Abstract

Technology is experiencing very rapid development, especially internet-based technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of convenience and security on customer loyalty of the E-wallet Dana in Surabaya. This type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses primary data, namely data directly through questionnaires which are filled in directly by the respondents. The population taken is E-wallet Dana users who have used E-wallet Dana at least 3 times. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with the sampling method using purposive sampling. With a total of 100 respondents who have made transactions on the application of Dana at least 3x. By using data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the convenience and security variables simultaneously have a positive effect on customer loyalty for the E-wallet Dana; The convenience variable partially has a positive and significant effect on E-wallet Dana Customer Loyalty; The Security Variable partially has a positive and significant effect on E-wallet Dana Customer Loyalty

Abstract

With the emergence of many thrift shops that sell used goods, one of which is shoes, some people choose to buy original used shoes instead of buying new original shoes. From theory and several studies show service, product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions. For this reason, this study aims to determine the effect of service, product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions at the thrift Sneakers Room Medan store. This type of research is quantitative with a survey method. Respondents in this study were 100 consumers of thrift Sneakers Room Medan. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16. The results show that there is an effect of service on purchasing decisions, there is an effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, there is an effect of price on purchasing decisions, and there is an influence of promotion on purchasing decisions. Variable service, product quality, price and promotion together have an influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions (2) the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions (3) the influence of purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction (4) the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction (5) the influence of brand image on consumer satisfaction. The sample in this study was Lazada users in Yogyakarta since 2020. The data collection method uses a questionnaire method that is shared using the Accidental Purposive Sampling technique. In this study, Indicator test, Hypothesis Test, Path Analysis and Dominant Factor Analysis were used using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results of this study show that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (2) brand image has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions (3) purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (4) service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (5) brand image has a negative and insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

One way to support the learning process is to use media. The problem in this research is that the learning outcomes of class VIII students are still low and have not reached the minimum completeness criteria. It is hoped that the use of YouTube media as a learning medium for social studies subjects can make it easier for students to absorb material and be more active in participating in social studies learning activities. The aim of the research is to identify the influence of YouTube content media on student learning outcomes in class VIII social studies subjects. In this research there are 2 variables, namely YouTube content media as the independent variable and student learning outcomes as the dependent variable. The illustrations in this research are class VIII B as the experimental class and class VIII A as the control class. This research uses a quantitative method. The form of research used is an experiment with a quasi-experimental design. Information collection methods and tools use test questions, observation sheets, and documentation. The results of this research show that there is an effect of using YouTube content media on student learning outcomes

Abstract

The industrial era 4.0 with technology used is increasingly sophisticated and in various fields so as to change people's lifestyles, they tend to prefer to use technology for transactions rather than going directly to shopping places. This study aims to determine the effect of Trustworthiness, Perceived Risk and Information Quality on Customer Satisfaction in purchasing Fashion Online at Monkromstore Jogja. This study uses quantitative research methods. The sample used for this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling with the criteria that respondents have an account for online purchases at Monokromstore Jogja and respondents have made online purchases at Monokromstore Jogja. The results in this study indicate that Trustworthiness has a significant and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on online fashion purchases at Monokromstore. Perceived Risk has a significant and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on online fashion purchases at Monokromstore Jogja. Information Quality has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on online fashion purchases at Monokromstore Jogja. Trustworthiness, Perceived Risk, and Information Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in purchasing online fashion at Monokromstore Jogja

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of bank-specific factors on banking profitability. The samples used in this study were 33 conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2021. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the analytical method used in this study was panel data regression. The independent variables in this study consist of bank size, loan ratio, deposit ratio, capital ratio, and inflation, while the dependent variable is banking profitability which includes return on asset and return on equity. The panel data regression results show that bank size has a significant positive effect on return on asset, but has no effect on return on equity. The loan ratio, deposit ratio, and capital ratio have no effect on return on assets and return on equity. Inflation has a significant positive effect on return on asset, but does not affect return on assets. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for conventional banking in increasing its profitability as well as a reference for investors to consider the factors that affect bank profitability.

Abstract

All villages in Gondangrejo District are classified as self-sufficient villages, have a well-known agricultural sector, have high-quality industrial areas, are quite large, and function as economic developers. However, because the carrying capacity of infrastructure is very low due to the absorption capacity used for handling Covid-19, many roads have been damaged and connections between villages have not been tendered. This study aims to observe the pattern of causality between infrastructure, village funds and the level of community welfare in Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency in 2017-2021. This study uses the Granger Causality Test method. In the Granger Causality test, the data requirements used are stationary data. The results of the Granger Causality Test state that there is a one-way causality relationship between the level of welfare affecting village funds and a two-way causality between village funds causing or influencing infrastructure and vice versa. Based on these results, it is hoped that the village government can pay more attention and study more in the management of village funds. Further review needs to be carried out in carrying out the infrastructure development needed by the community, so that the absorbed village funds will produce infrastructure that is directly useful for the economic activities of the villagers.

Abstract

The emergence of several technological developments in transportation such as Uber, Grab, GoJek provide easy access to certain places and can be reached very quickly with adequate vehicles. This research aims to examine the influence of brand image, service quality and price on consumer preferences in using the Gojek application among students of the Business Administration study program at FISIP UPN "Veteran" East Java. The sample in this study consisted of 90 students in the Business Administration study program FISIP UPN "Veteran" East Java with the characteristics of active students in the Business Administration study program FISIP UPN "Veteran" East Java. The sampling technique in this study used the Purposive Sampling technique because only those taken for students of the Business Administration study program FISIP UPN "Veteran" East Java. Hypothesis testing in this research uses statistical model analysis including validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test and t test. The results of this research show that there is a partial influence of the totality of each independent variable on the dependent variable using the t test. Simultaneous testing shows that Brand Image, Service Quality and Price simultaneously have an influence on Consumer Preferences.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the role of e-commerce and Social Media is very important in developing and expanding a business, of course, providing Discounts is also a marketing strategy that can increase interest in buying products. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of Social Media and Discounts on Interest in Buying Roughneck products on Shopee. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with an associative approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study is consumers who attend Roughneck official stores at Shopee, totaling 2.1 million and are determined using the Slovin formula calculation with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach.  The results of this study show that simultaneously, the variables of Social Media and Discounts have a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest. Partially, the variables Social Media and Discounts have a positive and significant effect on the variables of Buying Interest

Abstract

Central bank independence in Indonesia has been regulated in UU No. 33 Year 2004 concerning amendements to UU No. 23 Year 2009 concerning Bank Indonesia. However, the central bank often got intervention in formulating its policies. During the pandemic covid-19 crisis, there were several attempts to intervene Bank Indonesia, such as the idea to form a Monetary Council, suggestions to allow BI Governors from politicians, and Perppu No. 1 Year 2020 which is allow BI to bought SUN in the primary market. Therefore, this study aims to measure the independence index of the central bank in Indonesia during 2007-2020 using the measurement method developed by Cukierman et al. (1994) to analyze the independence of Bank Indonesia during the covid-19 pandemic. The result of this study proves that BI independence index during the pandemic has decreased when compared to the pre-pandemic period. This study also proves that Bank Indonesia still needs to maintain its independence from all political attention, so its accountability and credibility of the monetary policy still can assured
