Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena hasil belajar yang rendah pada mata pelajaran IPS SMPN 11 Dumai. Penelitian ini menggunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian adalah angket dan tes melalui pretest dan posttest. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linear sederhana dan paired sampel statistik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran make a match berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN 11 Dumai dengan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar kelas model pembelajaran make a match dengan konvensional ditunjukan dengan data yang diperoleh yaitu nilai Sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari nilai Alpha penelitian yaitu 0,005.

Abstract

Overconsumption of goods and services is a tendency that is now on the rise, particularly among students. Students also exhibit the traits of a generation that is growing more and more resistant to technology development, especially online shopping. Any objective of this study is to analyze E-commerce transactions and lifestyle choices in relation to consumer demand by using a quantitative survey method. Research data was collected through a questionnaire, the research respondents were FKIP level IV undergraduate students at Kuningan University for the 2021/2022 academic year which consisted of six (6) study programs. The population in this study amounted to 279 and a sample of 164 students was drawn. Analysis of research data using multiple regression and prerequisite analysis of normality, multicollinearity and linearity of the data. The results of the study revealed that Shopee E-commerce transactions, lifestyle and consumptive behavior of students ranged from moderate criteria. The results of hypothesis testing show that E-commerce transactions and lifestyle affect the level of consumptive behavior. As students who live side by side with rapid technological developments, students should have self-awareness and behave more rationally

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy on share price volatility of companies in the consumer non-cyclicals industry. The samples used in this research are 19 consumer non-cyclicals companies that have been listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years (2017-2021). The type of data contained in this research is secondary data. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and the analytical method used regression and panel data. The independent variables in this study consist of dividend payout, dividend yield, dividend per share, leverage, and firm size, while the dependent variable is share price volatility. The results of panel data regression show that dividend payout, dividend yield, and firm size have no significant positive effect on share price volatility, dividend per share has no significant negative effect on share price volatility, and leverage has a significant negative effect on share price volatility. This research is important so that companies and investors can find out what factors can affect the share price volatility of a company’s shares in order to get the maximum return in accordance with their respective risk profiles

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of websites, YouTube, and Instagram on organizational image through consumer satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sample used was the teacher of DINDIKPORA with a total of 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, inferential analysis and path analysis with SmartPLS 3.2.9 analysis tool. The results showed that the website had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, YouTube had no effect on consumer satisfaction, Instagram had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, the website had no effect on organizational image, YouTube had no effect on organizational image, Instagram had no effect on organizational image, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational image, consumer satisfaction is unable to mediate the relationship between website and organizational image, consumer satisfaction is unable to mediate the relationship between YouTube and organizational image, and consumer satisfaction is unable to mediate the relationship between Instagram and organizational image

Abstract

Increasingly more people are becoming aware of the value of having insurance protection, and the government is supporting the expansion of the life insurance sector. Due to the introduction of new companies, the competition in the sharia life insurance market is becoming more intense, necessitating the use of an effective and efficient marketing strategy by PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Syariah in order to remain competitive and hold onto its market share. The goal of this study was to ascertain the Allianz Life Syariah Insurance's Pagaralam City marketing strategy from a sharia perspective. This study falls under the category of qualitative research. Documentation, observation, and in-person interviews with managers, sales representatives, marketers, and employees are the approaches utilized to gather research data. This study uses an inductive, continuous analytical method with the intention of producing concepts. According to the data analysis, Allianz Life Syariah, Pagaralam City, has adopted the following marketing tactics: market segmentation, selling, service, and development. From a sharia perspective, Asuransi Allianz Life Syariah Kota Pagaralam's marketing approach is entirely compliant with syariah because its marketers constantly follow Islamic marketing principles

Abstract

Customers who wish to shop online must visit the website and see product reviews before making a decision, therefore the quality of the website and user reviews are crucial factors. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of website quality as well as online customer reviews on customer repurchase intentions on the Blibli marketplace. This study uses a sample size of 72 people who have shopped or are currently shopping on the Blibli website. For this study, information retrieval used a questionnaire distribution method in the southern part of Surabaya. The variables in this study that were chosen by the researcher were Website Quality (X1) and Online customer reviews (X2) as independent variables and then Repurchase Intention (Y) as the dependent variable. for this study using the analysis model that is PLS, as well as for sampling used is nonprobability sampling and the technique for analysis using purposive sampling is a technique using various considerations to determine the study sample. The results of this study show that good website quality and positive online customer reviews can encourage customer repurchase interest in the Blibli marketplace

Abstract

Learning media can help teachers by offering explanations for the lessons that need to be taught. The purpose of this project is to create instructional materials for Snakes and Ladders in social studies for class VIII at SMP Panca Setya 2 Sintang in the academic year 2022–2023. Research and development research utilizing the ADDIE model is the research methodology used. Studying through experiments design for a single subject experiment. Both qualitative and quantitative data are present in the research data. For the school year 2022–2023, 25 eighth-grade SMP Panca Setya 2 Sintang students served as the research subjects. using surveys, observation, and documentation as data collecting methods. Product practicality and feasibility assessments are part of data analysis. The findings of this study are presented in the form of educational media materials for the social studies game of snakes and ladders for class VIII junior high school pupils. Based on the media's classification as very good, the feasibility evaluation was made. The material's viability is rated as being very good. Evaluation of usefulness using very doable standards. According to the questionnaire, the SMP Panca Setya 2 Sintang IPS students' and teachers' responses in terms of materials and media are rated as meeting very good requirements

Abstract

obstacles faced by women’s MSMEs in Rukmajaya Village, Sungai Raya Kepualauan District, Bengkayang Regency. The purpose of this study was to formulate a model for developing a creative economy based on local wisdom in order to increase the capacity of MSME practitioners. The method used was Research and Development (R & D). The respondents of this study were the Head of the Department of Labor and Transmigration, SMEs, and Cooperatives in Bengkayang Regency, the Head of Rukmajaya Village and the members of the woman organization (PKK) in Rukmajaya Village that had small businesses. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. The results showed several potential businesses developments in Rukmajaya Village, including a strategic location, the existence of an international port, the availability of raw materials and support from the government. The challenges faced were products marketing, additional capital, human resources, and managerial. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the effect of compensation and promotion on turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in CV. Danagung D'briquettes Cegokan Wonolelo Bantul Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Danagung D'briquettes Cegokan Wonolelo Bantul with 60 employees. The sampling method in this study used non-probability sampling with the Saturated Technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the inner model with the bootstrapping method. The data that has been obtained is processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Promotion has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover intention. Compensation has a negative effect on Turnover intention. Position Promotion has a negative effect on Turnover intention. Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between compensation and promotion to turnover intention

Abstract

Globalization has led to the emergence of a variety of investment products that are readily available to students for investing, particularly those enrolled in study programs in Islamic Financial Management and Islamic Economics who have taken courses on Islamic capital markets. In actuality, there is still not much enthusiasm in investing. This research was conducted to test the influence of investment knowledge, financial literacy, investment risk, and financial effectiveness on student investment interest in the Sharia capital market on students of Sharia Financial Management and Sharia Economy at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. The method adopted for this study is a quantitative method. 245 students served as the main source of research data through the use of a questionnaire in data gathering. Data testing using SPSS 25 for validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicolinearity tests and determination coefficient tests. Research results show that investment knowledge, financial literacy, financial effectiveness have a positive and significant impact on investment interest. Investment risk has a negative and significant impact on investment interest. Investment knowledge, financial literacy, investment risk, and financial effectiveness simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on student investment interest in the Sharia capital market
