, a profitability analysis is needed. Based on the identification of the problem, this study aims to influence internal banking factors as measured by asset size, deposits, liquidity risk, GDP and inflation on profitability as measured through return on assets in 29 conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 6 years (2015-2020) . The data used is obtained from financial reports and annual banking reports on the IDX, Bank Indonesia websites, OJK, BPS, and the official website of each conventional bank for the 2017-2021 period. The research data testing method uses panel data regression which is divided into 3 models, namely common effect, fixed effect, and random effect. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that asset size, deposits, liquidity risk, GDP and inflation have a significant effect on profitability

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the deductive approach on student learning outcomes in financial management courses on the basic concept material for the capital budgeting program in Economics education studies at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa sintang. The financial management course is one of the compulsory courses and the material for the basic concepts of capital budgeting is the core material of the financial management course. This study uses experimental research methods with a quasy experimental research design with nonequivalent control group design. The results showed that the pretest in the experimental group and the control group showed that tcount -1.301 was smaller than ttable 2.048. The posttest in the experimental group and the control group showed that the tcount was 2.254 greater than the ttable 2.048. The results of the pretest and posttest in the experimental group showed a tcount of 8.035 greater than a ttable of 2.048). Based on the research results, it can be interpreted that there is an influence of the deductive approach on student learning outcomes in financial management courses on the basic concepts of capital budgeting

Abstract

This study was intended to examine the effect of price and product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable (a case study on purbasari scrub customers in Surabaya). The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased and used Purbasari scrub products in the city of Surabaya, using the unknown population formula obtained with a sample of 100 respondents. The measurement scale in this study uses a Likert scale. Collecting research data using a questionnaire. Statistical test and hypothesis testing using path analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Purbasari scrubs in Surabaya; Product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Purbasari scrubs in Surabaya; Price has a significant effect on customer loyalty on Purbasari scrubs in Surabaya; Product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty on Purbasari scrubs in Surabaya; Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty on Purbasari scrubs in Surabaya; Price has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for Purbasari scrub customers in Surabaya; Product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for Purbasari scrub customers in Surabaya
