Abstract

(English Version) SMEs have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy. There are at least 4 strategic roles of SMIs, namely: (1) large numbers and spread in every economic sector, (2) great potential in absorbing labor and (3) utilizing local raw materials, and (4) the resulting production is a product that is needed by the community at affordable prices. The current era of the Covid-19 pandemic is taking place in various aspects of life, including the business world where business people respond quickly by competing to change the concept of doing business from conventional (offline) to digital (online) to face increasingly fierce business competition. Based on the market analysis conducted, it shows that the marketing of Pamekasan Batik Madura still has a large market opportunity to be developed using several appropriate marketing development strategies. The marketing position of IKM Batik Pamekasan products through the SWOT Matrix shows build and grow. The general strategy used is intensive (market penetration, market development and product development) or integration (backward integration, forward integration and horizontal integration). market, market penetration, product development, vertical integration (front/back,) horizontal integration, concentric diversification. The grand strategy for developing the marketing of IKMBatik Pamekasan products that leads to an increase in RISE-N (Relevance, Internal management, Sustainability, Efficiency and productivity, Networking). Good cooperation between the government, the private sector and investors needs to be improved so that IKM Batik Pamekasan products have an impact on sustainable development and are able to raise the welfare of the people of Pamekasan and its surroundings. (Versi Indonesia) IKM mempunyai peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Setidaknya terdapat 4 peran strategis IKM, yaitu: (1) jumlahnya besar dan tersebar di setiap sektor ekonomi, (2) potensi besar dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan (3) memanfaatkan bahan baku lokal, dan (4) produksi yang dihasilkan adalah produk yang dibutuhkan masyarakat dengan harga terjangkau. Era pandemi Covid-19 saat ini sedang berlangsung pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, tidak terkecuali dunia bisnis dimana para pelaku bisnis merespon cepat dengan berlomba-lomba melakukan perubahan konsep berbisnis dari konvensional (offline) menjadi digital (online) untuk menghadapi persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat. Berdasarkan analisis pasar yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran batik Pamekasan Madura masih memiliki peluang pasar yang besar untuk dikembangkan dengan menggunakan beberapa strategi pengembangan pemasaran yang tepat. Posisi pemasaran produk IKM Batik Pamekasan melalui Matriks SWOTmenunjukkan build and grow (bina dan tumbuh). Strategi umum yang dipakai adalah intensif (penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar dan pengembangan produk) atau integrasi (integrasi ke belakang, integrasi ke depan, dan integrasi horizontal). Analisis SWOT pemasaran produk IKM batik diperlukan pemilihan strategi yang berupa penggunaan setiap kekuatan untuk menghadapi setiap ancaman dengan pengembangan pasar, penetrasi pasar, pengembangan produk, integrasi vertikal (depan/belakang), integrasi horizontal, diversifikasi konsentrik. Strategi besar (grand strategy) pengembangan pemasaran produk IKM Batik Pamekasan yang mengarah pada peningkatan RISE-N (Relevance, Internal Management, Sustainability, Efficiency and Productivity, Networking). Kerjasama yang baik antara pemerintah, pihak swasta dan investor perlu ditingkatkan agar produk IKM Batik Pamekasan memiliki dampak untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan dan mampu mengangkat kesejahteraan warga Pamekasan dan sekitarnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of income on taxpayer behavior and individual taxpayer compliance, e-filing policy on taxpayer behavior and individual taxpayer compliance, taxpayer behavior on individual taxpayer compliance, income and e-filing policies towards individual taxpayer compliance. individual taxpayer compliance through taxpayer behavior. The research method used is PLS on 91 taxpayer respondents at the North Malang Primary Tax Office by using accidental sampling. The results show that the effect of income on taxpayer behavior is negative and insignificant, e-filing policy on taxpayer behavior is positive and insignificant, taxpayer behavior towards personal taxpayer compliance is negative and significant, income on personal taxpayer compliance is positive. and significantly, e-filing policy on personal taxpayer compliance is positive and significant, income and e-filing policy on personal taxpayer compliance through taxpayer behavior has a significant effect.

Abstract

The processing industry in East Java experienced a contraction due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance of the processing industry and determine a strategy for recovering the performance of the processing industry to support the green economy policy in East Java. The analysis tool uses quantitative strategic planning matrix analysis. The results of the analysis are increasing cross-sectoral commitment and coordination, increasing collaboration with multi-stakeholders, improving governance of green industry programs, active communication, increasing campaigns and socialization related to green industry, increasing multi-stakeholder capacity, building a good mindset in industrial society, increasing cross-sectoral roles, and improve the performance of the processing industry. The East Java Provincial Government is expected to carry out several strategies for the development of green industries, with the following strategic sequence: increasing cross-sectoral commitment and coordination, increasing collaboration with multi-stakeholders, improving governance of green industry programs, active communication, increasing campaigns and socialization related to green industries, increasing multi-stakeholder capacity, build a good mindset in the industrial community, increase cross-sectoral roles, and improve the performance of the manufacturing industry.

Abstract

(English Version)Readymix concrete is a common product that produce in plant that called batching plant, every batching plant must have Operational Performance required by design to ensure that product received well at the right time and the right grade to the project. This research purpose is to analyze work characteristic (1), compensations (2), and leading style (3) compare with operational Operational Performance (4) starts from raw material receiving to concrete delivery. Technic sampling method is using quota technics sampling with 80 respondence. This research population collected from PT XYZ readymix concrete company in Regional Banten that have 8 batching plants across. This need to be analyse in a written research due operational production activity needs to improve Operational Performance at PT XYZ company.Indo (Version)Beton siap pakai adalah produk umum yang diproduksi di pabrik yang disebut batching plant. Semua pabrik campuran harus memiliki kinerja operasional yang diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa produk diterima dengan baik pada waktu dan kualitas yang tepat untuk proyek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan karakteristik pekerjaan (1) penghargaan (2) gaya kepemimpinan (3) dan kinerja manajer (4), mulai dari penerimaan bahan baku hingga pengiriman beton. Sebagai metode pengambilan sampel, kami mengadopsi metode pengambilan sampel kuota sebanyak 80 responden. Subyek penelitian ini berasal dari perusahaan beton siap pakai PTXYZ di pedesaan Banten, dimana terdapat delapan mixing plant yang tersebar. Hal ini perlu dianalisis dalam sebuah studi tertulis karena operasi manufaktur perlu meningkatkan kinerja operasional di PTXYZ.

English Version The research methodology used was a qualitative survey field survey consisting of data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Bogor Province, BPS of the Republic of Indonesia and Manpower Office of Bogor Province as primary and secondary data and This is a qualitative literature review. This is the format of data on labor productivity, hourly productivity and wage productivity in Bogor province from 2017 to 2021. The results of this study show that it is the level of proficiency in information technology that affects labor productivity in Bogor province, and that most of the workers in Bogor province have low educational attainment (below middle school). increase. The proportion of workers with upper secondary education is low. As workers with lower secondary education, labor productivity is the key to increasing competitiveness and vitality (especially in the economic sector) in the future creative period, especially in Bogor province Indo Version Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif studi lapangan dan kualitatif studi pustaka (literature review), yang terdiri dari Data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Bogor, BPS Republik Indonesia, dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Bogor sebagai data primer dan data sekunder di penelitian ini berupa data produktivitas tenaga kerja, produktivitas jam kerja, dan produktivitas upah di Kabupaten Bogor selama periode 2017-2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penguasaan teknologi informasi mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Bogor, tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Bogor mayoritas berpendidikan rendah (SLTP ke bawah), walaupun selama tahun 2017-2021 mengalami penurunan trend, proporsi tenaga kerja berpendidikan menengah ke atas lebih kecil daripada tenaga kerja berpendidikan menengah ke bawah, produktivitas tenaga kerja menjadi kunci peningkatan daya saing dan kebangkitan (khususnya sektor perekonomian) di masa kreatif pada masa yang akan datang di Kabupaten Bogor khususnya.

Abstract

(Versi Indonesia) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa apakah hipotesis dalam penelitian ini mampu menunjukan bahwa variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini memiliki korelasi terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah (TAS). Penelitian ini memiliki variabel yang masih kebaruan dalam penelitian manajemen SDM yakni Pemanfaatan Nilai Pelayanan Ergo-ikonik, dengan obyek penelitian terdiri dari sembilan SMA dan delapan SMK Negeri di Kab.Wonosobo dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 165 orang. Desain Penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survey. Pengumpulan data dengan link google form dan analisis data dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.3..Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara langsung : Kompetensi,implementasi SOP, lingkungan kerja memiliki korelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja TAS, dan juga memiliki korelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap pemanfaatan nilai pelayanan ergo ikonik. Kompetensi, implementasi SOP, lingkungan kerja memiliki korelasi lebih kecil terhadap peningkatan kinerja TAS dibanding pengaruh langsung jika dimediasi Pemanfaatan nilai pelayanan ergo-ikonik (English Version) This study aims to analyze whether the hypothesis in this study is able to show that the variables in this study have a correlation to the Performance Improvement of School Administrative Personnel (TAS). This study has a variable that is still new in HR management research, namely the Use of Ergo-iconic Service Values, with the object of research consisting of nine SMA and eight State Vocational Schools in Wonosobo Regency with a total of 165 respondents. The research design is quantitative with the type of survey research. Data collection using google form links and data analysis using SmartPLS software version 3.3. iconic ergo service. Competence, SOP implementation, work environment have a smaller correlation to improving TAS performance than the direct effect if mediated. Utilization of ergo-iconic service values.

Abstract

English Version Small and medium enterprises are one of the breakthroughs in increasing economic growth in the midst of society to achieve adequate welfare. MSME activities train people to have high skills, creativity, and productivity so that they are expected to be able to compete. The existence of business competition requires the Indonesian people to improve their business strategies so that they can compete with other products. This research uses qualitative research (empirical juridical) which is legal research regarding the enforcement or implementation of normative legal provisions in action on every particular legal event that occurs in society. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy and application of legal protection against business competition products of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Serang Regency and to know the development of legal protection against business competition products of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Serang Regency. The existence of business competition requires the community to improve business strategies so that they are able to compete with other products. One form of legal protection for MSME products is in the form of Intellectual Property Registration (KI). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui, meemahami, dan menganalisa strategi dan penerapan perlindungan hukum terhadap persaingan usaha produk usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Serang dan pengembangan perlindungan hukum terhadap persaingan usaha produk usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Serang. Dengan adanya persaingan usaha menuntut masyarakat untuk meningkatkan strategi usaha sehingga mampu bersaing dengan produk-produk lainnya. Pemerintah berupaya dan mendorong terwujudnya para pelaku UMKM dalam melindungi produk-produknya melalui proses permohonan pendaftaran Kekayaan Intelektual (KI) yaitu hak merek maupun hak Cipta. Sementara itu para pelaku UMKM belum mempunyai komitmen yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan.

Abstract

English Version The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the variables of social interactions, perceived economic benefits, brand awareness, consumer engagement, social media marketing, and trust towards purchase intention on social commerce streaming video subscriptions in Tanjungpinang and Batam city. The research was conducted by utilizing 273 data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The sample in this study is people who have subscribed to video streaming between Netflix or VIU in social commerce and are residing in Tanjungpinang and Batam city. The total sample in this study is based on the Hair et al., 2019 method, which is parameter 1:10. The software used in this study is Smart PLS version 26. The results show that there is a significant positive effect on every variable towards purchase intention, except for brand awareness and social media marketing variables. The results of this study will be useful for Social Commerce entrepreneurs in increasing consumer purchase intention toward video streaming. Versi Indonesia Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel social interactions, perceived economic benefit, brand awareness, consumer engagement, social media marketing, dan trust terhadap purchase intention pada video streaming social commerce di Kota Tanjungpinang dan Batam. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan 273 data yang didapatkan melalui pembagian kuesioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini berupa masyarakat yang pernah berlangganan video streaming Netflix atau VIU di social commerce dan berdomisili di Kota Tanjungpinang dan Batam. Total sampel pada penelitian ini berpatokan pada metode Hair et al., 2019 yaitu parameter 1:10. Software yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan memanfaatkan Smart PLS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif pada setiap variabel terhadap purchase intention, kecuali variabel brand awareness dan social media marketing. Hasil penelitian ini akan bermanfaat bagi pengusaha social commerce dalam meningkatkan daya tarik beli konsumen terhadap video streaming.

Abstract English VersionThis study aims to obtain empirical data, facts, and valid and reliable informationabout the influence of organizational culture, competence and learning on employeeperformance, causal studies at the Class III Navigation District Office, Sibolga. This researchwas conducted using a quantitative research approach, using a survey method, carried outfrom January 2022 to March 2022, including pre-survey activities, consolidation, testinginstruments through validity testing and reliability calculations, as well as collecting andprocessing research data. The sample of this research is the entire population that isaffordable, and has the same characteristics, namely as many as 109 state civil servantswith 86 state civil servants in the Sibolga Class III Navigation District Office for the researchsample, which is taken simple randomly, with the number of respondents from all over thearea. state civil servants who meet the research requirements. Measurements in this studywere carried out by giving the value of each question item from all variables, the measure ofthe value given in each statement using the "Likert scale". Data from questionnaires wereanalyzed for data analysis. To prove the influence of the variable Competence (X₁) andOrganizational Culture (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y) and its implications for performance (Z) inthis study, data analysis techniques were carried out using Path Analysis Abstrak versi IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data empiris, fakta, dan informasi yang shahih (valid) dan benar, serta dapat dipercaya (reliabel) tentang Pengaruh BudayaOrganisasi, Kompetensi dan Pembelajaran terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, studi kausal diKantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Sibolga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakanpendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survei, dilakukan mulaibulan Januari 2022 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2022, meliputi kegiatan pra survei,konsolidasi, uji coba instrumen melalui uji validitas dan perhitungan reliabilitas, sertapengumpulan dan pengolahan data hasil penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruhpopulasi yang terjangkau, dan berkarakter sama, yaitu sebanyak 109 orang aparatur sipilnegara dengan 86 orang aparatur sipil negara di lingkungan Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Sibolga untuk sampel penelitian, yang diambil secara acak sederhana, dengan pengundiannomor responden dari seluruh aparatur sipil negara yang memenuhi syarat penelitian.Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan nilai dari setiap butirpertanyaan dari semua variabel, ukuran nilai yang diberikan dalam setiap pernyataanmenggunakan ”Skala Likert”. Data yang berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner dilakukananalisis data. Untuk membuktikan Pengaruh variabel Kompetensi (X₁) dan BudayaOrganisasi (X2) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y) dan implikasinya terhadap Kinerja (Z) padapenelitian ini, dilakukan teknik analisis data dengan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis).

Abstract

English Version This study aims to determine the role of work productivity on the effect of knowledge sharing and innovative behavior on employee performance. This type of research is an explanatory research. The research sample was 114 employees at the operational site of PT. Lyondell Basell Indonesia Gempol Pasuruan. Samples were collected using purposive sampling technique. This research is quantitative in nature and uses a path analysis model. The results showed that knowledge sharing had a significant effect on work productivity, innovative behavior had a significant effect on work productivity, knowledge sharing had a significant effect on employee performance, innovative behavior had no significant effect on employee performance, and work productivity had a significant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan alat analisis model analaisi jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap work productivity, perilaku inovatif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap work productivity, knowledge sharing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee performance, perilaku inovatif tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee performance, dan work productivity berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee performance.
