Abstract

English Version The trend of futures trading companies is experiencing a shift where many investors who previously invested in other instruments are starting to switch to the futures trading industry. Valbury Asia Futures Bandung as a futures trading company continues to try to increase the number of customers and build a corporate image through electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) activities. However, Valbury Asia Futures, which has been trying to increase the number of customers and build the company's image, has also been negatively affected by the issue of investment abuse from cases in Indonesia such as the Doni Salmanan case. In early 2022, CoFTRA and Kominfo blocked sites for illegal futures trading where they did not have a permit. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques from journals, books and reports. The results showed that e-WOM in the form of corporate social media, websites and the Member get Member system resulted in an increase in the number of customers with the dominant indicator influencing the increase in the number of customers was content rather than social media. E-WOM used by Valbury Asia Futures has a positive effect on customer interest and purchasing decisions, where E-WOM is formed from 4 (four) factors, namely expressing positive feelings, economics incentives, helping the company and concern for others. The advice that can be given is that Valbury Asia Futures Bandung must be more creative in creating publications on social media. Versi Indonesia Tren perusahaan perdagangan berjangka sedang mengalami shifting dimana banyak investor yang tadinya berinvestasi pada instrumen lain mulai beralih ke industri perdagangan berjangka. Valbury Asia Futures Bandung sebagai perusahaan perdagangan berjangka terus berusaha menambah jumlah nasabah serta membangun citra perusahaan melalui kegiatan electronic word of mouth (e-wom). Namun, Valbury Asia Futures yang sudah berusaha menambah jumlah nasabah serta membangun citra perusahaan tersebut turut terdampak negatif akibat isu penyalahgunaan investasi dari kasus-kasus yang ada di Indonesia seperti kasus Doni Salmanan. Di awal tahun 2022 lalu Bappebti bersama Kominfo memblokir situs-situs perdagangan berjangka illegal dimana mereka tidak memiliki ijin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dari jurnal, buku dan laporan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan e-WOM dengan bentuk sosial media perusahaan, website dan sistem Member get Member menghasilkan peningkatan jumlah nasabah dengan indikator dominan yang mempengaruhi peningkatan jumlah nasabah adalah konten daripada sosial media. E-WOM yang digunakan oleh Valbury Asia Futures berpengaruh positif terhadap minat dan keputusan pembelian oleh nasabah, dimana E-WOM ini terbentuk dari 4 (empat) faktor yaitu expressing positive feelings, economics incentives, helping the company dan concern for others. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah agar Valbury Asia Futures Bandung harus lebih kreatif dalam menciptakan publikasi di sosial media.

English VersionAs for the policy regarding the imposition of fees at the market, it is regulated by local laws and regulations. One crucial aspect of market fee management is the government's responsibility in overseeing the collection, payment, and deposit processes of these fees. This research aims to understand how the management of market fees is carried out, particularly in the city of Pandaan, Pasuruan Regency, and how this management can contribute to increasing local revenue, aslong with the supporting and hindering factors. The research method used is qualitative, involving data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the management of market fees in Pandaan City has been effective, although there are still some challenges, especially in the planning phase, such as the formulation of regulations, determination of market facilities, and fee tariff setting. One prominent issue is the lack of consistency in determining market facilities. However, in the process of managing market fees, there are supporting factors that have made a significant contribution, such as the establishment of the HP3 organization (Association of Pandaan Market Traders). On the other hand, hindering factors in fee management include the lack of awareness among traders, the presence of supermarkets around the market leading to intense competition, and issues related to the organization of the market space that still require improvement. Versi IndonesiaAdapun kebijakan mengenai pengenaan retribusi pada pasar diatur oleh hukum dan peraturan setempat. Salah satu aspek penting dalam pengelolaan retribusi pasar adalah tanggung jawab pemerintah dalam mengawasi proses pemungutan, pembayaran, dan penyetoran retribusi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pengelolaan retribusi pasar dilakukan khususnya di kota Pandaan - Kabupaten Pasuruan, dan bagaimana pengelolaan tersebut dapat meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Beserta faktor-faktor yang mendukung atau menghambatnya. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan retribusi pasar di Kota Pandaan telah berjalan efektif, meskipun masih ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi teruama dalam perencanaan seperti pembuatan peraturan, penentuan fasilitas pasar, dan penetapan tariff retribusi. Salah satu masalah yang mencolok adalah kurangnya keteraturan dalam penentuan fasilittas pasar. Namu, dalam proses pengelolaan retribusi pasar, terdapat faktor pendukung yang telah berkontribusi, yaitu pembentukan organisasi HP3 (Himpunan Pedagan Pasar Pandaan). Sementara itu, faktor penghambat pengelolaan retribusi yang ditemukan diantaranya meliputi kurangnya kesadaran dari pedagan, kehadiran supermarket di sekitar pasar yang memnyebabkan persaingan ketat dan masalah penataan tata ruang pasar yang masih perlu diperbaiki.

Abstract

English Version An effective and efficient organization is reflected in its ability to achieve its goals. This is evident through its performance and work environment. On the other hand, poor organizational performance indicates various issues related to employee processes, performance, and tasks. Hence, the objective of this research is to investigate and analyze the factors that impact employee performance. The survey was conducted at the Pasuruan District Health Office, which employs 72 individuals. The study utilized a random sampling technique to select employee data IDs randomly. Hypothesis testing was performed through multiple regression analysis. The results demonstrated that the variables of adjustment and job evaluation did not significantly affect employee performance, whereas training had a notable impact on job improvement. Additionally, our findings indicate that all independent variables (adjustment, evaluation, and training) collectively influence employee performance. Versi Indonesia Organisasi yang baik tercermin dari efektifitas dan efisiensinya dalam mencapai tujuannya. Hal itu tercermin dari kinerja dan lingkungan kerja. Kinerja organisasi yang buruk menunjukkan banyak masalah dengan proses, kinerja, dan pekerjaan karyawan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Survei dilakukan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pasuruan yang mempekerjakan 72 orang. Penelitian menggunakan teknik random sampling di mana ID catatan karyawan dipilih secara acak. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel moderator dan variabel evaluasi jabatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, namun pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Kedua, seluruh variabel independen (adaptasi, penilaian, pelatihan) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan.

English VersionThe development of technology and information moves very fast and dynamically. These developments cause all aspects of life to adapt to the progress and impact of technology and information. The impact of technological progress has also affected world banking, namely the existence of a payment system with e-money or electronic money. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of usability, convenience, social environment, and risk among students in the desire to use e-money. The research was conducted on 247 respondents from university students in Batam City. The results of this study indicate that the factors of usability, convenience, and social influence have a significant positive effect on the intention to use e-money, while risk factors do not have a significant effect on the desire to use e-money. The results of the study provide recommendations for e-money provider companies to continue to improve their facilities. Versi Indonesia Dunia digital berkembang begitu pesat, sehingga memaksa seluruh stakeholder beradaptasi dengan kemajuan yang dihasilkan. Hal ini juga dialami oleh sektor perbankan yakni dengan lahirnya sistem pembayaran menggunakan e-money atau uang elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi pola penerimaan teknologi tersebut pada mahasiswa, secara spesifik dalam menggunakan e-money. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode sampling yang digunakan adapah purposive random sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan 247 mahasiswa di Kota Batam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kegunaan, kemudahan, dan pengaruh lingkungan sosial memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap niat untuk menggunakan e-money. Sementara itu, faktor risiko tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan untuk menggunakan e-money.

Abstract

Abstract The shift from traditional markets to digital markets makes the community's need for expedition services very high. The increasing number of business competitors in electronic services requires companies to always pay attention to consumer needs and try to meet consumer expectations by providing quality electronic services that can create customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of E-Service Quality and E-Recovery Service on Repurchase Intention through Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample is 100 respondents who are J&T Express Indonesia customers who have submitted complaints to the X @jntexpressid. Data analysis used is PLS- SEM analysis with mediating effect. The results showed that: the E-Service Quality had a significant direct and indirect effect on Repurchase Intention through Customer Satisfaction;variable E-Recovery Service is not a significant direct effect on Repurchase Intention but an indirect significant effect on Repurchase Intention through Customer Satisfaction; Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Abstrak Pergeseran pasar tradisional ke pasar digital menjadikan kebutuhan masyarakat akan jasa ekspedisi sangat tinggi. Meningkatnya jumlah pesaing bisnis dalam layanan elektronik menuntut perusahaan untuk selalu memperhatikan kebutuhan konsumen serta berusaha memenuhi harapan konsumen dengan memberikan kualitas pelayanan elektronik yang dapat menciptakan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Service Quality dan E-Recovery Service terhadap Repurchase Intention melalui Customer Satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan J&T Express Indonesia yang pernah mengajukan keluhan kepada akun X @jntexpressid. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis PLS-SEM dengan efek mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: variabel E-Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap Repurchase Intention melalui Customer Satisfaction; variabel E-Recovery Service tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap Repurchase Intention namun berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap Repurchase Intention melalui Customer Satisfaction; Customer Satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

English Version This study aims to examine the effect of culinary businesses and sustainable tourism partially and simultaneously on community income in Surabaya City. In this context, the research method used is quantitative method, which allows researchers to collect data in the form of numbers and test the relationship between the variables studied. The data collection process was carried out by filling out a questionnaire by respondents who were selected incidentally (incidental sampling), namely taking a sample of people who were easily accessible or available at the time of the research. The number of respondents used was 40 people. The data analysis technique carried out includes several stages. First, the validity test and reliability test were carried out to ensure that the questionnaire instrument used was the right tool to measure the research variables and provide consistent results. Furthermore, the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test were used to check whether the data used met the statistical assumptions required in linear regression analysis. The multiple linear regression test results yielded the following conclusions: First, culinary business does not significantly affect the income of people around Surabaya City area. Second, sustainable tourism has a significant effect on community income around Surabaya City area. Finally, the F test results show that the combination of culinary businesses and sustainable tourism has a significant effect on community income in Surabaya City. This means that the development of these two sectors together has a positive impact on community income. Versi IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi dampak usaha kuliner dan pariwisata berkelanjutan, terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di Kota Surabaya. metodologi penelitian kuantitatif digunakan karena memungkinkan pengumpulan data berupa angka-angka dan analisis hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang sedang diteliti. Kuesioner disebarkan secara langsung pada respunden dengan metode sampel insidental, yaitu dengan memilih individu yang mudah diakses atau tersedia selama periode penelitian. Sebanyak 40 responden terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari analisis regresi linier berganda mengarah pada kesimpulan berikut: Pertama, ditemukan bahwa usaha kuliner tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan penduduk di sekitar Kota Surabaya. Kedua, pariwisata berkelanjutan ternyata memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat lokal di wilayah Kota Surabaya. Terakhir, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh gabungan dari usaha kuliner dan pariwisata berkelanjutan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di Kota Surabaya. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengembangan kedua sektor ini secara bersama-sama memiliki efek positif terhadap pendapatan masyarakat.

English VersionThis research aims to analyze the influence of taxes, bonus mechanisms, tunneling incentives, and firm size on the decision to engage in transfer pricing by mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2020. The method used in this research is descriptive and verificative with quantitative data. The population of this research is mining companies listed on the IDX from 2018 to 2020, consisting of 47 companies with a sample size of 35 companies. The data collection technique used in this research is nonpartisan observation using logistic regression analysis. Taxes, bonus mechanisms, tunneling incentives, and firm size have a significant simultaneous effect on the decision to engage in transfer pricing. Taxes have a significant positive effect on the decision to engage in transfer pricing. Bonus mechanisms have a significant positive effect on the decision to engage in transfer pricing. Tunneling incentives have a significant positive effect on the decision to engage in transfer pricing. Firm size has a significant positive effect on the decision to engage in transfer pricing. Versi IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan mnguji peran pajak, mekanisme bonus, insentif tunneling, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap pilihan melakukan transfer pricing pada perusahaan pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2018-2020. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deskriptif dan metodologi verifikasi dengan data kuantitatif. Adapun populasi penelitian berjumlah 47 sedangkan sampel ppenelitian berjumlah 35 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi non-partisan melalui analisis regresi logistik. Pajak, mekanisme bonus, insentif tunneling, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh secara simultan pada transfer pricing. Selanjutnya hasil pengaruh parsial antaralain; Pajak, Mekanisme bonus dan ukuran perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan melakukan transfer pricing. Insentif tunneling mempunyai dampak positif yang signifikan pada transfer pricing

English VersionThe company, in its pursuit of achieving its objectives, places emphasis on both the workload and work discipline as crucial elements for achieving success. This study aims to explore the effects of workload and work discipline on employee performance. This research falls into the category of explanatory research and employs quantitative methods. The research sample comprises 70 individuals, and data were gathered through the use of questionnaires and observations. The data utilized in this study is considered primary data, sourced directly from its origins. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS software. The findings of the research reveal that there exists a simultaneous as well as partial relationship between workload and work discipline in relation to employee performance. Significantly, work discipline exerts a more prominent influence on employee performance. The practical implication of this research is that company management should give due consideration to workload and work discipline, recognizing their impact on the achievement of organizational objectives. Strategies to enhance employee work discipline should be implemented in diverse ways to positively affect employee performance. Versi IndonesiaPerusahaan, dalam upaya mencapai kesuksesan, mengutamakan baik beban kerja maupun disiplin kerja sebagai faktor kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak beban kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini masuk dalam kategori penelitian eksplanatori, menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sebanyak 70 individu dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer, diperoleh langsung dari sumbernya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan hubungan bersamaan dan sebagian antara beban kerja dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Terutama, disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa manajemen perusahaan harus mempertimbangkan beban kerja dan disiplin kerja sebagai faktor yang memengaruhi pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Disiplin kerja karyawan perlu diperhatikan dalam berbagai cara untuk memiliki dampak positif pada kinerja karyawan.

English VersionThis study aims to investigate the relationship between various managerial ability variables and employee performance, as well as their collective impact on the quality of services provided by the Cooperative of KPRI UNM Makassar. In pursuit of this objective, the research adopts an explanatory research design, which seeks to elucidate the cause-and-effect relationships between independent and dependent variables through hypothesis testing. The study's sample consists of 130 cooperative members, and the analytical tool employed is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program. The research findings reveal a significant and positive influence, both when considering these variables separately and in combination, on the quality of management services within the scope of KPRI UNM Makassar. These findings underscore the vital role played by managerial competence and employee performance in shaping and enhancing service quality, offering valuable insights for strategic management and operational practices within the cooperative. In an era where service quality is pivotal to organizational success, this study provides a pertinent perspective based on strong empirical evidence for cooperative enterprises seeking to optimize their management dynamics and employee performance. The implications of these findings can assist KPRI UNM Makassar and similar organizations in their efforts to enhance services to their members and customers, as well as to achieve their business goals more effectively. Versi IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara berbagai variabel kemampuan manajerial dan kinerja karyawan, serta dampak bersama mereka pada kualitas layanan yang disediakan oleh Koperasi KPRI UNM Makassar. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengadopsi jenis penelitian eksplanatori yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan sebab-akibat antara variabel independen dan dependen melalui pengujian hipotesis. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 130 anggota koperasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif, baik ketika variabel-varibel tersebut dianalisis secara terpisah maupun dalam kombinasi, terhadap kualitas layanan yang disediakan oleh KPRI UNM Makassar. Temuan ini menyoroti peran penting yang dimainkan oleh kemampuan manajerial dan kinerja karyawan dalam membentuk dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan, memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi manajemen strategis dan praktik operasional koperasi. Dalam era di mana kualitas layanan menjadi kunci kesuksesan bagi organisasi, penelitian ini memberikan perspektif yang relevan dan didasarkan pada bukti empiris yang kuat bagi perusahaan koperasi yang ingin mengoptimalkan dinamika manajemen dan kinerja mereka. Implikasi temuan ini dapat membantu KPRI UNM Makassar dan organisasi serupa dalam upaya mereka untuk meningkatkan layanan kepada anggota dan pelanggan mereka, serta mencapai tujuan bisnis mereka dengan lebih efektif.

Abstract

English Version In every field of business entity the goal is to obtain maximum profits. To obtain maximum profits, companies need to take actions that can develop the company's image so that it affects company value. The high value of the company shows the results of a high level of return on investment and the company's ability to manage assets well so that the company is considered to be experiencing positive development. The value of various industrial companies in 2019 experienced a fall of tens of percent. This study aims to determine the factors that trigger changes in the value of various industrial companies listed on the IDX. This study method uses a quantitative method using 28 company samples from the 2017 to 2021 period taken through the company's financial and annual reports. The analysis technique used in this research is panel regression. Based on the results of this research, the variables profitability, social responsibility and capital structure do not have a significant effect on company value, while the variables debt and company size have a significant positive effect on company value. Versi Indonesia Dalam setiap bidang badan usaha memiliki tujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang maksimum. Untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang maksimum perusahaan perlu melakukan aksi - aksi yang bisa mengembangkan citra perusahaan sehingga berpengaruh pada nilai perusahaan. Tingginya nilai perusahaan menunjukkan hasil tingkat pengembalian investasi yang tinggi dan kemampuan perusahaan dalam mengelola asset dengan baik sehingga perusahaan dinilai mengalami perkembangan yang positif. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang memicu perubahan pada nilai perusahaan aneka industri yang terdaftar di BEI. Metode studi ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 28 sampel perusahaan dari periode 2017 hingga 2021 yang diambil melalui laporan keuangan dan tahunan perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang dimaanfaatkan pada penelitian ini ialah regresi panel. Berdasarkan hasil studi ini variabel profitabilitas, tanggung jawab sosial dan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan variabel utang dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
